I stayed at the Quality Inn Hotel and overall the experience was acceptable. The hotel is in a very good location, close to major attractions, which is very convenient. The rooms are well equipped, although they do need a fresh coat of paint and some updates, especially the bathrooms, which require renovation. The water pressure in the shower is not the best and overall maintenance could be improved. However, the staff was very friendly and attentive throughout the stay, which made the experience more pleasant. Overall, it is a functional and well-located hotel, but it does need some improvements in maintenance and infrastructure

The breakfast provided is decent but basic, featuring limited milk, round cereal flakes, pancakes, bread, and a limited selection of fruits. While the beds were fine and the lack of daily housekeeping wasn't an issue for me, the room amenities fell short; the toiletries and towels were of poor quality, the bathroom itself was not in good shape, and the TV channel selection was extremely limited. It is a solid, well-located choice for park access, but the management needs to align their third-party billing accuracy and invest in basic bathroom upgrades.

Upon check-in, they gave us four different rooms and the room keys did not work. The pool was horrible and did not look like what it looked like in the pictures. When they gave us our fifth room, it already had someone staying in the room. They refuse to give us a refund or cancel our reservation because we booked through Expedia. Will never ever stay at this hotel . Also, the air conditioner was not working at this hotel four thumbs down.

The pictures are not how it looks in person. The bathroom and rooms were extremely dirty, nasty, and not cleaned properly, there was dirt on the walls and paint chipping. For my full 5 night stay housekeeping nor the workers checked in with me to make sure everything was good. There were only waffle and toast serve at breakfast, there was no meats nor protein. The lobby and elevator was HOTTTT, NO AC NOR FANS. On the last two days the elevators stopped working so I had to walk up and down the 3 flight stairs with 5 luggages and no help nor apology from the staff. The front desk agent was very rude and lied about my packages not being in the building when they were right in the back storage. Book at your own risk 👎

This place needs a major facelift. Third floor rugs was filthy smelled like mildew wet ring stains on rugs. Door to room was very old and didn’t lock properly. Toliet and shower looked very greasy and unclean and honestly didn’t even wanna use the bathroom or take a shower three. Breakfast was a joke just make your own waffles and cereal. Pool don’t get my started. Pool did not look swimable at all photos were really deceiving. If you wanna save money and don’t care that you may wake up sweaty or smelling weird smells from the rooms then stay here. Will say it’s so close to iconic park and easy to the main strip. Do not suggest anyone with kids or families. If you on a single short trip and right on cash stay here. Will not be returning ever. Tv didn’t work and plugs in room didn’t work and all I was was excuses and was not helped with my problem

The ac only works in the rooms, not in the lobby or hallways. The bathtub was dirty and there were several bugs and spiders in the room including in the little in room coffee machine that I didn’t realize til I got to the bottom of my coffee. The pool is green and the stairs are chipped and messed up. The only hot thing at their supposed hot breakfast is waffles to make. No meat, no eggs, just a few different types of breads. There were giant water stains in the hallways and the carpets in the hallways were gross. This place is run down and dirty and disgusting.

The location was the only thing good. The hotel staff on my day of check out was rude disrespectful, discriminating and insulting to me. I had nothing to do with a dispute that was going on and the other hotel guest asked me if I can call a ride from that the hotel employee begins to call both of us sad ass aids infected punks that would die by his hands if this was streets of New York and the police were called to escort me off the premises for helping someone that was in need and being harmed.

The room set up was very nice and the room smelled very cleaned and had a clean filter. Bed was super comfortable and cleaned. Had an issue with water line in my room and they immediately switched rooms for me in the same night! The tub was nasty. Floor was so slippery and turned my feet black.

What I did like was the location, and the cleanliness of the place was decent. I called three times before booking to confirm whether breakfast included items like eggs, bacon, and cereal. However, when I checked in, I was given different information than what I was told over the phone. Breakfast is important to me, and I usually choose hotels that offer a good selection, so this was very disappointing. Breakfast options included: * No bacon * No eggs * No sausages * Waffles available * Orange juice and apple juice available * Bagels available * Small muffins available

And, a Tile was out of place, any one can trip. If you want your hotel to be a 4 or 5 star. Then all that needs to improve and fixed. I stayed in room 244.

