For the water leak they had on 1st floor I was impressed how fast they were working nonstop to repair damaged floor.

Room was very clean cozy and cold I love a fresh room staff was AMAZING staff made the place feel safe breakfast was really good REAL PANCAKES great buffet that actually full you up thanks we will be back me and my family enjoyed room was very spacious also

I loved the atmosphere and Kim was sp amazing. The staff and even the crew was amazing. They were very welcoming and very professional. There was nothing me and my guest didn't like.

Loved this hotel! Room was really clean and the bed was really comfortable. There were only 2 of us, but the room was enough for 4-5 people. Honestly wish I could've stayed longer! The free breakfast was really good too. The staff are super friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

The property is good, rooms are comfy. Fairly basic but all rooms are suites so nice and roomy. What sets this place apart is the FANTASTIC customer service! The front desk staff are amazing. They left a nice care package for my mom in honor of our trip, never forgot her name and made her day! The lobby has water and coffee/tea service 24/7 and afternoon snacks. The breakfast is also really good. Lots of hot and cold options as well as grab n go if you’re headed out for the day. Definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you!

Breakfast and how close the location was to our destinations. I booked the room on booking.com and felt the price was fair. When arrived the price randomly went up 50$ from the reservation price. Had to pay for my parking. Then my room screen had a gapping hole in it. Was surprised for a Marriott.

Suck. This property is also a lot more run down than others of the same chain in the area, and they charge $20 a day for parking and you can’t even park at your hotel if you come late to check in, every single space at the hotel was taken, had to park at the hotel next door and hope for the best

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in such a convenient location. When there was no handicap spots the gentleman at the front desk made sure I had somewhere close to park. I didn’t like that we had to pay to park at the hotel. I think that should’ve been free parking.

Property reception was very clean and welcoming. We found the room quite dark but it was clean and had what we needed for a night. It’s a 10 minute walk to a Walgreens and a raising canes. Disappointed that the coffee in reception was cold at 6am but I was directed to the sister hotel next door where I managed to get some.

The shower was great. That's the only thing I can say about this place Breakfast was gross. Their coffee was cold that they had out. The location is awful. The person guy/girl don't know what to call him wasn't very nice. They also charged me an extra 145.12 for no reason and they are telling me they didn't but I have proof from my bank. I called them twice. First they said they see it and the auditor would take cared of it. I called back the next day and they told me I didn't have any charges, But I do. I need my money back.

This room was a good size for our family of five. We had two TVs and a place for everyone to sleep. Housekeeping didn’t come into the room for our whole stay (four nights), and the trash piled up. Thankfully we had packed some large garbage bags. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was nice, but the chairs around the pool are old and one broke while we sat it in. Front desk staff was always pleasant, greeting us upon entering, and very helpful with any request. Would definitely book again.

The comfy bed and friendly staff. The drippy tub, the pay for parking, and how the breakfast staff touch EVERYTHING and never change their gloves. They were super friendly but the one by the food, was touching the food, the door, the floor and then the food again. Then opened the door to vape and went right back to touching the food. The table cleaner held the side of the trash can to lean down to pick up food that dropped on the floor and the proceeded to pick up the egg and sausage utensils and wipe them with her rag without changing gloves. Super grossed out. Oh, and a man walked into my room at 915am to get linens! I wasnt even checked out yet. That was really bizarre! What if I was in the shower!!

The location was great. We enjoyed the heated pool and convenience of RideShare to all the Universal Parks. The beds were super comfy. It was family vacation, 5 of us visiting from Toronto, and we highly recommend. The best part was the staff and service and amazing breakfast, quite the selection ! Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay welcoming .

Starting with male staff that checked me in. I forgot his name but he is a small frame black male that is apart of the theatrical world like myself. He was super nice and hospitable. Mrs. Debra over the food staff, was awesome. Her and the team were very accommodating. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were nice and clean. You can tell that the employess love their job and take pride in their work. They work hard to keep the establishment clean and safe. They deserve a raise ;)

Nice and up to standards with other SpringHill Suites. Only downside is the breakfast closed at EXACTLY 9:30 (weekday). The breakfast staff swooped in and closed it down like a pit crew. 30 seconds & it was ALL gone.

Location was great. Didn’t clean our room the first night (no trash pick up or change out used towels), had to pay for parking on top of the hotel itself and the rate for the last day wasn’t worth the room - I have stayed in much nicer places for less in Orlando.

I was very disappointed in the room. It was out dated and had a musty smell. I was also very upset when I called for a late check out and they said it was full. I am a Marriott timeshare owner and fell like they could have accommodated us.

