they had pipes busy in 3 rooms which flooded the first floor so they turned off the water to the whole hotel! the staff was not helpful in trying to resolve my issue of arriving at 2 am and said i could find another hotel on my own. the hotel had a musty smell and no water so we had to find a new hotel in the early morning but again staff was not helpful and kind of rude!

The property is in good shape and the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately, some breakfast items were unavailable during our stay.

The breakfast was ok, but the coffee was weak, seemed waterdowned, and you certainly need a good cup of coffee to start the day.

I want to express my appreciation for Tray. I arrived just before midnight and the third party company had not communicated with the hotel so there was no record of my reservation. Tray worked hard to get it resolved and knew how to get it taken care of. I appreciated his helpfulness in getting my room situation taken care of. He was a big help!

Extraordinarily noisy on the first floor, something that was only mentioned at checkout. Otherwise, average overall. As others have mentioned, how and why Hilton want to be associated with this property is beyond me.

The amenities were excellent. (Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all provided at the sink.)

Parking was good, Check in staff looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there, could not really understand her speaking. The pool was closed for maintenance. Double Tree across the way pool was available to use. As soon as you walk in the door there we were greeted and told all about additional benefits for future stays. The Spark Manager was at breakfast to greet and speak with people. Very nice person.

Everything was perfect! We arrived around 11 pm and the check in was really fast, the guy was really nice and friendly. The breakfast is basic and super okay - the elevator is kinda old and really slow but not a dealbreaker!! The room was the best part its very equipped :) Would definitely come back

All good but the only thing is that in the dining room having breakfast there was a cockroach in the dining room on the wall.

The bathrooms smell horrible especially the showers. The water itself smells horrendous like sewage water. The elevator is broken and nothing is done to fix it. The front desk people are always too busy doing their personal stuff that keeps guests waiting. I had to wait more than 15 min to get another key because the front desk girl went out to the parking lot to get her personal belongings from someone. I find it inappropriate that for the clerk to know I was standing there waiting and she thinks her personal time is more valuable than mine

My stay at Spark Hotel by Hilton was fairly average, and overall I would rate it 2 out of 5 stars. On the positive side, the hotel is quite affordable, offers free parking, and is conveniently located close to the convention center, which made getting around very easy. However, there were several drawbacks that affected the experience. The room was quite small and lacked basic amenities such as a kettle, coffee, tea, or even bottled water, which was disappointing. Breakfast options were limited and not very satisfying. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service on our first night, which caused some inconvenience. While the hotel may work for a short, budget-friendly stay, there is definitely room for improvement in comfort and amenities.

Clean, safe, practical stay! Perfect for a no-frills traveler who wants more than a motel in Orlando. There's no hot breakfast (just bagels, yogurt, cereal, etc.) and it listed a workout facility online but there is none. The pool was nice to have but it wasn't temp controlled and was pretty cold. Wifi was great, free parking, and just 15min from the airport and 10min to Disney/Universal studios attractions.

The breakfast is limited compared to traditional hotel breakfasts. Only hot food was bagels that you toast. The room ac had a definite smell while it was on. The hotel was full when we requested to move rooms, so we ended up having to stay in the room. The staff was vey nice and helped as much as possible.

The attendant at the desk was nice. He directed where we could park our motorcycle where it would be safe. Breakfast was good. Our room was very clean. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms clean and close to the lobby. I have no complaints besides who ever makes the coffee, it is like tea water plz make it stronger. The continental breakfast was ok, could def use a waffle maker and some real coffee. Otherwise it was a great stay at a very clean and compact hotel

The elevator was right by our room and was obviously broken from the first day we were there. Our room sounded like a garage door opening every time it was in use. It took two days to put an out of order sign up. Our shower had the word help written on the door. You could only see it when it was steamy.

Hotel management is very personable. Room was cleaned each day. I was comfortable. Dining options are within walking distance - Subway, Cheddars, etc. Easy check-in and checkout. 😊

Breakfast was very very simple. Rooms are clean, but it misses a safe and drawers. Pool is clean, hotel is very clean. Close to International drive that brings you everywhere, I find it placed very conveniently.