My experience at this location was awful to say the least. First, I booked through Expedia with this hotel as I was traveling to Orlando for a 3 night stay with my pets (dogs) this hotel is listed as PET FRIENDLY and no fees. I also called prior to booking and when I checked in the night clerk was advised of the dogs and there was NO mention of their pet policy. Day 1 I was away from my room and received a note from Expedia of there being a complaint that my dog was braking. I called the desk no answer and left a message with expedias online messaging board. Day 2 I come back to my room around 4pm and the employee who identified herself as the supervisor on staff knocks on the door to tell me I need to leave due to not following the pet policy. When I advised her I booked through Expedia and confirmed with her staff she didn’t want to hear it and told me if I do not leave she would call the police. I told her “to do what she needed” that I would need time to pack. AGAIN! I had two dogs and my child with me. She came back about 10 mins later to aggressively tell me again I needed to go. I told her I needed an hour and I would wait for the police. When I let the door go she then decided to KICK swing the door in toward me hitting my arm. Needless to say this is the WORSE Expedia experience I have ever had and I will NEVER stay at this property again. The hotel staff was extremely rude, unprofessional and violent. Police confirmed this property has numerous calls due to the Sup.

The worst experience in my life, I haven’t been spoken to like I spoken to by Yani at this property. Because there was roaches in my room. She told told me to pack my bags and leave when I asked to be transferred to another room or property. And the shuttle people were horrible as well they drop you down the street and have to walk at night by yourself. Deandre was the only kind person I dealt with, definitely need to do better. Then charged me for the full stay after I was kicked out the hotel and lied to Expedia when they called.

I was supposed to stay for 3 nights, but after being bitten by a bedbug on the first night, I packed up and left. I contacted Expedia, and they said they needed to speak with someone at the hotel. After that, they told me they could only offer $10 back toward the resort fee. To make matters worse, the charge even shows up as Red Roof Inn (I would not have booked had I known this). Overall, 0/10 — I would not recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, the photos do not reflect reality. The hotel was extremely dirty, with visible signs of a lack of maintenance. The carpets in the hallway leading to the rooms were soaked; the room curtains were torn; and housekeeping service had to be specifically requested—I requested it, yet when I returned that evening, the housekeeping staff had not performed the service. I cannot understand how the authorities—and even the Quality Inn brand itself—fail to conduct inspections or require the hotel to meet minimum maintenance standards in order to operate this type of service or establishment.

My absolute worst experience in 35 years of staying in hotels.

It was so gross until we got to our room & it smelled like smoke so bad. It was so disgusting!!!! There was no microwave, no refrigerator but there was cabinets where they should have been. NO water pressure in the shower. Took me 30 min to get the shampoo out of my hair. The floors in the room were so dirty & sticky. The lock on the door was broke so we had to put a chair in front of the door. I would NEVER stay there again!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! Pictures are bogus.

Room on other hand. Leaks running down bathroom wall from above. There is a leak in the wall. Could hear it dripping all night. The wall at bottom looks like possible mold where the leak is. Bathroom door is coming apart on bottom on both sides. It did not have a curtain except a lace curtains no block out curtain. Staff was nice. The Continental breakfast was decent. Its an old hotwl and needs renovations.

The front desk lady was nice and polite, plenty of parking and was located within walking distance to Icon park. The hotel itself needed an update, door was very hard to shut and the deadbolt was hard to use, the bathroom really needed a makeover, the wall had a makeshift hole filler from the door hitting it. Overall nothing we couldn't look past as we were there for one night. The breakfast was fair, toast, waffles, cereal, juice and coffee and breakfast attendant was friendly. Probably would stay there again.

Do not recommend staying here…the first pictures shown all definitely AI images, looks nothing like the room. When we first got there to check in, we were charged $80 for fees that i knew nothing about prior to booking through expedia. The hallways to the rooms were disgusting. The hindges on the door to the bathroom was so rusted the door wouldnt shut. We had to fill up the bathtub and use that water to fill up the toilet because the toilet wouldn’t fill with water to flush. The bathtub was definitely not cleaned prior to our stay. Highly disappointed and will never be staying here again.

Do not recommend staying here…the first pictures shown all definitely AI images, looks nothing like the room. When we first got there to check in, we were charged $80 for fees that i knew nothing about prior to booking through expedia. The hallways to the rooms were disgusting. The hindges on the door to the bathroom was so rusted the door wouldnt shut. I plan this trip two months in advance paid in full for the hotel. Didn’t plan on having to drive from the hotel to any of the events that I had to go to. I spent half the time in my car because of this hotel. And the manager didn’t even have the balls to show his face. I expect compensation in addition to the refunded room rate.

