​4PM check-in is too late. Arrival phone number on door was disconnected, no one answered. No Spectrum, HBO, or Showtime like basic motels have. Wi-Fi is dead so Roku failed. Used my hotspot, but remote has no sleep timer. Thanks to "Trish/Tish" for NOT logging off her Roku streaming channels—her subscriptions were all I had to watch! TV is immovable and blocks HDMI ports. ​Awkward bathroom door layout. Zero washcloths left. Sink drain stopper didn't WORK at all. Lamp switch hidden under nightstand. Blackout curtains fail completely against bright lights. Sign says don't drop AC below 70, but staff had it at 58 when I walked in. I immediately changed it to 70 when I seen the sign, but what a joke. ​Locked laundry room at night ruins late-night use. No ice or coffee maker; Wawa is 0.1 miles away. Back looks like a mattress graveyard, management needs to call OUC. Smoking area drain is too high, causing flooded puddles, tall grass, and horrible mosquitoes. ​Large, dangerous-sounding dogs constantly bark by pool. Stray cats roam because room 1237 leaves food out. Black cat hissed at me by the laundry; 20 years ago that wouldn't fly, but I let it go. Won't return.

Staff was amazing. Let me be honest I killed 2 roaches. Beds were clean and clean linen. But the floors were not clean. They tried to fix the TV but I was told that the Internet reception is bad. But again the staff was great. For the price and all them issues that was bad 😞

The staff was very poor. The room cleaner took or stole all of my belongings. They promised a free nights because of the losses I experienced, but they never refunded the money. The TV did not work, the shower only had very hot water, and the rooms were extremely humid. I hope I never end up in this hotel again.

I walked right out. The room had a final eviction notice posted on the door which was a huge red flag.. the smell was overwhelming bleach as if poured throughout the room. It did not look nor feel safe. We left immediately and went elsewhere.

The staff was nice & helpful, and the place looked clean. There was a refrigerator & microwave in the unit, which was nice. However, I have to give it a low score because I killed four roaches.

My door didn’t lock on the deadbolt bolt only the small half broken chain lock that was falling off when I finally got into my room and the lobby was closed with no phone support either. I could not actually sleep there due to the full time residents in the room over making uncomfortable looks through the window like they were waiting for something. Super nervous as it’s 2am and I as a single traveler. Called the emergency line for the hotel it’s AI with no help. Called the lobby can’t call it. Ringed the door bell no response and still no help. The whole in my bathroom door and everything else just being dingy was bad as well but the door was my biggest issue.

Awful attitude of the employees. It took them 1/2 hr to show up and the keys did not work twice.

Absolutely not, I wasn’t good my stay over there, the amenities were poor and the bathroom was completely disgusting. I did not like sleeping in that room . The cleaning and the room hygiene , the staff was really poor and there was only worker at the hotel front desk .

All was very clean except for the floor which was gritty and not mopped. Oddly enough - and very annoying - was the absence of a closet or something in which to hang clothes! I asked the friendly staff and manager twice for a closet, was assured one would be provided when I was available to allow access, but one never showed in my 10 day booking. Grrrr!

Receptionist was kind Wrong room, keys didnt work twice, unable to get ahold of someone in a timely manner, spiders in the shower,bed didnt have a fitted sheet just a flat sheet and there was mold under sheet

My son stayed there. He had lots of trouble getting the tv to work and went to the desk several times for help. He also got stuck in the bathroom and had to spend some time getting the knob to work. He said it looked like the previous renter had trouble too since there was paper in the doorway to keep it from locking . He requested a refund and they said I should message Booking about it. I have done so. See above.

It had cockroaches, floors were dirty, pillow cases were stained, shower paint was peeling, the drain to the shower had garbage in it, the pool was drained for the summer and they did not disclose that at all but still list it as an amenity.

This is another site that advertise features that they don't have then they tell customers like myself they're going to refund my money due to the false advertising the pool was closed since the pandemic they have not reopened it the site manager agreed to give me my money back for your charge no cancellation fees but it's been over a week now and I'm being dragged and I'm being told that I can't get my money back because they said I canceled but it was not need to cancel it was the site manager who understood that I stated that I you decide believing it was a pool but there was no pool so I never stayed I can't judge room or property where I never stayed

Room was horrible , people doing drugs outside , mold in rooms , water was off for a whole day !! Pool wasn’t even swimable. I will NEVER BRING MY FAMILY HERE AGAIN… the pictures online are FALSE NOTHING EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE

The location is the only positive thing about this hotel, very close to shopping centers and entertainment. First of all, the a/c was not working properly, it was cooler outside than inside our room. Second of all, the bathroom smelled bad. We tried to get in the pool but it was closed “under renovation” And last but not least, we killed a few roaches throughout the night.

