The hotel had no hot water , the room was pretty damage with mold in the bathrooms, i was travelling with kids so couldn't stay in a room like that my kids hate cold water and we had reservation for 4 days we couldn't be 4 days without a shower , the manager claim would refund my stay but after we left he refuse to answer the phone or replay back to emails, front desk was not willing to help as well , horrible experience!

The location, staff, air conditioning. Comfy beds. The fridge was lovely and big. Plenty of parking. There was only a few clothes hangers, but we managed. There were no kitchen utensils, whereas I expected some as there was a hob and microwave. Despite these, we came back and stayed another couple of nights at the end of our holiday and would certainly book again.

Room cleaning once a week is ridiculous. I was there for five days without any new sheets or taking out the trash.

Honestly, for the price that the room is, it’s not worth it. The dust was horrible. It took two days for the room to cool down. You have to take your towels and rags down to the office to get new rags or towel towels. The staff is pretty good, but the hotel itself is kind of rundown. The pool wasn’t working the first day we got there but opened up the second day so that’s not too bad but they have a lot of dust in the room, I will say that the floor was also dirty when we walked in the room. The toilet seat was also dirty. It was cracks on the ceiling, bathroom and dust on the vents and mold on the ceilings. Honestly, you’re better off staying at the Motel 6. during our whole day, there were cops there and management arguing with other attendees all around not a good experience still recovering from the dust in the room five days later I hope this helps someone from staying here the staff isn’t bad at all I will say that

The bed had blood stains on it and the sheets had yellow stains all on the sides like if it was pee… none of the air conditioners worked in the rooms bc we switched rooms and still ac says 60*but it felt like 80* no exaggeration!! There was roaches and dirt and nasty stuff trash in the corner of the hall way to the room and in the room. Do not stay here the pics are a lie and there was heroin addicts falling asleep on the stairs to get to the room there was a broken handle on the door! So scary don’t stay here. The bathroom showers were rusty and moldy on the edges and I can’t stress it enough that it felt unsafe while being there and all night we can hear everything in the halls…

If you have children I would not recommend staying here. There are suspicions people walking around all hours of the night making noise. The door did not shut properly in our room. When we checked in I was double charged a resort fee because the clerk said the first time “it didn’t go through” however I showed him with my bank app that it did. He refused to refund us. The only plus is that it is 10 minutes away from Epic Universe.

Staff was very 50/50, they had a very nice lady in reception, but they also had a rude man who denied my son service and got back talked in his native language.

2day stay Location was perfect surrounded by many restaurants & fast food spots certain stores for shopping centers, souvenirs and etc. traffic is bad coming and going from the hotel depends on the time of the day. Parking wasn’t bad the area was quiet. However room was clean a little out dated but comfy for the price although I wasn’t there to swim the pool was close during my stay. I’ll book again for a last minute trip

It was a place to sleep. Never had issues with noisy neighbors, people were generally nice or kept to themselves. A/C worked which was nice because the room was humid. The hotel is next to a busy interstate so the car noise was very loud. Everything worked as it should in the room and I never saw any bugs! We knew what we paid for going in and everything met expectations.

We were moved to another room, but unfortunately, the issues continued. The television was not working, and when we went to shower, the towels had hair on them. The bedsheets were also somewhat stained, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. Although the air conditioning was working, it made a very loud and annoying noise throughout the night. Overall, the place felt questionable and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here.

Had to change rooms a couple of times, had a smell in the first room, 2nd room had spiders, 3rd one was ok, had to settle cuz my $$ was non-refundable. The male at the front was very nice and understanding and had patience. the female is very snobby and creep. I went and bought my own supplies to clean and make it comfortable for me. But overall it wasn’t that bad once i got comfortable; i just wish it was house keeping there, and the presentation was like the pictures. But there wasn’t no mole or nothing, pool was open and clean, ac worked and i slept comfortably until my stay was over.

