Beautiful hotel, great location Balcony only has one chair. Also it would be nice to have complimentary coffee in lobby as Starbucks is expensive

I loved the property Was my birthday and room did not even show any detail for it.

Muy céntrico, excelente localización , las instalaciones en general en muy buenas condiciones , facilidad para desayuno , almuerzo y cena en el mismo hotel. El personal muy atento .

The hotel entrance looks amazing! But that’s the only thing it seems to be renovated. The thing that most upset me it was when doing reservation it said all taxes were included. Once I arrived they requested a non refundable deposit of $100 almost $50 for Resort fee and another $50 for parking. Those extras expenses were not described on Booking. They also charge for internet. If I knew about these expenses i would never choose that hotel. It didn’t worth it. On booking says $150 for one night and than $170 after all taxes and fees included. Once you arrive there they ask for this non refundable deposit of $100 plus internet $14!! Bedroom was very old, bathrooms poorly cleaned, you could see hair everywhere, there was even paper towel or toilet paper left on the floor. You could also see the floor had stains from other people shower and showing it wasn’t mopped well. Talking about the toddler area and pool, they were very poorly maintained and not sufficient for all guests, very crowded.

Very good hotel , the people at front desk very helpful , you can even buy last minute tickets for the parks at front desks, the breakfast buffet was pretty good and convenient!
- 1/5
Room was not cleaned properly, there was tags from previous guests in the corner of the closet, secondly we found that the blackout curtain was ripped and sun was coming in from the window at night which made our sleep very difficult. We were tossing and turning the whole night. Other than that we enjoyed the location and the ease of walking to Sea World a lot. The pools were nice too. Breakfast was very good but dinner was poorly made.

Great staff, clean space, great aesthetics It was fantastic. Kiddie pool was a little run down but pretty minor
- 5/5
This hotel had a very nice lobby, the maid service was excellent with the room looking very neat and uniformed every day. We were put close to the elevator so the noise was a bit bothersome but the front lobby had fans to drown out the noise. Overall this was a great experience.
- 2/5
Appearance is very dated, shower curtain missing and sink clogged for first 2 days despite reporting this to front desk, limited dining options
- 5/5
The common areas have all been renovated and are very nice. This is a fun hotel with a fun pool and bars and restaurants. The rooms are a little dated, for example, they still have carpet in them, but it was clean and comfortable.

Second time here- nothing bad to say! So close to Seaworld, kids love it! Clean and would definitely go back
- 3/5
They didn't say anything about an event that would be going on during our stay, we have a toddler that requires naps and he couldn't nap because of how loud it was and also you couldn't hangout or really even walk in the lobby because the entire lobby was taken up for the event. Completely packed, awful experience. I don't recommend this property for families.

The room was very large and comfortable for one night. The staff and welcome was really nice with 2 complimentary check-in drinks at the bar. Doug the bartender was super nice and accommodating. The lobby was huge with a couple of restaurant bars and pool tables and had a coffee shop and gift shop. The valet guys were really great and helpful. We went out to dinner nearby, but the hotel is across from Sea World. The self-parking is an option at a very expensive rate, but close at the side of the building. It is gate controlled so that fee covers going in and out as many times as you need to. Also, the bathtub was not as clean as it should have been, but a new shower would fix that as an update. It was dated.

Over all it’s a beautiful hotel , in a great area . However the rooms need a lot of up dating, especially considering the price per night. Our bathroom had a lot of staining , chipped old paint, and an old tub. Our towels were dirty .And $40 a night parking was crazy .

We had to attend a 4 day conference. The Hotel was amazing with its decor and stature. However experience a power outage and no valid explanation during my stay. From 3 am to 8:30am. Also breakfast was delayed and couldn't charge my phone. Of course the hotel charged me for Parking and resort fee plus tax. I found that harsh and couldn't give nothing to accommodate the inconvenience. Very expensive to be inconveniently charged for Resort fee and dysfunction. I was not a happy customer 😕

Unfortunately, the room itself was not up to standard. The shower drain appeared dirty, the bathtub was stained, and there was hair left on the shower wall upon our arrival. The toilet was also an issue, taking an unusually long time to flush and continuing to make loud noises long afterward. To make matters worse, it took an excessive amount of time just to exit the parking lot. We also had to deal with loud noise early in the morning for over an hour. When we called the front desk for assistance, no action was taken, which was extremely disappointing. Overall, this was not the experience we expected, and we were left very dissatisfied with our stay.

