15 to 20 minutes from all the excitement, nice quiet environment. Clean comfortable rooms and awesome breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Location to the airport is exemplary. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was appalled at the fact that checking into our room, I did have to PAY TO PARK OUR CAR in YOUR LOT? $65.00 for 4 Days, 3 Nights, I'm NOT AMUSED! I did have a PROBLEM FINDING a SPACE at 10:00pm. I took a HANDICAP SPACE as it was the ONLY SPACE AVAILABLE at that TIME, what A SHAME !

However, the customer service experience could be better. The front desk staff was courteous, but it would be very helpful to have Spanish-speaking employees available, especially considering the large number of Spanish-speaking guests who visit Orlando. The room was clean but quite basic, and the bathroom felt outdated and in need of renovation. While the hotel met my basic needs for a short stay, improvements to the facilities and guest services would significantly enhance the overall experience. 2.5/5

All in all it’s a good place to stay.. clean, quiet, easy to get to and close to Advent Health (the reason for our visit). I know a common practice with many hotels these days is to charge for parking. As if you have a choice. $21.40 a night is a bit excessive when you have no choice.

We typically love Hilton but this Property needs serious updating, & lacks maintenance care. Elevator buttons not working, paint chipped, water stains in ceilings, front fountain rusted and not working… Breakfast is ok. Airport shuttle is a plus- Staff was great and rooms were clean. Expected more from a Hilton owned hotel.

It was a nice comfortable place to stay before our cruise the next day. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was great. There is a $20 parking fee per night that I wasn't expecting.

The young woman that was working Sunday night was phenomenal. We door dashed food and my son who is autistic didn’t have any ketchup as requested. She didn’t hesitate and found ketchup for him. I am very thankful.

The staff was great the location to the airport is great, but the rooms need updating. Paying for parking using a QR code is not ideal. Just add the parking cost to the room payment.

Parking was extra, which is the first time I have ever seen a parking fee at a Springhill Suites or any other lower tier Marriott property.

Breakfast was somewhat disappointing; day one, 7:30am. Coffee urns (2) were empty, all the bananas were very green and menu didn’t include bacon. Day 2 8:30 coffee runs in the process of being refilled, bananas almost yellow by now. Some tables were sticky.

There was a puddle of water at the entrance of the building making it hard for the suitcases. The building smelled like people were smoking Marijuana. There were ants in the room we had and ants in the bed my son slept on. The breakfast bar was not stocked.

Room was ok. Smaller than advertised. The bathroom shower was disgusting. Staff wasn't very friendly but not rude either. Parking was expensive ($20 a night) and parking lot was always packed but felt safe.

You have to pay for parking so be prepared for that.

The airport shuttle was fantastic, the room was clean, the staff were great. We were extremely underwhelmed by the breakfast. Not only was it lacking in options, but the few choices given were barely edible. Included breakfast was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here, but it will be the sole reason we will never choose this hotel again.

Previous guests old half eaten food still in fridge. Stayed 3 days and one of the days the front desk lady decided NO DELIVERIES for anythIng food etc. Breakfast buffet had some options but kind of gross, the meat was pink still. Overall the property is fine but a bit dated and the staff at the desk needs training. Not at any point did I feel welcome. Came down to ask about laundry and there was a long line and two front desk employees- one was helping the line and the other was stocking potato chips? No situational awareness. Am I less important than 4$ poato chips?

This property was excellent. You do have to pay for parking and to get the parking registered was not the best process but the hotel was great. The shuttle to the airport was the best-on time, clean, polite, efficient.