Parking was easy, accessible to hotel and secure. Breakfast was doable. The staff was the shining light. All were very friendly and professional. They checked with us several times on how things were during the week we stayed there.

As far as breakfast, they need to work on their boiled eggs. They were in the shell and impossible to peel. Not sure if they were cooked wrong or just old. Staff was great. Room was fine. Everything else was just as we expected.

They couldn't find my reservation even with a confirmation number. Took 2 staff members to find it. They charged me an additional $38 without explanation. 1 of the 2 elevators was broken but there was no sign letting us know about it.

The front desk supervisor, Dia, is the main reason we will stay here every time for any convention or theme park trip. She was the definition of top-tier service and we were blown away by it. She made the trip.

Had a big issue with hotels.com while there and she took charge, guided us, and corrected everything with perfection. My son (16) literally said that she was amazing when we were leaving from our stay, and teenagers don't say much. We will be staying there ANYtime we are needing to be in the area. This is easily the best convention, or Sea World place to stay in.

The hotel itself is not that bad. It’s clean and beds are comfy. The breakfast is continental so don’t expect too much. What was terrible is that the fire alarm went off at 3:00 am and we had to evacuate for about 45 minutes and after being all day at Megacon and having to checkout at 6:00 am, we were exhausted and couldn’t go back to sleep when we were let back into the room.

The rooms are extremely small. No hot breakfast. There's no coffee maker or microwave in the room which would help more. Plus the refrigerator is not cold you will have to go to the 2nd or 1st floor to get a small bicket of ice with no bag that covers the bucket. People dont want go as soon as they wake up to see people. For an over nighter its fine but do not recommend it for more than one night stay.

Beds are too small for a family of 4… but the worst of all the roach we found in our room. Elevator was very low like it was about to break, it was a little scary. They claim to have continental breakfast and there was only cereal and bagels.

The room was spotless! All the amenities worked great and the staff was super friendly. I would have been happy to get bread for breakfast but everything else was great. Exceeded expectation.

Absolutely outstanding the property is perfect. The outside and pool area is very clean. The rooms are very clean. I like everything about the Spark by Hilton. I could not find anything wrong at all. That property is perfect.

All was good - we had clean towels brought daily and our bed was made every day we went out, except for christmas day. Room slightly small but comfortable, and not as recent as it appears in photos. We also saw tiny cockroaches in the room, but nothing to be too worried about.

We stayed here over Christmas which was a very busy time. We were not happy with the room assigned to us because it was near the elevator and the noisy motor kept us awake. The staff immediately honored our request for a different room which was much better. None of the rooms have microwaves, coffee makers, ice buckets or cups/glasses. The beds were comfortable but the rooms are small with just the basics. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast area is very small and could not accommodate the number of guests. We took food to our rooms but we only could access a muffin, juice and coffee because of the crowds and long lines

First, the sheets and towels looked dirty and stained. Second, the bathroom door would get stuck from the inside if you closed it fully. The first day, I had closed the door inside the bathroom, and once I tried coming out, the door was stuck shut. If it weren’t for my partner being in the room with me, I would not have been able to open the door without busting it open. Third, the toilet would constantly stop flushing because the chain that connects the water lid to the handle would constantly fall off, so I had to manually put my hand in the tank to reattach the chain so the toilet could flush again. I had to do this various times. The stay was unfortunately not up to the previous standards I’ve had with Hilton.

The location. The free breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. Hard boiled eggs in shells, no form of meats (bacon, sausage etc) just bread, cereal and bagels

I was only there one night. My room was right next to the elevator so I heard it at night and ALL mornimg which did not allow me to sleep in. Also, one of the towels left for us in the bathroom was actually dirty. The bed was comfy. Overall the room served its purpose bit can't say I will stay here again.

The hotel doesn't maintain the quality, and the water filter is not maintained. The shower room has a leak in the door, and everywhere the water smells compared to other Hilton hotels. The staff service is not up to mark. Room service is not up to mark. The breakfast is a little bit good.

