the room wasn't as advertise like the picture in the booking i was very disappointed with the hotel there is a really bad smell of marijuana in the lobby,elevator and hallways

Having a full size refrigerator and cook top and microwave were perfect for us to make breakfast every day to save money. The motel was very clean. The hours that you could pickup clean towels were bad for vacationers. We were gone to the theme parks early and got back late. But the front desk worked with us.

Room was nice Tv didn’t work reported it to the front office they said that they were going to send someone up and no one ever came glad I had my iPad to watch movies and stream.

Overall, the property is clean and in a great location. It is an older hotel and if you do not mind paint chips and wear and tear it is a nice place. They do have a mini kitchen area but there are no plates, cups, or other items to use. I am not sure I would stay again just because of the noise.

When I checked in the door was locked (at 8pm). It took me nearly an hour to check in. The lady at the front desk took multiple phone calls. When I finally was checked in, it appeared the whole hotel’s AC was broken. I tried to inform front desk but she said there was nothing that could be done. I left and went to another hotel. I want a refund.

This was the worst experience bathroom was not cleaned there were cockroaches everywhere, the smell was terrible and there was water all over the bathroom. Will never return again.

No coffee, no cooking utensils even though there is 2 burner stovetop and refrigerator. No coffee in the lobby either. Staff was very nice and helpful.

GM is rude and insulting to disabled people

This hotel needs some serious remodeling. The room we stayed in had a whole on the bathroom door and there was also a piece of a cabinet drawer missing. Outdated interior that look warm down and too much rust around the shower head. Luckily we only stayed for one night but I will not book this hotel again.

There was no housekeeping staff available. The same front desk employee had to go inspect the room. When I finally entered the room, I was hit with a DISGUSTING UNBEARABLE smell. The cleanliness of the sheets, bathroom and kitchenette was highly questionable. I requested a room change and was told there were no other rooms available. I asked for the room to be properly cleaned and was told there was no cleaning staff. I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners myself just to make the room tolerable so I wouldn’t ruin my daughter’s vacation. The next day, the smell was still there, and once again they refused to move us. This hotel is completely unacceptable. I will never stay here again, nor at any hotel in this chain. No matter how cheap it is, it is absolutely not worth it.

Nothing just the location. It was close to Sea World and a few walking distance restaurants. The rooms was plain simple and has a kitchenette but no point of use if you don’t have pots, pans, glasses, cups, cutlery etc. This is the first hotel that didn’t have a coffee maker, iron or hair dryer in room. If you need them you need to ask for it at the reception that on that place isn’t 24/7 open it close at 10:00 pm. Plus on top of that the TV on that room was only for decoration because it wasn’t connected to any TV service provider or antenna, it come on but no channels to see (useless), when I said this I checked my self and was missing HDMI cable unbelievable. The beds where hard but we where so tired that it wasn’t a problem when we sleep. We where on a second floor and you could hear all the steps from other guest even after 11:00 pm. Overall don’t recommend this place or come back again.

The staff were nice, they were helpful! The third floor has this extremely strong smell of wet dog and old food , it stunk really really bad.

Nothing Nowhere does it say the lobby closes at 11pm. We arrived at midnight and nobody was there so we were left stranded without a place to stay.

Furthermore, the area above the kitchen sink contained trash, and there was hair inside the sink upon arrival. I took both photos and videos documenting the condition of the room throughout my stay.

When I arrived I was told I didn’t have a booking. I had booked about a month prior. I was asked If I could find the booking reference or receipt, from hotels.com There was no connection inside so I had to go out to get this to load. In the 30 seconds I was outside the door was locked and front desk shutter closed, I had to call the phone number on the door and the person I had just spoken to at the front desk didn’t seem to remember me. The whole staff is superb. Very clean place. The General Manager Josiah is a very humble understanding human being. I hope God continues to bless him and his family through out the years. If anyone ever writes a bad review regarding this location they won't prosper too long in life.

The room was nice, but the bed was so hard i left at 3 am and went back to fort myers to sleep. Also every time i entered the lobby it smelled like weed.