We wad to change room 3 times because of the cleanliness Our deposit was NON REFUNDABLE so my kids and I had to go buy Lysol, bleach, towels, air freshener, Clorox to clean The rooms WE HAD 3 rooms. Lady staff was RUDE AND HIGHLY UPSET BC I USED FACE TOWEL TO CLEAN ROOM BC THEY HAD NO HOUSEKEEPERS SHE TRIED TO CHARGE ME A $100 for the towel. NO ONE CAME TO TAKE TRASH OUT . The rooms do not look like the pictures The PLACE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION ITS CRAP EVERY WHERE AND ITS looks to appear that most of the people that stand there currently are homeless or own drugs. It was an awful experience. We stayed the whole time during the day in our cars, and we also had to go buy sheets, pillowcases, and blankets to even sleep on the bed and disinfectant spray, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place.

Hotel was not cleaned and had an odor. The front desk guy just wanted you in and out. We stayed for five minutes and left to another hotel from how dirty it was.

Seems some of the rooms are weekly apartments. Lots of noise at night; yelling, slamming doors, cars, etc. Parking area was well-lit and pretty clean. Pool is too far away, feels like it belongs to the hotel next door. Only one umbrella in pool area and it was trash. Construction on hotel in front of this one. Parking lot and drive was partially blocked by a big dumpster. Room was fairly clean, not spotless. No hair dryer, just soap, not enough towels. We had to ask for more. No hangers. Microwave and fridge worked. Easy to walk to shops on International Drive but area didn't feel safe after dark.

Also expect high street noise from the I-4.

We had to move rooms after getting there, The Tv in first room was broken and the light by the bed buzzed. We moved rooms, then the Tv in the second rooms speakers were blown, the shower head screamed, the toilet kept running, the shower water didnt stay hot long, and the bed mattress was so worn on the edges it was almost rounded into a slope. They are doing construction in the front lot, which made getting in and out difficult at times if other cars were coming a different direction. But it was clean and the location was convenient.

Had low expectations to begin with, as only needed place for 8 hour stay (sleep). Was expecting a 1 star, place is a 0.1 star, very rundown and smelled moldy, and bed was horrible.

Hotel was ok Has alot of potential but there was mold in the bathroom, tv was connected to cable wire with duct tape and the lighting was bad due to bulbs being out.

Hotel wasn’t that bad. Pretty noisy outside though. The smell is pretty weird could do better by putting some scents around the rooms. Other than that overall it’s not a bad hotel that people make it as especially for friendly-budget.

Look…. I get that you get what you pay for and you pay for what you get. In this pricing category, Motel 6 does better. Please have a little bit more integrity and invest in your property. It makes the value of the entire place go up, and, you will get less feedback like this. I’d even pay in and around $10-$20 more, per night, if the place was a little bit nicer. Thanks.

Absolutely gross room I had to clean it myself. I was scared to get bed bugs or some sort of sickness. They absolutely DO NOT clean these rooms. Look at how disgusting it is. Lucky i wasn’t in the room most of the time and only used it to sleep and shower. Shower was disgusting, the sink was disgusting there was left over food and trash in the room. Stuff on the walls they never even cleaned. It’s grimy and disgusting in all corners.

The toilet in the room was literally falling apart. The beds were so hard that I just as well should have slept on the floor. Overall the room and "hotel" is in desperate need of some tlc. When I called to see if I could check in early I was met with attitude given conflicting answers and then rushed off the phone both times. It is a good location- not so far from Icon Park and other attractions. For the low price you get what you paid for.

Okay condition, pillows weren’t great, heater blew cold air, they didn’t have any mini shampoos or conditioners, and I don’t know if the shower was ever cleaned after the previous tenant. Hotel was older but very clean. We had an issue with our TV and it was fixed immediately. Lots of road noise on our end of the hotel. I was unaware of it being so close to the interstate. Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable.

Only one towel in the bathroom for a stay of two people. Having to ask for the key to access the laundry is inconvenience. Only 2 out of 4 washers working and 1 out of 4 dryer working.

Bathroom needs maintenance, tub water goes down slow meaning the next person to shower has to wait until that dirty water drains down. Walls are stained. AC air had a funny smell.

