Good reception. My luggage was forwarded earlier and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was provided daily and it was good. Just a short distance to the metro which was convenient for daily commute (however not recommended for large heavy suitcases as the nearest exit did not have any elevators) The hotel is next to the main road so it could be a bit noisy, however we managed to get a good sleep. The room and bathroom is a bit small. It was however sufficient for our needs.

Well-Maintained facility. Always replenishes supplies, cleans room everyday so long as you’ve selected-Rooms with cleaning. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was in main road, quiet place perfect for families. Hope we can have more washing machines and dryers inside the building.

The location is great, quiet enough for Osaka :). It is close to metro stations The staff was great and helped us with anything we needed. If you need something you just have to ask to see if they have that available. The rooms were very clean. Nothing to add. The room was very small, but I know this is specific to Japan and I have seen even smaller rooms :)

Breakfast was delicious. Could have been a bit more of food but delicious. Also, i forgot a device in the room. I've just asked them by message and they sent it to me to Tokyo by mail. Thank you very much guys. The personal is owesome ! The rooms are a bit small, but it is Japan, so it is what is.

The staff was great and breakfasts were good. The room we've got was different from photos, felt too small for 2 adults and a under-school kid, and tired. Rooms did not meet expectations set by photos, but all the common areas were clean and looked nice. There is a possibiliry to take a pillow at your choice. Walking distances to subway were a wee bit too far as for a family. Other than that our stay was good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not have enough time to take the breakfast in the morning, so they packed a sandwich for me to go. Thank you for that! The single room can only accommodate a bed with no space even to put a suitcase if open. So I had to sleep with suitcase open on my bed. Very uncomfortable. Hotel should come up with some solution for this.

Friendly staff I got an impression that the room would be way bigger than it actually was. It’s really small. Seems like they have prioritized number of rooms instead og making that extra space in the rooms. It felt quite cheap even though it wasn’t the cheapest

lots of different types of pillows and different hair treatment. also the view to the city was great and you could open the window for fresh air. same breakfast nearly every day