My family and I enjoyed the stay here. We noticed it very clean and the beds were some what comfortable. We liked the the full size refrigerator, microwave, and little two burner glass top stove too boot.

It is a friendly budget hotel . Nothing extraordinary but the staff and other guests. They can improve cleanliness but other than that was good. I had to pay for the parking and one thing that never worked for me was the wifi even though I try to get some technical support wich was not able to solve my problem.

So I was there for maybe 5 hours before I saw a cockroach while I was showering, then saw another on the counter. Packed my stuff and ordered my uber to the airport. I went to the front desk to tell someone but the metal grate was pulled down and no one was there to be fair this was about 11:45pm. So I left.

Was pleasantly surprised with the room. Very clean. Wish that there were four pillows on the bed instead of two. Not comfortable for watching TV in bed.

As a local, I can tell you the area around this property is not bad. However, when you arrive - the exterior and interior front door is locked and you must be "buzzed" in. The front desk is behind plexiglass. This is NOT a welcoming atmosphere. Maintenance of appliances and furniture is poor. Do Not stay here unless it's your last resort.

So, we canceled the reservation and elsewhere.

We had several issues from broken outlet covers, sprinkler not properly installed in the ceiling, poor water pressure, lastly, waking up to the air conditioner leaking and having a puddle of water from the bathroom to the outside wall. You couldn't walk outside without a strong smell of marijuana every night we stayed.

Location was great. Took almost an hour to get checked in. The toilet seat was loose, a shelf was broken and there was not enough towels for the 4 people registered to the room. They ran out of hotel room keys. The hallways were hot and humid. The check in lady was really nice though.

This is my second visit it only got worse. No cold air in the rooms. I went into my room the sheets were missing and no blankets. They moved me to another room and that was complete but it was not very clean. The bathroom was bad. I spent 30 minutes cleaning it myself. The manager was too busy on the phone with family to help me quicker. The lady came later and did her very best.

Truly I hate to write this review as it is not nice in the slightest but completely needed. I booked this place for one night and I regret it immensely. The hotel looks “nice” from the outside but looks can be deceiving.. when you get to the door it’s locked and you need to be let in from the inside or a key, fine.. there is 1 front desk person.. who also happens to be the hotel manager. When I made the arrangements for the booking I was given a specific cost & thank god I screenshotted it because the hotel MANAGER tried to charge me more and told me it was because of A. “Orlando tax” even though the taxes, fees and resort fees were included in my grand total upon booking & then B. (Once I complained to Expedia) the additional cost was due to the “car I had”. Unfortunately the list goes on, to begin with the area feeling unsafe, the hotel has no help after 11 pm,the room we stayed in being extremely worn down, the tv not turning on (probably because it was paired with a direct tv remote for a Roku tv?) The microwave having a part hanging from it, one towel in the whole room (for two guests) and lastly if the creepy flickering bedside lamp doesn’t tell you this place is run down I’m not sure what will. I spent over $100 for this night & im truly at a loss of words were the value of where my money has gone. OH & check in took us about 30 minutes and truthfully I have no clarification when the office will be open so I can check out as early possible, I will NEVER book here again

My employer put me up in this hotel but i had to check out after one night of a four night stay. Room was filthy and half a dozen roaches were running around all over making it a very uncomfortable stay. I informed the front desk and checked out the next morning due to the unsanitary conditions. I was told the room would be refunded but my employer has yet to receive a refund.

There’s people living there, loud, smelt horrible, draws were missing

The room was not what was pictured, the room was missing pieces from the bathroom, there was some sort of splatter on the fridge. To top it all off there was trash In the wastebasket AND a dead roach on the night stand to seal the deal. Needless to say I’m glad we were able to get a refund AFTER about an hour of going back and forth and THEN being able to rebook elsewhere.

Booked a king room and on arrival no king was available, had to op for a double queen room. Remote was not functioning in room but was provided a replacement by staff member. Small bugs in bathroom but no infestation. Thin sheets, no comforters, cool nights in Orlando. Overall decent experience.

