    The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area. The pool was a great size, and the splash area for younger children was a nice feature. There was quite a bit of sand in the pool, but we still enjoyed spending time there. The poolside bar was a nice touch, and there was a DJ playing upbeat, family-friendly music that created a fun atmosphere. The hotel also has a Starbucks and lobby bar, both of which looked nice, although we didn't try them. The location is convenient on International Drive, though it's a bit of a walk to ICON Park. Overall, this isn't a luxury resort, but for families traveling on a budget who want a comfortable place to sleep and a nice pool to enjoy after a day out, it's a solid option.

    Decent stay for the price you pay. If you're looking for cheap and to spend most of your time at the parks, you won't be in the room anyways. Most frustrating thing was that it was near impossible to find non tap water, none at the front desk and we had to search almost every vending machine on multiple floors of each building before finding one that had a few bottles left. Morning/day staff was helpful and polite, night staff not as much. Harder to reach someone and longer waits for help. Check in and check out was easy. Rooms were a little dirty but nothing extremely off-putting. Housekeeping was prompt when requested. Hot water worked well. Air conditioning was pretty loud if that's something that bothers you, but for the most part this is what you'd expect from any basic affordable option hotel in a high traffic tourist area.

    The room is "refreshed" once every 4 days additional cleaning may be an extra charge (towels and soaps can be requested). The property is a mix of indoor and outdoor entry rooms over 6 buildings. None of the property feels clean and neat... everything feels thrown together. The staff was kind and personable.

    If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!. This place is filthy!!! The carpet was dirty as hell, the place smelled like garbage, mold and chlorine. The pool areas was nice . But this place I do not recommend , like at all. The vicinity is in a good area for food , close to the parks. But other than that it’s a no.

    The bar and pool When we first checked in for our first night, the staff was amazing. We went to our room. I seen little tiny fly bug on our sheets in the bathroom, there was a bug in between the door and then around 2 o’clock in the morning there was the biggest fattest cockroach on the bed that we were sleeping on and then a couple minutes later there was a spider crawling on the floor I don’t recommend and then they offered us to switch rooms and we took that advantage and it was a good room. I definitely if you do come to this place make sure you’re inside a building and on the highest floor ever. The lady who gave me another key since I wanted to move due to a lot of insects she didn’t even apologize. She was very silent not happy to be at work. I definitely don’t recommend the night people.

    So we’ve been staying at this hotel 3-4 times a year for the last 4 years. This is the first time we’ve been back since it’s fully switched to Wyndham. DID NOT ENJOY being tricked into talking to the concierge desk. Was told to go over to pick up our “welcome package” instead we got a sales pitch and they really didn’t want to take no for an answer. We came to drink pinas coladas by the pool not buy a time share. Which we did and the pool was lovely, the view is great. Sadly we did go back to our room for dinner and when we returned the pool bar had closed early. The inside bar was open but didn’t have the same vibe. The room was great and was clean. The only other down side is the arcade has been slowly getting worse. Would be nice if it was maintained so we don’t have to go across the street.

    Room was clean hot tub was relaxing. The pool was nice very very kid friendly so just be mindful, especially to those adults that want to go to the pool for relaxation. Expect a lot of kids the only caveat I would say negative if anything would simply just have to be two things one. I’m not sure if it was just my specific room, but the AC unit is loud and a sense of it will make random loud noises while it runs and secondly, the pillows can be very, very uncomfortable and very stiff

    Good location for the parks but a bit of walking to get to most restaurants and things to do on I-drive We were originally in the tower facing the highway. We could not sleep the first night. Asked to move and the hotel was very accommodating. We moved to the side of the tower and to the highest floor. Some noise from the road could still be heard but it was much better. The hotel was very clean and was cleaned every fourth day. However, the floors were not done and by the end of our 10 days, they felt very grubby and if you walked bare foot, there was a lot of dirt sticking to them. Our biggest issue was the rooms were adjoined and there was zero sound proofing. When people were staying next door you could hear absolutely everything. One night a family had started their stay and were up until 3 or 4 am laughing and basically shouting. We had to knock on their door a couple of times during the night

    The staff was wonderful. My room was ok, very clean. The pool area was excellent. The bathroom was sort of small and the shower curtain was too short, so the floor got soaked each time I showered. I loved the location and walkability to various things. Overall, it was quite comfortable for me, a solo traveler. I will use them for my next trip. But, please, get new shower curtains.

