Excellent property, room, and staff!

The breakfast was really good and check in was a breeze, Very friendly staff.

All was great, I Just had a problem paying for extended check out time since i am a Windym rewards customer. Also they had no options for gluten free bread or muffin for breakfast or no non dairy milk. They did have a cappuccino machine which I thought was good for those who can drink dairy.

I liked that there was an airport shuttle that ran late and stayed early. After getting off a cruise ship and back to the hotel mid morning, the hotel let us store our luggage behind the front desk until a room was ready later in the afternoon.

It was great for a quick night stay so we could get up early for a morning flight. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great when we needed assistance. Also, there are plenty of good restaurants in the area.

I like how close to the airport this is, and the shuttle service is quite punctual and organized. The room was clean and comfortable. I payed for a queen bed and the bed that was in the room was definately smaller than a queen.

The hot tub however looked a little grungy so we decided to not use it.

We booked a king bed with a jacuzzi tub. The location of the hotel for our one night need was great. Parking is free. We checked in just fine, no issues. Our room was slightly disappointing. The lay out of the bathroom is bad. The door barely misses the toilet when you open it. The shower has no shelf it. The

The price was very affordable. But you get what you pay for. Not a bad property my only concern was the smell in the lobby. It smelt of mold and when I glanced at the air vents looked as if there maybe had been water dripping from them down the wall!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The continental breakfast met expectations, and I especially appreciated the availability of 24-hour coffee and fountain drinks. Overall, this hotel provided a great experience, and I look forward to staying here again on future trips. Highly recommended!

Part of the reason we picked this hotel was because they suppose to have free-shuttle service but no one picked up the phone when we called so we had to call a taxi. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in. Had to wait 5-10 minutes before someone showed up. Then this person said he didn’t get any of our calls for the shuttle. Not sure what was going on there. The location was very load and there were people fighting or yelling very load outside around midnight. The sheets are not super comfortable and the carpet was at the point I would not walk on it. Breakfast was okay, long lines. I have traveled for work stayed at many hotels so not super high standard here. But really wouldn’t recommend it. For the price you could get something better.

The hotel is in a good location about 7 minutes drive to MCO… there are a few restaurants around the hotel.. the hotel also has a free parking. The room is spacious and clean.

The room the I pay for it wasn’t the room I ask for a rolling in shower and I got a regular shower I pay more and I got less is very annoying for a handicap person trying to make work this is very frustrating experience

Upon arrival to the facility the first thing I noticed many lingering people outside of the property. I was very weary getting out of my vehicle alone. Once I entered the hotel it seemed nice. When we went up to our room the extremely strong smell of marijuana filled the entire elevator, so much so that it was making me cough. Entering our room it was somewhat warm so I adjusted the wall a/c, which started making a very loud rattling noise that lasted all night. There was cracked and molded caulking around the bathtub so we were unable to enjoy the feature of the jacuzzi tub that we upgraded to for that feature. We only stayed one night and were going home the next day. When checking out there was no one at the front desk to speak to about these issues so we just left the room keys in a basket for checkout.

Beds were extremely comfortable....I felt at home. Cleanliness, setup it was indeed a comfortable stay I didn't like that it wasn't that much parking space available, but I do like the fact I was lucky to find a parking space all the way back of the building I was worried walking in the dark but lucky there was a side door available to get inside the building quicker and easier versus having to walk all the around to front entrance.

I give this hotel 5 stars especially the attendant in the front Celine was phenomenal with making sure me and my family was taken care of. Check in was quick, 3 min total. She made us feel very welcome. Her warm personality and amazing customer service. She made our orlando visit so much better. The breakfast was great! The hot tub was soo relaxing and the rooms were super clean. All staff was super nice. We will be rebooking!!!

I had a very late check in around midnight-1am and I made sure to call to let them know and they reassured me my room would still be there for me whenever I got there..and it was! Staff were very helpful and the room was exactly what I needed. Clean beds, clean bathroom everything was great.

Excellent staff member’s my issue was that every time I came to the room my key didn’t work , four times I had to go to the front desk to get the key reprogrammed, that was painful. I get to my door the keys don’t open the door. I have to go back downstairs and have the key reprogrammed. That was the only issue that I had was wonderful hospitality great breakfast great thank you for everything. I will choose this hotel before any other one.