I don't like the fact that i had to pay for parking separately. I think they should combine the bill together. I forgot to scan the QR code the first night because i was tired. I had to do it the next morning. I had to select another day for checking out so that i can get charge for the appropriate amount. I also didn't like the fact that the room is not cleaned after the 4th night. We did not get our room clean because we stay there for 2 nights. However, the staff was very nice. The guy who check me in was very nice and pleasant. The pressure in the bathroom is not strong at all. Our bathroom was clogged we called front desk and the sent someone within 10 minutes, which was nice. I like the lady in the breakfast who is warming up the bagels for us. Also the lady cleaning up the breakfast tables after people finish eating.

I stayed 5 days and the did not clean the room and didn’t replace towels. The food was the same every day and if some items over they didn’t fill the items like milk, yogurt and pancakes.

The receptionist, although I didn't catch his name, was incredibly welcoming. He was on duty on the evening of November 25th. All was well, except for the presence of mold on the exterior of our glass window. This is in room 230z, tarnishing our view of the pool.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we’ve been to in a long while. We appreciate the hospitality and cleanliness of our room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was extremely fast especially since they had a full hotel bookings due to a conference that weekend. Late check out was a great bonus. Great location and would stay here again.

The room was decent enough and we really liked the suite size because the 2 queens and pull out sofa was great for adult family of 4. Breakfast was the best I had in all my stays with any other hotels. Room was clean and beds were really comfortable

The continental breakfast was a highlight. The staff who ran it made excellent food and varieties that changed daily, they were extremely personal, and made everyone feel special. Pool was excellent! Did not receive fresh towels until 2nd reminder, laundry on property great but needs to function properly. phone on wall laundry not fastened did not understand the light switch laundry. The water in shower took awhile to warm up. Did not love paying for parking but understand.‐

Visiting Epic Universe with my son and this was close to the parks and very convenient to the activities and dining in the area around it. Staff was friendly and accomodating and let us leave checked bags on our final day in order to explore. Breakfast was good and well attended to.

What i didnt like is that the elevator button still dosent work properly , also floor numbers missing in the elevator .Sofa in lounge / dining area is all peeled and destroyed. Not a good look upon entering. Can use an improvement, also the ceiling fan was removed making it impossible to sit in the sofa area .It is too hot without a ceiling fan .

The room had roaches so it threw off the whole stay.

Clean, near restaurant and other attractions, with great friendly staff.

First, the smell on the 6th floor was quite unpleasant. It seemed to be a mix of mold, humidity, and cigar odor. Next, the bed was sliding to the left, indicating that it was broken. Lastly, while the shower had good water pressure, it took around 50 minutes for the water to warm up.

You had to walk out to International Drive, South to get the shopping options. This hotel entrance is on the North side.

Room was infested with roaches!!!!!! Baby roaches crawling on the tables and walls. Big ones running around next to the bed.They all started to come out in the middle of the night and I wound up having to leave at 2:30 am and drive home. Unacceptable and disgusting conditions!

Everything was good byt the breakfast area that was too tied for the amount of guests. Missing hard boiled eggs

Staff was awesome which was the best thing about the hotel. Specifically upon checkout Oman was very helpful courteous and just a sweet person. Thank you Oman and everyone

We stayed at 4 hotels and this one was by far the best! 2 TVs, 2 big beds and a pullout bed, GREAT water pressure, very clean, AC worked great, awesome pool and umbrella fountain. Highly recommend!

Great location for our trip to Disney’s divequest. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The included breakfast had multiple offerings to suit everyone’s preferences. It was very quiet and convenient for a reasonable price.

Fast check-in, property has parking spaces for the guests. Room was better than anticipated. It was very comfortable and it included a little kitchen and the studio was nice.

What a great experience from arrival to departure. Check in experience was very easy and smooth, the room was new and comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect, very cool and working great. The bed/sofa was a plus, microwave, fridge, very spacious. The bed super comfy and the bathroom very clean and roomy. The breakfast was delicious and the ladies working in the kitchen area very courteous and helpful. The Colombian girl always helping us and giving extra attention to our needs. I loved this hotel very close to Universal Orlando Resort and Disney Parks.

This is a very old hotel with a musty smell. There was water leaking from the ceiling in the elevators, the fitness room and our AC unit was continuously on so the carpet was always wet in that area. There also does not appear to be any venting in the bathrooms. It was clean and breakfast was good it just needs an update badly.

The carpet in our room was wet and the whole room felt damp. There were fans drying the hallway carpet our entire stay. They were loud and the hallway smelled musty

The property was old. Th3 shower kept dripping and the elevator was noisey and worn, the send day it had a water leak on the building, there is no way ot is rater 8.8

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in Orlando. We frequently visit Orlando and decided to finally try this place out upon check in the front desk lady was rude. Our room keys were not working we had to walk down to get them remade only to walk into a room that was already occupied!! Went back down to front desk for the second time 35 minutes later we finally got into a room. We had a two queen bed room and one of the beds had a GIANT dent almost as if the entire cushion was missing on half the bed. Couldn’t sleep all night, would never stay here again I rather sleep in my car.

