    We personally enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom was so clean and we love show big the pool was. The breakfast was also decent. The only thing is the arcade was on the expensive side but my children didn’t care to use it.

    The room was very spacious. It was 5 of us and we had plenty of room. My granddaughter slept on the sofa bed and she said it was very comfortable. The staff were really helpful and nice. The buffet breakfast was great and lots to choose from. I only wished the bathroom had more hooks for towels.

    To stay one night with my family was okay.. the room was modern and comfortable but we expected more during breakfast time; didn’t have enough variety, the eggs were soggy and cold as well.. if you don’t eat breakfast or just need to grab some coffee and leave, that is the place

    Although it was a quick stay, everything was great. Front desk was very helpful. The room was a great size for our family with small children. We didn't have to book two separate rooms and worry about sleeping in separate spaces. Breakfast was great. We didn't feel like rushed which is a huge plus with young kids. Large selection with options for everyone. The amenities are very convenient.

    That’s not exeptbol pay for a hotel and them they are charging for a parking lote 26.00 foollsrs per day …. Is not right this is is rubinv us it should not be charged we already book a hotel with them to stay its is not correct to charge this alreajus fee for parking and not tell us . Only when get in for check in you whist notifay of the new changes… I live in Fla for 40 years if they going to charge for parking I will drive to my house

    The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very nice. The only issue we had was the AC in our room starting leaking and had one side of the floor next to our bed soaking wet. The staff was able to fix it, but it took a while before someone got to our room and we had to push our plans back because we couldn’t get ready while the maintenance staff was working in the room.

    I’m not sure how to perceive my check in. I was in line waiting to be checked in, with another customer behind me. There was only one receptionist at the time. Another receptionist walked up and asked the person behind me if they needed help. After that interaction was done, she asked me. I walked up to her and asked if she saw that I was next in line. She said she did. I asked why I wasn’t taken in order of the line, she said he walked up to her first. With the climate of the country, I analyze everything. I’m a black man. The person behind me was Hispanic. The 2nd receptionist was also Hispanic. I may be over analyzing but regardless, I should’ve been next as I was waiting for a while at this point. Like I said, it could’ve been harmless but it also could’ve been intentional.

    Staff is nice. I enjoy the breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. This is a family hotel. Children are everywhere. So if you are looking for something quiet and serene. This is not the place for you. Nevertheless, my daughter loved it. This will always be a first choice for us

    We came to Orlando to visit the Disney Parka/Universal Studios, the hotel does offer limited time schedule shuttle to the parks. As well an uber/lyft is easy short drive too! The hotel staff was friendly & of course we loved the Mickey waffles!

    The arcade and pool were nice… Stayed here recently and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience overall. The location to the parks was great, and the pool/arcade area was nice, but the actual hotel quality did not match what we expected from a SpringHill Suites. What made this especially disappointing is that we previously stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orlando at Millenia and had a completely different experience there. That hotel was honestly 10/10 — everything smelled clean and fresh, housekeeping was excellent, breakfast was much better, and everything in the room actually worked properly. Because of that experience, we expected this location to be similar, but it was the complete opposite. There were multiple issues during our stay here: - The fridge did not work and smelled terrible - The room locks did NOT work properly at all, which was honestly concerning - Housekeeping never serviced our room during the stay - The AC made a loud high-pitched noise during the night - Pillows had visible stains on them - There were also visible cracks in the ceiling that honestly looked concerning and made the room feel poorly maintained - Parking was expensive The breakfast was also honestly one of the worst hotel breakfasts we’ve had. The eggs seemed undercooked, the pancakes were stale, and the sausage was not good at all. The bed itself at least appeared clean, and again, the location was convenient, but overall the hotel felt poorly maintained compared to other SpringHill Suites locations we’ve stayed at. This property definitely needs better maintenance and upkeep. We were genuinely surprised by how different the experience was compared to the Millenia location. Very sad after this experience kind of ruined the vacation i should have gotten atleast a partial refund for how TERRIBLE room s242 was but did not want to bother the nice staff. do NOT choose this location.

    We stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this stay has been extremely disappointing. The front desk rarely answers the phone, the sheets were stained, and housekeeping has been very poor. We had to request our room be cleaned, and after already being here three days with no cleaning service, we were told it would have to wait until tomorrow. The breakfast has also been very bad. Overall, this has been a terrible experience, and we do not have any positive comments about this stay. Based on this visit, we will not be returning in the future.