Terrible experience and information on website is inaccurate. Checked in from 1st day at MegaCon and front desk was empty. Lobby was full of people waiting to check in, we waited an hour before we were able to get someone on the phone and tell them people were waiting. Sheets were full of mud and hair, bathroom was dirty and had hair on toilet and in shower. Thought front desk was 24 hours for help but the office was closed. Next morning office was still closed. We tried for 2 days to get TP because there was none. When we left in the morning around 8 and arrived back at 10:30pm the front desk was closed. When asked about room service we were told housekeeping comes every 2 weeks. I would have to pay $3.90 per towel if I wanted fresh towels. Wifi is for one device and only to check email, otherwise you had to pay. Front desk hours are 9am - 11am. No one answers the after hours number. I shouldn't have to clean and hotel room and buy my own tp. Would not recommend this place. Nothing on their site or Expedia site is accurate about this hotel.

When arriving the front desk was closed, the lady that was in housekeeping spoke no English. She didn’t know how to run the front desk. She told me she didn’t have a room for me even though I had a confirmation number. Another lady that was checking in was being told the same thing. She finally came around and said she found me a room. When going into the room, it wasn’t even the room we paid for. We got 2 queen beds, this room had 1 full size bed. No couch. Not to mention the room had roaches. This is unacceptable. I’m not sure how this place is in business but something needs to be done. We was never offered a refund or discount. Do not recommend. When we told the front desk the next morning about the roaches they said oh sorry pest control sprayed the top floor and they are coming down. Also you can only have max two towels at a time unless you bring the other ones.

Had to change rooms because the tv was not working and then found coal roaches in my next room

Place is a dump, smelled terrible, hardly any front desk staff, check-in process was tedious, the only elevator broke on day 1 and they put me on the 4th floor.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience. Upon arrival, there was a strong smell of cigarettes, including the elevator, which we could barely get out of due to a strong bad smell of marijuana. When we got to the room, the smoke detector started beeping. We had to ask for batteries at reception. They could improve the cleaning, especially in the bathrooms.

A/C was broken in the first room.2nd room had water damage. I finally got into the 3rd room at 7pm 4 hour without of a room. Staff didn't no what to do. Staff stated they was short handed of worker's i ask for a refund they refused

There was literally domestic violence occurring in the room next to us. The police were called and my frightened 6 year old daughter had to dodge cockroaches all over the place. The smell was so horrible that my wife could not be in the room for more than a few minutes. We left after maybe 45 minutes and went to a different hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel has a clean policy every other week. I've never seen that before: four people in a room for 10 days without any cleaning.

The room had a bad smell. The furniture was broken and a drawer was missing from the furniture. I had to buy an air freshener to stay that night when I arrived. I just wanted to leave. The sheets stung my body.

THERE WAS "NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK" TO CHECK ME IN?????

Lots of dogs were barking that stayed on the property. People were allowed to sleep overnight in the lobby while the office was closed for the night. There were a lot of people arguing loudly in the units that could be heard throughout the property. No housekeeping to get towels was available from 9 PM to 9 AM. They provide no hand towels only face towels and you could not get more than on towel per person. There is a kitchen but they have zero dishes, pots/pans, silverware, etc. The beds has only one mattress so very hard. There was a huge verbal fight with between 2 African American men and the front desk staff which was so bad police came to the hotel. These mean were being evicted after staying there for 2 months. The police where on site with all of them for over 3 hours. This was very unnerving.

Dirty filthy weed smoke all floors. Crockroaches in the room. Your foot will be dark black if you walk on the floor for a minute. Cleaning happens once in 15 days as they said. No front deask access after 10 PM and not until 10 AM. Never recommend anyone. Regular motels are much better than this.

The seating supplied for the workspace was insufficient. It was a banquet hall dinner chair, not an office chair shown in the pics. The pics also showed a sitting chair which had clearly been removed from the room.

Expedia messed up my reservation, the staff was uncaring and rude. Never staying here again or any of their hotels.

