Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld

We always look for resident Inn hotels. The layout is great and you have everything you need in the room. However, this was our first time staying at the residence Inn, Orlando SeaWorld and to be honest, we will not be returning to this hotel. Since it was affiliated with SeaWorld, there were perks that we did not know about. You would think when you’re greeted by the front desk staff and they ask you if it’s for business or pleasure and you say pleasure they may inquire more information. I am sure at least 50% of the people staying at this hotel are going to SeaWorld. This was our first time staying at this hotel so we had no idea what the perks were & if there were any. I think the front desk staff should be more engaged with their customers and ask a few more questions, especially if they plan on going to Seaworld.

The hotel was clean, and the room size was adequate for our family’s needs. The breakfast was okay, nothing extraordinary, but it got the job done. One thing we noticed was that the breakfast area seemed very closely managed by staff. Also, cash tips were not accepted, which felt a little awkward since we wanted to show appreciation for good service. The pool was a highlight for our family. Our kids absolutely loved it, and it was a great way to relax after long days exploring Orlando. There were a few inconveniences. The ice machine was quite a walk from our room, and unfortunately, our microwave did not work during our stay, which was frustrating when traveling with children. One of the best parts of our stay was having a bar right in the hotel. Laura, our bartender, was amazing. She has excellent hospitality skills, communicates wonderfully with guests, and made us feel welcome every time we stopped by. She truly stood out and helped make our stay more enjoyable. Overall, a clean and family friendly hotel with a great pool and exceptional bar service, though there are a few maintenance and convenience issues that could be improved.

Close to SeaWorld

We enjoyed our stay overall. The staff were extremely pleasant and that was so important to us. We even received a free upgrade to a bigger room. We didn't even ask but it was offered. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was very good. A ton of selection. My only complaints were the beds were not very comfortable. The hotel was not within walking distance to Sea World as stated online at Expedia. The " free shuttle" you had to book and it only came a couple times a day. So we opted to take an uber. The night we came, supposedly the kitchen had issues at their outdoor bar and grill and we also had to order out. Overall, the hotel was worth staying at. The pool area was nice. We would use again if we were in the area.

The bathtub faucet was loose and not properly secured, which caused it to come off while we were taking a shower. The hotel hallways are somewhat narrow and dark, especially on the upper floors, which was one of the reasons we chose to move to a ground-floor room. On the day we had breakfast, the waffle machines were not working.

No hay restaurante, sino una deli con opciones limitadas y con horario de oficina (o un poco más extenso en la tarde). El bar abre de 4 a 10 pm, con algunas posibilidades de comidas sencillas. Se puede sobrevivir perfectamente con lo que ofrece el lugar, pero dado que las habitaciones tienen cocinas equipadas, se puede aprovechar para comer mejor, más saludable y a menor costo.

Mostly everything is OK. I just didn’t like the breakfast. I think it should have been a wider variety and the pools is kinda dirty but I get it because they were outside pools but we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for a nice hospitality.

Clean and close by SeaWorld. The shuttle service was non-existent so don’t rely on it. We wound up walking the mile to get back to the hotel since it never showed up and we had a toddler with a stroller with no car seat. That’s why the taxi and uber were not an option.

Everywhere we went, things were readily available. Extra towels, food, hygiene products. Was not aware that room maintenance runs on a schedule rather than do daily walk arounds if our rooms needed cleaning.

Rooms are OK if you’re looking for a disc clean and a nice little pool and some decent bar, the wings were not great. The pool was OK. It wasn’t anything super but it was good enough and everything. Everything failure went well maintained just not new.

I love Marriott but the residence’s breakfast buffet ends at 9:30 and most food wasn’t hot . Food selection was weak at best. This was my Only complaint, the rest of f the stay was great!

After so many times staying in this hotel unfortunately is the last one.Bad service in the front desk breakfast is getting worse and they changed the parking to a third party we pay $31 dollar for one night parking you can not walk anywhere is nothing to do around and people smoking cigarettes and marijuana outside the pool all the time in a smoke free hotel.I am a local and i don't recommend this place to nobody if you trying to have good time with the family look for something else

This is a lively and welcoming spot right near the action. Even with a quick one-night stay, I noticed how much care went into the layout of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is perfect if you enjoy a spirited morning environment since the sound of families getting ready for their day at SeaWorld made for a very energetic start. I also took note of the poolside seating. Even though I did not get to take a dip, the area seemed incredibly accommodating and comfortable for lounging. It is a great choice for families.