Mostly comfortable. Toilet didn’t flush properly and shower did not get warm. Asked to pay with a different card than what they had on file and they said they changed it to my preferred card but it still got charged to the original card :(

There is nothing terrible about the hotel, it is just old. The carpets have a strong smell and the furniture is old. I could not tell by the pictures. The beds were confortable and the sheets were clean, can't complain about that.

Great place to stay with lots to do around the area

It was great. Except the people working the evening service desk needs to be up on the Trolley system that stops next to you building. Please make them better aware of this service and how it operates.

Breakfast was great, perfect for travel to convention center. Service personnel were extremely welcoming and great with service. I would stay here again.

Bedding was not that comfortable

My family of 5 just check out today and I fell in love with this hotel. The hospitality was top tier. Establishment was very clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. This was our first stay and won’t be our last.

The stay was very pleasant. There were a few signs that the building is a little old, like most of the power outlets in the wall were loose and our chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in. The hot breakfast options were excellent though. I would 100% stay there again.

Overall the property was good.. the air quality wasn’t the best. The service in the breakfast every morning was phenomenal! Deborah and the other ladies were so kind and attentive!!

The first sign you see as you enter reception is ‘no soliciting’. This tells you all you need to know about this old, dated, seedy hotel. Avoid!

The Mgr in the breakfast area she was outstanding along with all staff

I occupied room 309 which accommodated 2 perfectly and enough room for an additional person. The only con, was our stay was 4 nights and during the stay our garbage was never collected and the bedding was changed 1 time. We never left an DND for bedding to be skipped. The manager was very apologetic.

A special shout-out to Ray from maintenance. We had no hot water, and he not only fixed it but also helped me retrieve my contact lens after I accidentally dropped it down the sink. He was so kind, patient, and respectful. His calm attitude and demeanor really stood out. Truly a wonderful soul — I appreciate you, Ray!

This hotel is very good, the staff is very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quiet at night time and the surrounding area was good. We were able to walk to local restaurants. Just for information, there is a $15 per night parking fee.

Price, quality of stay, and location are perfect! The staff was amazing, with a special shout out to Debra the breakfast manager. She is so sweet and accommodating in the mornings. Absolutely would stay here again!

Didn’t realize there was not much to do on the street hotel is on. Had to walk to street behind it

The room was old, the fan was terrible, the room feels very humid... the bed sheets were humid

The checking process was quick and easy and the staff for the morning breakfast were very friendly and helpful.

The room was spotless as well as bathroom and bedding pool area was very clean nice big parking lot

The location was perfect. Reception area personnel was very friendly. Breakfast area was clean and Debora (breakfast manager) made sure our needs were satisfied. Therefore, Debora is an excellent asset to this hotel. I would like her to be acknowledged. The common areas were clean and looked well kept. I would consider returning.

The pool is warm and the child's pool is cold. There are towels at the pool area. There is no spa. The room is spacious. The towels and blankets are plentiful. The couch was comfy for my husband. He did not pull it out but the couch seat is deep. The shower works well. There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. There are 2 TV's, one in the "living room" and one in the bedroom. We were not able to take part in the breakfast, but it looked plentiful.

We came into town early before our resort reservations and stayed overnight. Very pleased with the facility and amenities. We didn’t see or utilize the pool or any of the perks. Great nights sleep and close to many restaurants and shopping.

I loved the property and how closed it was to everything. The breakfast however was lacking especially for my partner and i as my partner doesn't eat meat and i don't eat eggs or sausage they had bacon one morning and i was there for 9 nights, so breakfast included made no sense to me as i still had to look elsewhere for breakfast

Too old need updates humid smell

The staff here is excellent - however there was a roach in my room and it unfortunately ruined my stay even after being moved to a different room . The hotel staff only removed my parking fee for the duration of my trip - I personally felt like I should’ve been reimbursed at minimum for one night ‘s stay or granted points as a Marriott rewards member .

Breakfast staff was extremely rude. Even throwing a plate at me. The other staff was wonderful. The Hotel it self looked like it was being worked on. There was a lot of areas that needed replace and patched up. The room we stayed in had a smell to it and the shower head was busted.

I did notice two things. There was a Hair on our dry towels in the shower. The stairwell steps needed to be mopped they were really bad and not cleaned in a while. The Front Desk staff was really nice and helpful and courteous. And overall the hotel was very clean and very comfortable.

There were bugs on the floor and counter. We also had to ask for housekeeping.