    My stay was good the only problem was they clean your room every other day & they only refresh the room. Meaning same sheets they just make up the bed and clean the bathroom. The property overall was clean and staff was very nice. The breakfast is ok as well. I would stay again due to it's close to all parks & friendly staff. I didn’t care for the shuttle hours but over doesn’t cost much to Disney World only $9 for two people going and we caught the shuttle coming back at 10:30pm.

    Great location, clean room, staff i did interact with great. My only issue is we had questions / information we needed to relay to the front desk. When we tried to call we got an automated system. Every time we selected to number to speak to someone the phone would just keep ringing and it would go back to menu options. Very frustrating

    Property was perfect for our family of four! The pool is well maintained and clean. The lobby is perfect and family friendly with a ray of games for the entire family! Breakfast was as best as it gets and again very clean. I highly recommend especially for families!

    The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. However, I stayed for 6 days and my room was cleaned once. I called front desk to at least get some clean towels and they made me come down to the front desk to pick up toilet paper. Also, if you stay here, they make you pay fo parking, REALLY!!! First time ever a hotel made me pay for parking for staying there. Even worse, I barely had checked in when one of the ladies at the front desk chased me and warned me that if have a car parked outside, it will be ticketed after just the first hour. Talk about customer service. I usually love the Marriotts, but this one left me completely disappointed

    The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. Each day there seemed to be one item at least that was different. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff was always helpful. We ordered food one night from their restaurant and it was very tasty. Our only complaint was the shuttles to the parks were very limited so we had to use uber most of the time.

    The rooms were spacious, there was a lot of space to park our car and the location worked out great for us as it was close to get to DisneyWorld (either by car or by taxi). The staff was also really kind. The breakfast were a bit mediocre and lacked variety. Some of the food was a bit cold already and the water in the machine smelled like pool water. Also, the room from our room was to a internal car parking.

    Bad hospitality and front desk never answered my room service calls. Rooms are nice, so is the pool and gym. UberXL to Disney about $25. The shuttle leaves extremely early to Disney park. If you miss the 8:30 AM that's it. No other shuttle.

    I liked everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. The only thing that I didn't like and this could be something I just overlooked before I booked our stay, was they charge you $25 a night to park. They tell you at check in and there are signs All over the parking lot. Just would have liked to know before we got there.

    Paid parking is unfortunate. The app is not easy to navigate. The bathroom faces the beds with a frosted glass sliding door. No privacy and the light wakes others in the middle of the night. The breakfast is modest and I’d rather have no breakfast and free parking. The shower water wouldn’t regulate. Certain lights and outlets don’t work without the master switch on. This really isn’t a “suites” hotel… just a larger room with a mini bar fridge and a small microwave.

    One of the main reasons that we booked here was for the shuttle and only having one option to only a couple of parks each day shouldn’t even be considered Disney transportation in the listing. The breakfast was also mediocre. Rooms were clean and did the job but having to pay for parking and then not even being able to use the shuttle was disappointing.

    Free breakfast , clean The transportation is a joke … you take one bus to get on another bus … you waste an hour and a half to two hours when traveling to get to Animal kingdom and Magic kingdom !!!     Room-2 night stay in suite for 6 people. Had to ask multiple times for linens,towels, pillow and cups for 6. 1 set of sheets were dirty. Room wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, so had to ask for clean towels again and they didn't take the dirty ones. No lotion, 1 tiny soap at sink. Tub so slippery had to put a towel in the tub-even the kids complained. Desk staff was nice.

    The hotel was also very clean and the location was great with food options nearby. The beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable. The room layout was also clunky at times with everyone getting ready. The parking fee was also on the higher side compared to others in the area and felt like a waste. Even Disney isn't greedy enough to charge for parking at their resort anymore. You should probably follow suit!

It was an unusually low temp of 30 degrees outside when my children and I waited for the shuttle outside the hotel (which was directed by the front desk staff). It was only after we walked back in to double check with a second personnel that we were told the schedule had been changed.

    The location is great. The front desk personnel were great. Hotel was clean. The concept of continental breakfast is good but not enough seating or food at times, not worth the hassle and extra charge when you can stay at nearby great hotels for less. Also, guest services was a hit or miss, sometimes they would answer and sometimes they wouldn't. And when you ask for a certain quantity of towels, toilet paper, blankets, etc, they would not bring the correct quantities you asked for.

