Quality Inn & Suites Orlando Airport

Basic standards of cleanliness and upkeep are essential for a comfortable guest experience, and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet those standards. I hope management takes immediate actions to improve housekeeping practices and facility maintenance for future guests.

Clean room and breakfast area

When we turned lights off, a beetle flew around the room. The room was stuffy and kinda smelled. And birds were chirping so loudly starting at 2:00 AM and made noise all night/morning. Very hard to sleep. We were in a room by the pool.

However, the property is at a loud, awkward intersection. The room itself completely falls apart. The toilet takes 4 flushes to work, and staff just handed me a plunger—I’m not doing maintenance on my staycation. A previous guest blew up the microwave, leaving me without one the first night. The replacement was plugged into a cheap power strip, which is a major fire code violation. The TV is a 15-year-old joke with 2.5-inch bezels. My Type-C to HDMI cables work at hundreds of hotels, but not here; it doesn't support screen mirroring or Samsung DeX. You get under 50 DirecTV channels (no HBO/Cinemax). The room is so dim my VR headset couldn’t track, and the alarm clock flashes red constantly like police lights. The furniture is trashed—the loveseat has a huge burn hole in the center. The bathtub floor is stained and peeling off. Breakfast was mediocre with tiny pancakes and upsetting 2% milk, so I just went to Wawa. The in-room coffee machine leaks water everywhere, the AC filter is black with nicotine grime, the mini-fridge freezer is totally iced over, and the hot water is hit-or-miss. At $300, it’s not worth it. The only reason this is a 2-star review instead of a 1 is because the staff was actually very nice.

I wish they had an airport shuttle - that's my only complaint. The lady at the counter was very helpful and arranged to a taxi for me that cost $40 to get to the airport so I actually could have stayed in a more upscale hotel with a shuttle for the same price.

Does not feel very safe. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Beds were comfy, but after the mold in the bathroom, I was weary on even staying there. Cars and music blaring almost all night, and even cars with their lights on parked in front of your door/window and it’s very unsettling.

How close and easy access from airport. Room on second floor has (or we were not easy advice) no easy access aside from stairs. Beds, carpet, bathroom were undesirably damaged, stained, generally old and minimally clean. Sofa bed came with surprises once we opened it and there not bed sheets and pillows avalibable. Not family friendly.

It had a 24 Hour Front desk and after an issue with a connecting flight, got there súper late but were welcomed warmly. It’s clean, It’s comfortable, it has its flaws but the price reflects that. Not a place for luxury but for a couple nights. You can’t go wrong. The breakfast included was basic. Maybe it’s just an American thing… but powdered eggs for breakfast in a hotel.

I had a very disappointing experience at Quality Inn & Suites in Orlando. The room was in poor condition—the door was broken, the bathtub was old and dirty, and both the floors and walls looked unclean and poorly maintained. Housekeeping was also an issue, as the room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. On top of that, the breakfast was far below expectations. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much better level of comfort and service. Unfortunately, this stay did not feel worth the cost at all, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

We used for quick stay to get to the airport early. Facility was just adequate. King size bed sloped into the middle so I give a very poor rating.

After spending the night at the Orlando airport the person at the front desk let me check in earlier than 3:00 which was very helpful. The bathtub was gross though and left something to be desired. Other than that the room was clean.

It is an old property that may have changed hands several times over the years. The wash basin was cracked. The bath tub had been painted over and the paint was peeling.wall repair was poorly done near the bath. The arm rest in the sofa was torn.

Breakfast was toast and biscuits and gravy. Was expecting some different. Room was clean, bed and pillows comfy but room needed to be updated.

I submitted a claim with Booking.com that the place was not upto par. My daughter had a skin reaction and developed a rash in less than two hours we were there. I left the property in 2 hours as i was very concerned about my daughters health. See above.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close of coming to the airport, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good too. I would recommend this place.

When I arrived they only had a second floor but I could not take the stairs. I ended up buying another hotel room several miles away but could not get the second night. They did not handle this situation well. This had the same feel as a Super 8 2 star. I will be writing a bigger review on google and yelp. The biggest take-away for me is, do not book through hotels.com and get insurance, because it is more complicated to use it then to just pay for it. The worst experience and lack of help for a simple issue I have experienced, and I am going to use every skill I professionally possess to review the experience with all these agencies. The hotel was friendly, but the owners and administrators treated me like “not their problem” and instead of making it write, pointed to Expedia who say it’s the site, only to check insurance to find submitting a claim as a full time job! I hope I am not understanding how angry and incense I am about the customer service of this experience the actual hotel experience we all see all the time but I cannot reconcile spending so much money to get no benefit or help regardless whose fault they think that is in typical of all insurance maybe they just think it’ll go away instead. I promise I’m gonna treat this like a job proposal and call it all out, but the simple fact is I care more about this than apparently anyone involved in the company side of this experience and that’s gonna change after this. .