I really don’t love giving bad reviews and I’m an easy sell but this place just sucks!! They never refunded me for the $100 deposit and now their phone number doesn’t work when I try to call them. The room was mildly disgusting. The beds were clean, though all they give you is a few paper thin blankets and three small couch pillows. The worst part was the bathroom. They have the toilet and shower in a separate room with the sink in the hotel room. This entire shower room was very nasty. There was MOLD AND MILDEW growing on all four walls, except where the shower tiles were. But in between each of those tiles is more mold and mildew. There were hairs in the tub and piss stains on the bottom of the toilet. If you need a bed for the night at a cheap rate this place is great. I’ve stayed here twice, thinking I was being picky the first time but the second was worse. This place just isn’t clean. And the main lady that works up front I’ve seen her twice. She raised her voice at me checking in both times as well lol so beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m giving the hotel a 2 stars because the only good thing about it was that it’s at a good location close to the amusement parks other than that it was just horrible service, the room smell like cigarettes or weed idk which one it went away the next day because I think the guy next door left and he was smoking inside the room so I think it was traveling to our room. The room only had one soap in the sink and one in the bathroom and that’s it, no shampoo no lotion nothing else. we had went to ask for more soap on the 2nd day and they told us that they didn’t have any soap and we had to wait till next day, and they also told us that they only clean the rooms once a week so the room seem to be dirty there were boogers in the wall it was just bad.

The entire stay was awful. While this was a cheap place, there are minimum expectations, like being able to sleep. The air conditioning and fridge were incredibly loud and the phone had a red blinking light that never stopped. We had to unplug all of these the next nights so that we could sleep at all, but then of course it got really warm by 3 am and it was difficult to sleep for that reason instead. The room had a mildew smell that hit you in the face when you walked in. We had to ask for pillows, the shower had mold spots in the grout, and noise from outside came in like there was no wall at all. Front desk was courteous.

I had requested a KING bed because of my own disability issues, when I got to the property around midnight I was told that it was given away. The beds were just in terrible shape. Overall, I had a real bad experience.

We only stayed one night at Suburban Studios International Drive to attend Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. As a last minute, affordable stay it wasn’t bad at all. It was super close to the park and the staff member who checked me in was very friendly. The room was pretty clean for a cheap motel stay. I would stay here again if I need a cheap room close to Universal.

Thankfully the hotel staff were nice and understanding. The first night my room was on the backside of the property and it was not secure feeling. Constant in amd out traffic. Adjoining room doors wirh flimsy locks and people screaming snd cursing all night. They moved me fo a 3rd floor room in front of the hotel and it was better. We arrived to the hotel in the evening. At check-in, the front desk clerk had no idea the type of stoves in the room, and advised we would have to come back after check in and describe the type of stove we have. We then found a small roach in the room.

Rooms look noting like the pictures! Completely rubbed down! Low cost housing is what our uber driver said it was. We just left and booked another hotel! Definitely not worth the price.

Orignally wasnt going to bother with a review because you get what you pay for but at check out we were waiting at the desk for a good 15 mintues. I have IBS and suddenly had to go to the bathroom and theres a restroom in the lobby so i went to it and of course that is when the front desk staff came and asked my spouse why i didn't use the room bathroom before leaving and the explained that we were waiting for a while for someone. And she was just rude. Also there was black mold spot on the roof of the bathroom and in the vent of the bathroom it was just caked with dust. And every night when we came back to our room there was always a coakroach in the bathroom. The only good thing about the location is there is a lynx bus stop not far that made it easy to get around.

Its simply a place to stay at night. Nothing fancy or where you would want to take pictures. & yes I see how one could feel unsafe. It was quiet for our stay.

Hotel is typical Florida motel with some extra facilities like a microwave and fridge. Housekeeping is stated as weekly, however I had 1 visit in 3 weeks. Location is good, it’s cheap and cheerful.

We were booked for 6 nights. We had hot water on the first night then none for the next five. The manager said they were trying to fix it. We asked for some compensation. We only got a very small amount. Property was very noisy at night with parties and loud music.