Sheets were dirty when we arrived and there was a cockroach on the room, breakfast it’s terrible only giving bagels, not even eggs and staff super rude, when we were trying to complain with the manager about the situation she treated us as an annoyance and quickly clock us on our last day

I paid $400 for this room, thinking that at that price, and the fact it was a Hilton brand, I would get a clean comfortable room. I could not sleep at all because it was so disgusting.

Clean and well-maintained. I only had two complaints. The only chair in the room is a metal one. It looks unnecessarily cheap and is uncomfortable. Hilton should consider an upgrade to a chair with a soft cushion. The other problem was that during breakfast items were running out (coffee, cup caps, etc.) while the staff were chatting in the kitchen and not paying attention. They apparently rely on angry guests to find out that something needs replenishment.

The beds are very small and uncomfortable. What they serve cannot be considered a proper breakfast. The place has a strange smell that makes the stay unpleasant. The only positive aspect is that parking is free.

The front desk staff could have been more welcoming. Sat down in front of the computer during check in and anytime we passed. Rooms were clean but the shower wasn’t hot and the water smelled like sulfur. We were told that this hotel doesn’t filter the water so it’s overwhelming.

We didn’t have hot water for 3 DAYS - cold showers only. I complained on the first day and they gaslit me about it. Brought it to them again on the second day, they lied and said they fixed it. Only on the 3rd morning when 5 other guests also complained with me did they actually do anything. The front desk people also are both rude. Definitely don’t want to do anything unless they absolutely have to. Changed rooms after the first day, and the bathroom in the new room smelled like a gym Locker room. Also kill 2 roaches on my last day - so that means there are WAY more out there. Was told they would be refunding the first 3 nights of the stay by the front desk. But guess what? They didn’t If there are other options AVOID this hotel.

the photos on the website did not depict the actual room. Hot water wasn't hot it was like warm, the beds were not that nice looking as on the pic. Also the a/c unit was not that cool.

Raul at front desk - we think that was his name - is an unhappy person and should not be greeting guests at check in. The breakfast might have been fine, but we were completely horrified with the lack of cleanliness of the hotel, that we didn’t even want to eat their food.

This was a nice stay. Staff were pleasant and room was relatively clean. Hotel is also situated in a good area and distance from I-Drive and other popular Orlando areas. The only downfall was the water heating - there was no hot water for the duration of our stay but that was bearable. I enjoyed my stay here and do recommend.

The room was clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Free parking on premises and check in was easy. Only issue to mention is water pressure and water temperature, pressure is slightly weaker than most Hilton hotels and the water is just warm, doesn’t get hot.

This wasn’t a favor—they were giving us something less than what we paid for and acting like they were doing us a kindness by not charging more. That rubbed us the wrong way. If anything, a discount or at least an actual apology would’ve been appropriate. To make things worse, the beds were smaller than queen size and super uncomfortable. Definitely not what we were expecting or promised when we booked. Poor customer service and no accountability. Won’t be staying here again.

They are still fixing parts of hotel, so watch for wet paint. The tile work looks like diy oops. Breakfast is less than basic cerial and bagels. But worst thing is the roachs and not dead ones live ones in laundry areas and elevators.

The hotel has all the basics needed for a short stay.

Shower ceiling cracked, water leaked from shower during use. The constant sewer smell coming from the toilet, shower and sink drain were disturbing. The room appeared to be clean aside from the strains of hair found in the bed linen. It was an ok stay but not what I expected from a Hilton hotel.

I liked the fact that they checked up on us via SMS during our stay. The hotel was very clean. However I was disappointed in the size of the bathroom. Didn’t expect such a tiny bathroom with the sink in the bedroom. Totally different from what is seen on the website.

Hotel is very nice. Clean and friendly. I did not use the pool. Breakfast is cereals, boiled eggs, croissants, juice and tea etc. the only think I didn’t like is no tea/coffee maker in the rooms.

Place is clean, quiet and doesn't smell like marijuana. The water pressure in the shower is elite. Complimentary breakfast is plentiful. There is coffee and tea available all day. Dia at the front desk is a sweetheart. There are food options available at a quick walk and even a Walgreens. I would stay here again.

I always have a pleasant stay, very convenient to access I-4 , 3 minutes to SeaWorld and a minute to International Dr. nestled away on a quiet street.