Shuttle service...I do understand stand that it is a free service but to send a shuttle to pick up people when you know their is a party waiting with 3 and another of 4 and the driver to stay when he gets out I only have room for 2 people??? We are asked when we call how many are in our party? It's very frustrating to us who are waiting....Then to hear the person at the front desk say well it is a courtesy of the hotel to do this ...I'm sure we are paying for it in our hotel price It doesn't make me want to think of your brand to stay at again even though everything else was great

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic—way beyond the usual pastries. Hot options, yogurt, fresh fruit… something for everyone, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was ideal, with easy access to the main highways. It felt peaceful but was close to restaurants and essentials. Huge thanks to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and easy. Will 100% be staying here on our next trip to Orlando!

We arrived post a cruise and she ensured we could check in to our room early and allowed us a late check out the next day knowing our flight was leaving in the evening. She was working alone that day but even while multi tasking she ensured that we felt like a priority. She is top notch! The room was perfect for our family of 5.

We had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the beds were excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with both classic options and a rotating variety each day. I highly recommend this hotel.

I will start with the positives. The staff was nice. The room was spacious and convenient to restaurants and airport. Now the negatives, the bathroom shower was covered in mold and I didn't allow my child shower in it. It definitely needs some cleaning and updates. Marriott used to be a much nicer place to stay.

Not sure why the hotel not doing upgrade… other than those stuff. It is good location and helpful staff.

This is disgraceful On top of it, we had to sit through a group of anti-caged chicken protesters. Who came in to the lobby with bullhorns screeching and enchanting for 15 minutes while no one from the hotel did a thing. No security, no polite asking the demonstrators to leave only silence. What a world we live in

Upon arrival, we noted our towels were covered in black curly hairs. We proceeded to request new towels from the luggage cart thinking nothing of it. Upon receiving these towels, we found bed bugs, recorded a video and showed the staff downstairs who had checked us in. At first she was kind and pleasant. Once we showed her this video she became cold to us and then was being rude to us for wanting to leave and not get another room at this hotel.

The room was a great setup for a workspace with separate sleeping area, with a small kitchenette area as well. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows & blankets, very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly.

We had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott. It’s a little older but has been updated and very nice! We would stay here again!

The airport is a must so that was great to have & the breakfast exceeded my expectations, not only did they have more variety than most places I've stayed, it wss also served till 10am! Staff were super friendly & helpful. Even looked into something that I thought went missing in the room due to my curious 4 year old. James, one of the drivers for the shuttle was excellent, very informative. Would highly recommend for those needing a stay close to the Orlando Airport & any future Orlando stays, I'd book here.

Such a nice time

The staff I dealt with on my 1 night stay were nice and accomodating. Since I was only there 1 night, I didnt want to ruffle any feathers but there were crumbs brushed up against the wall by the top of the bed, which showed the room wasnt cleaned properly. Also, there were a good 20 or 30 ants alongside the wall by the bathroom. I didnt even feel comfortable leaving my suitcase and luggage on the floor. I wouldnt stay here again, despite the cheap cost. You get what you pay for.

The property is very dated when it comes to the rooms and the amenities. The staff however was Great! Just wished the rooms were updated to match the great staff. For instance the beds were very uncomfortable. The mini fridge was on its last leg and barely kept our drinks cold. The bathroom vanity space was VERY small and the bathroom showers were disappointing. The old dated tiled shower that had visible mildew/mold in the grout was unacceptable. The shower pressure and hot water was nonexistent! This was consistent in both of the rooms our family occupied. The location is idea, but the accommodations were NOT!

In Orlando for UCF family day so chose a hotel a little farther away from campus so it would be quieter or so we thought. Arrived & realized the place required $20 a day to park and you had to scan into a mobile app. The listing info did not say daily parking costs 20 dollars. Instead it says available parking so very misleading. When we arrived back after game it was near midnight but couldn’t get in the lobby and had to keep hitting the call button. Finally someone appears and lets us in. She was in some back office but not the desk. The lobby was filled with a large crowd of obnoxious adults partying. The seating cushions are stained. Finally got to sleep only to be reawakened at 2 am from people arriving next door & they’d put us in an adjoining room which sounded as if the group was in there with us. Tried to turn on tv for white noise but TV broke and wouldn’t come on. Finally fell back asleep and was awakened again at 7 am from same group loudly speaking and laughing. I walked to desk and spoke to Galina and expressed our concerns. She said sorry would you like a complimentary bag of chips to make up for it? Seriously? I overpaid already for the hotel paying 163 dollars plus another 20 for parking and get zero sleep and you offer a 50 cent bag of chips. Galina took my phone number & said the manager would be there tomorrow. While I was at desk, another lady walked up saying she had complained last night bc partying & marijuana smells all on her second floor! Awful!