    Called the front desk immediately and took about an hour to get someone into the room. It was almost midnight by the time the shower was fixed and we were also told the hotel was fully booked and could not move us to another room. Front desk directed me to send an email to administration with the details of the incident and the incident report was filed. There was absolutely no followup from the hotel. Based on what the hotel repair team member said, this is not the first time this has happened. We did not have a good experience at this Marriott. However, the room was clean.

It Had game room for the kiddies which I thought was great annd they were up to date with that.     But I didn’t leave any bad review until the call with customer service after stay. I received a parking invoice because I wasn’t informed that parking needs additional fee. I ask them to help to dismiss it and I’d love to pay the exact parking amount. He said that’s my fault not the hotel, I need to pay or contact the parking company myself. I believe the front desk also has responsibility to inform their guests. Since I know the one who’s answering my phone is the hotel manager, then I told him about my stay experience btw. I didn’t get any apologies, instead he ask me what I want him to do since I’m not staying now. I was so upset I asked him is that your attitude to treat all your guests? After repeating the room conditions again and again he said he didn’t have records about that. He actually mentioned they fixed the refrige after I left so I asked how did you know it needs fix. He said other guest experienced the similar issue. How ridiculous! To be honest I can accept the situation that items in the room are not functioning properly. But the poor attitude of customer service made my stay experience even worse.

    very slow checking. i waited in line like 30 min to see the receptionist and she took like 30 min to work on my checking and told me the room i booked in not available and gave me room without sofa bed and told me they will fix it tomorrow.     i thought this was a marriott? it felt like a motel 6. 1 staff member checking people in it didn’t matter how long the line got. machine to ring up food and drink down almost always which meant to get something you had to wait in the line 10-12 people deep with people checking in just to get a bottle of water…. that’s just where the problems begin… Get to the room… Shower leaks basically put 2-3 towels down next to the shower or flood the bathroom. The shower head was so disgusting and calcified the water coming out of it smelled of mold the first 2-3 minutes you turned it on… oh and don’t bother trying to call the hotel to get ahold of someone… No one answers the phone… Just puts you back in the loop over and over… And then there shuttle service to the park… Hahahaha might as well grab an uber… There is supposed to be 1 shuttle to and from each park a day which is ridiculous in itself, but then getting it to show on time or at all the one time it’s supposed too… Ya stay away from this hotel at all costs… Just an overpriced motel 6 with a fancy name…

    I never had a room service during my stay, at the 3rd day I went and ask the receptionist if they do room services due to we haven’t had one, she looked surprised called the manager from room service and told me they added my room to the list to have a service that late afternoon, the room service personal knock the door take the trash out and give me a new towels and thats it never change the bed sheet in the 5 days stay. The next day the room service personal knock the door at 11:00 am she ask if we needed a service I said yes that jus give us 5-10 minutes to leave the room we were on our way out to visit universal studios we were ready just 2 of us needed to brush our teeth, she said yes she will be back and that night when we arrive from the park the room was the same as we left it. I will never recommend this hotel to nobody.

    Fire alarm kept going off everytime the heater would turn on. My daughter ended up being scared to stay there thinking there would be a fire. Check out time was 11am amd at 11am on the dot someone was knocking on our door to get out. Very unprofessional along woth not telling us the keys wouksnt work 5 minutes after heading downstairs. Thank God i did one last sweep of the room or else they would have locked us out. We noticed when my husband came back upstairs to grab the last bag. Not a good system. Its also been 2 weeks and still have not reveived our deposit back.

    Well, let me just start off by saying that we chose this hotel because it wasn’t affordable price near Hollywood Studios only 15 minutes away, which was great. The moment we walked into the room it smelled like the carpet was soiled of mildew. When I took out the linens for the pullout mattress, they had oil marks and smelled of must and had hair on each bedsheet as if somebody had not washed the sheets and just put them back in there. My son found a bug on the bed, which I didn’t even bother to complain about because at that point I was over being there as is. The breakfast really didn’t have much options the way that they make it out to seem as a continental breakfast. My wife had gastric sleeve surgery and really didn’t have many options to eat there. It was just a bunch of bread and biscuits and waffles with pretty basic scrambled eggs that were super runny and had no flavor. When we woke up the next day, the hallways smelled even worse this time, almost like sulfur. I definitely would not stay here again.

