Kitchen was fully stocked and pool area was very nice.

The one bedroom unit was very spacious and comfortable. Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful. Great location, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

you have you own door entrance, small patio, grill, fireplace, full kitchen, dining set, easy to find, front staff was so friendly, I asked for extra blanket was brought to my door within 15 minutes. Originally thrown a bit looking for bedroom, its a "murphy" bed in wall, but the mattress was very comfortable along with pillows! I will stay again next trip in Tucson!

Horrible experience do NOT book at this hotel. I booked this hotel in advance for a business trip. The night before I called the hotel only to find out that they didn’t see my reservation. After insisting that I did have one and a hotels.com itinerary number and a charge to my card, and after several attempts to look up my reservation- magically the front desk found it- only they were showing it was cancelled. At that point the front desk was powerless to help and could only suggest I call a different number. Called the new number only to be hung up on twice (don’t use the prompt for reservations made by a third party), I was finally connected - surprise surprise the number provided, while it was a worldmark number it wasn’t the right department; and therefore had to start all over. Again went round to the next number and lo and behold, they couldn’t find the reservation either. After much insistence magically he found my reservation. As it was explained to me they overbooked the hotel and my room was given to a member. The solution: although I booked a two bedroom suite for my trip in a nice hotel, they could either refund my stay or put me in a double bed holiday inn or My Stay roach motel. At this time rooms were astronomically more expensive or unavailable due to a gem show in town. I was out of luck either way and ended up staying in a much lower end hotel that smelled of industrial cleaner. I was offered NO concessions, apology, or accommodation. NEVER book here

I’m not sure what happened but I made a reservation 8 weeks before then the week before the text me and ask if I need anything. I tell them yes my friend is staying with me and she’s arriving a couple of hours earlier. I would appreciate if you would let her in the room until I get there. They said no problem give me her name so I thought that was all taken care of. My friend shows up there and they said that the reservation have been canceled and someone should’ve called me to tell me even though I was texting with someone up till the day before.

The room and accommodations were great as usual they never disappoint. I highly recommend them.

Everything about this property is excellent. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. Washer and dryer were clean and laundry detergent was included. Being on the first floor was not an issue with upstairs tenants noise. Amenities were wonderful.

Floors dirty. The bottom of our feet get black from being dirty.

From location and staff to room features and maintenance the property was 5 star, available at a 2 or 3 star price tag.

Our stay was wonderful we had everything we needed and I personally enjoyed our fireplace which maintenance was there within minutes when it didn't work. Thank You for the wonderful stay and we will definitely be staying again.

Room was clean. Murphy bed was a little noisy. They wanted 59.95 for 2 nights of WiFi but when we complained gave us a promo code for free WiFi which was nice. Staff pretty friendly. Was able to use their quirky, slow car charger too!

They were able to provide a 1st floor room that was clean and decorated nicely. Staff was super friendly!

The unit was amazing. It was spacious, very clean and well taken care of. The property was just as wonderful. I definitely promote this location to future guests. My issue was with Expedia. I was double charged when my initial reservation was made. It was immediately disputed and at check in was still not corrected. Then the $250 hold for incidentals was not a “hold” but charged immediately to my credit card.

Amazing property, wonderful amenities. We loved the pool jacuzzi and pickle ball court. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. We love this place and will be back again next summer

This is a lovely resport with great amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything I needed. The view from my deck was stunning. The location was convenient for evrything I needed to do. The reallly isn't anything bad to say about the resort. The trash bags in the kitchen could have been a little bigger. It would be great if they provided a separate container for recycling to encourage people to follow through.

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean. The washer and dryer came in so handy and the staff gives you laundry detergent. They accommodated our stay for an extra night due to unforeseen circumstances. Literally cannot say enough good things about our stay here. We will definitely be back!

I arrived with a trailer in tow and they were very accommodating in locating a parking stall for me. I was also limping from a recent surgery and they assisted me with luggage. Everyone was very friendly and I definitely felt welcomed.

Perfect stsy The staff was friendly, made us feel right at home. The suite was in great shape, nice and roomy. Contained everything you need to cook a great family meal. Lots for the kids to do and the view of the desert and mountains is top notch. Fantastic value!

