We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel was comfortable and conveniently located, though there was a slight odor in some areas. Breakfast was also fairly limited and not very impressive. Otherwise, it was a decent experience.

We have stayed here for several years and have enjoyed the cleanliness, location to SeaWorld, and ease of breakfast. The employees are always kind and attentive, and their prices reflect this. However, they have recently started charging for parking. $10 per car per night. We often have two cars for our large family so the extra charge gets very pricey. Other properties have charged for parking for years and I was willing to pay the higher price of a nights stay at staybridge to avoid a parking fee, but now they are just like all the others, in addition to costing more to begin with. A hotel parking lot is for the guests of the hotel. It serves no other purpose. These hotels should be ashamed and I'm disappointed staybridge suites sank to their level.

The stay was fine. However, the fire alarm malfunctioned from 11pm-3am off and on and woke everyone up. Had an early meeting the next morning. Was not good. Staff claimed they couldn't do anything about it.

Everything was going good until our family was abruptly awakened by the fire alarm at 11p. Fire dept arrived and we opened the door and asked if it was a false alarm and fire fighter said, “yes. Minutes later we had them in our room supposedly, “the room was indicating heat”. Then after fire dept supposedly cleared it, we were abruptly awakened twice more in a span of 2hrs. To add, it got super hot in our room and hallway. Receptionist was ALONE to answer to all guests. No manager or any admin in sight. Fire dept did not specifically know what was going on and seemed bothered to be there. We had no choice than to leave as we had an infant and toddler with us. My toddler is still shaken by the incidentS. NO ADMIN HAS CALLED to apologize. Receptionists that checked us in was the one to call and acted like he did not know what had transpired.

Pretty upset. Zero response from hotels .com on matter. Worst experience ever.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean and well kept. However, cheech and Chong were staying in the room next to us which made half the floor we were on stink of marijuana. The front desk was alerted but I am unsure if anyone actually did anything about it. Other than that, good stay.

Nice and easy access to onward journey and also the room was clean and bright. The breakfast was also ok. Staff booking in were helpful, and answered any questions we had with appropriate knowledge. Not any problems.

Very neat clean. Nice break fast with full kitchen with affordable price compare to other hotels near by wtih all amenities . Good location 15 min away from Universal studio, 10 min Walmart. My family loved it stay here.

Our stay at this location was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean.. the breakfast was incredible with many options and the location right across the street from SeaWorld saved us the $47 parking fee since the hotel allowed us to remain parked for the day even though we had checked out that morning. Located walking distance from SeaWorld with easy access to highway to get to other parks. The complimentary breakfast and 3x/wk dinner are first-rate. Comfy bed with pillows of different firmness to choose from. Kitchenette had everything we needed. Couch was comfortable for TV watching or chatting. The wifi worked well, and there was a full-size desk. The bedroom was a separate room with door, so I could sleep while someone was still up watching TV. The whole suite was more spacious than I expected--even the bathroom. Weird wiring in the room with multiple non-functional switches was the only small frustration.

The location was perfect for what we needed. We wanted something close to the convention center, Disney Springs and food. We used Uber eats for all our food delivery and Uber to get back and forth from the convention. The room was super spacious which is what we wanted and needed. The staff was super friendly. The food for breakfast was surprisingly the best hotel food we've had yet. We stayed on the side that views SeaWorld and being a holiday weekend we got to see the fireworks from our room and whatever other light show they had going on. The hotel is clean and it is convenient to go to the SeaWorld. We checked in late about 3 am and the receptionist still waited for us. The breakfast in our first day was excellent with the wonderful staffs, but the second breakfast was just Ok because most of food were run out, not refilled on the time and we have to wait for or ask for it. Overall, our experience was good and we will book again if we go to the SeaWorld.

I loved this hotel. Everyone was very friendly. The young lady at the front desk was a very kind person and very helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty varieties. There's a 7 eleven right next door if you're in need of supplies. If you're hungry, there's restaurants that are within 5 to 10 minutes of driving. My only negative is paying for parking but I understand being close to theme parks.

The refrigerator in the room would not stay closed and also the bathroom faucet water would not drain out and allowed the water to be collected. Drainage need to be worked on.

We stayed there for 5 nights with our kids and the sheets were never changed. I think they had bugs in the bed my skin was irritated/itchy every time getting in the bed. There was a string smell on the upper level not sure how to explain but wasn’t pleasant smell at all. Kitchen too small. But I think with the price was acceptable for those people who is staying there for sleeping. With the kids it’s little unclean for me.

We had a pleasant stay. Having the kitchen in the room honestly makes things so much easier especially with a baby. Breakfast was great and staff were super amiable. SeaWorld and Aquatica are super close which made it easier for us.