    The room itself also had maintenance issues. The doorknobs felt loose and didn’t seem to work properly, which raised concerns about both quality and security. Noise was another major problem during my stay. There were people outside yelling late into the night, and dogs barking constantly, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The only positive thing I can really say is that parking was convenient and I had no issues finding a spot. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations. Between the outdated condition of the room, the maintenance concerns, and the excessive noise, I would not choose to stay here again.

    It’s super noisy. If you sleep in the tower all of the noise from people talking loudly was intensified and would echo. The rooms seemed very poorly insulated as you could hear your next door neighbors. It was also not the cleanest.

    The check-in process was satisfactory. The lobby looked just as it did in the photos online and had a pleasant, welcoming scent. Although the line was quite long due to the Memorial Day weekend rush, it moved at a reasonable pace. The room itself was clean, but the shower area felt quite small and cramped. Additionally, both the room phone and the iron were not functioning, which was inconvenient during my stay. One of the biggest positives of the hotel was its location. It was ideally situated near a variety of restaurants, shops, and popular attractions, including ICON Park, WonderWorks Orlando, The Orlando Eye, Pointe Orlando, and SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium. The property could benefit from some updates and general improvements. My daughter and I did enjoy the pool area; however, I would suggest adding more umbrellas or covered areas, as there was limited shade and the sun was quite intense. Overall, the stay was okay. While there were some positives, there were also a few inconveniences that impacted the overall experience.

    The hotel was a great experience overall. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist when needed. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool area very relaxing and well maintained. The bar had a nice atmosphere and good drinks. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

    I originally planned on staying here for 2 nights for an event at universal. Due to winter weather we ended up staying for an entire week. The kids loved it and spent most of the time at the pool. They have a small arcade but they also had a larger arcade, many shops and restaurants, and a putt putt golf course within walking distance.

    I really enjoyed how everything was really close and convenient such as restaurants. And how accommodating the staff was. The proerty was handicap accessible and pleanty of parking was available. I appreciate when i arrived and checked in my original room I did not realize it did not have access to an elevator to get to my room. I spoke to the front desk and they happily accommodated to move me to a room with an elevator near my room. The pool was just right my son enjoyed the evenings in the pool. The rooms had a constant run cool room 24/7 the AC spot on.

    The property was in a good location and the room itself was decent for a short stay. The staff was polite, and overall the stay was okay. The hotel also seemed family-friendly and close to attractions. The hallways had a funny smell, and the ice machine was out of service when I needed ice. Also, when I needed a dolly for my luggage and bags, I was told I had to leave my ID at the service desk to rent one. My room was also about a three-minute walk from the front desk, which made carrying luggage inconvenient.

    I loved the location as it was near the Outlets and Theme Parks we wanted to visit during the trip. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was also bigger than the other hotel room we stayed at. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they accommodated all my requests. The only thing I didn't like was the bathtub. The drain was not working properly. But, this was not a big issue since we just used the shower.

    I don’t think the price was worth the cost. I had a problem with the television from the moment of check in. No one helped me although I was told three different times they would. The table in our room was also busted and there was no shower curtain liner so the water went every where. I will not be staying there again. There’s a lot better in Orlando for that price.

    The rooms were not good at all…The first room was dirty. The walls were dirty, the ceiling was cracking, the tub was chipped. The second room had hair in both beds. And the third room was filthy as well. The horrible part was that the tub had multiple hair in it & it looked like someone had just showered. After that I left & went elsewhere. The young African American woman was very nice & accommodating. On the third trip back to front desk, I’m assuming the Caucasian guy was management. He was fairly okay but he lied about my funds going straight back to my card. Anyway, DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!