Good selection for breakfast. There was a family reunion going on and kids where playing ding dong ditch before 8 am. When I let the manager know we were checking out early because of it I was only given a shoulder shrug. I understand the kids aspect but some control of his hotel would have been nice. I worked at Marriott and only stay there but now I feel the culture has changed . Might be time to look at Hilton .

Place is clean. Well kept up. Breakfast was ok. Elevators are inconvenient spot where you have to walk to end of building from check in. Bus to park didn’t show up on scheduled run. They did offer to pay for uber. Walk to SeaWorld was a little far. Approximately 20-25 minutes.

Clean nice room, clean property with lots of shad trees. Great staff. The breakfast is only until 9am on Sunday. Wasn’t able to make it in time so can’t comment if it was any good. Our room had a reg size fridge, stove and sink. Bed was very comfy.

The breakfast was great. The pool area was great. We walked to Sea World 3 times while staying here so the location is great. My only complaint is the hotel layout. The elevators are very far from the lobby area. There is an elevator at each end of the hotel only. I also want to add I had to call the lobby once for towels and washcloths and they brought them to the room in a very timely manner. Overall, a great place!

Breakfast is very poor and it does not have many choices, sugar cereal, coffee, toasted bread and scrambled egg everyday. We stay for 7 days in a wellness suite, but the water filter on the shower was updated and my son got itchy scalp and skin rash. When I requested to check when was the last time you change filters, nobody knew. So wellness rooms are not reliable. Then in our floor two days in a row a terrible smell of weed. If you go with your kids be aware of this. So far it wasn’t what I expected for a Marriott resort. I guess it changed.

The hotel is becoming dated. I understand allowing guests to bring pets for fees. When those pets disturb other guests because their inconsiderate owners leave them in there all day while off doing things. It becomes unpleasant very quickly.

On the positive side, the pool area was great and we really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly. Breakfast was okay, but they ran out of several items by 9 AM on a Saturday, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas that could be improved.

Would definitely stay here again. Very clean. The breakfast was great and served buffet style by the hospitable staff. Pool and the hot tub was great and the basketball court, and fitness center kept our family occupied.

We had a 2 bedroom family suite, which had 2 bathrooms and was an amazing size with full kitchen. Would have been nice to have a baking pan to put things on into the oven. Called front desk, no baking pans. We stayed 8 nights. Overall, nice hotel. Pool was smaller than expected based on pictures and was not heated as advertised. Breakfast was better than average but some wider variance in items definitely would have been nice. The same scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles daily could have been better to switch up to bacon, omelets and pancakes here and there. Some parts of the hotel look tired and could use to be updated. Breakfast most days was extremely busy and if you didn't get there by 730, it was hard to find a seat. A large amount of staff couldn't speak english so asking questions was hard and they had to use google translate.

Convenient location- close to parks we were visiting The surprise parking fee at check in! I had to keep calling house keeping for items… They kept only giving 3 wash cloths when we had 4 people, also sheets were never changed after the 4th day. Laundry detergent was $3.50 for a small box of detergent that didn’t even make your clothes smell good nor seem clean. Not to mention the washer/dryer cost $3 each and then I had to put the dryer on 3 times- guess I lucked out with the dryer!

The hotel was clean and the room was perfect. We had a lil kitchen and a couch. Next time we come to Orlando we definitely will stay there again. Great prices as well.

The breakfast buffet was always Top Notch with the eggs potatoes sausage and Waffles. On the other side there was some cold foods as well I didn't go over there. Always coffee juice milk was available. Usually plenty of seating by the pool enough you want to get out and play a little basketball there's a basketball court on side as well.

The shuttle service's schedule was very inconvenient.

The front desk night attendant had a major attitude and offered zero help. We even had to go to Walmart and buy our own blankets just to get through the night. A hotel that can’t provide clean bedding and basic comfort should not be operating. Do not stay here. We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When we arrived, the sheets on the bed were visibly dirty. We went to the front desk to request clean sheets and blankets, and were told they were completely out of blankets and could only provide sheets. The replacement sheets we received were extremely rough and scratchy, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The night shift attendant at the front desk also had a poor attitude when we asked questions about the parking app and addressed the issue with the dirty sheets. Instead of being helpful, they seemed annoyed and dismissive. We also needed bedding for the pull-out couch and were told the same thing—no blankets available. We asked again the next day, hoping the situation would be resolved, but were still told they had none. At that point, we had no choice but to go to a local Walmart and purchase our own blankets. This is completely unacceptable, especially while on vacation. Guests should not have to go out and buy basic necessities like clean bedding. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and lack of basic accommodations made this stay very frustrating. I would not recommend staying here