The property is conveniently located and easily accessible from the airport and right in the middle of where there are many different food options, regular shopping. Some of the front desk, individuals aren’t as polite as they should be some of them were quite dismissive the only way I can explain that is in their actual attitude that’s projected, but this is normal I guess in the times that we are in … i don’t want to say that it is a color thing, however don’t underestimate people just because of their skin tone. You have no idea what walk of life they are from and you are doing a job and you need to prevent professionally and represent that company with a certain level of customer service professionalism and just being a nice human being like having a snarky attitude like I’m better than you attitude is just overwhelming in these current times and this is not all of the individuals at the front desk because there were some very sweet professional individuals at the front desk that did not look like they were being forced to smile and act like they cared about your actual stay

30 min after arriving to celebrate my birthday, had do not disturb sign up,and maid tried to walk in but was stopped by extra security latch, and said oh,so sorry...totally ruined mood..Will not stay there or any affiliated hotel again.

It was a very nice hotel, I would definitely stay there again. Very friendly staff and they do have a shuttle bus that takes you and picks you up at airport. The shuttle runs until 1AM, which is the last shuttle.

Can’t fully recommend this place. The free airport shuttle took over an hour, the lady on the phone was anything but kind when requesting the shuttle, and the shower drain didn’t work so the bathroom flooded even during a quick wash. The toilet paper holder was rusted and falling out of the wall. The water damage all over the wallpaper was awful and the bathroom smelled like mildew. The included breakfast was pretty good and there’s also snacks available for purchase 24/7 but they’re very expensive (3x gas station prices). The bed seemed clean and was 8/10 comfortable. We brought the bathroom issues to staff’s attention but only got a, “sorry, thanks. Next?” Overall would not stay here again.

Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible, but the toilet was too low, there was a tub you had to climb over to get into shower (with grab bars you had to reach for), the doorbell sounded like crickets so if you were hearing impaired it would not work very well. I stayed with my elderly father. We still couldn’t figure out how this room passed ADA regulations. And the coffee tasted awful.

Room was very clean and spacious with a microwave and decent size refrigerator. The AC was next to the hot tub area and not working in the exercise room. Made it very difficult to exercise and the staff was not helpful as they said it could not be adjusted. The AC never came on in the exercise room and was about 80° in the room.

The room was super clean, and neat. Staff was friendly and attentive, as it was 7-8 minutes away from the airport, the jacuzzi is definitely a big plus. The breakfast was just a normal breakfast with eggs, bacon, fruits , yogurt, and it was different for every day we stayed.

DIRTY! The room was dirty. Mold in the sink and drain. Someone’s shorts were left in the bathroom. Pubic hair on the towels. Hair in the Shower drain. We complained to the front desk and they brushed us off. They didn’t care. I would think twice before booking with this hotel.

The condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom showerhead had visible mold, which is a basic cleanliness issue that should never be overlooked. It raises serious concerns about hygiene standards and overall maintenance. The handling of late checkout was equally disappointing. I was initially told it wouldn’t be a problem, but the next day I was informed I would be charged $15 per hour. This inconsistency is unprofessional and misleading. More importantly, charging by the hour gives the impression of an hourly-rate motel, which is not what guests expect from a hotel positioning itself at this level. Between the poor maintenance and inconsistent policies, this stay did not meet even basic expectations. I would not stay here again.

Great location with many good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was adequate. Shuttle service was very good. The manager, Elizabeth was amazing, she went above and beyond to assist us. Only disappointment was the pool that was very small with one table and only a couple chairs. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again in the future before our cruise again.

Making reservations was simple. Was greeted by a lovely young lady that explained everything we would need to know. Have already told some friends about the hotel. We all have a meeting coming up in a few weeks. So this hotel might be the perfect place for everyone to stay

Convenience was optimal (airport shuttle included, breakfast buffet included, walkable to restaurants and shops), but the hotel itself was passable. I wouldn’t stay there if the airport wasn’t my #1 priority. Rooms were big and everything was clean, but rooms, halls, lobby need a bit of a refresh. Pool was sad, freezing, an afterthought.

The free breakfast was poorly maintained and replenished. By 9:30 am most of the food was gone and for those coming down late they were out of luck. I was there 4 days and it was the same every day.

Breakfast was fresh. Only complaint I have is children crying and running up and down the hall but that is a parent problem, not a hotel problem. It eventually settled and I slept well. Nice walking distance to a few restaurants so I was able to get dinner after a long flight. I felt safe walking in the "dark" because it was well lit area and had a nice late dinner.

Adequate for a stay near the airport. Breakfast was ok for a free continental breakfast. Items ran out as the morning progressed. Shuttle to Airport was convenient. Nighttime staff was a bit overwhelmed when we checked in and was on hold for a long time then hung up on around midnight. Stay was good for the price paid.

The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location near the airport. There are lots of places close to the hotel to eat and shop at. This hotel does not have much of a gym, only a few cardio machines and no weights. The breakfast area ran out of food 45 min before they were supposed to stop serving breakfast. There is very limited parking in the front of the hotel.