They made me wait a long time at the front desk to get my room; nobody seemed to care about the long line of people waiting to check in. After a long day at the parks, the last thing you want is to have to wait for a room—especially without any explanation or apology. The bathroom wasn't very clean; there were shoe marks on the floor, and the shower walls needed a better cleaning.

    We stayed here 10 years ago when was international palms and returned as we loved the pool with the waterfall. The only thing we didn't like was how noisy the guests were on the Friday evening. No respect for other guests, especially guests with young children as the noise went on well past 1am, even though there are polite notices on the wall reminding guests of friendly quiet hours.

    My biggest issue and it is what led me to leave the rating I did, is that there were people hanging outside of both entrances of the hotel when I came in and out of my room and some guys were in the hallway having a loud conversation well after "Quiet Time" was supposed to have started.

    First, the bed in the room was broken and clearly not properly cleaned. The overall condition of the suite did not match the pictures advertised online, which was very misleading. The pool area was also disgusting, with condoms and clothing left in the water, making it unsafe and unsanitary. In addition, there was no staff available at the front desk when we needed assistance, and communication from the hotel has been terrible. I have called multiple times regarding my refund and no one answers the phone or follows up. I was never provided proper documentation for check-in, check-out, or my refund, which is highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, there were people smoking marijuana directly outside of our hotel room, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe environment for guests and families. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and we only stayed for about one hour before deciding we could not remain there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, customer service, and safety standards.

    Just don’t do it. Our room was so humid beds were damp, had to blow dry them so we could get in. Shower curtain didn’t fit, too short. Water damage in the ceiling was very evident that they tried to fix and cover. Toilet didn’t work, then clogged. Service came out and fixed it. Room service never showed up and cleaned so whatever nastiness from the toilet was still in the toilet after it got fixed. Called for towels in the morning, never received, get back to room at 10pm no towels. Called for some 2x and they never showed up. Just don’t! Save your money! All they did for me was refund the “resort fee”

    I enjoyed the stay, although It was a bit outdated and rundown in the room but clean enough. Plenty of parking, felt safe. We did a short trip to SeaWorld and selected the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby, everything is pretty close. My small children enjoyed the pool. I would go back, good budget friendly hotel and probably will use it again for our Disney trip.

    Front Desk staff was amazing helping us switch to a suitable room yet I would recommend the hotel to review every complaint of a room because I had one that was dusty and messed up night table, second one locks were not functioning and my 3rd room was OK except for the fridge and a/c so we were too tired to move again and settled. Higher up floors unsafe for kids FYI, balconies are kind of low and getting in contact with housekeeping is horrible/insane. Had a staff member take pity on us for new towels, new bed sheets to which I myself had to make the beds myself. This hotel stay I felt like a few of the visitors were specifically rude and leaving garbage outside their rooms. Felt like the hotel was dirty in some way. I do recommend the rooms that are not the tower actually, its lower, no waiting for elevators and its a bit more quiet from what I saw. Also parking... it was pretty packed during my stay though...

    The first issue I had was the inability to use cash. The next issue was understanding that in addition to the "resort fee", which is shown on the receipt, there was an "amenities fee" of $50, which is not shown. The Associate explained that the amount is suspended until after check-out, in which it will be returned to the card, in 3-5 business days. This is illogical to me. Why do they get to use my money for those days and I not benefit?

    7:30 am on a Sunday they had construction going on in the room beside ours. Contractors talking and arguing loud woke us up. We had arrived late from a long trip and on the next day we had 5 more hours of driving. We were really looking forward for that rest. Unfortunately we didn’t get much. Besides that, our other next door neighbors were also loud and had loud music on until 5:00 am. Terrible night.

    Don't recommend this hotel. Staff were friendly, as they moved us 4 times trying to find a room that was sensible. No one cleaned our room during our 7 day stay. No garbage emptied, no fresh towels or bedsheets. Floors in the rooms were dirty, the bottoms of our feet were black.