This is a lovely property in a safe, upscale area. The condo’s are well appointed. Only negative was the sheets are a bit scratchy!! Otherwise, all good 👍

Technology is a little challenged. But they did have DVDs that you could check out. However, hook up a Roku box was no Bueno. The very best part was the staff. They were friendly, helpful and willing to fix any problems.

We will definitely choose to stay again when visiting the area. Very comfortable accommodations for our family of five. The resort amenities were just right for our stay. If your a cyclist, you will have plenty of company for your morning ride.

There was a fly infestation in our rooms. There must have been 50-100 flies at all times. I think there was something dead in the walls. When I reported it upon check out the staff didn't really seem to care. Sorry was all I got.

What breakfast(?). Coffee in lobby was like warm. Coffee maker in room didn't work but got another one that did. At first fire place wasn't connecting but good maintenance guy fixed it...all good. Thank you.

Gosh! It’s a lovely property. However, every time I’ve stayed the condo I get is not clean :-(. This time it was hairs in the tub and filthy remote. Carpet needs cleaning. Hmm-housekeeping lacks, but hospitality is good.

Location and the comfort of the unit we stayed in. Facilities generally good although the work out room could use more equipment. Grounds and location of the property were quite good. The front desk staff was initially a bit indifferent to our complaints about the first unit we stayed in. The first unit was right on the parking lot with very limited privacy & undesirable. It took some prodding of staff, but we were finally moved to a much nicer unit.

I didn’t like that I found used underwear in the drawer and the patio had a towel on the floor. I also found a round small dark blue pill on the floor. Concerned since I had my son with me and my two nieces came to visit. Not pleased at all with the place.

Size of room, pool, very clean and quiet. Perfect for our family. Nothing we did not like. It was in a residential area which was different.

The accommodations at this property were fantastic. It has nice features for families. It is very quiet. It is a little bit of drive to restaurants and shopping, but with the full kitchens, we just took advantage of being able to cook ourselves.

Great location near places to hike. Spacious one bedroom unit with well appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Quiet and clean. Comfortable beds and good AC. Parking with a roof to keep car cooler in the hot Tucson sun. Internet was free even though their add mentions a fee for internet. Plenty of extra towels and pool towels as well. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Great value.

We love to stay here! Amazing staff, very clean rooms and the condo’s are so roomy ! The pool and playground area are fantastic we will be back!

Amazing amenities such a pool, 3 hot tubs, basketball court, tennis court, and playground.. we stayed in the 2 bed room, 2bath room, it comes with everything you need full set of dishes, pots and pan, baking supplies, silverware, toaster blender, dish soap and to top it off there is a washer and dryer. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. You can check out dvds and board games. My only complaint would be that the carpet is dirty, I found old spilled oatmeal under the couch dried into the carpet, and the couch had stains all on it.. other than that our 6 night stay was amazing

Absolutely amazing stay 😁 We were only in town for two nights to visit family who just moved nearby. Our room was SO comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the parlor and watching all the wildlife each morning. The same rabbits and quail family greeted us each day. Each evening the same large lizard hung out by our front door. It was amazing. The room could not have been better, from the perfect water pressure in the shower to the well stocked kitchen to the comfortable bed. We will stay again when we come back to visit my brother and his family. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. The front desk staff are all so pleasant. The game room was fun during the rain.

The resort is located north of town in a quiet retirement community. It has a very relaxing desert vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon checkin and even called later to be sure we found everything satisfactory. The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean with 2 spacious bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, dining and living room. The beds were very comfortable! I liked that there was a grill outside and a nice patio. There are blackout curtains throughout to keep it cool. We couldn’t get the main TV in living room to work - but the there were TVs in both bedrooms and those were great with a variety of channels. I’m sure the front desk would have helped w the TV but we didn’t end up watching except at night. The pool and hot tub were very pleasant. They keep the pool heated so that was nice. Honestly everything was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main attractions of the town, but we really liked that about it as it made our trip more relaxing given the quiet, peaceful environment. Highly recommend!!

