Convenient hotel - large rooms at reasonable prices

Very nice, small hotel and comfortable. It was convenient to the Amtrak train station. The restaurant served good foods and good drinks and had good service. The registration clerks and housekeeping staff were good. All staff members that I encountered were pleasant and greeted me. Whenever I come back into town and ride the train and need to be near the station I would definitely stay here again.

Room, staff and food were great. My only complaint is the tv selections. They only had Tubi TV with no current show selections. I ordered room service and wanted to relax and watch tv. The selections were lacking.

The homeless guy from the gas station setting up camp in the benches in front of the Delaney was enough for me . Front desk Iris was not very helpful . Garage not part of the hotel was dark and dreary. I left after 2 hrs did not feel safe.

Coffee in the morning was mud. We were notified we had to pay $20 a day for parking either. Shower floor was very slippery. I would not return.

Very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and efficient. We did also eat in the restaurant which has happy hour from 3:30-6:00pm if you eat at the bar. Lots of apps and drinks on the happy hour menu. The hotel beds were very comfortable and the rain shower is a nice amenity. There was one thing I would mention for light sleepers, the hallway and adjacent room noise could be heard. There was no late night noise, so we slept well.

As a solo traveler, I was skeptical about the parking situation, but it worked very well and it was easy to access the hotel. I was there for work and the Wi-Fi worked exceptionally well. The room was comfortable and very clean. The tavern downstairs had amazing food and service. The hotel description includes having soundproof walls. That was not the case for room 30. I definitely was woken up by my spirited neighbors. The front desk attendant said I should’ve called and let them know and they would’ve told them to be quieter, but who wants to ruin that type of fun… Not me lol

My stay at The Delaney was amazing. Everyone was so kind. I will also like to mention how pleasurable it is to hear a staff member mention to another guest how much they enjoyed working there. I will definitely book again.

From the moment we checked in, everything about this hotel stay was amazing. The hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so relaxing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh the entire stay. The staff was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely one of the most beautiful and peaceful hotel experiences we’ve had. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff were very friendly when arriving and departing . Also if I needed anything no matter what time it was, I was able to get it ( ex; towels, wash cloth or tissue) The food is delicious at the Delaney Tavern! Definitely recommend the brisket egg rolls and the dirty rice. Drinks were amazing and delicious.

Parking situation could be clarified (and elevator working would be helpful). There was a weird AC thing going on in my room but they seemed to remedy it with a supplemental AC installed.

The attached restaurant/bar was excellent. Staff was welcoming. Parking was OK - the elevator being broken when parking was only available on upper floors and having multiple bags of camera equipement to bring in was a minor inconvenience. Anyone needing parking should also check out the info on where to park for check-in as it off a side road from main address. Bed was VERY comfortable! Our room was great. Clean, modern and spacious with a great shower. The staff was gracious and attentive. The restaurant food was upscale and delicious. I thought the spicy selections were too numerous. We did not use parking. Public transportation of bus and train was close and convenient.

This is my go to Orlando hotel. It's not near anything per se. But it is quiet, safe and well maintained. I know I'll always have a good night sleep here.

We had a room 44 on the 3rd floor and it was very noisy. The AC or maybe a laundry room was very loud. It sounded like a giant dryer with Pennies or buttons rattling around. The room was pretty loud in general with the sounds of that machinery. It made it difficult to sleep and we were tired and came in late. During the day it was noisy too so I think we were somewhere near the laundry somehow

The room was amazing the staff was very attentive everyone is super nice parking super easy they answered all my questions. I even forgot my tooth paste and they had my back and gave me tooth paste and a razor they above and beyond.

This was my first time staying at The Delaney Hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I am used to bar soaps and I usually bring my own, but I didn't this time, The shower gel smelled beautiful, but I still missed my bar soap. My husband and I went to the bar for a drink during late happy hour and the bartender went above and beyond to make my husband the drink that he would make him satisfied...an old-fashioned.

The hospitality of the staff at the Delaney was exceptional. The ambiance of the entire hotel is beautiful. The restaurant inside has excellent food, so try the crab and shrimp with chips. You will be very pleased. Also it's the hotel is 10 minutes from downtown. I cannot complain about anything from this hotel.

My wife and I stayed in a cozy king room. It was a very nice except for the pillar in the room. It takes up the the only space u really have in this particular room. We still enjoyed our overnight stay at the Delaney.

Very friendly helpful staff. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was so soft! It's a smaller hotel in a great location, and easy to navigate to/from. The room decor (ans the decor throughout the property) is beautiful. This is our new "go to" hotel in the downtown Orlando. I highly recommended!!

The service in the bar/restaurant was not good. We didn't appreciate the lack of acknowledgment to us. We sat at the bar and received water and menus. We waited for at least 10 minutes for them to return. During this time, 2 bartenders served others who arrived after us, gave them drinks, and took their food orders. We received our drinks 5 minutes apart, and they never checked on us again. We had to ask for our bill and chose not to have dinner due to the lack of service. The king-size bed was uncomfortable. You could feel the springs and every movement when rolling over.