    Was in town for an event. The room itself wasn’t too bad, a bit outdated, but not horrible. However, we were not informed our room would have 2 doors connected to them, with other guests staying in those rooms. Doors could be unlocked from either side at any time, allowing just anybody into your room. If you’re staying in the tower, be prepared for rain. It rained one day of our stay and the room started to flood (Floor 11, Room 11126). Had to use all of our towels to soak up the water. We attempted to call the front desk 5x with no answer, and never got any more towels. AC was cold when we got there but the room became very hot on our 2nd & 3rd day of the stay. This is my 2nd time staying at a “resort” style hotel in Orlando, and they are not very “resort” like. Spend the bit of extra money and stay somewhere more comfortable.

    Everything was wonderful. Yes check in had a long line but it was smooth and pretty fast for how long of a line it was. I accidentally locked myself out of my room on the first day and instantly was helped. The shuttle stuff can be a little confusing especially when you are leaving the parks, however the shuttle service driver ended up taking us back to our hotel anyways. There are two avanti’s make sure you get on the I-Drive one! Be early! Rooms at hotel aren’t sound proofed either so maybe ear plugs or something to that extent if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that I will definitely be booking here again!!!!

    First impression the room was nice and clean, ice machine outside in the hallway was great. The big plus is the pool was open late which is great after being at the theme parks and want to relax in the pool. Surrounding area was active, lots of stores, dining options, and activities. Staff was kind and helpful. Down side beds were a bit stiff, if you lift the bedding(fitted sheet) off the bed you will find stains.

    The environment felt unsafe and poorly managed—more in line with a low-quality roadside motel than what’s advertised. In my first room, the door would not lock from the outside, which is a major security concern. I attempted to contact the front desk, but the phone rang for several minutes with no answer. When I went to the lobby, there was a long line of guests and only two staff members trying to manage the situation. I was moved to a different room, but the conditions did not improve. The back entrance was consistently occupied by individuals smoking and lingering around, which made the area feel uncomfortable and unsafe. That same night, I woke up around 2 AM to the strong smell of cigarette smoke coming into my room from outside. Due to these issues, I decided to cancel the remainder of my five-night stay and relocate elsewhere. The difference was immediate—much more peaceful and secure. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to others.

There was no parking at night so when we came back from dinner we drove around for at least 20 minutes looking for parking. We received a breakfast voucher and weren’t happy with the breakfast. I’ve stayed in Avanti hotels before and this one was a little outdated. The pool looks way better in the picture.

    Renovations are needed. Floors in room were not cleaned, checked how dirty our socks were. Cracks in the walls, tiles, filthy carpet in the hallways. Very loud A/C unit. Shower was over caulked and just looked cheap and no attention to detail to repaires.

    The pictures on the website don’t accurately represent the property’s physical condition. Upon entering our room, we noticed a potential mold smell. The room was only partially clean, prompting us to call maintenance for two separate issues. Additionally, the towels had hair on them. I suspect the property underwent rapid renovations, which is evident from the tub’s sinking sensation. The paint job is appalling. Considering the great location and friendly staff, I would rate this property a 2 out of 10. However, it urgently needs significant updates.

    The door to our room was not secure. Even without a keycard, I can push the door open. I asked my partner to lock the door from the inside but I can still open the door without the keycard. The only thing that worked was the metal safety tab we can flip but that only works if we are in the room. I did speak to the reception desk. The staff were friendly but they had no rooms available for a change. The staff said they can get maintenence to take a look at it later and if it's not fixed, we can request a room. We came back very late and it was not fixed...I pushed open the door without a keycard as usual. Nothing was fixed or worked on.

    When we checked in and got to our room the room was not made and very dirty, we then had to go back to the lobby to get another room. The next room smelt like cigarettes and cleaning solutions. Overall it’s fine for a short stay but I would not look forward to relaxing after a long day at a park or pool day at this hotel.