Outstanding breakfast. I was incredibly surprised by food variety and hot buffet. Super convenient kitchenette in the bedroom. Clean and cozy room. Property had only one elevator working. Backyard is beautiful but with lots of fallen leaves and rocking chairs in need of maintenance. Daily rate is cheaper than average but keep in mind you do need to pay about $30 for parking per night. Awesome location near parks and restaurants. We stayed twice at this property.

Great stay, the rooms are so spacious. Super close to attractions and SeaWorld. We were there to attend MegaCon and it was close by the convention center. Will definitely stay again when in Orlando. Perfect for families.

Great breakfast. Nice suite so we could all be together. Clean and roomy. With two bathrooms so our whole family could stay together and it didn’t take an eternity to get everyone through the shower

The resort was nice and I would stay again. My only concern was that there was only one ice machine on the property and it was a bit pricey to park per day. Other than that it was wonderful. Very clean and the staff was approachable and friendly.

very tiny, old pool tools. Not even as big as bath towels. Bathroom very old, especially tiles and trim. No bathroom near pool, have to walk through with key to use restroom. Pool could be a little warmer, but it was sufficient. Very nice breakfast available.

When you check in be prepared to pay an extra 30.00 to park in the parking lot of a hotel you just paid 200.00 to stay at for half a day because check in isnt until 4 in the evening. The elevators are questionable and all the way at the end of the hallway. The lobby smelt like weed and the hot tub had lots of stuff floating in it. There are refrigerators with ice makers in the rooms but it didnt work and the only ice machine in the hotel is in the main lobby, very inconvenient. Then on top of everything else they charge a 50.00 deposit hold to your credit card as well in case of damage. Because $230.00 for one night in this outdated overpriced room, wasnt enough. Definitely not worth the money!

the breakfast was good. however you should get there early as they did run out of food when some of our party went later. as when they say it closes at 9 they meant it. the staff was amazing, the pool was good we didn't swim but the area was super nice. the rooms were super clean and nice. we will definitely be back again!

The room was clean. We were given extra towels when we asked for them. Only 1 elevator worked. I was traveling with a toddler and 86 yr old grandfather. We had to wait really long for the elevator. Horrible experience. Stayed at parks all day until closing and got to this hotel only to be told they overbooked and cancelled our reservation. No communication to let me know. No rooms available so had to go search for a place to stay close to midnight with kids. Was given some Marriott points but it cost me much more to find a place that late.

Loved our room size, the AC and the bed was super comfortable. But the elevators.. so slow and so congested.. not enough carts so everything was just a hassle honestly! Especially with small kids and if you forget something in the room.. it’s a whole 20 minute trip just to go back! The pool was nice and the bar served yummy drinks to have while the kids played! Overall, I’d stay again.. I’d just request the bottom floor lol!

Reminds me of motel 6. There is a basketball court, 3 bbq grills and a large fireplace. No value for the price unless you get it for under hundred. Outside parking $30 a day No liquid hand soap but a little soap bar provided. The good thing are the staff: very friendly and efficient. Ask for and got shampoo at 10pm.

Breakfast was very good and well-prepared, though the menu was the same each day. While we enjoyed the quality, it would have been nice to see more variety, especially with additional milk and creamer options. On the weekends, they did add a fajita potato mix, which was a great touch and something we really enjoyed. Housekeeping was limited, to every couple of days for bed making and fresh towels, and no room service which is something to be aware of when planning your stay. One area that was disappointing for us was the pool. It is advertised as a heated pool, but it was very cold during our stay. The posted sign indicated it does not go above 84 degrees, which was too chilly for us to comfortably enjoy, and unfortunately kept us from using it at all. This was the only factor that would make us reconsider returning in the future. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and now that we know what to expect, we would stay here again. If the pool temperature were warmer, this would easily be a top choice for us.

Good pool. Good location. Bad location of the elevator. You have to walk through the entire level one hall to get to the elevator. There's no signs anywhere in the first floor to let you know where the elevator is.

