Location, the service.. Most of all the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We did not have a breakfast buffet like in other Sheraton Hotels in Japan. It was a only a choice between 5 small different meals.

Rooms are really small but it’s Osaka city

The nicest and spacious bathroom and shower we have seen in Japan so far; good amenities as well. Looks really new and modern. The view out of the window was on some air conditions. The reception was on the second floor. Staff tried to be helpful but their English comprehension was limited. The location is a bit far from public transportation. No breakfast

Great location and a good hotel chain. The room arranged is somehow too small for two person.

The location was good It wasn’t clean enough, there was stain after cleaning and hair on the pillows, the bathtub had black marks and the walls had stains. There was no humidifier in the room as well. The TV had dust spots. It wasn’t as sound proof as I thought it would be. There is a strong smell in the elevator.

There was a hair on the bed sheet

Good location and comfortable Small single room and I even couldn’t lay my 69in suitcase on the floor. Some staff didn’t speak good english. I sent them message 2 days before my arrival to confirm if I could send my luggage from Tokyo but I never receive any reply. Ended up me bringing my luggages via shinkanshen and it was a lot of hassles. Communication wasn’t that good. For that price and a member of Marriot I would expect at least they could reply my message. Looked like some staff were not well trained.

Key card is required to access floors. Room is small but has everything you need. Good value for money, we booked room w breakfast. Inn was a 5min walk from the subway. Area was relatively quiet Few breakfast options. Food was the same for our entire stay but still good considering the room rate. Not many restaurants in the area

Great location Laundry self service. Should have had more machines there.

UNIZO Inn Kitahama is a nice hotel with a very budget friendly price. Staffs were super helpful and speak English quite well. We especially love walking around the neighborhood and explored all sort of interesting restaurants around it. Bed was awful. It was small and extremely soft. My partner and I had minor low back pain during our stay in this hotel. It could be just us, as we are used to harder bed.

The cleaning is not the Best but not the worst

The hotel is super close to metro, train, a small grocery store and a coffee shop. Also not far to the famous food and bar street. The stuff was really helpful and I was lucky that at least one person spoke English and could answer my questions. I also liked the desk and chair so I could work on PC. The room size was ok for one person - I have enough space for my suitcase. The only think I don’t like was the window with no view but the location was for me more important as I stayed there only 2 nights. So I rate 10. The window without no street view but the location was for me more important as I stayed only 2 days and my schedule was packed.