The room we had on the 3rd floor was big but not that great, the carpet in it was so dirty when we had a shower the bath was black, so had to wear flip flops all week in side. The bathroom is from the 80’s bath and shower terrible. Real shame, but we only slept there late as we were out all day everyday, but for a Marriott you would expect better. Breakfast was a bit boring, same everyday, nothing changes, basic fruit 3 melons, pineapple, grapes and blueberries, no daily special or anything interesting, got boring after 3 days. Location wise it’s directly opposite Seaworld as you world expect and not far from other Universal Parks. Special mention to the valet Anthony, big is great super welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, we didn’t want to do parks this time, and his local knowledge was great!
- 5/5
Amazing experience. Staff go above and beyond. Nichelle treated myself and the other people who were with us incredibly well as well as Nick and Ramsis.

Great amenities, good sized room The bed was uncomfortable
- 4/5
Don’t choose the king + sofa if you actually intend to use the sofa bed. King bed is heaven but the springs in the sofa bed make noise every time you move even a little. It feels like it’s going to fall apart, and you can feel the springs in your back. It’s a nightmare

- 5/5
Super nice hotel with clean rooms 5 star amenities . Right across from SeaWorldHotel
- 3/5
First room they booked us in smelled humid right away. Peeling paint on walls and ceiling had air bubbles. Started to notice bugs. After the third one I freaked out and demanded my room to be changed. First person who helped me and changed our rooms gave no apology, no refund, nothing! Seemed like it was known that room was in UNUSABLE shape, but still have people booked there. In the morning, someone else from the staff asked if all was ok, and was MUCH more professional, and CARING. I have never been in such an awful room and hope they fix entire side of hotel. You could tell mold and moisture was happening, and affecting multiple rooms on multiple levels. After asking to relocate to entire different side of property, all was better.
- 5/5
Loved the hotel. It was very spacious, felt like a resort. Staff was great, outdoor pool area felt very tropical and pool side service was available. Very family friendly, lots to do for kids with pool, and other games to play.
- 2/5
There wasn’t anything to do there. The breakfast don’t start until 11:30 and the bar closed early
- 4.5/5

- 5/5
Beautiful areas and services The bar in the pool area closed too early and also the food options are so limited.
- 5/5
Check in and bell hops went above and beyond!
- 2/5
At check-in, our room wasn’t ready until nearly 5:30 PM despite a 4 PM check-in. We’d been at theme parks all day with a one year old who desperately needed a nap, and we missed an event that evening because of the delay. The room itself had minor issues, dead batteries in the remote, burned out lightbulbs, and a bathroom that wasn’t fully clean. Small things, but worth mentioning. Checkout on Saturday was worse. After waiting patiently in a long line, another guest jumped the queue. When I politely pointed this out, the staff member said “That’s between the two of you” instead of simply managing the situation. That one response turned a minor inconvenience into a really unpleasant scene. The manager who stepped in de-escalated but never apologized or acknowledged what happened. Your first and last impression is what people remember. Everything in between was great, which makes it all the more frustrating. With a little better training and ownership in those two moments, this would have been a five star stay.
- 3/5
Sleeper sofa mattress was terrible you could feel every spring & bar. There was no microwave in our suite. Besides those two things our stay was Great!!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very clean. Pool was a blast with the kids and adults. Loved my stay there.
- 2/5
The hotel looks beautiful inside, the atrium and public areas are really impressive and bougie. However, the rooms didn’t live up to the lobby. The beds were super stiff, pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and the AC was only mediocre (struggled to keep the room cool). The $40/night self-parking fee was ridiculous, especially when we could have just Uber’d from Disney Springs’ free parking and saved money. Overall, it felt overpriced for what you actually get in the rooms. Nice common areas, but the sleeping experience was disappointing. Highly unlikely we return. Too many other options.
- 5/5
Dinner was great
- 5/5
This place is fantastic, from the valet, guest service, and luggage attendant to the housekeeping, who greet visitors and are not afraid to speak up and say have a good day or good morning. It's more than just a service; it's about hospitality and creating an experience. The pool amenities staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Always acknowledge readiness. The place is clean. The deli market charges too much for convenience food. Breakfast is a wonderful buffet. It is worth every penny of the house. Keep up the good work. Thank you from the house; keep up the good work. Thank you for the positive experience. You all did an excellent job.
- 5/5
The property was spectacular and wonderfully maintained
- 5/5
Felt so welcomed by front desk staff, resort was clean and wonderful for a family ! I had my teenage girls alone and always felt safe! Had a interior view of the atrium (lobby) and it was super cool, not loud at all! Only stayed one night but will always choose this hotel when SeaWorld is on the agenda!