Staff was amazing and super friendly.. breakfast was literally a waffle maker and 2 cereal options and toast... the bathroom door didn't close, the door to the room didn't shut well, we only stayed one night so we endured. The bed was actually pretty soft the main room looked renovated, bit the bathroom toilet leaked, there was mold in the shower, ai have asthma it was pretty bad, my girlfriend tried to clean it for me, but the Staff Jess in particular made us laugh. I know the area had some trouble and i try not to write just the bad... so here are the positives as well... it is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants, as well as to all the parks. The room was not up to par. Hair in the bathtub, hair in the sink. The first room I was given, the door didn’t work. The second room was not clean. When I asked for a refund the hotel staff said they don’t do that and that I would have to pay a fee for leaving early. I was not going to stay there. And I am not paying that fee.

The room had left over sheets and dirty towels from the last guest and also there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room and also the ac didn’t work even when you put the heat on it just blew cold air even tho the room was freezing itself the key they gave for the room also stopped working after night one and I had to get another one

We stayed in what we thought was this quality inn 2 or 3 years ago and it was great. Evidently they sold the property and bought the old red roof inn next door. Not nearly as nice!! The staff promised us a first floor room but no room was ready yet. They said go grab a bite to eat and come back, they'll hold the rooms for us. We came back and they gave those rooms away and we ended up on the 3rd floor. Then they weren't sure which set of keys to use so they gave us one of each so we could go up and check which one works then we had to return to the front desk to get a key made. Kind of lazy if you ask me. Not very professional. Just an overall very bad experience makes me want to think no more quality inn. We were staying in the area another 5 days and would have typically added on to the reservation but decided it's best if we moved to a different hotel. Definitely will not be staying at this one again

Breakfast offerings were extremely limited (bread, bagels, waffles, coffee, tea, and juice only—no eggs or other hot options), and even basic equipment was lacking, with only two slots of a four-slot toaster working. Additionally, housekeeping was only provided upon request, which was not clearly communicated at booking. While staff members were polite and apologetic—particularly Jess and her coworker who attempted to assist on the night of January 11 or 12—the issues were never resolved. The desk staff was very nice and friendly but there are so many problems with this motel. All outside building doors are left open all night, with outside stairs providing unlimited access to anyone. Finally, there is a breakfast but it is entirely carbs no protein foods. (Only dry cereal, bread, waffles, bagel) There is juice and a couple of apples if you’re early enough. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. There was a glob of lotion or something on the floor by the shower. Couldn’t stream with the WiFi. TV kept randomly turning on in the middle of the night? I had to unplug it. I wouldn’t recommended. However, it is cheap, the air conditioning worked well, there was an air purifier which was nice. No weird smells in the room. Small fridge and freezer. Bed was comfortable. You get what you pay for I guess but worth an extra $50 to stay somewhere nicer.

The AC/Heat unit in the room didn't work, also they have roaches. There is a Staff member named Johnny who will hit on you if he likes you and kiss you on the first day you arrive. He will hover by your door; he will however discount your daily rate too. The staff smoke pot but if you're in the back area it will go into your room, and you will enjoy the aroma of weed smells. They have another member named Chris younger who is completely not a great staff member or good with people at all and is usually there at nighttime. The room 227 in the back second floor I stayed in was newly redone, the faucet for the tub leaked not just a little but I was able to build a moat out of towels to make sure it didn't flood the bathroom floor. Rooms should have Microwaves, to make it easier on guests to not have to go to the lobby floor to heat up their food, since most guests typically order food, go out to eat and have leftovers.

The hotel looks nice on the outside but once you go inside it’s not what you expected. The water don’t flush in my room and then the water was cut off the last day I was there. There were roaches and too at night in my room. The key didn’t work when I checked in the staff helped me to get into the room and fixed that issue. This place needs more maintenance and pest control.

The not so good stuff: the shampoo needed to be refilled, it was nearly empty and there should have been a body wash but instead it was just a typical small soap bar but shampoo and conditioner were full size dispensers, the hallways look a little scary remnant from previous owners neglect I guess, ice machine broken, we didn’t have breakfast there just didn’t look too good ended up going to Dennys.

The stay was OK. I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have a microwave in the room. Other than that it was pretty decent. What I don’t like is in a whole week and I still have not got my deposit back. I constantly call the front desk they don’t answer. I talked to the reservations. They called the front desk. They don’t answer call customer relations they pretend like they don’t hear you on the phone at this point I’m going to dispute the deposit charge because it’s ridiculous. A hotel that never answers The phone is unacceptable.

I was charged $50 security deposit but never refund after I left, now I have to call my credit card company and open a dispute claim, they never give the receipt, so I will need to open a dispute without any prof of the charge. Too bad.

A couple of the staff members that I encountered were extremely nice and helpful, although there wasn’t much help needed from them. The room however, was terrible. At a quick glance, it seems fine or at least average. But when the toilet paper hanger fell off the wall and the water dribbled from the showerhead and there was a portable air conditioner inside the room among other things, I realized I didn’t enjoy the stay much at all.