The room was very nice, much bigger than i expected it would be. As expected, it was clean and the staff were great. What stood out for us how nice the overnight personnel were when our flight was slightly delayed and the car rental company completely dropped the ball and left about 100 of us standing in line at MCO waiting for cars that were not even in their possession. The Quality Inn staff person was so nice and helpful, when we finally got to the hotel at 1:30 am

Room was clean and in a prime location! Spite of our room heater was not working in this cold but we left it as is since the blankets were nice and thick. I did mention it at front desk though. I don’t know if I’d stay here again though for the simple reason my wife killed a small roach she saw on the wall the morning we were leaving to go back home.

My family had an early flight, we wanted to take our breakfast with us and eat it at the airport but the staff at the hotel asked that we should not take the breakfast out of the breakfast area. We ended up leaving without having the hotels breakfast. This place is very terrible and filthy.

Room had cockroaches, second room covered in dirt with stained sheets. Staff was very rude. Contacted hotels.com about the problem, they did nothing about it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We were coming in really late from a delayed flight. I called ahead of time to let them know so when we checked in at 2am we just needed somewhere to sleep (with 2 young kids with us). The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Everyone was friendly and the rooms were clean.

This property has not been updated since its original construction. The night clerk did not know how to operate the credit card machine. The clerk claimed that there was only one remaining room yet the parking lot was never full or half full. The room was shopworn and had “wildlife”. I checked out early. I didn’t feel safe.

Front desk lady was so nice, but that’s where is stopped. Kids RUNNING up and down at 11pm, people talking to loud it felt like they were in our bathroom at 1am. This was a QUICK stay but splurge and spend the extra $10 bucks somewhere nicer.

I was expecting to be worst because the reviews I read about bugs and etc but it wasn't. The staff were friendly. The room was pretty big had its fridge, microwave and a sofa aside the two beds. Room was clean, but bathroom walls had a little dirt and dust on bottom edges. Plenty of towels and toilet paper were given. The pool was little, I was expecting it to be a little bigger. I didn't try there breakfast but I heard it was good regardless of the reviews.

The room smelled, the couch with pullout bed had holes in it, and the bathroom had mold and mildew. This is a MOTEL, not a hotel.

I never checked in due to my flight being cancelled. I was told I still have to pay because of the cancellation policy. This is because of the government shutdown and we are all suffering. Even Disney reimbursed our tickets which never happens. I don’t think you should make me pay because of the circumstances

The room was clean but there was a strong musty smell... This bothered us a little for those of us who don't have allergies. It must be a problem for someone who has an allergy.

All rooms at this property are accessed by outside door. There is no inside rooms. Basically if you get room here, you enter through door on outside, into room. Like old style motels. Not the safest area to me. Rooms had a odor to them and breakfast was not very good. Would not stay here again. Felt unsafe.

The room smelled horrible. The beds made us itchy, causing us to not sleep properly, the door jams and edges around the room were filthy and moldy, the bath tub was absolutely disgusting!!! I took pictures of it all. The desk and tv were dusty. Like it has sat unoccupied for a long time. Ive never stayed at a hotel that the sheets didnt smell like bleach or fresh. The pulliws, sheets, and blankets were not fresh and smelled very stale. If it wasnt for the fact I had a 3 yr old with me and it was late, I wouldve left. I will never use Quality Inn again.

The staff is great.

Instead of arguing, I went ahead and booked a night, directly with the front desk manager and requested a refund. Quality Inn management at this location and choice hotels, along with the possibility of hotels.com are not refunding the unused night. Which again, was a week later, and thus the room went unused. This is extremely poor customer service and I assure you, I will not be staying at quality Inn any longer. It’s also makes me question hotels.com although they have been extremely good in the past.

The front desk clerk shea, selected terrible room & location for my stay, the hotel breakfast was horrible, dry eggs, no bengals, no fresh fruits. Room had roaches in it & was located next to a maintenance room & the employees were in & out all day loud noise, & the hotel charged a $100 deposit to dyss as y there. My stay at the quality inn hotel airport orlando Florida was very bad experience & I don’t want to stay there ever again.

It really is bad to have this hotel in operation in Orlando Florida. People shoild not be duped into thinking they have a decent place to lay their heads...this is not that.