- 5/5
The hotel is excellent. The attention and service are excellent. The only downside is that the parking is very expensive—I think over $90 for two days is too much. Other than that, it’s a great place, and if you’re going to SeaWorld, it’s ideal.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The gym was perfect. It had all we needed. Love that it had a laundry facility. The room was a bit outdated but clean.
- 3/5
Was here a few years ago and we had a great time. This last stay was very underwhelming.
- 4/5
The hotel is in a good location, and the rooms are nice. The hotel charges for parking at $17 / nt and $36 for valet, which is ridiculous. I didn’t see wheelchair parking. Everything is an extra charge and over priced. Vegas did the same thing and look at them now , begging people to come back…

In addition, I was charged $45 for parking, yet the parking gate had constant issues. I repeatedly had to call the front desk, and they had to contact security to come open the gate. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and my family and I will not be returning to the Renaissance Hotel at SeaWorld.
- 3/5
Room view was terrible after I said we were there to celebrate a birthday. I expected better after I even asked for a good view. Check-in felt like I was not welcomed. I was told to move my car when I was checking in and then wasn’t told that there was a shorter walk to my room. There was also a gate issue even at checkout it wouldn’t open. So 2 days they were told about the gate and never fixed it. My sink was also clogged and water wouldn’t go down and they didn’t do anything. I wouldn’t stay again even for the convenient location.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a view of Seaworld which was spectacular, especially watching nightly fireworks displays. Starbucks inside the hotel was super convenient as was the humongous TV at the inside atrium bar which was great for watching the ball games. Brandon at the front desk made check in so easy and recognized me every day when i walked by. This hotel is conveniently located next to Seaworld as well as many restaurants, shopping and other attractions. We had a great stay.
- 5/5
Nice large room able to sleep 5 people. Short walk to Seaworld
- 5/5
Beautiful place to stay and walking distance to Sea World, parking is extreme $40 a night that's too much, besides that a nice stay.
- 2/5
The first night was particularly disappointing. The bathtub had visible stains, the tabletops were sticky, and there was a persistent mechanical noise that made it difficult to sleep. Due to these issues, we requested a room change. The hotel did accommodate us with a newer room, which was noticeably cleaner and more comfortable, and that improved our stay. We had booked a package that included breakfast for our 7-day stay. While the breakfast itself was decent, the buffet menu remained exactly the same every day, with very little variety. After the third or fourth day, it became repetitive. For guests staying longer, even small changes to the breakfast menu would significantly improve the experience. During checkout, I noticed an extra amount on my bill and asked the front desk for clarification. It took about 10–15 minutes for the staff member to determine that the charge was actually a tip, not an additional fee. The delay and confusion at checkout were frustrating and could have been handled more efficiently. Additionally, although we stayed for seven days, we only used the resort amenities for one day. I inquired about a possible refund of the resort fee but was told it was non-refundable. The only adjustment offered was a refund on parking fees, which did not apply to us as we did not have a

