Very good location. Private location and still very close to Disney or Orlando attractions. Friendly and responsive staff. Easy, free parking. Very clean updated and remodeled room. Pool and other amenities are a few feet away. My room was upgraded for free. This was my first time at the Westgate Leisure Resort and I will be back! The only thing I can think of was we heard the doors to the rooms slam closed a lot. If you weren't careful when closing the door, they slam pretty loud.

The cleanliness. The friendliness of the staff. We had an updated room and it was great! The beds were so comfortable. Definitely stay here again. That the property shared street with neighboring property who were annual rentals and you saw all their extended living items on their balconies; bikes, totes etc.

Bed was too firm/hard for us, I'm hoping in future they have a bed selection if not already.

Everything was great very clean and spacious with everything included. I Was highly satisfied with everything provided in room. The only issue I had was with the guests upstairs who had kids that started bouncing a ball since 5:30 AM. I know that is not the resort's fault, but the fact that the ceiling it is not sound proof...it kinda is.

I liked the pools and spray ground for kids. The updated rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I didn’t like how you have to ride through a complex to get to the resort. Some of those residents were driving a bit crazy. I also didn’t like that the kids club art room wasn’t available everyday.

It was my wife birthday I didn't get what I paid for because it was Valentine's weekend so to them it was first come first served Aura vibes giving off the hot water was out the entire stay no partial refund it was ridiculous I was very disappointed with this booking I was trying to do something nice for my wife's birthday I even told one of the staffs that it was my wife's birthday and he showed no empathy whatsoever!!!!!

Quiet. The condo was so nice we wished we could’ve stayed longer! Such great location for our plans to Sea World!

This resort is quiet and relaxing with ponds and lots of trees. There are pools and hot tubs, various outdoor games and some indoor games for kids. We had a full kitchen with everything we needed supplied. Our space included a balcony also. This was a perfect location for us and would be great for Disney trips. We will return to this location.

I managed to snag a last-minute room at this hotel on a bustling Saturday, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! The front desk guy was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and to top it off, they graciously upgraded us because our original room was undergoing renovations—talk about a winning deal! The accommodations were spotless, spacious, and truly comfortable, making the stay unforgettable. I absolutely loved the vibe of the room and will definitely be booking this place again. Already recommending it to friends—this place is a hidden gem!

We were upgraded to from a 1-1 to a 2-2 for no additional charge. The room was clean, fully updated, and had the basic needs for an equipped kitchen. The grounds are quiet and nicely maintained. There are 2 pools and 2 spas. There is ping pong, a pool table, yard games, mini golf and more. I decided to extend our stay. I originally booked through Expedia, so I reached out to them for the booking then informed the front desk I would be staying 2 extra nights. He made sure we could stay in the same room so we didn't have to move all of our things. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a small issue with the washing machine (yes the rooms have a washer and dryer too!) and maintenance was there in less than 5 minutes after I called to fix it. Seaworld is a 7 minute drive and Disney/Universal are about 20 minutes away. Overall we had a nice relaxing stay and would definitely stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoyed the property. The grounds are kept up really nice & the units are beautifully remodeled with all the appliances, dishes & utensils you will need to cook in the unit. Everyone on the property has been so friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this property & I am booked to go back here for another stay!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 night and the place was really nice. We were shocked on how nice the rooms are. The staff was extremely nice.I've stayed at a lot of places in orlando, and this place is in my top five and I would definitely stay there again.One hundred percent.

Confusing where the check- in is. Which is all the way to the back but once you find it it's great from there.

It was just surrounded by an apartment complex, people were outside working on their cars at night and not a savory place to stay. When there is a sign posted about not open carrying your firearm tells me people that have stayed there also felt the same way. Office staff was great but the staff on the golf carts were just rude. Price wasn’t bad and the room it self was clean but I will never stay there again.

We didn't like the way we were treated, when we watched others check in with no issues, we didn't like that there was no HOT water to use during our stay, we are Westgate Owners and just wanted a little privacy at Westgate Leisure Resort, but didn't like the disrespectfulness.

Everything was perfect! The room was amazing and the staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the bowl and other amenities! We will definitely be back!

Great value w free parking and although there is an $18.99 resort fee , this is well below the going rate for the area. It is only a few miles from Disney .. and you have home style accomodations to cook a little something or relax w a tv in both bedrooms . Highly recommend.