I will never again because the filthy room did not clean it up all this stuffs. I needed to pay me back refund for that stay motel.

Hello when I first arrived I had to wait for the manager the front door lobby was locked and then while I stayed I had to call using my phone because there was no room phone I never met house keeping for stuff like extra towels or tissue

Cheapest rates per night, room has freezer and microwave. If you want a hotel just to sleep, this is a really good option! Infrastructure is old and not maintained, there's a lot of weird people around the parking at all times with no security controls, they smoke weed in the parking

Nothing This is the first time I've ever experienced such a bad hotel. Very bad. Very dirty. A room that smells of damp. There is not even a towel in the room. There is never a daily cleaning, linen change, towel change. Everything is very dirty... I share what I experienced with sadness and astonishment.

This place was terrible. I understand the price was cheap but its not a bargain. We arrived at the property and took about 30 minutes to get helped. No one is at the front desk to help right away. You have to call and text to get some ones attention. Once we were helped we got to our room. The floor was dirty and the sheets were damp and didnt even seemed cleaned there was dirt and stuff in between them. My partner and i tried to make the best of the situation. We picked up cleaning supplies and cleaned the room for our stay. We came to found out there was cockroaches. They kept coming out of the applicances. Thats when we decided to get out of there we had to spent another 650 on another place for our week stay. They didnt make it right because all they want to do is give you another room that is just as bad. Only thing that would make it right is a refund wich they did not do. DO NOT STAY HERE. you will regret it.

Upon entering, there are no elevators. I'm sure some tenants live on this property. Opening the room there was a strong over scent of bleach. Our bed did not have comforters only a top sheet. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain and a blowdryer was very much needed and there as not one accessable.

I stayed here because pets were allowed with no additional fees, I did not read the reviews until after booking, the reviews were so bad, to be quite honest if it was a situation where I could get a refund, I would have gone elsewhere, All of the reviews were negative, from bugs, place being dirty, rude staff etc. This is my honest opinion, Peta provided great customer service, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as good as could be, Because I had heard so many negative things and since I could not have a refund, I decided to TOUGH it out. I took bug spray, sanitizer, my own pillow, blankets, towels etc, I sprayed every crevice and drawers etc. During my stay I saw no evidence of any roaches or bugs. The sheets were clean, and the bathroom and floors were clean. The TV and internet worked; the area is very quiet. Original fridge did not work but was quickly replaced. Telephone is hardly answered you were asked to text but the text did not usually get you an immediate response. Two tiles in wash basin area were broken and presented a hazard, there was a funny smell to the room but disappeared after I sprayed it with bug spray, who knew bug spray could make a room smell good (smile). No TV service unless you use Roku. If it was not an emergency for the hurricane I would not have stayed. The only positive was that they were pet friendly. The area is not very safe and not even sure if the pool area was available because of all the over grown weeds.

Upon arriving at the site it appears deserted as if it had not been maintained in years. 2.The Lobby has damaged Air conditioning. 3.The patio had the same used napkins on the floor throughout my stay (there is no maintenance service) 4. Cockroaches in the room 5. popcorn on the floor near the dresser. 6. Uncomfortable beds. Laundry fuera de servicio. Nevera del cuarto dañada. Among other things that I don't want to remember. Roaches were my unwelcome guests which forced me to request another room though I really wanted to scram out of there asap but didn’t have a plan B. When I left early in the AM for a MD appt, some of my personal belongings disappeared from the hotel and no one was accountable. Will never go back there!

We paid for 5 nights but we decided not to stay there at all after when we arrived . Our rooms a/c was out the room smelled nasty . There was no trash can in our room and there was bugs and the walls were dirty. Outside in the halls it smelled like urine and just over all bad neighborhood . I would not recommend staying here.

This place was exactly what the name is “stayable”. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. Affordable. The room could have been cleaner. There was hair hanging on the shelf in the bathroom, a fork in the sink, something on the floor by the nightstand that looked like melted candy. We were there for 6 days and they only had 1 roll of toilet paper in the room. When trying to get more towels, toilet paper, and a plunger (toilet was not flushing) there was no one up front and it was within their open hours to have staff there. Overall it was okay.