Great bar and as expected hotel room. Also, fantastic market and walk up service restaurant. I’d stay here again.
- 3/5
Let me start by saying I've been a Marriott Bonvoy member for over 6 years, and I've stayed at this hotel many times over those years. This stay was not so great. Our room was nice, and on the top floor; however, we were right across the hall from the two service elevators. EVERY time the elevator would start to move we'd hear one bang. EVERY time it stopped, we heard two bangs. Imagine that this went on for 3 nights! We couldn't move room because of the Texas College Football Game, the hotel was booked. In addition, our toilet ran non-stop for all 3 days. Needless to say, we didn't get a lot of sleep. This hotel has it's own huge parking lot, yet our stay required $40 per day for self-parking. Completely un-necessary and EXCESSIVE. I live in Miami, and I can tell you that Miami International Airport is always packed, and it doesn't cost more than $25 per day. In addition, this hotel now charges $45 per day resort fee. During our stay, the temperature was in the mid 30's and 40's. We didn't use one amenity at all, we were at the parks. So, my $500 stay turned into an additional $300 ($800 total), and I didn't do anything but park there. I expect more from Marriott than to extract needless money from me, and for no good reason.
- 5/5
Very clean and decorated nice for the holidays. The staff was very nice. Great location
- 4/5
Hotel itself was great. Location great. But the $40 resort fee that doesnt really include much isnt worth it. Pretty much they give you 2 free drinks and thats all, doesnt matter how long you stay. Would be better if you included parking or breakfast bufdet instead. Those were both $40 a day!! There isnt a breakfast buffet worth that much money anywhere. Loved the property itself, its beautiful just think all the fees are crazy.
- 5/5
Professional, friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent fresh breakfast buffet (extra cost but worth it.)
- 5/5
The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They also use text messaging to ensure a timely response between the front desk and the guest.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and great view of SeaWorld fireworks! Only drawback is that waterslides were under repair in the kids area.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great
- 5/5
The cleanliness, and the place itself is so beautiful.
- 1/5
I paid extra for a SeaWorld balcony view but was forced to switch rooms due to these issues and was downgraded to a view of the back of the building. Maintenance problems continued, including a ripped shower curtain and a completely broken curtain in the second room that would not open. Management was inconsistent and unresponsive, with only one staff member being genuinely helpful. Although I received a partial refund, the constant stress and safety concerns made this stay unacceptable. I would never return and strongly do not recommend this property, especially for families with children.
- 1/5