To sum it up, you get what you pay for. This appeared to be a renovated hotel turned into a baby Hilton? Our room was clean and staff were friendly. It had its little things that stood out as seen in the pics but overall, it was a decent one night stay for $80.

The Staff was great, ac wasn’t working, also the lock for the bathroom wasn’t working. Property needs maintenance.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave 2 beautiful rooms right next to each other, and the kids love running back and forth from them. The check in and check out was super-fast and easy. They had a nice breakfast selection. Everything was nice and clean.

Area wise there wasnt any walkable shopping or entertainment, very few options at least but the hotel itself wasnt too bad for the price. I think my only peeve was the pool being dirty with some debri at the bottom but overall, good experience, would book again.

This was an older hotel but it was clean. The bed was soft and comfortable to sleep in. It was easily accessible to the convention center which is why we were in Orlando. I would stay here again.

Within 2 hours of checking in the hotel we started noticing that our room was full of roaches, the bathroom door would not close fully and the paint job was horrendous the room looked as if I was in a rundown apartment. I could not stay there with children. I informed staff immediately and was granted a refund thankfully. The staff was very pleasant from beginning to end extremely helpful and thoughtful!!!! I really wish the property manager would actually take pride in this property and ensure that the building is clean, in working order and presentable. Guests like a home away from home when it comes to hotels. I was very disappointed in this place especially being a hilton honors member.

Margarita and Raul were the bright part of my stay, my air conditioner was not working properly. I was told that the sun hits that side of the building, so it will cool down at night, which I already knew was not true as I had spent the night the night before, and it was not cold in the room. It was cool Ish. They did however, offer me to move rooms. I chose not to as I was only there for one more night and I was going to be out of the hotel room for most of the day until 830 at night anyway anyways so it was bearable but not ideal if you’re staying longer than a night or two .

Hotel staff greeted us upon arrival. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Ample space to put our things. Loved being able to grab a bagel or muffin with coffee before starting our day.

We had a good stay. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The only concern was breakfast didn't have much to offer in terms of a hot meal.

When we arrive to check in the desk, clerk just looked up at us with a wild eyed, bewildered look and didn’t speak at all. There was an awkward few seconds, and I said would you like a credit card and ID? The clerk paused, looked at us and said well let’s just start with a name. The experience remained the same level of friendliness throughout our stay. Very interesting.

The attention is very good but the hotel is very old

It was in a great location to pretty much everything. You could get anywhere with under a $10 uber and could walk to the bus stop to keep it cheaper. Sea Work and the Convention Center were both in walking distance.

Great place to stay! Clean, quiet, comfortable, very friendly staff. Not many frills, very basic, but nice to come back to after a day/night out in the heat. Would've liked a bit more fruit at breakfast, bananas maybe, but the breads were nice. Would definitely stay again here. Ps. We did walk once to Seaworld. It took us 20 minutes, each way. Wouldn't recommend, unless you have the time and energy.

The placement

I never write reviews but I had to this time. This hotel is supposed to be a Hilton hotel. But in reality is a days inn hotel dressed up as a Hilton hotel. Not sure why Hilton would stamp their name on that property. The property is clean but the bathrooms are very small. The breakfast is really poor. The front desk staff don't even say hi. The parking is limited and green areas overgrown. I don't know about you but I was expecting better from a Hilton brand. I wont be staying here in the future because there are other non branded hotels better than this one. Thank u

Rooms and elevator need updating. Some staff were not particularly too welcoming. I mentioned to the front desk staff that i believed the room refrigerator wasn't working and he answered he couldn't do anything about it because there was no maintenance personnel on the premises. I understand these things happen but I found his manners a bit rude.

It’s not typical Hilton hotel. It seems like a 2.8 star out of 5 hotel. It’s ok for 1 night stay if you just need a place to lay your head. Over flow parking was dark and scary. Room furniture was very outdated. Bathroom sink was small with limited toiletry space.

I go with my family almost every month and it feels like im at home. I like everyones attention, everyone's very kind.

The hotel is good, however need to improve bed size, very hard to accommodate two adults. In addition breakfast is terrible, zero variety.