We only stayed one night, and did not utilize the breakfast the next morning because we already had other plans, however, the hotel was very clean, the staff was courteous and friendly, and our room was wonderful.

Did not like anything more than the question, I would not stay there again, its dated, they cancelled my reservation without telling me, because they tried to run the card more than once and it was flagged and shut down, no one told me, when I arrive the put me in a old smelly room on the ground floor, hated it.

Staff were friendly, supportive throughout our stay. Small hotel, felt homely. Food, not the greatest, it was ok but we always found something we could eat. Surprised social evening meals first part of the week... nice surprise for us. Great location for the parks. We visited Universal, 15 min in Uber... They had a small heated pool, great for our teens who love being in the pool. They provided towels, daily cleaning and toiletries. The decor was tiresome but got use to it. I would stay again. OMG this was a great place, staff was helpful, very nice and the room was so clean!! It was in a perfect location with stores and restaurants not far. Sea world across the street and a 15 minute drive to Disney Springs. A good restaurant is practically in the back door! I would definitely stay here again.

The room is very big and was clean. The kitchen had all the things needed, except for oil to cook. The bathroom had Dove hand soap and lotion. The shower had Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It was central air conditioning unit, which wasn’t loud, compared to a wall unit. The breakfast was great. Milagros was serving breakfast there and she was so sweet and kind. Loved her! There were waffle makers, scrambled eggs, sausage patties (day 1) sausage links (day 2). There was fresh cilantro salsa, and warm biscuits. There was also oatmeal, yogurt and toppings for them. There was juice, milk, hot water for the tea bags available and coffee and creamers. And finally, there was 3 cereals types, breads and a toaster, and pastries /muffins. I may have forgotten something. During our weekday stay, breakfast was from 6:30 am - 9:30 am. The pool was clean and family friendly. Just ask for towels at the front desk, which is a few steps away. I would stay there again. I stayed to go to Seaworld and Aquatica and it was less than 5 minutes to get there.

The quality and comfort of the stay was VERY worth the price, which was also reasonable. Very small moments of nit-pick level inconvenience. Nothing specific worth mentioning.

The room was presentable with minor messes from previous guest such as hair residue in tube or tissue stuffed in the door stopper. The staff were friendly and professional, but difficult to locate at the front desk even when ringing the bell. The amenities were good with a clean pool, and workout facilities. Although it was a nice comfortable hotel, the parking was by far the most horrible thing about the entire stay. They were no parking spots at the hotel so you had to park at the 7/11 next door just to stay at the hotel. I was very dissatisfied with the parking situation and found it very unprofessional.

But I didn't like the elevator was dirty the floors were dirty and we got into the room the air conditioner was very hot and it wasn't working that well and then at night it was hot the next day was hot and the microwave kept making a beeping noise all night long and the refrigerator was not cooling off anything contacted maintenance they try to work on the air conditioner was able to do it and they put us another room the only problem is I have asthma and my daughter has seizures and we need to be in a cold room and we weren't in a cool room and so we need accommodation for this also the beeping noise the microwave all night long and not working properly and the refrigerator not keeping our juices and soda cold we are in room 413.

Our family of 4 stayed for a 12-night stay and this hotel was perfect for us in terms of location (walking distance to Seaworld) and amenities. We very much appreciated and enjoyed the included hot breakfast and the Social evenings during the week nights which offered complementary food and beverage options.

The location was right in the middle of all of the parks. The breakfast was above what we were expecting. The Tuesday and Wednesday night snack made the day completely stress free.

Lovation was good. Close to conference cemter, food, and shopping. Kitchen is not full. No oven and only a small two burners. Bed was okay but pillows were not. Furniture is old and worn. Carpet also.

There is a $10 per night charge for parking offset by a 5 min walking distance to Seaworld which saves you $30 in parking fees. Last but not least, I stayed at many hotels across the country, this is probably the first time a hotel employee follows up with a phone call to inquire about my stay! Thank you Des!

We had a very good experience. The hotel was in a good location, near of main attractions and with quick access to highway. The housekeeping went daily and was very friendly. The room was spacious with a full kitchen with pots, cutlery and all you need to cook if you want. We'll be back for sure.

The laundry room card readers were not working. There was a sign stating that they only took quarters and to see the front desk for change. We were there four nights and I asked the front desk for change everyday, sometimes twice a day and they never had any quarters on hand. They kept telling me to walk to the gas station to get quarters.

The overall experience at Staybridge at Sea World was good. It was nice to have a suite with a kitchen if you chose to stay in and cook a meal. Beds are very comfortable. Friendly staff all around. I personally didn’t care much for the breakfasts but my husband did. We did appreciate the fact that we would always come back to our room with clean towels, dishes, beds made and trash emptied. We would probably come back for a visit.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at this property. The staff was incredibly attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed. The room was spotless, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The property itself was immaculate and provided a peaceful atmosphere.