Fantastic staff!! Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable. The room was very spacious and clean. Loved having 2 sinks . We only stayed one night then went to Seaworld, but would love to come back another time and stay longer
- 5/5
Great location especially if visiting Seaworld.
- 5/5
Excellent staff and beautiful Christmas decorations
- 3/5
One cleaned the room properly. Others just emptied the garbages and I’d be like please give us tissues. Was not line this last year. Also do not Amazon anything to hotel. Gets sent to the FedEx office where you pay for receiving your package per pound. We shipped diapers and wipes and had to Pay frd ex 20$ lol. So overall second time and last time I go.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel!! And conveniently located right across from Seaworld
- 5/5
From front desk at check in to check out, everyone was kind and courteous
- 4/5
The place was nice and clean, we are highly recommend !!
- 2/5
We were on a family trip . Our hotel room the first night was so so hot we could not sleep ….. they never offered to make any other arrangements.
- 5/5
The lobby was beautiful and so spacious. Our suite was huge and very nicely styled. Our toddler had tons of room to run around, which was perfect. If you're planning on going to seaworld this is the perfect hotel. Literally a 3 minute walk across the parking lot! Room service in the morning was very quick and also reasonably priced for the quality of it. We would definitely go back
- 4/5
Overall, everything was nice. The staff was respectful and valued our privacy, and the place is very lovely. However, the cleanliness of the carpets could definitely be improved
- 1/5
Bed was like sleeping on the floor- literally. We reached out to staff to change rooms and they said no. They moved us the following day but ruined the first day in Orlando because we spent the day exhausted without sleep.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Very clean, very nice
- 4/5
Great room & view, but you have to make sure you request if you want a park view or the atrium view
- 3/5
Beautiful hotel,.nice rooms. 20-30 minutes to get checked in. Not horrible but busy. A manager finally came out to help. No ice on individual floors. They had the machines but empty. We would go floor to floor, to finally find a few cubes.
- 5/5
We were celebrating our 14 year anniversary and the hotel was amazing
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, location close to sea world
- 5/5
Everything great ! Except noisy -
- 5/5
great hotle
- 4/5
The room is pretty good but facilities look a little old. The stuff are courteous and kind. It's a good experience generally.
- 5/5
Bel hôtel, bien aménagé. Chambres grandes, propres et bien équipées.
- 5/5
Bar was great!
- 5/5
My favorite hotel
- 2/5
The second star is for the server in the restaurant that helped us Saturday night, he was great and I enjoyed the chicken tenders.
- 5/5
Clean not dated staff was awesome
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Room spotless
- 5/5
Wonderful stay! Family friendly.
- 5/5
Big comfy room
- 5/5
The food was good, the bartender made a fabulous spicy margarita and all the staff was exceedingly nice. I would come here again.
- 5/5
professional and friendly staff
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
did not receive housekeeping
- 5/5
I’ve stayed there twice now and I’m sure I’ll be there a third. Kids loved it and the pool area service was great both times.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Very beautiful property and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is outstanding.
- 4/5
My only (minor) complaint was that in my atrium-facing room, all three nights the noise from the sports bar (six floors below me and at the opposite end of the the atrium) was loud enough each evening I had to get earplugs, which the front desk helpfully provided.
- 4/5
The staff at check in & bar were fantastic. Pool was huge, ample clean space & not crowded. Rated overall a 4 because the room we had furnishing's felt dated & musty. Being directly across the street from Sea World was awesome. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
very good
- 5/5
Such a beautiful and friendly hotel. Made setting up room for daughters surprise bday extra special and easy
- 5/5
We are very happy with the size and the cleanliness of our room. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. We will def come back to stay and definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Happy staff, clean rooms, awesome view from the balcony and reasonable pricing!
- 5/5
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando, especially if visiting SeaWorld! You can walk to the park and avoid having to pay to park! Rooms are updated and very clean! We will be back!
- 4/5
Nice clean room. Loved the size of the room too. Lobby is very nice and customer service was great. Only thing was the temperature in the room felt like it was fluctuating a lot and the water in the shower got hot with the smallest adjustments. Other than that we loved the food options here and felt very safe. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Excellent staff
- 5/5