We did not have a car but they had a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and the area had dining options within walking distance. We then had a private company shuttle us to the port for our cruise the next day.

The room smelled like dog. I was itchy like something was crawling on me! My daughter nose was stuffy and she had allergies when she’s around dogs her nose gets stuffy and eyes get itchy throat gets sore and she had s the symptoms! I don’t think you should put people in the same room as dogs was in ! The elevate like we was in a horror movie! The lobby as the only thing decedent the counter where front desk was there was little ants crawling everywhere! The pool looked dirty the jacuzzi was broken! One of the elevators was out of order! The place needs a whole makeover! The price and the staff was the only thing good about my stay!

Filipino staff are more fluent in English so it was easy for us to communicate with. They are well versed, knowledgeable and very accommodating which made our stay there a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

This was a nice clean hotel. We were able to check in early from our flight which was a plus. However, the walls in the room were extremely thin. We constantly heard the flushing of surrounding rooms toilets in our room which was loud and very annoying. Caused for sleepless nights both nights there. We could also hear slamming of dishes in which I am assuming was coming from the cleaning room next to our room. Other than that, the hotel was nice. Breakfast and coffee were great. Staff was great.

The reception was pleasant, and I appreciated how warmly the receptionist welcomed us. We had some difficulty paying the parking fee online, but the receptionist was very helpful. The room was spacious and convenient, although it lacked cleanliness. The bedsheets did not smell fresh, and there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Additionally, the towels were not very white, indicating they were getting old. On a positive note, the breakfast service was nice and welcoming.

Shuttle service picked us up from MCO at 11pm.

The room was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable with fresh linen. The complimentary breakfast was ok, the hot portion of the breakfast was 4/10. Where was the bacon and additional waffle makers?!? Overall I would definitely book again

I was not expecting the hotel to be as run down as it was. We booked a two queen room for four of us and the room only had 3 towels. The room furniture showed quite a bit of damage and the walls and ceiling needed cleaning. Other areas like the water feature in the lobby were also run down and needed improvements / cleaned or updated. The hot water in the room took several minutes (2+ minutes) to come out hot. I would like to give the staff a better review because the woman at the front who helped us with check in and with organizing two transport rides was great! As was the early morning driver who took us to the airport after our stay. This guy was on time, drove well, and efficient with the pick up and drop off! However, the evening driver was kind of terrible. We returned our rental car to the airport the night we checked in to the hotel and then called for the transport. After waiting for almost 30 minutes for the van I called the hotel again. The front desk person checked on the eta of the van and said it would be 5 minutes, 10 max. Almost 30 minutes later a very unfriendly man showed up to get us. It was obvious he was a big part of the issue that night because we watched him ignore his 2 way radio a few times in the time we were in the van before eventually answering the person on the other end. He drove so bad he almost hit a toddler in one of the parking lots. If we fly back into Orlando we will not stay at this hotel.

Our stay was problem free and airport shuttle was very convenient and ran 24hrs a day. The only down side was if you had a car you had to pay for parking which i felt was a little overpriced.

This property should advertise that parking is not included in the hotel. The hotel must have been one of the early ones in the Orlando area, the tiling and finishes show sign of wear.

Solicitamos una habitación para 5 personas, de la cual había 2 camas queen (4 personas podian dormir en ella) y la otra en el sofá. El sofá no tenía sábanas ni cobija. Tuvimos que dormir 3 en una cama y 2 en otra.