They stack you with everything you need! Grill utensils, dishes, laundry detergent, knives, kitchen gadgets, etc. just bring food and its like staying in a nice home.

Loved the heated pool!

Pool Area - clean with lots of seating Condo cleanliness- had to go buy a mop the day we arrived as the floors were black, my husband had to wash his feet before he got in the bed.. Front desk staff was not helpful at all, we are Gold Elite Members of Wyndham which comes with perks like late check out, which we needed as our flight did not leave until midnight, they flat out refused us, only after I begged did they allow an 11am check out, we even offered to pay full price for an extra night, but were told no. We had specifically called directly to the resort and booked a condo on the top floor and were told no problem but when we arrived we were told no.. The resort is very quiet, with mostly an older guests, at least while we were there, so if you are looking for a party vibe probably not for you. The maintenance team was very good, we had a couple of small issues and they came right away, thanks guys.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is there was no free WiFi. You have to pay for the WiFi. That was very disappointing.

This 2 bedroom condo was spacious and clean. Very nice place to stay and live with all the luxuries of being at home. Full kitchen, patio with grill, living room, dining and a washer dryer.

The facility was thiurghly clean & furnishings were all clean & in good condition. The outdoor whirlpool was clean & well maintained .

What a wonderful gem of a place to come across in Oro Valley. This stay went above and beyond what I was expecting. My only complaint is our room's bathroom was out of date. The lever to the bath/shower did not work so we were unable to use the bathtub. Also the toilet seat was crooked, not on correctly. Other than that, excellent.

As for the room—no! It is dated, worn and was NOT clean. They need housekeeping staff who pays attention to detail (like hair in the tub, an empty water bottle behind the dresser, paper and hair on the floor). I was ver disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Yuk!

Really enjoyed the unit. It was clean and had all that was needed to enjoy a 3 night stay. Bonus fireplace and bbq. Furniture comfortable and bed was cozy.

This is a quiet retreat type resort. Our condo had plenty of space with two separate bedrooms with their own separate bathrooms for privacy. The office was convenient and helpful, helped me print my boarding passes. All staff was friendly and welcoming. It was like a home away from home experience.

We loved that this place had a tennis court in great condition! Nice pool area and helpful staff. The unit was clean and well appointed with everything we could have thought of. A lovely view of the Catalina’s from our balcony. Quiet safe neighborhood. We will stay again soon!

Fantastic quiet property! Relaxing and actually has a view!

The suite is spacious and comfortable with pretty much everything a person needs to live comfortably for months. The only issue that I had was that the beds are very soft. I have back problems, and soft doesn’t work for me. I mentioned it during checkout, and the lady said that I should have contacted them, they would have gotten me a different one. So this facility is willing to bend over backwards to do everything they can to make a stay comfortable. I would be happy to stay there again.

My stay at Rancho Vistoso was one of the best in all regards. There was staff that helped me set up the reservation and then change it as well as expediting my check in and all of that made a great start to a lovely stay. I would like to recognize one person named Buck because he was genuinely kind, helpful and efficient. The condo was great, spacious and comfortable and the pool was most excellent. The grounds were beautiful with native plants and quail and other wildlife flittering around.

Lovely property clean and well maintained. Spacious 1 bedroom with full kitchen and large bathroom. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Great choice for a getaway/staycation. I felt like I was staying at a friends apartment. Highly recommended.

We booked a studio room. I saw couch bed in the description. I called to confirm we would have a real queen size bed, 4 legs on the floor. I was told yes. Studios have murphy beds, not sure a full queen size. It sagged in the middle. No bedside table or lamps. The rest of the place was well set up. The only other item was the floors were not that clean. Wear slippers.

Excellent check in and friendly, helpful staff. Spacious unit with many amenities. Loved having bike trails nearby. Hiking trail on the property. Catalina State Park is down the road.

Worldmark Rancho Vistoso was better than expected. Our 2 bedroom condo was extremely clean and well cared for. Check in and out was very easy. Many fun amenities for my family including sports courts and games. The whole property was very quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait to go back.