Last minute stay in Orlando. Didn’t expect to have the best stay we’ve had in Orlando from countless trips. Facilities were great and had we been going to SeaWorld we could have walked across the street. For sure going back
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff
- 5/5
I absolutely love the executive suite!
- 1/5
The rooms need complete renovation
- 5/5
The only negative was the resort fees. I truly do not understand why they charge those but be prepared to get charged those just because they don’t serve a purpose in my eyes, but we did get a good deal for cheap tickets so we didn’t have to pay what other people pay booking direct.
- 3/5
The hotel was nice when we arrived. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The air conditioning did not work well in the room and smelled musty.
- 5/5
Loved our stay . Will recommend this hotel to all my friends
- 5/5
Very nice. Beautiful property
- 5/5
This is a great property. Front desk staff and Bella Grove staff were exceptionally friendly. Rooms are large, clean and easy to get to. Location is also great as its between Universal and Disney properties.
- 5/5
Nice staff family friendly
- 5/5
Clean Room | Friendly Staff | Everything I needed in one location while on business trip.
- 5/5
I liked that staff members were very accommodating. The rooms were bigger than your typical hotel room. What I wish would improve is a slightly bigger refrigerator, not the tiny one and it would be great if there was microwaves in the room. Either way, it was a beautiful, wonderful place to stay. Thank you
- 4/5
Property is nice well preserved and clean. Hotel looks pretty empty but they do pool day pass for people no staying at the hotel but pool and water slices and water park pretty empty . Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was really good regarding food quality and service received but make sure you pick a room with the breakfast included because if you don’t and go to breakfast buffet it’s going to expensive. Now the kids pool area was the worse part for me and family. In main pool and kids area the water was freezing cold and in the whirlpool the water was super hot. Now the water park has two slide for big kids. First day one slice closed because it was broken. The second day none of them were working. We ask an employee and they told us they were sending someone to operate the waterside and then someone came and told us that none of them were working that they need a technician and to be honest I believe that was a lie. That was because they didn’t want to put it to work because we were the only family in the water park.
- 5/5
We had a great stay. Hotel is in a good location, close to everything.
- 5/5
Great service
- 1/5
Terrible service room smelled like dirty socks they gave me a problem getting an upgrade then I was woken up at 12:00 a.m. because they wanted to kick somebody out and it was the wrong room My family was scared I am mortified about this trip
- 5/5
Very close to seaworld!!! Staff very helpful
- 5/5
Everything was excellent. It was very close to Sea World and the room. the service, and the food was great I would recommend this as a great place to stay in Orlando.
- 5/5
Staff is great. Location is convenient even to other area parks. Rooms were clean and large but our room could have been a bit better maintained for a "resort" level establishment.
- 5/5
Beautiful resort layout, wonderful amenities (wish the pool bar was open later but we did go in the off season), super friendly and accommodating staff, and super affordable. A 5 star resort for less than half the price. I have stayed here a few times and would highly recommend.
- 5/5
the staff that receive us was amazing
- 5/5
Perfect location for sea world and discover cove. Pools/kid area were fantastic!
- 5/5
Excelent front desk staff- Kudos to Nicole
- 4/5
Extremely Slow registration check-in process. Even though we were front off line. Employee disappeared for 15-20min. After a long trip, a long check in is not an ideal way to start a birthday trip for my husband, esp when he has mobility issues.
- 5/5
Hotel was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- 5/5
It was a great experience for me and my son, we had amazing time there.
- 5/5
It was one of the best places i have stayed in
- 4/5
We always enjoy going to the renaissance hotel when we visit Seaworld. Very spacious and comfortable accommodations
- 5/5
Beautiful common areas, love this place.
- 5/5
We loved the hotel and the staff was very nice and helpful. We traveled with small kids and they all enjoyed it
- 4/5
Safe
- 5/5
Super convenient to go to sea world
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Great area to be near parks
- 5/5
Was a very nice place
- 5/5
A lovely property directly across from SeaWorld. I excellent accommodations for conventions but very expensive.
- 5/5
The hotel is very nice for the family. The water park is perfect for kid.
- 4/5
Thats the only thing
- 1/5
Had an argument with dining manager and hotel manager be they charged for an extra person for breakfast. Had to call Expedia customer service to talk with hotel manager explaining that dining was included for all guests. Security threatened to evict me. Got charged for a roll away bed when we didn’t ask for one. The first room we got 5112 smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to change rooms. Got charged for hotel resort and parking fee daily. Overall an extremely unpleasant experience.