The facility was clean, but tired. Breakfast was typical continental. The only thing of note is the shuttle from the airport to hotel took close to an hour to arrive at the airport after contacting the hotel. It was a long wait with two young children.

The room needs renovation, lacking tech and smells OLD, the carpet needs to be replaced and the drapes, I was stuffy the entire time I was there, the moment I checked out and came to another hotel, I've been good. I highly suggest better breakfast as well, eggs were too watery on two occasions and the coffee not the best. For such a prime location this hotel definitely needs to be improved in all aspects of its operation.

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower. Shuttle was prompt with airport pickup. Staff was nice, breakfast had some good choices. Location is very convenient for flying in or out of MCO. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Exactly what you’d hope for from an airport hotel

Room and breakfast were great. Check in process was easy. Only issue is the shuttle only runs till 1am. If you have a very late check in or the flight is delayed you have to get an Uber. Had I known the shuttle only ran for a certain amount of time I would have used another hotel. The flight I was on didn't get in until 12:35 and was delayed after that. Since it was scheduled for 12:35 I would have maybe stayed at another hotel that had better shuttle hours.

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and airport shuttle was very convenient. Shuttle did take about 45 mins to pick us up but it was right on time in the morning getting us back to the airport.

Dont be fooled by the nice lobby.Lukewarm water, dirty carpet, hard bed, noisy ac unit, hard stinky towels, peeling wall paper, no shelf in the shower, had to put everything on the floor. No towel rack.The breakfast buffet consisted of extremely dry scrambled eggs and bacon so overcooked it crumbled when the tongs touched it.

charged me for someone else's room when i was checking in. told the receptionist that i already paid when did the booking, but still charged me. Turned out to be for someone else's room. Also, the room key didn't work. went to reception and back to room on 4th floor 5 times. ultimately went out for dinner with heavy backpack since room wasn't accessible. they resolved the issue but i lost couple of resting hours in evening.

Hotel was excellent for our one night stay before our cruise. Room was a little dated but clean and appropriate for our needs. The front desk helped us make reservations for transporting to Port Canaveral for our cruise. And the hot breakfast was a great addition. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices.

The room was very nice. We stayed here twice...coming and going on a cruise as we live on the West Coast. The ONLY issue we had was upon our return. It happened to be during the severe cold weather. We called for a shuttle to the hotel. We waited inside but right in line with the B4 area where the shuttle would come. We waited and waited and waited and the Wingate shuttle never came. We called and THEN are told it would be a Ramada Shuttle. We HAD seen one but no way of knowing that was the shuttle from Wingate. Driver apparently announced but we were inside due to below freezing temps and I am handicapped. Should have been told when we called.

Pristine from top to bottom – seriously, this is the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in years. As a non-smoker who can detect even the faintest trace of cigarette smoke, I'm thrilled to report this 100% non-smoking property actually lives up to the promise. Not a hint anywhere. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and impeccably maintained through the entire service window – a refreshing change from most hotel breakfasts that fall apart by 9 AM. Loved it so much on Wednesday that I booked again for Sunday night. Already marking my calendar for next year's Rolex 24 @ Daytona. This is my new go-to spot! Flying into Orlando.

2. Upon checking in the receptionist charged me for someone else’s room when I fact I told them I have prepaid when I booked the hotel. 3. Upon realizing that she infact charged me for someone else’s room, getting refund took over 20 minutes. 4. Got room keys and went to room to drop luggage. Came out of the room and tried going back again to put backpack away, room key didn’t work. Went to front desk, stood in line to get the keys swapped, took elevator to the room to find out keys don’t work. Did this 4 times and then they send a person to check. The person checked and replaced door lock battery and it didn’t work. So instead of us being able to check in by 8:30 and go to bed… we were roaming around until this was sorted. Dinner place where we wanted to go was closed because of all this delay. Would not stay here again and absolutely don’t recommend this place.

Stayed one night before our cruise. Room was clean but is really in need of some updates. Bathtub looked very old and there was a hair in it. Breakfast was lousy - not much variety and not many places to sit - and tables were not cleaned when people left. Only had one waffle maker and food kept running out. Good location - near shopping and restaurants in walking distance (Denny's, Home Goods, Michael's, movie theatre, etc). I would not stay here again.

They let us in a room right away despite being a few hours before check in, the room was clean, amenities were great, staff was quick to help us when we needed a crib and extra pillows, breakfast was included and tasty, the airport shuttle went seamless. Great value for an overnight waiting for a cancelled flight to be rebooked.