The property is very decent. I booked the best room they had. The problem was that housekeeping had their storage room behind my room and the doors started banging in and out by staff at around 6 am. It was very annoying.

Modern and clean If you don’t like walking it’s a little far for local restaurants. About 1.5miles. We didn’t mind as we are active walkers The hallway doors to the rooms are very loud when closing. Actually woke me up several times as people entered or exited their rooms during the night. Also, we could hear people running above us down the hallways off and on. They need to adjust to soft closing or slower closing.

My family and I had dinner there twice and I had room service breakfast. Everything was fresh, made to order, and creative. Lovely experience. The staff at both the hotel were exceptional. Cannot wait to return!

Room was clean, front desk staff were helpful, Gym was small but I had a good workout, Housekeeping replenished coffee pods, comfortable bed.

The noise from emergency vehicles and helicopter landing and taking off was noticeable but not terrible and to be expected across from the hospital. We felt fortunate to stay for an event and had empathy for those pacing the floors of the hospital across the street. Whatever brings you there, it's a lovely place to stay.

The restaurant bar on 1st floor was also great. Food was delicious, we spent a couple hours there. The restaurant manager, front desk, and housekeeping people, everyone greeted us. I have zero complaints, I'd love to stay there whenever I visit the area.

The room and bathroom was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing that was unpleasant is that the you can hear all the surrounding doors in the hallway slamming in the morning. I was startled before 7 am multiple times because of the echo and people just talking while walking by. Sound really travels in this location.

My husband and I have stayed in this small boutique hotel maybe a dozen times. It is always a pleasure. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean. And the location is central to downtown Orlando. We love it.

This is an absolutely beautiful Hotel with a Tavern inside the same area. Outside is warm and cozy with beautiful furniture, pillows, tables and cushioned couches and chairs. Inside was just a wonderful. Classy, beautiful and inviting. The staff was amazing. Friendly, courteous and helpful. They were helpful and kind and treated you like family. My stay was amazing!! The room....i felt like I was outdoors because of the noise the wind or something, sirens, the neighbors conversation, the worse, there was no privacy in the bathroom, either put a slider pocket door in toilet area or have bathroom door close completly. We were definitely disappointed the to find out we should of been offered an upgrade and wasnt. I inquired about, nothing available. We had breakfast in the room which was awesome only because we could not reach the front desk to clarify meal options if The Tavern was serving, so my husband went to the front desk and was told front desk was accidentally on DO NOT DISTURB. *Overall, pros staff frienly and welcoming, food was great, location perfect, ambiance excellent, cleaniness awesome....I just need to go #2 in private with a vent.

But when I saw the housekeeper, after cleaning the toilet, place the toilet brush container on the bathroom counter, I was honestly shocked. It was really unhygienic. That countertop is where people put their toothbrushes and cups — it’s definitely not appropriate to put the toilet brush container there.

The room was very clean. We loved the size and modern quality of the bathroom and amenities.

I truly enjoyed my stay. Staff was very accommodating and ensured I was comfortable during my stay. The location of this hotel is not to far away from the Orlando downtown area; do I was able to enjoy different aspects of Orlando. Great stay and highly recommend!

The only complaint I have is that the walls are very thin. I could here the man in the next room sneeze continuously. There was also a lot of noise from people in hallway, and doors slamming.

Clean room, the only shining Stars on staff were Amir and Aaron. Other staff on phones or not at front desk. Hostess in tavern was rude. TV did not work, off and on entire stay. No room service available no free breakfast. Not very focused on in house guests. More concerned with tavern customers. Would be a BIG upgrade if you catered to your guests that are staying for Cancer institute patients.

No stores in the immediate area. Would suggest renting a car rather than depending on Uber.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfy. The food at the tavern was delicious, alil pricey but very delicious.

Not a fan. The AC was on full blast no matter what I did with the thermostat resulting in a freezing cold room. The hot water in the shower was shockingly hot and you cannot make it cooler. The place has potential but I won’t be coming back

Great location and easy access to the main roads. The Tavern was comfortable and the food was excellent. Only downside was loud noise from upstairs neighbors at early hours and road noise during late night/early morning hours. We would stay here again.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. The definition of a hidden gem. Rooms are nice, plenty of space, and CLEAN! A huge perk that I’m surprised more hotels don’t offer: FREE WATER! The ice machine provides ice AND water so you don’t have to buy bottled water for an outlandish price. Parking is free and super convenient. We stayed the weekend to go to the UCF football game and the hotel is minutes away from both I-4 and 408 so it made it super easy to get out east. And the restaurant attached to the hotel is great as well! Delicious food and fantastic service. Can’t wait to stay here the next time we come to Orlando!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for the hospital I had an appointment at, walking distance. The attached restaurant was an absolute bonus and a great place to eat. Room was very clean and spacious. The only negative I would say is the hall/mirror area of the room didn’t have lights so it was very dim if that is important to anyone. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Definitely would return to The Delaney if I’m in that area of Orlando again. ( very close to Kia Center ) Thanks to all the great staff that helped make my stay here enjoyable it’s very appreciated.