The first room they put me in was like a motel and had a mold smell in the air.     The hotel staff never came to clean the room or bring fresh towels during our three-night stay. We also had to go to the front desk to get shampoo refills. The room was clean enough, but there was chipped paint all over, and the room lacked outlets. When we arrived, I discussed the shuttle times with the lady at the desk, and she gave me an expired sheet with all the wrong times on it, causing my family to wait over an hour before we eventually ubered. I spoke with the concierge, and she informed me of the actual shuttle schedule. She said that the front desk staff had been informed multiple times of the schedule change, but continued to give out incorrect information. Finally, on our last day, they had no hot showers, and we all had to take cold ones. When I called the front desk to try and find a solution, they said "I don't know". Honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

    Triple charged for the room. When booked on line i was told to put a card on file to reserve room but pay once i arrive. When checking in a used a specific card for the hotel.     The lobby people were excellent. The first hotel I have stay at that you did not get clean towels every day. We finally had to ask for them on the third day. They came to clean our room on the 5th day. I would make sure that they check the HVAC units ours was full of dust and needed to be cleaned. The pool area was wonderful.

    The bar in the lobby and by the pool were great. The rooms needed a serious makeover in my opinion. Half the outlets didn’t work, the spray over paint job on the ceiling was creeping me out so bad. It was just extremely rundown. With that said you get what you pay for and if it was cheaper the next time I go I would stay again. Beds were comfy brought my own blanket and pillow so can’t judge that. Super close to universal which was also a huge bonus. If you’re only staying for a (long)weekend then it will be fine

    The noise level was unbearable — you can hear everything through the walls, from conversations to doors closing and people walking around. It made it nearly impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the front desk staff came across as uninterested and unfriendly, almost as if they hated being there. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately it was lacking Would not stay here again and would not recommend. If I had the option to get a refund, I would have canceled and gone to a different hotel on our first night.

    The staff was overall nice and helpful, the rooms needs some updates, they looked bare and kind of dirty. When asking for room service the second night of my stay they stated it need to be requested 24 hours in advance which I didn’t like and the Disney shuttle did not show up for pick up to the parks and took over an hour past time to pick up from parks due to traffic! The water in the shower was trickling out and the cold water seemed to be working on and off and the air unit only blew out cold, even though it was cold at night. Overall the outside appearance looks better then the inside of the rooms and the location is prime right by everything perfect place to stay if you won’t be staying much in your room!

    Great pool area but they kept running out of towels. The onsite cafe had very good food. Our room was nice and clean but they seemed to struggle keeping the hallways clean. They didn't have luggage carts available when we needed them. We asked at the desk when we checked in and we were made to give a drivers license to get a cart...return the cart get your license back. This was inconvenient but understandable. When we went to checkout there were no carts and the desk clerk had no clue where they were and why there was no way to track them. She didn't seem to be aware of the policy about securing one with your license. We had to make several trips to the car and back. This resort has hundreds of rooms and couldn't provide their guests with needed luggage carts.

    Our toilet was clogged the ENTIRE STAY. When we would request a plunger it took a full day to receive one and then they would take it back after we had gotten it unclogged. The AC was sooo loud that it would wake us up in the middle of the night when on auto. We stay here every few month and this was by far the worst time. We won’t be returning unless serious changes are made. Unfortunate because of family of 6 enjoyed the pool area

    The staff were friendly at check in, the pool area was very nice and the location was great. The hotel room is the reason for my rating. I wouldn’t necessarily say dirty but it’s clear that our room was in need of a remodeling. Discolored grout in the tub, wobbly toilet, water stains on the ceiling. A fresh coat of paint and new epoxy of the tub could do wonders for the condition of the room. However the unbearable part was the bed. I tossed and turned the entire night and woke up with the worst back ache. The bed was hard as a rock. Honestly if the beds were upgraded or a mattress topper would be provided I would book again.

    So many extra fees. $ 60+ “resort fees for a Red roof quality stay. WiFi was horrible. Pool table felt is worn out and all of the cues are in poor shape. The rooms are decent size but just ran down, toilet doesn’t flush without holding down the handle for extended time. Staff list one of our rooms and we had to stop what we were doing and come back to the hotel and prove we had a third room. If I’m paying a resort fee I expect a resort. Nice towels beds and quite HVAC. Lamps that work.i know this place is older but that’s no excuse for cleanliness. This is a cheap place to stay with a pool if you don’t expect much. Would not recommend.