- 5/5
I love this hotel
- 5/5
Great property
- 5/5
Awesome hotel
- 5/5
Very peaceful and clean hotel love the poolside resort feel definitely coming back with family
- 3/5
Not a lot of food options but it’s sufficient. The hotel rooms are in need of an upgrade. The showers are outdated and the carpet has a weird smell. Property is wonderful otherwise.
- 5/5
We loved the kids water park area and pool. My grandchildren had so much fun playing with all the water .
- 3/5
I stayed for 7 night, apon arriving I was told valet parking is $50 per night and they dont offer handicapped parking, self parking is $40 per night. Very disappointed in this hotel...
- 5/5
This hotel is the perfect family getaway location. You really dont even need to leave the property. The food is very good, a little pricey, but delicious. The pool and splash pad are amazing. We could have spent all day with our 1 year old running around the splash pad. The walk to SeaWorld is less than 5 minutes, its directly across the street from the hotel.
- 5/5
It was a really great resort to stay at. Especially if you are going to SeaWorld. And the food at the different restaurants was really good. The staff were very friendly and nice.
- 5/5
wonderful!
- 5/5
nice hotel
- 5/5
Nice place!
- 5/5
Rooms were great! Staff was wonderful. 4 places to get food inside the hotel.
- 5/5
We had a little bit of a problem on our last night of staying with hearing the cables of the elevator. I suggest getting a room far away from the elevators as possible. Be prepared to pay as much as the hotel when you stay. You're paying a very high price for everything. All in all, the food was great. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable about everything. Can get a cheaper hotel with better rooms. The room service was great though.
- 3/5
Upon arrival they put us in the incorrect room because they overbooked and the room they put us in was not even serviced or cleaned had to wait several hours for housekeeping to come clean it and then we were inconvenienced and to transfer rooms the next day which took time from our vacation. Highly disappointed no compensation or credit given and fir the nightly price and subpar customer service you would think that would not be the case with such outdated rooms and lack of service.
- 5/5
I love it all. The people the hotel. Everything. The only minor issue was the service at the Starbucks inside the hotel. Order was taken from the 3 times I went. Attitude was horrible and they barely responded to thank you.
- 5/5
Most of the employees were nice and ready to help
- 5/5
We love this hotel! We keep coming back.
- 4/5
We like the hotel. The staff is nice. The only negative we can say is a very large hotel for a very litle pool. They need to upgrade the pool area
- 5/5
Nice clean hotel
- 3/5
I love this hotel. This last stay was my 3rd stay within 6 months. The staff is great and extremely helpful. The sheets have always been clean and we love the children's water area. Unfortunately, this last time the A/C on the 9th floor was not working and it was so uncomfortable to sleep. We called and they send a maintenance person to help but he couldn't fix it. They brought a fan but again it was blowing the hot air everywhere. The next day they offered a new room without an issue but its just inconvenient with a family of 5. Also the slides at the pool were closed this time and the children's water area was full of algae and slippery as if they hadn't cleaned it in a while. We honestly love this hotel but if don't keep it maintained it will quickly become run down.
- 5/5
The property was fun for us and for the kids. It was more than a step up from the usual basic hotel and we got a great rate through Expedia. The dining options and activity options made it worth coming to stay just for the hotel.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel very over priced the wifi was terrible and you get charged for every little thing.
- 5/5
Bathroom was a little tired
- 5/5
Super limpio todo
- 1/5
If you book and pay for everything through your booking app be prepared to pay more fees on top of what you already paid. And parking fees if you rent a car
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
amazing property!!!
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
It was nice we were going to discovery cove and they allowed us to check in early friendly and kind staff ......also I left something in my room and they allowed me to go up and retrieve it even after I handed in key after checkout...nice time and lovely smell
- 5/5
Easy access to sea world and discovery cove.
- 2/5
I wasn’t impressed with the property
- 5/5
Great place to stay, staff very friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
Great facility! My son loved the splash pad. The only issue we had was that the doors in the rooms did not have a high lock on it. So my two-year-old was able to essentially almost open the door by pulling the door handle. Very unsafe. I had to put stuff in front of the door so he couldn’t get to it.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice Hotel. The staff was great. Loved all the ammenities and how close it is to Seaworld.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Will be coming back again