It was an okay stay they ran out of hot water on Saturday and told me the hot water would be back on Monday , when I checked in she forgot to give me my ID back, but overall the room was very nice it was like a mini apartment, but those two things I complained about they have to work on.

It’s convenient to be close to Universal Orlando Resort but some of the objects around the room seem dated. The staff members were friendly and provided a spare key card when I forgot the first one I had.

I like nothing about it but have to stay because I already rented it..They don't do room services, you have request what you want like towel, tissue and clean the room yourself because they clean one time during the week..They're not responsible for any damage to a rental car if you rented one..overall this was worse mistake I did renting this place..

The property is pretty okay, i wont feel comfortable againg going with a family. The bedsheets are not regularly changed. When requested for change, they staff only gives the new bedsheets to you, and you change it yourself. The pictures are nice bright and property looks new but its actually not.

This place is not for decent people. It is for Bums who just want a place to smoke and sleep. I wish there was an option for no star. I booked this place to stay for my vacation of about 16 days based on the advertisement on Expedia and on some reviews . The price and because they said it had a kitchenette.When we checked in at about 02:30 am, early hours in the morning, we couldn’t sleep at all ( my wife , our 2 sons and I ). We had to check out hours after. The room was not cleaned properly, the bed sheets were grainy, the beds were so uncomfortable as if you sinking in the center , the room was tiny with 2 beds , the air conditioner was making a banging noise everytime it comes on or cuts out , the room smells like a vagrant who smokes and don’t bathe. The kitchenette is very close to the bed , you can sit on the bed while frying an egg. That is how unsafe it is . Hence the reason there is no cutlery, No pots , pans ,cups,spoons nothing.I had to contact Expedia to cancel the reservation according to the receptionist which I did. As a result $150.00 plus the night rate was deducted from my payment. Can you imagine the level of robbery that occurs in these developed countries.( My God) . As a tourist I could do anything so I contacted Expedia on this $150.00 deduction but to no avail. The agent said they cannot do anything about the $150. How can this be? . This is injustice. I want my money back. The hotel did false advertising. Suburban studios I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

You get what you pay for. This place smells of mold/mildew. The beds and pillows are so small. The ceiling inside our room was falling apart. The pictures are false advertisement; there were no toiletries, no hairdryer, no tissues, etc. They charge a nightly “resort fee” while operating as a run-down motel. Only positive is that you’re about a ten minute drive to the theme parks.

There was nothing -- no plates, no utensils, no pans,--nothing. I asked for shampoo and conditioner whem I arrived. The first person daid that they were out and it would be delivered in the morning. The 2nd person daid in the morning that they no longer give out shampoo and conditioner and blamed Choice Hotels for tbe policy change. This was the 2nd room that I had to move to because the first one reaked of marijuana smoke. Then you had to pay a daily resort fee which covered a pool that was only open from 9am-6pm, which was not convenient at all. I would never at this location again.

I got there and checked in the night attendant was trying to convince me to pay the $100 deposit in cash saying it’s better than using my card. The room had a musty smell. The location is nice there’s a lot to do but the area I wasn’t liking it. They only provided one hand towel, face towel and dry towel and if you needed an another dry towel you had to bring your old one to the front desk to get a new one. When I was trying check out early there was nobody at the front desk I waited 15 minutes lucky a maid came in and helped me out.

I’m sorry I have to write this review. I had to leave this hotel immediately. I tried to deal with the smell, but I couldn’t. It smelled like mold and mildew my children started coughing etc. I seen dead bugs on the floor. Bathroom lights were flicking like a horror movie. I told staff who was very nice. He told me it was the new air conditioner. I knew it was a lie . They keep people on the first floor that smokes . This is not a smoke free hotel. Pool also was horrible, needs cleaning Never will I book here again!

Front desk was super night. They charge a resort fee of $4.00+ a night. Walking distance to icon park & TITANIC. Convenient and easy to walk to shops, Dunkin’ Donuts, the big McDonald’s, Walgreens, easy access to 1-4, Five minutes away from Dr. Phillips area - PUBLIX, WHOLE FOODS etc. 15 minutes from millennium Mall and Florida Mall. I would stay again. Some of the travelers were sketchy but it’s pretty safe.