    The hotel is advertised as a hotel and conference center, that is why I chose it and I also trusted the Wyndham brand. When I get to the front desk, I am given the keys to my room which is in another building. When I get to the other building, it is a motel with all of the rooms leading directly to the street. No elevator. Big window with cheap shades. No privacy. I didn’t feel safe. Not as advertised. I requested another room. They gave me a room in a more “secure” building. The safety latch of the door was holding on for dear life from the screws. A child could have kicked that door open. No quilt, basic room. I slept in my clothes in case I had to run out of that place. I stood the night but left the next morning. I requested a refund for the days I didn’t stay there. Now I have to wait for Expedia to refund my money. I will not use Expedia again.

    The main lobby and conference center are updated and lovely, and check-in was smooth. We stayed in the tower, but unfortunately the experience went downhill from there. The hallways were very dirty and clearly needed to be swept or vacuumed. Our room was in very rough condition. The taps in both the shower and bathroom were barely hanging on, and there were cracked tiles and walls. There were also concerning stains on the walls and blackout shades that appeared like smeared blood. The microwave was filthy and there were no garbages aside from one under the desk in the room. The outlits crackled when we plugged things, so we didn't use them as we were nervous about a electrical fire. The other ones didnt work at all, nor did the phone in the room. The one-inch gap under the adjoining door between bedrooms was quite unnerving. The worst part was the strong food smell coming from the adjacent room. It seemed like the guests next door were cooking in their room, which caused our room to smell like a mix of fast food and curry for an extended period of time. I understand that this can't be helped as it was caused by the guests in the room beside us, but maybe if there wasnt such a large gap under the door it wouldn't have been so bad. If you stay there hoping to use the shuttle, know that the last ones from universal resorts are well before closing - the room we didn't realize and were disappointed by. We booked a Uber back to the hotel instead. Such a disappointment.

For as beautiful as the pictures are and as beautiful as the lobby is you would think they’d put more effort into the rooms. We left early because we just couldn’t deal with it.     The hotel grounds were pretty great, once we figured out how to get to our room around the entire backside of the building. Phone inside our room didn't work, so calling the front desk when we needed something was a chore. Hair dryer in room didn't work. Room service for cleaning isn't done unless you request it daily, by calling the front the desk, which we couldn't do. The lights outside of room were so bright at night, that the "blackout blinds" didn't blackout anything, it was so bright in our room all night. Perhaps dimming them after dusk would be a great thing. Due to this, I would request an interior room rather than outdoor access if we were to return. The NYE lobby party was a great touch, we didn't have to go anywhere for a party! Front desk for check-in's was always out the door, so for guests already staying and needing assistance is a pain in the a** cuz you had to wait in the line, so just never bothered. Would be nice if they had assistance to those who have already been there for a few days.

    The rooms and furnitures were old and needed renovations. The bathroom door was wet damaged and chipped on the lower part. The safety lock box didn’t work. To get room cleaned you have to request 24 hrs in advance. We requested more than 24 hours and never got the room cleaned or what they called “refreshed.” The service is horrible. When I called to check up on the cleaning service front desk said they didn’t know anything and will pass it on to housekeeping management but my room will not be clean for another night. So that would be 36hrs without any housekeeping service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    The room was constantly cold even after turning the heating to 90 degrees. I jad to go out and buy blankets for my children. Didnt have a good sleep as we were so cold. Staff were very nice though and the chips from cafe were lovely. Pool dirty and pool loungers were dirty, black and geeen moss.

    They are charging extra $25 for pool even if you dont want to use it. Room service is available only 24h prior notice and they would not clean it untill you have requested. So if you are staying for more than 1 day you have to wait for 4th day for cleaning. They even have written on the policy to charge for cleaning if you want full cleanup.

    The property was very conveniently located with plenty of parking. The rooms itself appear to be clean which was a plus but you can tell the remodeling work is not the best with cracks in the bathrooms and stains on the picture frames . For the price it was not terrible. The TV only offered a couple channels and no access to streaming services .

    If you get the connecting rooms , you can hear the people next door pretty clear , i was in room 10514 , it has connecting doors on both sides . Also the carpert in the hallways are not really kept cleaned.