Such a beautiful place the location was perfect we had to go to a bridal shower at the citrus club which was only 6 mins away .Had the chance to walk around Delaney Park.The staff was wonderful from front desk room service and housekeeping. I enjoyed my time and a relaxing day after a long exhausting event.

Great stay!

We have stayed here twice now because the first time was a really great experience. Unfortunately it was the story of room and circumstance matters. Our first stay was on the third floor and we could barely hear any exterior noise. This time was on the second floor right above the restaurant and I suppose closer to the road way. You could hear everything, from the TVs next door, housekeeping slamming doors in the morning

Clean resort friendly service and close to everything in Orlando!

Additionally, the room listed to have a microwave, an electric kettle and a separate seating area, none of which were available. It is a good location and the facilities are pretty good, but this room type confusion was a real big turn-off for me.

This is probably the 8th time staying in this hotel. It’s wonderful. Always a great choice. The restaurant in the hotel is great too. Food is consistently good as is the service. Amir who works in the restaurant was so eager to please. Friendly, professional and a good server.

I stayed at the Delaney as I had a conference next door at Orlando Health. The staff was very kind and polite, check in was seamless, and the rooms were very nice. Hotel didn’t really have a common area aside from the restaurant on site. Overall great value for the price

I was very excited about this boutique hotel, upon arrival and the dirty parking garage then entering the lobby I got a sinking feeling. Nothing seemed as pictured. The lobby and halls going into the rooms is old and somewhat unkept. Once entering the hotel room the room was beautiful and spotless. Highend bathroom and comfortable bed. We ate in the restaurant/ bar, the service was fantastic and the food was was good, again bar area a bit dated but the best bourbon selection we have ever seen for a hotel bar. Over all nice stay and very easy but the first impression sticks with you.

Absolutely adored this location. The room was large, bathroom was huge, ice and water available for water bottle refills. The tavern was super awesome!

Everyone was kind and helpful and the room was exquisitely clean! There were literally no problems… Maybe the beds were too comfortable and I didn’t wanna get up the next day but that’s it! I had a wonderful day and this will be my go to hotel on every trip from now on!

This hotel is awesome! The bar downstairs has a great vibe, delicious food, and an excellent happy hour. As EV drivers, we really appreciated being able to fully charge our car before heading home. The hotel is dog friendly, and our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The staff and bartenders were incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here!

Delaney has a lovely restaurant, is in a part of town convenient to downtown Orlando and the rooms are always clean and fresh.

Very cute boutique hotel, right across from Orlando Health Hospital. Convenient to downtown Orlando, all the restaurants and bars and the Kia center. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean, that bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

I did not like that I was able to hear what was being said in the room next door and those in the hallway. I was not able to rest on my last night. It was unacceptable. I had to be up at 4:30am and it was miserable.

Our room #19 was next to the gym. You could hear the machines and people talking when it was in use. Additionally, there were no towel rods installed in the bathroom. The room itself was fine.

2nd stay and will be back. Great location and dining/bar experience was great.

I’ve stayed here many times and it’s always very clean and the front desk staff is super nice and friendly. The food at Delaneys tavern is great and it’s always fun when they have a movie or game showing on the big screen outside.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. However, the room was quite noisy due to two specific issues. First, it was located next to the fitness room, and whenever someone used the exercise bike, we could hear both the noise and the vibration through the wall. Second, the bathroom door in our room was a ceiling-hung sliding type, and we could hear noise and vibrations from the room above whenever someone used their bathroom. This was uncomfortable and affected our ability to fully relax.

We normally stay on resort in Disney when we come to Orlando, but this really had us second guessing. The front desk was divine. Everybody we spoke to was kind and knowledgeable. The bartenders at the restaurant were personable and great to be around! The rooms are modern and extremely clean. I can’t say enough nice things! It’s easy to get to, parking is a breeze, and it’s just a beautiful hotel. Highly recommend staying here!

Love the hotel and restaurant, not so happy with there not being enough oversized vehicle parking spaces.

I didn't like the intial parking situation, once I figured that out, the the rest of the stay was without question one of the most pleasant experiences.

Everything was great! We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was in the perfect location and not far from the airport. The food at the hotel was okay but the drinks and Atmosphere was AMAZING! I would definitely return!

Nice place. Suite was huge; l’d probably have been happy in a regular room! The living room area needed better lighting. Comfortable bed and pillows. I’m surprised by how much I enjoyed the in-mirror clock—no, really! Convenient parking. Could use better signage to point out the hotel entrance among all the medical offices. Nice staff. Great in-room coffee. Only thing missing was a pool. Recommended!