This hotel canceled my reservation on the day of check-in. I wasn’t notified until I went to check in and was told that my reservation was canceled. The representative stated that Hotels.com should have notified me, but NO NOTIFICATION was received not via phone, text, or email…be careful when booking this hotel.

You get what you pay for. Hotel was close to many things which is a plus. One of the sheets of the bed had blood on them. Towels you have to return to get new ones. The front office wasn’t friendly even though I wasn’t trying to be friends with her but a smile goes a long way. The front also smells. Very out dated but again for the price it’s close to everything and not a bad neighborhood.

Our air conditioning stop working around midnight. When I reported it to the office they said there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked. I will never stay here again!!!

Not a big fan of this place, they don’t put shampoo in the place, the toilet was kinda bag, when we were sleeping we heard that a “homeless” was in a room and the staff kick her out, I understand the situation but the lady was screaming and obviously waking up us and bothering us, our stay there was probable 4/10 but the price is a good economic option

They charge me with a housekeeping fee and other services, we stayed for 5 nights and never received the service of housekeeping,new towels,toilet paper or soap. So why the fee I there’s no service.

No one clean the room

No room swrvice in 3 days is unacceptable, idc what the policy says, the lady at the front desk the morning of 29th , my check out had a terrible attitude, weeding grass in the corn field more suits her behavior.

We enjoyed our time there for our grandson’s birthday. The only problem we had was the beds were really lumpy and not comfortable and maybe put a little more lighting close to where the kitchenette sink and stove is.

Very disappointed in our stay. Property was not like the pictures at all, very deceiving online. We found a pair of underwear rolled up in a new toilet paper roll on the back of the toilet. Pool was not well maintained and dirty with no pool towels. Guests are expected to use there 2 towels from their room. The front desk then didn’t have any towels for us to exchange. They charged us a “resort fee”. Only thing I cannot complain about was the location on international drive. Close to lots of restaurants, shops, and universal parks. Would not stay again or recommend.

There was alot of negative reviews for this hotel and thats what honestly what drew me to the hotel. I will say the surrounding area does look a little sketchy but im not one to draw conclusions based on that. The staff was super nice. Check in process was so easy. Got to the room and it was clean. There is not anything that i can complain about. It has a nice size fridge and a glass stove top in the room so if your staying for multiple days bring some food with you. By no means is it the taj mahal, but its a nice place to rest your head.

Good place, have refrigerator the top for cooking doesn’t work; but around have a lot place to eat. Shoppings, pharmacy, market.

The property did not look like the pictures !!! It's a MOTEL but seems to advertise like a Hotel. Very old and dated, too many issues to list in this review. Very sketchy location.

The place when you walk in, the decorations are outdated, some towels were stained and the floors were filthy. It took a while for the hotel to be cool but it was an okay stay. The staff was very friendly.

DON'T STAY HERE!! I didn't stay there because of the experience when I first drove up. I have stayed in cheaper hotel they were fine but this one I dub it as "murder hotel". It looked straight out of Norman Bates motel. The picture online showed a pool.... THE POOL DIDN'T HAVE WATER AND WAS RUN DOWN!! The area was scary. I gave that a pass but my was looking at me crazy which I understand stand. I had my 8 year old too. I still just try to check in to a run down office which had a walkie talkie with no one around. Some was SCREAMING ABOUT NO LINEN AND CLEANING ROOMS!! I stood there for 5 minutes listening and waiting for someone so come here comes this lady WHICH WAS THE ONE YELLING AT EMPLOYEES ON THE WALKIE TALKIE to check me in at that time said , "you can't check in, it's at 3pm"!! I look at my watch..... It's 2:50pm!! 10 minutes til check in!! At that point I have them more than every chance to redeem themselves which if I stay there that night I probably would be divorced right now because out of the safety of my child staying in an terrible place. Great thing was they did give me a refund through Hotel customers service (which they are ROCK STARS!!). Luckily Orlando has a lot hotels and I know the area that I booked a different hotel. I had to tell my story so people don't make the same mistakes I did. One thing is to check updated pictures and Google them. Hotel did neglect the site by posting misleading pictures of the hotel. That's all.