We had a check in New Year’s Day which was a horrible time to travel but that was on me. The part that frustrates me the most is cleaning was every other day which is fine but when you stay in a hotel you don’t expect the cleaning staff to steal your things from you. We had cleaning once in our 4 day stay and my AirPod pros mysteriously just vanished. I reported it and they didn’t get back to me. Like I can clearly see they’ve been disconnected from my account and the last place they were was that room on the damn table. Gross behavior considering you’re supposed to feel safe where you stay. Be wary about booking here!

We had an executive suite which included a full kitchen - definitely one of my favorite things about this room. Unfortunately our room had a bad smell from the moment we checked in. We arrived very late at night due to flight delays, so we brought it up to the front desk the next morning. They had housekeeping go up and "neutralize it" which helped some but it continued to smell unpleasant. We ended up keeping the windows open all day & sprayed air freshener & it was tolerable enough. It may be that the carpets need a thorough cleaning. Back to the positives - the pool was nice, and the hot tub was wonderful. We took the free shuttle to SeaWorld which was just over a mile away. The fitness center was small but I used it daily. A suggestion would be to turn down the volume of the music in there since most people use their headphones. The whole property felt safe, and even though it was at or near max capacity for most of our stay, it didn't feel crowded (aside from breakfast time). Other hotel guests were polite & it was quiet at night. The queen bed was very comfortable though the mattress on the pull-out bed was not. Front desk was very responsive & accommodating,

Everything was wonderful. The only thing I would change about the breakfast would be to keep it open until 10 or 11. Not everyone gets up and out by 7-7:30 so everyone seems to be there between 8-9 and by 8:45 there ian’t much left.

The pillows were the worst pillows I have used at a hotel and I travel at least 10x a year. The pull out coach mattress was brutal. My son felt the springs on his back and was in pain so I had to change with him. Just gross mattress as well. $27 for parking is crazy. So for 7 days. You’re dropping $200 to park a car.

Worst hotel stay ever at a Marriott Hotel

We scrubbed the floor upon arrival because of the visible layer of dirt and .. something sticky. The towel was black by the time I was done Cinderella cleaning. The dust on the baseboards and the door was a bit much. You would have thought I was asking for a kidney when I called for the front desk to address the cleanliness of our room. Decent location to things around town but will definitely not be staying here again.

Everything was well. Beside the sofa bed mattress it was so bad that you could fill the strings, mind you it wasn’t heavy the person sleeping on it. The breakfast ends too early therefore I couldn’t eat anything. When you are on vacation I don’t believe the breakfast should be close by 9:30 am.

Like haven’t been used. 2) Blanket had a hole in it. 3) Shower gel was empty at the beginning, had to ask for new one. 4) I was offered a complimentary $125 gift card, and my driver’s license and credit card were taken as security. A few minutes later, I was informed that they were overbooked for the day and took the gift card back. Given this, I’m unclear on the purpose of offering the complimentary gift in the first place. ** Breakfast was good. They were busy but handled it nicely.

Let me start with the positive. The property was extremely well maintained and each staff member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. The room was great, especially the kitchen area. Clean and large. The location of the hotel was very conveniently located next to I4 and access to theme parks. The breakfast was well stocked with plenty of options. Now for the negative. We had a suite with a separate bedroom and it was too hot in one room and too cold in the other particularly if the door to the bedroom was closed. There were no blankets to be had, only sheets and a slightly heavier duvet-like sheet. The pull out sofa in the living room was impossible to sleep on. Really not an option. The springs were shot, it looked soiled and was about 2” thick. One of us wound up sleeping on the sofa with just the sheet and I had to request extra sheets and pillows and blanket. Again no blankets. Also the lights from the parking lot in the second floor were very bright even with the curtains drawn. Overall a nice property but sadly some real drawbacks. I’m sure if just the bedroom was used for sleeping it would be 4 stars for sure. I understand the maintenance of blankets must be hard but you need to provide your guests with something of weight. At the very least your guests need to sleep and feel refreshed.

The room was nice but breakfast wasn’t so good the food in the afternoon restaurant wasn’t bad but we had no cleaning services no change of towels no service at all for the whole length of our stay we called the front desk but no one ever came so that was a real downside.

The breakfast was great! The staff were all very friendly. The rooms were in good condition but not great (both of the bathrooms in the suite could have been cleaned a little better and the couch was clearly worn and needs replacing) but overall the room was good enough to not complain to much about. The only thing that would keep me from booking this hotel again is the bathroom cleanliness. I have stayed at this hotel before but the room was much cleaner during my past stays, maybe changes unknown to me have caused a lapse in certain areas of the hotel.