- 1/5
Everything was really nice but the resort charged us twice times for the room once on site and once on Expedia. Yet to get a refund
- 5/5
Phenomenal property with top shelf amenities.
- 5/5
Amazing staff, clean hotel, free breakfasts were on point.just Amazing experience unlike some other hotels that give you a long bill on dcway out. This hotel was fair. Very fair.
- 5/5
Great location in a safe and very convennient place.. walbable to Sea World and a CVS. and just around the corner from International Drive
- 1/5
If I could give it a 0 I would . We used this hotel for the last 3 yrs to celebrate my daughter’s birthday . This year I prepaid on hotels.com and when we got there they tried to charge me for stay I showed them receipt that it was prepaid . The manager said no worries but then they charged me behind my back and are refusing to refund me my money even after I sent them proof of receipt from hotels .com AND my credit card they charged!!!!!, Beware of this hotel !!!!!!!! If there’s an issue between this site and them they should take it on with eachother not take it out in the their soon to be past customer!!!!!!!!
- 5/5
I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Renaissance SeaWorld! From the front desk staff to everyone who helped us throughout the building—including housekeeping—every interaction was warm, professional, and appreciated. The cleanliness, the pool area, the overall sense of safety, and the welcoming atmosphere were all outstanding. Everything was accessible and well-maintained. Truly an exceptional stay. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
- 4/5
Very lovely property and a good experience
- 5/5
Staff made sure you had everything you needed...even directions or recommendations.
- 3/5
El centro del hotel es hermoso, cuartos huelen a humedad, alfombra sucia. Basura en los pisos
- 5/5
I like that it was clean, very pretty. Very convenient and we felt safe
- 4/5
I adored the awesome view of SeaWorld from my 6th floor review. Wanted to park in valet but ended up trapped in a self-parking lot due to signage. Was mad that I couldn't call for room service but was told to use app or QR code when I'm not tech savvy. My server at Tradewinds, Ana, was so friendly.
- 5/5
very dog and human friendly. Really enjoyed and will be looking to return in the upcoming week again.
- 3/5
Unfortunately the room itself was disappointing. The view was terrible as we were placed on the back side of the hotel looking out at roof fans and other building equipment. The heat issue from our previous stay was still a problem and even worse this time. Maintenance came but could not fix it and the room stayed stuck at 72 degrees all night making it uncomfortably warm. Service also felt strained. They seemed understaffed and when I asked for help with our luggage the employee said it would take around 40 minutes so I had to carry everything to the room myself. The TV worked poorly even after maintenance swapped the remote. I was told some TVs in the hotel respond slowly and require you to press the buttons very hard which is frustrating for a hotel in this price range. The good aspects kept it from being a total loss but overall this stay was a letdown compared to our last visit.
- 5/5
Good but not the best
- 3/5
Great view and distance from sea world. The inside center of the hotel is very nice the restaurants are nice as well. It was a good sized room it wasn’t super updated but great for the price point. I had to have the maintenance adjust the ac so it would go down to 65 due to the heat staying around 72 while set on 67 after that the heat was fine. Honestly my only complaint was the service was extremely slow for any request but all in all based on the price point of the hotel I’d say good experience.
- 5/5
If you are going to SeaWorld it is the best hotel to stay at. You can walk right across the street and skip all of the traffic!
- 5/5
It was very spacious and the waterpark was fun.
- 3/5
It’s was just okay. It has no personality, just eh. Was it clean? Yes. Was it comfortable to stay? Yes. But zero personality, not fun or vibrant if you plan to just stay at the hotel. Even the staff looked bored. The pool was nice butyou’re not going to get fun resort vibes. We researched to make sure it was gluten free friendly with many allergy options and based on the research - yes. In reality, NO. Even the tests mentioned to have GF options didn’t even exist, there was a different one. We got a little GF options at the pool and praying the chef does know how to attend to the GF allergy - typing while I wait. I won’t come here again. Stay if it’s to be everywhere else but here. The only memorable thing was an excellent hummus veggie platter and our waitress, Erika, in the pool area (excellent customer service from her).
- 5/5
great service
- 5/5
Some things I think could be improved would be that the waterslide isn’t always open if they don’t have enough staff to be up there, which is a huge bummer to the kids and then they also don’t have a spa, even though one is advertised.
- 5/5
Nice and friendly staff.
- 4/5
Staff was amazing
- 5/5
Overall great, besides our bathroom experience. The best hotel to stay if you’re doing Sea World, small walk across the street.
- 4/5
It was a great experience in this chic hotel.