Very nice and quiet area close to shops centers and dining areas

Great value for the price. The room was fairly clean with no bugs, and the location was excellent. The room was spacious and included a basic kitchenette with a mini stove, a big fridge, a small microwave, and a small sink. Just bring your cooking tools and utensils. Service was great.

Not far from universal studios. Good value of the room. Laundry room requires a key to open but also not 24 hours like advertised. Would stay here again. Also near dining options.

Early check in was not until 2pm even though the parking lot was empty and no one was in sight, the pool was dirty, rooms were outdated and not as pictured, our stovetop didn’t work but even if it did there’s no pots and pans or cultery so it didn’t matter either way. No room service (you have to clean your room yourself and they don’t give you fresh towels you have to go get them yourself) The only smooth process was checking out.

People were doing illegal activities outside the door. The room was nothing like the picture. The curtain had mold on it. The floor was gross, the bedding was dirty and outdated. Stayed there 1 night, only because we had to. Went to the front desk, the lady was very rude. Look on there website before you stay there. I paid for 5 days only stayed 1 night and only got refunded 2 nights. Complete ripoff!! I am turning them into the health department. I took pictures!!

our reservation was for a king and when we arrived they booked us a 2 full and when i went back to alert front desk and they told me they have given all kings away and on top of the wrong room the ac was not dispensing cold air while being set at 60

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Very Bad Manager, was very Rude and had and attitude, rooms had covers with cigarette burn marks not as clean as it looks in the pictures.

Too much noise, old furniture and very poorly cleaned. Dirty air conditioning with a horrible cigarette smell. Terrible cleaning conditions.

This place is not a resort but have resort fees this place doesn’t have housekeeping u have to go to front desk for towels and rags and clean your own room the lady at the front desk was very rude and the hotel needs work and the ice machine wasn’t working for 8 days during my entire stay and it was hot those days and I never seen anyone clean the pool

The property was ok. Clean. The 1st night the staff was great. The 2nd day we tried to use the hot plate, stove top. I called the front desk and the lady told me I needed to put a pot on it to work. She also told me there was nobody to fix it, till that evening. It came on but went back off and nobody came that evening to fix it. The ice machine did not work. I had to buy ice.

Checked in on a Tuesday! I only booked this room due to the fact of the “great” reviews on here. But after I checked in the first room I was the sheets were dirty; looked like dried blood to me, he bed had bed bugs, and the phone to the room didn’t work. Reached out to hotels.com because it’s who I booked through they called the front desk and spoke with Harry, who was extremely rude in my opinion. Hotels.com offered to see if they could get me a different room at the same hotel or a refund, I was here for cheer comp and didn’t have time to wait the 7 days for a refund, so I decided to just stay here. Harry came up to the room to verify the problems and even looked at the bed putting his hand on it and saying “oh it just looks like chocolate hands to me,” then tried to justify why the phone wouldn’t work. Harry did switch me rooms and when we went to the new room I checked the sheets and pulled them up to check for bed bugs he had the nerve to ask me “are you going to do this to every room” um yes, yes I am because no one wants to sleep with bed bugs.After halfway settling into the new room I checked other websites for reviews and found that this is the only website with high reviews! Most definitely do not recommend and will not be returning. needless to say I should’ve just went with the refund and slept in my car, which would’ve been way cleaner than this hotel.

There was roof construction going on while we were in our room. We were made aware but was told they would put us in a room far away from the work. But our room was on the 3 floor (it’s a 3 story building) DIRECTLY BELOW were the work was happening. They worked all day directly over the room we were in. The noise was so loud we had headaches all day and night. We checked out the very next morning and did not stay for our three night stay. They barely offered an apology and I am still waiting to be refunded for the two nights we did not stay.