I booked for 6 days on my room was only clean 1 day when ask if I could get my room clean and the 3rd day the manager told me my room is schedule to clean and the 4th day even when I tell her the bathroom drain wasn’t running properly and because of that the bathroom is very dirty plus we been sleeping on the same sheets for 3 days plus I have 2 young kids she still refuse to have some one clean our room don’t think I will be returning

The hotel staff was very good and friendly. We had a problem with AC that was swiftly addressed. As it was late night, front desk staff was very courteous and helped us by changing our room to a better one without any questions. It was a very good experience at the hotel and we hope to return in our next visit.

The bad: our room was definitely not cleaned! Mold in the kitchen ceiling area, mold on the bedding, thick dust on the exhaust fan, dirty floors and dirty/possibly stained counters. Had this been noticed before we came back from a day at the park we absolutely wouldn’t have stayed in this room and quite possibly this hotel. I spoke with the front desk at checkout and was informed that since we booked through a 3rd party all they could do was refund the parking fee. I reach out to hotels.com and they reach out to the hotel and since the parking fee was credited that was all the hotel was willing to do. Definitely disappointing…

Housekeeping service was seriously lacking and they didn’t keep our room clean at all. We are a low maintenance family and very rarely call housekeeping on our trips. This was definitely not the case on this trip.. Not surprisingly, we even saw a cockroach in our room! We would not be staying at this hotel again and I’d recommend looking for alternative accommodations for anyone visiting Orlando area.

The room was in good condition and generally comfortable. However, the parking fees were quite high, especially considering the lot isn’t monitored. Room service was only provided every second day, and even then, some basic toiletries and shower gel were missing afterward. For the price paid, we expected better customer service and attention to detail. The breakfast was also quite average, which added to the overall feeling that the stay didn’t fully meet its value.

Room was really nice and clean! Beds were great! Under the sink was the only thing that was not great in the room. It was gross and stinky. And upon entering from the back of the hotel’s parking, it smelled like hair dye and strong cleaner. It made it hard to breathe. There was mold around the air vents on that bottom level too. So overall, room was good and clean but bottom level smelled horrible to where it affects breathing

The residence was a nice walking option close to the Eye conference. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Hotel charges $25 for parking, which we didn’t realize. A very nice hot breakfast was included. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast hours (6-9) which leaves no option to sleep in if you want to eat in the morning. Also, there is a shuttle service to the park. SeaWorld charges quite a lot for parking, so take advantage of the complementary hotel shuttle. I’d recommend this hotel.

The exterior of the property was pretty clean. The staff was helpful, attentive and friendly. We had issues with the cleanliness of our room (1053) the floors were in terrible shape. The bathroom caulking and grout were were terrible condition. Our other issue was breakfast had small amount of options. No type of potato option, only waffles. Other than these issues everything was good. We won't be back unless these issues are to change.

Check in was smooth, conveniently located around a lot of places, comfortable beds. Downfall I was basically forced to stay here because I was unable to cancel my reservation 4 days ahead because they stated it was non refundable, i originally booked 5 nights and I stayed 4 nights instead of 5 nights due to a storm approaching and I did not feel safe staying in Orlando With My son JetBlue accommodated us to leave early and the hotel unfortunately did not, they did not refund me for the last night I did not stay due to having to leave early again and it was out of my control. Just so your aware if you book at this hotel if any emergencies pop up or anything that’s out of your control be aware you will lose your money because it’s NON REFUNDABLE NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE!!! Stay at your own risk.

We stayed and went to universal for three days. The room was great, spacious, and clean and the air conditioning was top notch after hot days. Would go back again.

Location of hotel was great! The room was very spacious and nice for 3 people. The beds were dirty which was a turn off. Both times we were serviced the quilt was dirty and the bed closest to the window, the sheets had dirt in the bed.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It’s close to slot of things including the parks. Rooms were large and we didn’t feel cramped. They have small kitchens with all the things you may need to cook meals if you choose to do so.

Such a pleasant and great stay. Hotel is located conveniently and has great facilities, specially for longer stays like laundry, gym, included breakfast and so. And others that we didn’t use, but other families will definitely enjoy, like pool, basketball court, outdoor picnic area with a bbq grill, etc. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was simple (eggs, sausages, waffles, toast, cereal and one fruit option daily) but is included on the rate and super convenient when you need some time saving on your already early day when visiting the theme parks. Room was comfortable and very clean and has a great kitchen. Large glass windows, which I love, because you have a nice view and allows daylight into the room. Will definitely recommend this hotel a 100% and stay there when returning to Orlando.