In the parking lot, the outside of the buildings had us wondering what it was going to be. But when you get into their courtyard and your Room, you will be pleasantly surprised. The Grounds workers keep it looking Beautiful. The rooms are Bright and spacious. They have MANY activities, playground, 2 swimming pools and a Splashpad which are each well maintained. There is even a kids “club/activity” area with super attendants to help the kids. We Highly recommend this hotel if you want to be Away from the “tourist” things. It is Quiet and relaxing here. The front desk staff was excellent. I got there a bit earlier than my check in and they were extremely accommodating. The room was spotless and perfect for my stay, having a full kitchen and laundry was also a big plus. I will definitely come back on my next trip.

Room was super clean, check-in was easy and friendly, check-out just as easy and the area has many options for food, gas and ahopping with the outlets being nearby. Distance from the airport isn't terrible and you are within minutes to Disney and Universal parks. Would highly recommend. And look forward to staying again.

Everything was great, other than this is a Timeshare not a hotel, and because of this they start knocking on the door at 10 am sharp to check out, and literally 10 minutes came back another guy to knock again to get out, watch out for that !!!

We had an excellent experience! Blanca helped us with some awesome food suggestions. The staff was very kind to my daughter too. Manuel helped us get all set up for our stay. The amenities were nice. Our daughter loved the mini golfing offered and also the pool. Overall we had an amazing experience.

Very clean rooms and environment, from the utensils to the floor, bedrooms, bathrooms, bathroom corners too, yes, No mould!, clean towels,sheets, light switches etc. Clean spacious pool and outside extended bathroom facilities etc. It is a non-disturbing environment. Serenity awaites you to their therapeutic lofty waterfront (our daughter is specially facinated by this) and outdoor seating by the lake for a brunch, hang out or for drop meditation. There is also a clean spacious children's place for learning activities and reading at your own leisure, etc My room service also did an awesome job today. She was very courteous and patient, also very detailed in cleaning. I am greatly satisfied. Westgate Leisure will definitely be my choice of stay for future visits/ functions in Florida. I was at home.

I have stayed at several Westgate properties in Kissimmee and Orlando area. This property is by far the best experience I have had overall in the past 20 years at Westgate. The staff was exceptional. The room was exceptional. Everything about this was exceptional, in the future, every time I come to the area of Orlando, I will try and book at this property. Absolutely loved it.

The property was very well maintained and one of the cleanest properties I have stayed. The staff were amazing and were very helpful and accommodating during our stay. Its a nice place for sure but check in took way too long. Juat standing there in silence for 30 minutes after deposit paid. They said they were just confirming if the room was ready but this was well after check in time. Shouldnt take that long. Barn doors on the bathroom which suck and fell off during first use.

I requested room service and no make out not to even make the bed. I notify the front desk, I was told when I returned bed would be make and I would have extra sheets. I did t receive neither, that’s very poor customer service, I was there 5 nights, no one came to clean up or bring me towels.

This was my second time staying at this resort and I’m still amazed. It felt like I was home. I miss it already! I’ll definitely be back again. The villa was very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was peaceful and pretty! I love every single thing about this place!! Can’t wait to come back again!

My daughter and I were in town for her theater competition, and we booked this resort because it was about half the price of the hotel where the competition was being held. We were so impressed, and would definitely stay here again. Check-in was a breeze (took about 5 minutes) and the staff were very friendly. Our unit was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The resort was quiet and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It is also very conveniently located (close to I-4 without being right next to it). Thanks for a great stay!

This property fit what we wanted for our trip - a condo with a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and affordable. The rooms need updating and more attention to cleaning, but otherwise, it is a nice property.

This may be the best stay I had in orlando in a few years tbh. The staff was super nice when I checked in, made sure we got a great room. The property was clean and just nice feeling in general. I would def want this to be where I stay when I come to Orlando from now on if possible.

It was extremely convinient for what we needed. Close to the Orange County Convention Center and it includes a kitchen so we can cook food.

Great stay

When I first arrived to the property, everything looked beautiful. Better than staying in a regular hotel great pool and hot tub and the grounds are very nice to walk around. The room was two bedroom villa, which was incredible for the price. The only downside was there was a very musty odor when I first arrived. I used Lysol to eliminate the odors and opened up the windows and patio door, which was screened in this neutralized any odors which we did not smell anything after that so I’m not sure if the location was just not used often but overall, I would stay there again.

The hotel was super clean and the staff extremely friendly. Daniel from the front desk was super polite and cordial. The amenities were great! Definitely, the fire pit was a cozy area and the grill area a nice way to enjoy the outdoors.