    Property was almost perfect. The only issue we had it that we had to wait in line a good 30-40 mins to check in. I don't know if that was due to the time we arrived or the day- it could have been peak time. There was also self check in computers but they were not operable at the time. Other than that, room was clean, we could sleep, no noise, friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. Price was adequate and affordable.

    We enjoyed our stay. The room was great except weather got cold during our stay and we had a gap under our door as we were an outside room, which did not help. Great value. Also not the hotels fault really but if people bring dogs they shoes not leave them to bark most of the evening in the room beside us.

    The rooms are very poor quality and not clean. It is an old motel that has new floor and paint. Our AC unit was broken (no heat). The staff finally gave us another room. The heat wasn’t broken but still not clean and very old. The lobby was the only “new” or renovated area.

    I stayed in building 5. There was an uncomfortable odor in the elevators and in the hallways. Upon entering my room, there was noticeable uncleanliness. The electrical outlets in the bathroom area were disconnected from the wall exposing the wires. The outlets surrounding the bed did not work all together. There were very limited tv channel options and the ice machine was not available. There was grime on the floors throughout including the bathroom. The shower also did not drain properly. I could hear conversations, and phone alarms from the surrounding rooms - zero audible privacy. However, the staff was extremely kind and attentive. Would not stay here again nor would I recommend to anyone.

    Room is not even close from what you see in pictures. Bathroom shower is coming apart, there is a light switch with wires exposed, the terminations of everything they remodeled is horrible it looks very ghetto, ceiling looks like it has mold starting to grow very pricey for a crappy hotel

    The bathroom tub looked dirty. The tub had a terrible caulking finish and you could see expandable foam coming out of the wall behind the shower head. Lastly there was no changing of towels or room service for three days. When we told the front desk this when we left they said we should have asked for this service when checking in???

    The pictures look nothing like the actual room. We stayed in room 2210 which was right next to the pool and the gate to go in the pool slams hard and makes a crazy loud noise whenever someone opens it. The pillows were hard, bed was alright but the blankets are thin so we had to put on the heater being that was cold the days we were there.

    The first night was awful. The noise was tremendous. I called and asked for a new room which they gave me the next day. And I slept wonderful, come in the third day, new people come in and I don't like the double door rooms. You hear Everything literally. I had to say, shut the hell up for them to calm down. Cause I could hear everything and it was after midnight. Thank God it was my last day. I recommend if you're staying and don't wanna joining room. Make sure you specify..

    The only issue I had was a very nosey neighbor with kids kicking doors and walls slamming doors. Our heat went out. I appreciate it was fixed once reported. Since my last stay the new housekeeping policy was very disappointing cleaning staff no longer check for trash removal or if you need towels unless 24 hour request. I have never seen this at any hotel and I been to many in and out the country.

    We stayed at this hotel from December 25–30, and it was a very disappointing experience. We had to change rooms three separate times due to multiple issues. In some rooms, the lights did not work properly, and the window blinds were only partially installed. Housekeeping did not come as expected. Towels and bedsheets were dirty and had visible stains, the floors were dusty, and there were strands of hair on the bed. There was also no water provided in the room. I also informed the front desk in person that my telephone did not work. In 5 days it did not get resolved. The handle on my room door was also shaky. I expect better from Wyndham hotels. I wanted to speak to Mr. Merchant who is the manager of this property but did not get a chance to. I have stayed at other hotels in Orlando and had much better experiences. We spent a lot of time and money on this trip, and because of the conditions, we were extremely uncomfortable and very disappointed. This stay did not meet basic hotel standards.

    Do not stay here. The hotel is dirty and poorly maintained, with mold and dirty sheets in the room. Housekeeping is not provided daily and must be requested, yet it still took four days for our room to be cleaned. Customer service was horrible and dismissive. Overall, the rooms are in terrible condition and not worth the money.

    Overall good but still need work. I have been to places with resort fees for cheaper with better services. I asked for pool towels and it never came. I waited an hour so I had to get a regular towel from the front office. The room we out dated with the electricity. The lights were flickering so I had to get the maintenance guy to come. I'm not saying it was bad just need some check up on things and more worker with the hotel fees we are paying.