The hotel looked new outside, but the rooms have not been well maintained, the staff at the lobby was either always smoking outside or not there at all. The remote for my room was not working and the guy told me he didn't have any more remotes. I saw an old lady get dropped off by Uber at 10:00pm to check in and they had already left for the day, even though the sign clearly states they close at 11:00pm. I honestly think this hotel is months away from being a crappy Motel 6. To top it all off, my reservation was scheduled to end on Saturday, but I had to check out 4 days early. They told me they don't issue refunds, even though the website says you can make changes to your reservation, as long as you do it prior to 4:00pm. I don't think I would have stayed here if it wasn't an emergency situation due to the hurricane. I will look for other options the next time I am in town. This hotel is not managed properly at all.

It was good

We’ve stayed in many hotels in this area visiting the parks, and I’d have to say the customer service. The front desk personnel was amazing here very accommodating, very professional, very understanding and definitely made our trip feel that much more comfortable.

We really loved the hotel and will be back. No complaints whatsoever .

We checked into our first room, I checked the mattresses and found a very dirty mattress. Could have been bugs in the bed. Then we asked for another room, and there were multiple roaches crawling on the back of the entrance door. The hotel staff was nice enough to try and get us another room, but we decided after two dirty/bug infested rooms, we would get a refund and stay somewhere else. This is not a clean hotel.

We had booked for 7 nights and at no time did they change our towels or change our bed linen.

Wifi only connect to one device without extra fee. But staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again

The office managers and staff are super accommodating, friendly and respectful. Had a great experience overall for the month I spent there and highly recommend.

Went with family for a short weekend getaway. Drove from afar so did not arrive until late. Tv did not work in the room so we called the front desk and they told us they do not now how to fix it, had to sit there watching our phones and then try and fall asleep in silence. Not cool. Hotel only provided two towels so when I went down to get one for my husband (my daughter and I already took a shower) they told me only if I brought my other wet towel down to the front desk first. Again not cool. Room was not very clean and looked old. Did like there was a full size fridge and stove and that it is centrally located.

Wanted to check out but there was no one at the service desk at 9 although there was a sign to leave at the desk but did not felt comfortable because there was no where to leave the room key . Gentlemen got there at 905 didn’t say a word he was sitting up his area but didn’t acknowledge anyone that were on line . They should have a drop box to leave the room key not just on a desk.

We bought this hotel for just one night to accommodate an extra person in our party and we didn’t want to spend a lot. The hotel has a mix of smoke and water mold smell in the hallways. Not overwhelming on the smell, but definitely lingers. The bed was comfortable, but sleep was difficult with the lights coming through the blinds from the evening parking lights and then the sun in the morning. Had good water pressure for showering. The biggest issue came when there was no staff at the office for checkout. The office hours were 9am to 11pm but no one was there by 10:50am the day of checkout.

The elevator was broken, they tell you lies about when it broke or when it will be fixed. The hallways stink, the room was dirty, the window curtain was dirty, the refrigerator was very dirty inside and outside there were cockroaches, there was a lot of smell of dust, my daughters couldn't sleep because of their allergies, the front desk didn't serve them well, the other day of being there I had to change hotels due to the bad service and the broken elevator and they did not want to refund the money thank God I bought through Expidia and they relocated me to a much better place without losing my money but the hotel and the service The hotel is terrible, Expidia resolved everything for me, grateful to Expidia

Tinha muitas baratas no nosso quarto, em cima do fogão e móveis, só não tinha na cama. O preço é bom, a localidade é muito boa. Os atendentes são simpáticos e prestativos.

When we checked in, our TV didn't work. The maintenance man came quick to fix it but he could only the channels working. The volume was stuck on one volume level. Our room was clean and had a nice kitchenette. However, no extra things provided...no coffee maker, room clock, or hair dryer. Shampoo/conditioner supplied were 2 ounce bottle (enough for one person). Only one guest per room could sign in for hotel wifi access. Building security was good. You needed a key to get in and out of the entrances. Dunkin Donuts was across the parking lotfor morning coffee. Next time I will pay a little more for a hotel.

The floors where sticky. No hot water

Floors were sticky, staff unable to provide extra pillows, no glasses or even paper cups in the room. You can do better than this hotel!

I NEVER STAYED THERE, THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE FRONT DESK WHEN I ARRIVED . THERE WERE SKETCHY PEOPLE OUTSIDE . I HAD TO LEAVE AND FIND LATE AT NIGHT OTHER HOTEL. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