After reading the reviews I did not expect this place to be as amazing as it was ! This was definitely a 10/10 visit and I’ll most likely be back ! The cleanliness was over the top and I was greeted as soon as I went to check in. It gave home ! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Breakfast was tasty and fresh every morning. The only thing is that the options were pretty much the same each day, so it got a bit repetitive. The pool was also very nice, clean, and a good spot to relax. The one downside for me was the parking fee of $26 a day feels a little steep. Still, I think the hotel offers great comfort and convenience, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My main complaints were the AC was really loud and noticeable when it kicks off and on, and one night my child soiled the linens and they would not send the cleaning staff in to change it the next day because they only offer cleaning services every 4th day of your stay. Staff was helpful and nice but it took two phone calls to get extra bedding dropped off. They did turn over the beds the following day but I was a little frustrated by this.

They are not willing to work with the customer. Because of an oversight this stay was placed in error and within an hour of realizing it they were not helpful to reverse the issue. That is to include Expedia and the Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld both would not help. There was ample time for them to resell the room, very poor customer service.

My overall stay was good. My issue was when housecleaning would come they did not clean. Dirty towels were left in the sinks the sinks where not clean and the Floors were not vacuum nor swept. I find that to be Unexceptable .

The property was very nice and spacious.

Had some issues with rooms at check in which wasn’t resolved until the next day which wasted time. Room was spacious and clean. We didn’t get it serviced during our stay but had everything we needed. Rooms facing the freeway are extremely noisy so ask for a room at the Westwood Blvd end if you want to sleep. Towels are terrible, worn, small and need to be replaced. Pool towels are even worse. Pool area was quite nice and spacious.

The hotel could be way better. First, the pay parking is something that nobody expects from a hotel in Orlando, and $26 per night is absurd, and it's not clear on the Expedia website. The breakfast only until 9 am is difficult to understand as well, not to mention the mess created by something I've never seen before. Some hotel staff plate the food for you, creating a long line, as most of the time, only one staff member is doing this. The gym is poor, could have at least 2 more benches and more dumbbells, as there are no machines. Probably I will never stay there anymore.

Older property . Wasn’t a fan of the bathrooms. Could use remodeling. The shower was falling apart. The water wouldn’t drain. Housekeeping came every other day and even then didn’t do a great job. Didn’t leave us with any towels. Popcorn still all over the floor. Breakfast was good. Beds and living area were good.

The hallways had a strong smell. Like they were trying to cover a bad smell up. When you exit off the elevator on the 5th floor, you walk next to a trashcan that smells really bad as if it hadn't been emptied in awhile. We stayed for 4 nights and each time we got off the elevator, it has the same bad smell... I don't think the staff took the garbage out the entire time we were there. Also, in the room, the shower was gross. It had rustnaround the drain. The staff at the front desk was nice when we checked in though.

The apartment suite was comfortable. The staff was generally nice and attentive especially the breakfast team. Breakfast was good but the same all 3 days we were there. Check in and out was quick and easy. Our concerns was first the address for some reason when put on GPS takes you to an only staff area which then you have to drive all around to get back. We also saw 2 alive roaches in the master room. Yuck.

Rooms need remodeling, mildew and mold build up in corners of bathroom shower need to be cleaned deeply. Rest of the room was perfect, beds are ok and pillows weren't comfortable... For the price paid and the room size for a family of 5 was perfect, yes breakfast is included but 28$ a night is excessive for parking( it was empty) you are not in Miami Beach !!!! They should include parking in the price and charge more... I do recommend for a cheap stay though next time will book somewhere else

After we finally got to our room, yes, it was clean and spacious, the room itself is dated and needs a makeover urgently, especially the bathrooms. One of the elevators was broken the whole time we were there. Good thing we were on the second floor and just used the stairs most of the time as the wait for the only working elevator was too long. The breakfast buffet was good with hot and cold items, but it was literally the same every day with no variation on the hot items whatsoever. There’s a shuttle to Seaworld and Aquatica, which was reliable for pick up from the hotel, but really late for pick up at the parks. They say you have to make reservations, but the driver did not request any proof when we boarded. Overall, I would not return to this hotel, unless is cheaper price or they do renovations.