A great atmosphere, great room, beautiful property easy for walking, wonderful staff and an amazing breakfast spread!

The inside of the toilet bowl was not cleaned properly and the brown stain was noticeable, which was uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing and knowledgeable. The facilities were great and near everything convenient plus the breakfast was very hearty and delicious.

Arrived early had called in ahead of time to afk of I should add another day since I would be arriving with my child around 8am who suffers from epilepsy and didn’t want an episode to happen and have no where to go the person I talked to said no it would be fine just let us know when u arrive the lady who was at the front desk the day I arrived was the meanest worse person to have in the reception older lady white hair short hair cut name starts with an S told us they had no rooms and basically dismissed anything I was trying to tell her we stayed in the lobby tired from the trip of course till 2 were told to go get something to eat and come back even thought we arrived at breakfast time I was so upset keep calm just cause of my child

A very nice property I would recommend to everyone

I am a Bonvoy member, and I typically enjoy staying at Springhill Suites when traveling for work. Unfortunately, when we arrived at this location, we were informed that there was a parking fee, which would need to paid by scanning a code. As a result, I spent over 10-15 minutes in my car, after midnight, filling out an extensive online form to get our car registered - frustrating, to say the least! Then, when I made it to our room, I came to find out that we were not given the king suite that we had booked. Rather, we got a room with 2 double beds. It was late, and my wife had already started unpacking, so we didn’t bother with it. Lastly, the outlet hidden behind the nightstand next to the bed didn’t work, so no way to plug our phones in next to us. The only redeeming part of our stay, was the breakfast, which was good. Will never stay here again.

I didn’t like the TV sitting on the dresser and the location. The room has 2 queen beds, however the TV was located at the foot of one of the beds instead of being installed at the foot of the beds on the wall between the two beds. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Very well suited near airport with shuttle services provided to the airport. You need to call when you arrive and then you need to schedule a departure time. Clean facilities, spacious clean room. Near to several restaurants, good breakfast in the morning is included. Overall very pleased with stay.

This is a great room at a convenient location. I like the check out time being noon as it made such a difference to me in consideration of "value" because having a pool and gym are irrelevant if you dont feasible have time to use them after a flight delay. Only frustration was there was nothing about parking fees in the reservation and I felt a bit tricked as you dont have any other option once youre checked in. I dont think parking should be a charge for guest.

Average. Daily room cleaning was missing in my 2 days stay. I returned to the room to see room not cleaned and beds not made. Morning breakfast - very bad curtsey to guests who were still having their breakfast and items were cleared/thrown off on dot on the clock in front of them.

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. We had a restful night, a great breakfast, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable experience.

It was excellent. The staff was really friendly and fast. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. The airport shuttle was admittedly significantly slower and more of a hassle to deal with than advertised, but for free I’ll take it. The area around the hotel is so nice with so many restaurants, a great way to vacation! I will say the pillows could have been a bit better, but overall this was an excellent hotel for a good price!

Surely I will stay again.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. You have an inclusive airport shuttle and hot buffet breakfast. They also cover small emergency needs like toothbrushes and toothpaste when flights are canceled.

I absolutely loved everything about this property no complaints whatsoever. The property was clean and was a great stay for families. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Wir waren hier nur für eine Nacht. Das Einchecken hat etwas länger gedauert weil die Rezeption nur mit einer Person besetzt war. Frühstück war super und Shuttle-Service von und zum Flughafen hat gut geklappt. Räume waren in Ordnung.

Good hotel for what it is. Easy getting in and out, good service, OK breakfast, gym is not well maintained and hotel is dated. But overall is a good place for an airport hotel.

Location of our room ,next to a Mechanical Room and Storage Room. Between the noise of the mechanicals and people entering/exiting storage room, not the peaceful, quiet room we have become familiar with at other Springfield Suite locations.