    We love this hotel. The staff are welcoming, the bar and grill serve delicious food and drinks and offer room service. The breakfast is nice and convenient. The on-site market is great for when you need something for the room. Housekeeping do an amazing job and are helpful if you run out of items. The pool is lovely as well. Overall a really good stay and ideal location to Disney and universal parks just a short drive away.

The only downfalls would be the insane nightly parking charge which you pay to a 3rd party, along with the tv not working properly even with a new remote which seems like is a repeat issue based upon other reviews.     I had a horrible stay there, the office chair was broken, the TV didn’t work, they tried to fix it and it didn’t work. There were stains on the couch. I complained the next morning and they said they would switch me out. Then another Customer Service person, I have all the names, was very rude to me when trying to switch out my room, gave me a key that didn’t work, and I finally left. I only stayed one night. Have not been able to contact anyone at the residence.

    Location was good close to multiple restaurants and of course Disney, The breakfast was good and filling. we had two problems on arrival - we did not have a TV remote in our room and we did not have enough towels for 4 people. We received the remote quickly, but when we asked the housekeeper for additional towels, we did not get them. That night we had to go down and get them. They gave them to us in a plastic bag.

    The faucet in the shower room is broken. He didn't help us solve it by the time we left. Then he said to give us free parking. I won't admit it if I change a front desk attendant.     Yes, the room was great but no TV (not working) for at least the last six hours of my stay. Reported and was told an engineer would come up, but never did.     I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The only downsides were that housekeeping was only provided every other day and that parking required an additional fee. I would have preferred daily room cleaning and a more convenient parking option. Aside from those issues, my experience was enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again.

    First off they advertised free shuttle to SeaWorld which they didn't have. It says In their elevator they do it. I fought with front desk and they reimbursed us for parking. They charge to park there even though you're a guest. They only clean the room every other day and don't leave towels or cups for the day they don't clean. Room was so dark it was awful. Tiny light by the bed could not even read. The free buffet thete was not enough seating. They did not put out food quickly when it was gone. Shower was a trickle. Would not stay there again.

    So the hotel like all hotels in the Disney area have started charging for over night parking, which is ridiculous. This Springhill Suites takes it to a new level. The hotel doesn't add the parking to you room. They make you scan a QR code to pay for the parking. The website to pay is horrible and slow. Took me a half hour to enter and pay for parking. If you are going to soak your guests for an additional $27/night for parking, just add it to the room charge. Don't make guests do extra work.

    Showerhead sprayed everywhere but on us. Triming on bathroom entry was held on by a single patruding screw. Bottom of trim was displaced. (How I noticed the screw) Room S441. Paying $25 to park for less than 12 hours is a little excessive. Basically you have to leave the parking lot, or be towed, even if before your checkout time. Outside of these issues, room and hotel were great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

    I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and never had any issues, but this time I encountered a few problems — mostly related to maintenance, which is surprising for such a new hotel. When I arrived, I noticed that the minibar in my room was broken. Since I have a small child and needed it, I requested a replacement, which the staff kindly provided right away. Later, when we went to use the pool, we asked for towels, but they took quite a long time to arrive. The lighting around the bathroom mirror wasn’t working, and the shower water pressure was so low that it was almost impossible to take a proper shower. Overall, it seemed that several areas of the hotel were in need of maintenance. The hotel was very busy, which made breakfast a bit hectic, though I understand that was likely due to the high number of guests. I want to acknowledge that the few employees on duty were doing their best to assist everyone — they were working really hard. Lastly, I have to mention the parking situation. Unfortunately, many hotels in Orlando are now charging for parking, which makes no sense — especially considering the high rates. I paid nearly $90 for just three nights. On top of that, when I arrived in the evenings, there were no available spaces near the entrance

    It has an excellent location but the price offered in Experian and by them is FAKE. As soon you arrive they start charging you 30$ daily for every night parking + 30$ security deposit for every night refundable in 10 or 15 days. So If you stay 3 nights you have to add 90$ to your bill, It is a better deal to find a better hotel with not hidden fees fr the same total price. Hyatt Place 2 building before this one doesn't charge you for parking the car and doesn't block 30$ per day in your credit card. Same quality.