This resort was the best choice for the bad situation I found myself in. Flight was delayed twice, called the hotel and they were very accomodating. The security guard got us in our room and allowed for us to check in the next day. Most comfortable bed of anywhere I've stayed. Very clean room. Staff was always very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again.

Calling this a resort feels like a bit of a stretch. It was a condo community. I got the impression the propery wasn't even exclusively owned by westgate, as it seemed like several of the units were occupied by tenants. There was a gaurd station at the entrance but it was unmanned, so anyone could enter the property, unchecked. There was a resort fee charged at check-in which I suppose i didnt notice in the fine print. The unit was clean and adequately stocked with clean towels for our two day stay. The kitchen had basic utensils. All in all the experience was okay. Sufficient. It probably wouldnt be a first choice if i needed future accomodations, but i would stay again, though probably reluctantly.

Not one complaint. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here at Westgate. Everything was clean and top notch! The staff really takes great care of the property and were very attentive.

This far exceeded our expectations. We wanted a clean space with a small kitchen that was a short drive to the Orange County Convention Center. We got all of that and more with Westgate Leisure Resorts. Our suite was spacious and clean. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The free parking was a definite perk. We will definitely be staying here again!

The smoke alarms are extremely sensitive. While cooking at regular temperature (I’m a Private Chef) all the smoke alarms are going off and became AGGRAVATING.

The staff was very friendly. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom which we didn’t need as there was just me and my wife. It was very comfortable and very clean.

I loved this property very quiet and clean, the front desk staff was great and so was engineering. Definitely will be back again, thank you everyone.

This place was amazing! We are definitely coming back for future stays. It is close to the Orlando theme parks. It has everything you need for your stay. The staff were super nice and friendly. They made me feel welcome and at home.

Cozy little 2-bedroom apartment. One bedroom had twin beds and another had a king bed. Two bathrooms. Huge bathtub. Good coffee. Nice view outside the motel-style doors. Pool area. Lots of resort services that I didn't check out. Near lots of good restaurants including DaSilva Steakhouse which is Cuban style. Food delivery available. Three TVs in the room. Close to Sea World and Universal.

I love this property. Very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and the front office smells heavenly. Ive noticed I prefer to stay in the buildings nearest the front office mainly due to the nice pond with the jazz music playing. Otherwise, fantastic stay as usual!

The room was exquisite! So clean. Nice and spacious. The kitchen was beautifully updated. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful. Everything was clean and pristine. The service was very friendly. The pool was fairly clean but very relaxing laying out in the sun. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It really felt like home and I was so sad to leave. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back for my next trip!

The resort was convieniently located to the Orlando Convention Center and to Disney Springs. We enjoyed the upgrade that we were given when we checked in. However, there was no hot water when I took a shower, washed my face or tried cleaning the dishes we used.

we believe we booked the westgate property at the vacation villas resort with the waterparks.the day before we checked in they sent notifaction that we were booked at the westgate leisure resort.we immediately started looking for other propertys but just decided to go and hope for the best.when we pulled in i knew we were had made a huge mistake.we were on a property where people actually lived and did not want to stay there.the people in my group talked me into staying because we couldnt get a refund.that night we were kept awake by people who lived in the property who decided to park their cars in our parking lot desiginated for resort guests and could hear everything.they were actually working on their cars till after midnight when it quited down.we went to the front desk in the morning to let them know about this and they replied we cant control what the people that live here do but will bring it to our security guard attention.we were charged an astronomical amount to stay at a resort where i didnt feel safe and didnt want to be there.i will never never stay at any westgate property and will share this horrible experience with everyone i know.we believe that our booking was changed through your system without our knowledge most likely because the resort we actually booked was full without notification until it was too late to cancel.

It has recently been remodeled and it was PERFECT for our stay. They provided everything we needed and checked on us often. Will be staying here monthly for a few months.

We enjoyed our stay at Westgate Leisure! It was a quiet property which we embraced! With busy work lives, this resort gave us the ability to relax. The condo was well appointed and gave us everything we needed minus laundry in the unit. The master bed was comfy and the bathroom was a highlight! The lighted mirror and shower area were the stars! The pools and hot tub were great with a variety of comfortable chairs around. There were also pergolas to get you out of the sun when you’ve had too much. There is an arcade and putt putt to test your competitiveness! The resort location was close to main highways and there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Overall our stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend staying here.