    Well, I must say the place was clean, no complaints about cleanness, but it’s an older hotel and some stuff wasn’t working like the bathroom exhaust fan. The building has three elevators and only two was working,so on the second day that we stayed, which was a Saturday in the morning everybody wanted to go out for breakfast and it was a long wait for the elevator so we just took the stairs from the 10th floor. We walked down. the gym a lot of of the equipment. The pieces were missing so you couldn’t use the gym efficiently. it needs updating. I mean the rooms the flooring in the bathroom needs bits and pieces fixed. Basically the hotel needs updating. but one thing I can say is the hotel itself was clean for the most part. The staff was very nice. No I didn’t get any breakfast from the cafeteria because I can see that the food was microwaved and not cooked from fresh so I didn’t get any. I just went to IHOP and had breakfast. But overall, I had a great three nights stay I was out of the hotel most of the time I only went in for a shower and to sleep.

    Long wait to check in, even with 3 families in the line it took about 25 minutes to check in. Room service didn’t even come even though we requested. Rooms are dated, AC makes loud noise, only good thing about this hotel is free shuttle to theme parks. Won’t go back again!

    I immediately went to the front desk to request a refund due to the unsafe conditions, specifically the mold on the walls and mildew odor. I was told I would need to wait 24 hours to speak with a manager. Despite leaving the property that same night and checking into a different hotel due to these conditions, I was still charged for the room. Ultimately, I did not receive a refund despite clear health and safety concerns. I do not recommend staying here, as mold and unsanitary conditions are unacceptable, and the handling of this situation was extremely disappointing.

    I did not expect to waste money booking this hotel. Overall, the experience was extremely poor. If this were a motel, a lower-quality stay might be expected; however, this property fell far short of Wyndham’s standards. I regret having spent money on a room that was so uncomfortable I ultimately chose to sleep in my car, which felt more comfortable than the accommodations provided.

    The front staff were very nice. I was originally assigned a room at The Tower but it was too isolating for me and the staff pleasantly accommodated my preference for a room closer to the main building. The hotel offered free shuttle busses to Universal’s theme parks. The location on I-Drive was convenient to many restaurants and shops. The trolley stop was right in front of the hotel. My only quibble was the TV channel list wasn’t set up so you had to check each channel to find out the station. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay.

    As far as the room - it was good - we had all we needed including the nice large TV. The only things that were awkward were the high toilet seat (hurt back of the legs) and the slamming pool gate in front of our room. But we managed. Thank you! Having an extra mini shampoo and soap for every room would be helpful.

    The hotel rooms were absolutely disgusting. The walls, floors, doors, bathroom, tub were so filthy. Rust in the tub, the walls and ceilings were peeling, the wall was dirty and definitely looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet was broken. The sheets were dirty, there was hair in the bed. Asked them to change it but no one ever came. The hotel was loud and full of ghetto people hooting and hollering all times of the night. Free parking but no where to park. They don’t enforce it whatsoever. The staff were not friendly.

    My only reasons for not giving this 5 stars even though I really enjoyed my stay was 2 things. Hidden fees were charged upon arrival that were not in the listing. A daily charge was made that was nonrefundable. And my other big thing was Housekeeping! Hotels.com listing shows they provide housekeeping daily as an amenity but upon arrival I was informed this was an extra fee not included with whatever that extra daily fee they charged me was. I had a 4 night stay and not once did they come and do housekeeping/ nor replace towels or bring us new soap. And when we went to request it at the front desk they informed us to please hunt down housekeeping for it.

    Entering into the lobby which is pristine would think the same for the rooms. The rooms in the buildings are ok. BUT PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM “ THE TOWER!” TOWER ROOMS ARE AWFUL HALLWAYS & ELEVATORS FULL OF DEBRIS. ROOMS HAVE AN AWFUL SMELL.. all rooms are in need of renovations BADLY!!     Prior to arrival I called to ensure I would have a room the morning after check in date as I was delayed due to gov shutdown. I was promised I would have a room upon arrival. I was told they did not have any room available and had me waiting in the lobby for over 3 hours. The bathroom door had to be slammed shut in order to be fully closed and lockable