Picked this place, since I had an early flight and was close to the airport. Their breakfast started at 6:30 am. Therefore, was able to grab a nice cup of coffee, toast and sausage. Both ladies at check in and check out were really nice! Room was cozy, just a little dark.

A decent place to rest, the only problem was that we found a lot of cockroaches. We had to change rooms because it was impossible to sleep with that infestation.

It is in worst condition. Have cockroaches all over in the bathroom, very stinky beds and rooms AC wasn't cooling and no cold water in the bathroom Not sure how management was keeping all these worst conditions in a hotel like that.

The front desk was amazing when we arrived for check-in late at night. The head groundskeeper and cleaning crew along with front desk were very kind. The room was basic and clean with damaged entertainment center, couch and beds that need replaced.However, the power went out at about 7:45am the following morning for about 2.5 hours. We inquired as we were not given any information and apparently this happens often and we would not get a credit for our inconvenience. The staff need a proper SOP for handling this type of situation.Also,the complimentary breakfast had good coffee and pancakes. There was also homemade biscuits and gravy with cereal and yogurts. We had to eat at the tables outside to get some air and wait to cool off in the pool until the gate was unlocked. The state of the pool was semi-clean. The handlebar on the main stairs is misplaced and the escutcheon is very loose causing the handlebar to not be secure and severely wobble. The shower, water fountain and lift had rust on them. The other railing in the deep end was not bolted to the pool. It was very dangerous and moved . The tile in the pool had not been brushed as it had black dirt sreaks all over. The stairs had some staining and the pool needs to be netted properly and manually vacuumed. Also, the water caused irritation to my son's eyes. The ph and chlorine levels need to be checked. All in all, the staff are very nice but this motel needs improvements.

Breakfast was a joke, tons of actual residents (not vacationers) sitting and smoking in the walkways. Pool was gross, room was gross, curtains didn't close, could hear neighbors, smell tobacco and pot smoke, and the breakfast was insulting

No hot water. Shower water was like warm and couldn't adjust it?

Room smelled and look very old. The bed sheets had stained and the refrigerator had lots of rust inside and out. Looked very creepy reminded me of the Bates hotel..

The staff was courteous during the room change, but the overall condition of the accommodations suggests a need for more consistent upkeep and attention to air quality. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving the guest experience.

I’ve stayed at other Quality Inns before with no real problems. I wasn’t expecting a 4 star hotel. This place was so disgusting. There was mildew in the shower faucet knob. The baseboards looked like they had never been clean. The mattress on the sofa bed was an inch thick. It was terrible.

The room is just old, needs a lot of updates, but the breakfast area was pretty nice.

As far as cleanliness goes the place is filthy. If the cleanliness improves, the place can be 4 stars hotel.

The lady working the front desk was very polite. Was only there for a few hours and then sleep. So can't really be too detailed. The air worked great, I slept good, good size mini fridge compared to most, mocrowave. I was satisfied.

Room was clean and comfortable overall. Just wish the breakfast area had more items such as fruit and sausages, for example.

I was very unimpressed with the lady that checked me and my family in. She was very unwelcoming, and not friendly at all.

I didn't like the location. I rather be with someone then by myself. The a/c made a lot of noise and mini refrig didn't sleep at all.

they have only bread and Pan cake machine ( work at its own will) the staff may not respond to your query during breakfast hours but is very proactive in closing the limited option buffet . the counter is closed at 9:30 AM EST sharp no matter how many guest are still having the food Nonetheless, given the cost , the hotel is in a decent location

The property was very convenient to the airport.

Slobs. No cleaning service. Broken lights The room was very dark. Rubbish on the floor. Passkey was disabled. I topped off the fuel on my rental car, and the next morning the tank was empty. Florida is an unsafe place to visit. I didn't dare eat the "free" breakfast.

Cleanliness was a problem.

Staff was rude. Add shows transportation to airport however there was none. I felt very unsafe especially with kids. Ultimately, we did not stay.

Bathtub was patched up, bottom was cracked and needed to be replaced. Room card was demagnetized each day and had to go to office for setup. Airport shuttle was ended a few months after booking. Made a huge mistake booking here.

It's Cheap! Super cheap and old. It was clean, and what we needed it for, a cheap stay. FOOD was dismal, don't plan on trying it. The powdered eggs didn't even stay together for a spoon. There was toast and fruit loops cereal. And, some yogurt cups in a fridge. It was pretty bad. Not even a banana or oatmeal packet.

The person on staff attending attempted to help but kept locking the door seemingly to sleep.

Keep it up!

Outdated, smelly and uncomfortable beds. We stayed because of convenience to airport, but probably would not stay again.