We checked in about 9 pm, it was quick and easy , room was clean , we forgot something and they offered somethings for free and some to purchase !! Breakfast was nice and plenty available

if you get there late to check in they will have allocated the best rooms out on a first serve basis on the day, the earlier you get there to cjeck in ypu get the best rooms. so if you book a year in advance and ask for a top floor room they only allocate whats left in rooms on a daily basis

My only complaint is the shower water smelled bad. I had problems taking showers due to smell.

The staff at Staybridge Suites Orlando at SeaWorld were unbelievable. Every special request I had was met with a smile and sense of urgency. I could not have imagined I would receive such service.

This hotel was perfectly located near Seaworld. It was so close we walked there and walked back although they offer a shuttle service. The room was clean and everyone was nice. I did not particularly care for the pool being inside the parking lot. It was also very small. We had breakfast there only for one day as it was free but we didn't care for the taste of the options offered. The gym has one of everything. Thank god I was able to work out without having to wait for anyone to finish. Would I return no but if you are looking for convenience then this is it.

Our family of 13 had planned a trip to FL and booked a resort for a week. We all decided to come in a day early so we needed a place to stay for the night. Most of the group were going to Sea World for Howl-O-Scream so I wanted a place close to there. I booked this resort online ahead of time. We would definitely stay here again! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast buffet was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable! 10 out of 10!

There was nothing we did not enjoy about the hotel! The social hour was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely book here again.

The staff were great. The cleanliness of the hotel and breakfast options weren’t that great.

Clean and safe. Most attractions and shopping are in a driveable distance.

I like the location it was easy to get around to themes parks, grocery stores. Breakfast everyday. Clean and had an area where we could hang outside and grill if wanted. The Pool didn’t have any towels available on the five days we stayed. Laundry was 24/7 and easy to use. Dishwasher avail it was helpful!

I've made a reservation for room with two beds and received room with one bed and one sofa bed. Spare bedding sheets for sofa bed were used and dirty. Front desk personnel explained that they are fully booked and they do not have any other room. Also they blamed expedia.com for mismatch between their reservation systems. I had to share a bed with my brother for the entire stay and did not receive what was paid for. Customer service is poor at this hotel.

Excellent staff and friendly people try their best to maintain this hotel. However, the huge AC Unit in our room did not let us sleep for a whole week. The bathroom ceiling had a black mole, and the shower curtain was ripped when we arrived. The pool is tiny for families. We were unable to use the pool during the 90-degree weather for 8 days. The pictures were misleading when we booked this hotel, for sure. If you are looking for a big pool, this is not a hotel for you.

Breakfast buffet was really good. Ample amount of parking. I like that they have complimentary shuttle bus to Seaworld, Discovery cove & Aquatica. Room was spacious, comfortable beds & kitchen was a plus. There’s a cvs store & 7-11 store nearby. Swimming pool was kinda small.

We were there a week and housekeeping did not come one time. Had to call them at end of day to get towels, toliet paper and trash out. We were out and about until late afternoon too. Ran out of breakfast every morning and did not refill and entire place needs cleaned. Very dirty.

Proximity to Sea world

The only thing we did not like was pool was too cold,website said it was heated but it definitely wasn't,the kids were very cold,and us adults couldn't enjoy it at all because of the temperature,very disappointing

Jamie the front desk clerk was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions however the clock and our room didn't work and they came the first night and cleaned our rooms and made our beds within the next night nobody even came in our room we didn't get any clean towels we had to ask for them other than that the state was awesome the room was very nice the breakfast was okay not a fan of powdered eggs but it was okay it was definitely quiet not no bunch of kids running around or anything like that the gym was open 24 hours so I enjoyed that and the free shuttle to see where I was right on time and I definitely would stay here again oh I almost forgot the kitchen in the room was pretty big it came with plates and you tell so I'm not sure if there was any cookware because there was a stone in there and I didn't really explore the bottom cabinets I just saw what I saw on the top cabinets because they were glad the refrigerator didn't really get as cold as I would have liked it and I'm not touching that temperature if somebody else's refrigerator but this day was pretty pretty good

Well kept property. The breakfast was nice. Wasn’t around for the afternoon social that included food and beverage, so I can’t comment on that. Felt safe and the area is extremely quiet.

That said, the couch was noticeably worn and could use replacing. The TVs were on the small side—probably around 32”—and felt undersized for the space. The AC unit was louder than we would have liked, though that may not bother everyone. Breakfast was just okay. After two days, we were ready for a change—not only because of the limited menu but also to avoid the crowds. The pool was small but pleasant. Overall, this is a great spot for families with young kids. I kept thinking, “This would’ve been perfect when our kids were little.”