AND I WOULD STAY AGAIN first the good 1. You're not gonna find three nights for 220$ ANYWHERE ELSE especically if you last minute booked like we did 2. Despite all the other reviews. I didn't find any roaches in my room. It even smelled freshly mopped with bleach... 3. If you feel like saving quite a bit of money on ubers, the two bus stops outside of the property will take you to either downtown orlando or the airport... 2 DOLLARS TO GET TO THE AIRPORT! the bad 1. They charge you ten dollars if you want new towels 2. No phones ( not that big a deal) 3. No computers in lobby if you need to print something out. Overall I would book in advance and stay at a marriot or something if you're used to newer nicer hotels But for last minute of availability and price you get what you pay for and I was satisfied with my stay

The service was poor, the facilities are dirty and the room are not in condition. The room has cockroaches, spiderweb, sheets were dirty and stained.

The room down from us had black mold on the walls. Never seen anyone from house keeping. There were no accessible vending machines.

Says they have a pool but it’s locked and nobody has a key for it. When I spoke to front desk they were not helpful at all. The rooms were disgusting and not at all clean. Would not recommend at all

People constantly watching you as you come in. Hotel staff was not friendly and did not accommodate us, they just referred us back to Expedia for complaints. We didn’t even stay in our room due to feeling unsafe and feeling like our room would’ve been broken into if we brought our suitcases inside.

Our room was dirty and had cockroaches. There is no safebox. The lamps never worked, only source of light was the bathroom and a lamp on top of mirror. The beds were smelly as well. It was a really bad experience.

The hotel is run as an apartment complex and not as a hotel, the customer service was horrible, very rude staff

Couldnt see attendants working the plexi glass was so discolored i would've recommend at all for a vacation. They wouldn't refund my stay but I will be filing with my credit card because it is not. A hotel for vacation at all. One star if that also on the door there is a note wrote in marker saying if emergency call number listed no attendants available after certain hours and I can see why !

Cigarette burnt sheets, smelly rooms & had the audacity to say we smoked cigarettes in the room and kept our deposits, nasty nasty nasty stay away! Definitely not stayable!!!

I called repeatedly and texted the number on the door for 30 minutes with no employee in sight. After back and for math saying I was put down as a no show I was told someone would meet me at the property with a key to get in. It took 45 minutes after I arrived to get access to my room. Not a key, just the door unlocked and was told I could pick up a key at 10:30AM with check out at 11AM. Once I was in the room I could not leave as I did not have a key to re enter my room so I had doordash deliver food. The next morning I go to take my 6 year old daughter to the pool and needed a key to get into the pool which I did not have and could not retrieve. I left at 8:30AM and will NEVER stay here again. Worst experience I have ever had in my life with a hotel.

There were bugs in the room, mold in the bathroom, and a lamp that did not work. We had a 4 night stay and left a little after 24hrs. The area is definitely not a family friendly environment (sketchy neighborhood.) Also they charge to change ur towels or linen

This property was poorly kept. When I went to go check in the staff was dismissive and rude. The tv is old. The hotels rags towels and bed covers were all dirty brown marks on all. There was also roaches under in the bathroom on the towels in the hotel. The toilet was not not properly bolted down. My overall experience here was not pleasant. I ended up just leaving the the hotel to go stay in another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was as usual very comfortable and clean room. everything was closed by. No need to drive anywhere to have dinner or walk around.

Check in was easy...hand over your ID and credit card they hand it back with a room number written down and pointed in the direction of room, room was just dirty looking even when "cleaned" the floors could definitely use a cleaning, two of the 3 lamps didnt work, walls had spots were it was touched up to be painted or to cover dirty spots, was scared to ise the microwave so didnt, no phone in the room, one wash cloth for two guests, wifi was terrible in the rooms so had to be outside to use it, the office was closed more than it was open. We literally stayed gone just to not be in the room. Entire place needs attention. Will not return

We did not stay. We had to book last minute at an expensive hotel. They were overbooked and place was a joke. Disgusting, no service, and criminal activity.

This property is not like the pictures, we had roaches and spider in our room, no trash can for us to use, only 2 towels per room and we were 3, front desk close early, no phone in the room in case of emergency, a/c is automatically and it was hot in the room. i arrive at 1am and no answer on after hrs phone number. Security guard was rude and not helpful. Next day i went to place concern and get my money back, they where rude and short. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is nasty and the staff is no help when you tell them that they have roaches. I paid for 3 days and only stayed 2 days had to keep the lights and tv on to keep the roaches from coming out and they wouldn’t give me my money back for the 3rd day couldn’t handle any more. I would not recommend this place to no one.

This place is filthy, people hanging out, prostitutes in and out, rooms smell awful, and not to mention they overcharged my credit card. Really unsafe. Couldn't secure the door because it was kicked off the hindges. Then when i decided to leave, they would not refund my money. This place needs to be condemned. I left anyway
