Check in was at 3 pm, but since our rooms were ready they let us check in before 3 pm.

Close to Umeda and Osaka Station, once you learn to navigate the surroundings. The lounge is nice after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast area is a bit small and may be full occasionally.

The staff members were very helpful. The lobby /amentities were great including the breakfast, happy hour, and laundry room. The room was clean in terms of daily housekeeping. The bathroom smelled very badly of mold. Location was between the train station and main part of town, so close to both but not in a central area.

Omgosh I can’t rave enough about this place it’s got free drinks for guests, free snacks, the staff work their butts off and really care about their guests. They helped us with reservations and more and our room was so cumfy and clean ! Very happy, we will stay here again in the future when we come back! Great location too with lots of good food around Nothing to not like

Clean room. Room size was quite big too, compared to where i stayed in Kyoto. Onsen available…great and relaxing after a long walk during the day. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Location was a bit far from Osaka station, but there were great restaurants nearby.

Location was great. The hotel is definitely using angles, lighting and clever wording to fill rooms. The Onsen did not require a shower before use.They only had one small sign in a corner with a decorative stone basin to " rinse. The staff heven gave a wan eith full make up who had obviously not rinsed or showered a towel while she was wearing shoes to bring into the Onsen. Staff seemed overworked so they were pretty curt. The room was absolutely tiny, common for Japan but much smaller that what it said on the site or what I paid for. Do not eat the breakfast!

The breakfasts were also a highlight - honestly the best variety we experienced during our entire trip to Japan. Everything was so diverse, but I especially loved the desserts! The hotel is clean and stylish. While the room wasn't huge, the ambiance was lovely and it was well-equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was also excellent. Location-wise, it’s quite good. It is a 10–15 minute walk to the station, but that’s to be expected in Japan. I found it particularly convenient for getting to Universal Studios Japan.

It’s beautiful, very well located and clean. Breakfast offer a variety of delicious food. Staff don’t speak fluent english and that makes communication a bit difficult.