First of all, the hotel was pretty inexpensive so you get what you pay for. Just seemed tired and in need of a refresh. Bed wasn't great. Pillows were hard. I always look at the grout and corners in the bathroom - they were dirty. The air conditioner didn't really work. For 1 night before an early flight out of Orlando, it was just OK.

Upon entering the lobby, a distinct odor was noticeable, likely attributable to the carpeting, and the entire property appeared to be aged and in need of modernization. The guest room also presented with an unpleasant odor and visible mold on the ceiling, while the bathroom facilities were unsatisfactory. Furthermore, there appeared to be mold on the carpet, a crack in the shower, and the water temperature in the shower did not reach an adequate level of warmth. This was an exceptionally disappointing stay, and I will not be making future reservations at this establishment.

However, the property desperately needs a deep clean. There’s a musty smell upon entry, scuff marks on walls throughout, and the room carpets are filthy—my slippers left stains on the bathroom floor after walking on them. This seems like a management issue rather than a staff one. Outdated COVID-era signs (social distancing and “if you see something, say something”) remain posted everywhere, which is irritating, uncomfortable, and suggests a lack of attention to detail of management rather than staff.

Fine location, close to the airport for a night. The room had a queen bed, chair, mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer and shampoo, soap, lotion. The room felt humid and the AC felt like it struggled to keep up even though it's December. I was in a room right next to the elevator and heard it but my sound machine came in clutch. No parking fee! The best! Thank you for not gouging your customers! Would stay again!

Hotel and property was very clean and well maintained. The room was clean but somewhat out dated and room had a musty smell. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub and it appeared it had leaked and the wall around the tub itself appeared to have been replaced but it was still I need of some maintenance. The staff upon my first impression wasn’t very welcoming and while checking in had stepped away and myself and other customers waited at least 15 min before her return. The phone rang several times during the time frame she was away. She was the only staff at the desk at that time.

I arrived at the airport to drop off my rental car and I called the hotel to see if they had a shuttle at the airport at that time but I was willing to just call a ride share if not. The receptionist notified their shuttle driver right away that I was at the airport and he quickly came and picked me up. I was very impressed. The check-in for my room also went smoothly and quickly and the room was clean and accommodated my requests (I asked if I could have a room higher up and away from anything noisy like the elevator or laundry rooms.). Overall I am happy with my stay so far and look forward to staying here again on my way back from my trip.

Phone plugs on both sides of the bed were damaged and didn’t work. Thankfully, I had brought my own wall plug or I wouldn’t have been able to charge my phone. Towels on the bottom shelf inches from the floor and toilet doesn’t seem to be very hygienic! Overall, room seemed a bit worn and dingy but not awful.

The shuttle from the airport took over 2 1/2 hours after we had prearranged for pick up. We were told it would take 15 to 30 minutes. They were not empathetic about it. the staff at the hotel was friendly and efficient. Check in was quick and easy. Our stay was comfortable. The beds are quite firm. We needed a room the day before our cruise and for the day we returned because we wanted to stay in the area an extra day, but after our stay we chose another hotel for our last overnight stay.

They had no power that night. Said they were going to send someone up to the room. Make sure I was awake and get my bags and help me down five fights of stairs but that never happened. It was a nightmare trying to get my stuff together in the dark. I cannot believe a room was booked under these conditions and especially for early morning flight

Loved that there was transportation to the cruise port and free shuttle to and from airport available and staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean, and dining was in walking distant.

Staff was nice. No place to wash clothes. Ice machine was broken on the 4th floor. Probably would not stay here again. Reserved a suite. The room that was given to me was not a suite.

Hotel could use some updating. We could not even see out our window - covered in a film from glass defect. The door handle to get in the room was broken and was extremely hard to even turn to get inside. The breakfast was average at best. Location was good, safe and nearby restaurants, etc.

Parking is limited as they have more rooms than spaces. Breakfast was standard with watery eggs. The staff are helpful when needed. An outside pool does not exist. They do have an indoor whirlpool that is not ideal for kids.

I booked this on Hotels.com, with a shuttle service from the airport listed as an amenity. When I called for a ride, they told me that there was no shuttle. I contacted hotels.com for a refund, they said it was up to the hotel and the hotel said no. Do not use Hotels.com to book or book at this place. I did not stay her and they still charged my card.

Room was large and clean, front desk staff was very helpful. Genesis was of great help with recommending restaurants. The shuttle on arrival took a little long to get us but all was good.

I walked the entire length of that level because no signage informed you where to even seek advise about any shuttle other than Disney picked up. There are 0ver 39 bays. Surely the hotel knows where shuttles pick up since the drivers know. Why was the hotel quest informed. This was the worst part of the experience