Found hair on the top of the bed and on the sheets that was not ours as we just arrived. Cleaned everything with a lint roller.     Cons: The fire alarm went off at midnight on the first night of my stay, and I witnessed zero communication or assistance from hotel staff. After the fire department arrived and disabled the alarm, guest started going back inside - I did not hear any sort of all clear message from any responder or staff member, either while the event was happening or afterward, which could have been life threatening if this had been a real event (and maybe it was - I never heard a thing from hotel staff or management, so I don't know). In my room, there were water stains on the walls and ceiling, and some of my bath towels were stained. Neither of these things are deal breakers or indicate that the room wasn't sanitized before I checked in, but it doesn't make you feel good to notice.

    First Room: At check-in, the TV was not working. I immediately called for assistance and waited 40 minutes before leaving for the evening. When we returned, there had been no communication, and we were simply informed that we would need to switch rooms. Second Room: Upon entering the new room, the TV remote was not working. I called for assistance. After waiting 30 minutes, I went to the front desk to follow up. Roughly 35 minutes later, a gentleman dressed in all black (with no name tag and no introduction) arrived. When I asked, he confirmed he was from Engineering. He stated the remote was dead and that he would return with a replacement. After waiting another 40 minutes without an update, I called the front desk again, only to be told that he had already gone home. This lack of communication and follow-through was very disappointing and far below the standard of service we expected. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I believe it reflects a breakdown in both responsiveness and guest care. I appreciate your time in reviewing this matter and look forward to hearing how it can be addressed.

    What prompted me to book this particular property accommodation is the Marriott brand name, known for above average accommodation. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was pleasant and friendly. Room assigned was nice and clean with a nice view of a neighborhood pond across the street. The included breakfast offering was pretty standard in comparison to other similar hotels I’ve experienced in the past. A few hiccups occurred during my stay. One morning there was no hot water for the entire property, which meant a brisk cold shower! Another day, one of the elevators was out of order for an entire day. The big gripe I had was the fact the property charged $26+ tax for nightly parking?! Had I known this, I probably would have booked another property, it was a pricey parking for this category of accommodation. So overall, I would recommend the variety of Marriott hotels as it’s a good value.

    The boy who checked us in was not friendly not quite rude but borderline. I had asked if he could add my mariot # & he was offended & said he couldn't look it up. Hilton always looks it up if I don't have it handy. The room door was partially opened & the bathroom door sticks. Also there are 2 body soap bottles & a conditioner but no shampoo.

    The only downsides to this hotel was you had to pay for parking which is really bizarre and the transportation only went to certain areas at certain times to the parks. Also the maids never came to clean the rooms so you had to ask for things all the time. Eg. towels, toilet paper.

    The property is for families, which was the main reason why I booked as I was travelling with my wife and children. However, I was extremely disappointed where they do not want to clean the room. I stayed there for 1 week and have made many complaints about having the room clean. This have proven to be futile on most occasions. The room was eventually on the day before I was leaving.

    Pros: large room (suite) and Mickey waffles Cons: staff seems unwelcoming, I asked if they can hold my luggage, as I arrived an hour earlier, most hotels do this, one staff told me there’s a fee. Same thing with early check in. The other staff told me there’s no fee. So, I was lied to. -hotel for families, crying babies, kids everywhere. -room had no functioning air vent for bathroom -pool wasn’t clean. -towel system, could be better, -no outdoor umbrellas Overall. I don’t think if return, because there are other places.

    The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus with plenty of fresh options to start the day, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better—just minutes away from Disney, Universal, and great restaurants. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt safe, comfortable, and family-friendly. What really stood out was the excellent service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and made our Orlando trip even more enjoyable.     This hotel has very nice rooms. They have included breakfast which is on par with other complimentary breakfast but.... they have accomodations for two service stations yet they choose to only use one causing a line of roughly 40 or 50 people just to get the food. I never expect great food at these hotels but its ridiculous to wait 15 minutes in line just to get it. My main issue with this hotel is the parking. I undersrand nearly all hotsls charge for parking but the new twist with this one is its through a third party app. Nearly 30 dollars a night with the standard we arent responsible for damage or theft bs, but the best part was when we got back to the hotel after a night at the park there were no parking spots available. Their answer was just go park in the hotel next to us. No sorry or anything. So now tired from our day we get to walk all the way from the next property over. But what can you do pitch a fit and get kicked out in the middle of the night. Been to this property a few times but this was the last straw.