Refrigerator freezer is frozen where you can’t place a small bottle of water. My guest opinion is the company needs to invest and new management and staff and hope they can save this company. For my bug issue the hotel informed me I have to call Expedia and file a claim for a full refund I did this morning. I have video & pictures for my issue with the hotel.

The room had noticeable repairs and the walls need a new coat of paint. The shower tub had rust. There was also a lot of blonde hair on the floor and sink. The air purifier/humidifier needs to be changed every day. The google and Expedia website needs to be updated, there is no gym access. I never check-in. I have a reservation and at the time of my arrival they told me that the hotel was full. sold my room.

They gave away our room reservation after vans warped tour concert. They even held our bags for us because we tried to check in but they didn’t have available rooms at the moment because it was before 3. Front desk guy seemed helpless at 1AM and said this had happened 3 or so times before.

The toilet shot water from under the tank whenever it was flushed, the shower either was ice cold or scalding (with no in-between), the fridge was clearly dropped from a 4 story balcony and then dragged through the parking lot (it barely worked and was scratched and dented to hell, with shelves that didn’t fit/hold). The door to the room stuck, so we would have to tackle it like a football player to be able to open/close it, and there was no security latch on it. The AC was not operational - instead there was a mobile unit in the room that was set to 43° just to ensure maximum output to be comfortable. The only highlight to this property was the fact that we had electricity, and that there was seemingly a nice (and working) firestick plugged into the TV. It functioned purely because nothing else was available and/or affordable, but even this was priced too high for what we got. Would leave negative stars if I could. 0/10

Room was disgusting. Holes in the wall. Had to slam door to close. Mold on the wall. Cracks all over walls. Front desk woman was lovely! Only stayed not even an hour and left. I will be expecting my money back!!

The room had mold around the outlets. There was a secondary air filter in the room that you had to continuously dump water out of. If the bathroom door wasn’t closed the room was unbearably hot. Ice machine wasn’t working anywhere in the hotel. Hotel front desk wouldn’t even sell us water because the “pos system was down”… no daily room service (clean towels, make the bed etc.) There was makeup all over the walls and doors from the previous stay. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Booking was successful and confirmed. When we arrived to check in (at 5pm) they told us they were “sold out” of rooms and could not honor our paid reservation. They gave us no alternatives or help. We had to find accommodations ourselves last second which caused an unexpected expense. Being in town for EDC without the hotel reservation you thought you had is terrible. The property blamed it on “third party booking sites” and “the property not going through bookings fast enough to confirm the reservation” but they had almost 2 weeks to “confirm” our CONFIRMED reservation.. I have NEVER had an issue with hotels.come so I believe the hotel oversold their availability and turned away the guests who had secured rooms at a cheaper rate. WILL NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER. the “cheaper” rate is not worth the stress of being left without a room last second.

When we checked in we were waiting in line for almost 20 minutes. During that time a man got up from a chair in the lobby 3 times and went behind the counter to help the 1 other employee but never helped check people in. We were in the room for 10 minutes before going to dinner and saw 3 cockroaches. After dinner we saw about 30 of them all over the room and the bed. They were coming from everywhere. We had an early flight and it was 11 pm so we slept in my truck. Also the bathroom door was broken, there was no secondary lock on the front door and 1 of the lights started flickering even though we never turned it on. This property is disgusting and the staff obviously doesn't care about providing even decent service. I will be calling expedia for my money back. Hands down the worst place I have ever stayed

Room was dirty the shower had a loud noise with hair everywhere, A/C and refrigerator had a loud noise we couldn't sleep .Guest smoking and out on the staircase. The housekeeper was very nice and helped us mostly we getting extra towels .And location was perfect .But everything else was horrible.

It took 2 hours for them to check me in to my room, once I got to my room I seen roaches running on the desk. There was dead roaches in the fridge. The rooms had an awful smell to them.

The rooms were disgusting. We actually had to switch rooms because when we checked in the rooms had not been cleaned there was still garbage everywhere. The beds were not made, and it smelt like mold when we got to our next set of rooms. The shower had mold coming out of it. The tub was detaching from the wall. It had a very musty smell, and we turned the air air-conditioning down because it was so warm in the room and it never cooled down the room. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Please book somewhere else! This place was terrible, for one because of the condition of the room. The bathroom door was installed so poorly we couldn't even close it and it was ripping the door frame out of the wall. The fridge was dirty, the floor was peeling up, there were stains on the shower curtain, and the room smelled like mold. And secondly, because after we already checked in 2 hours ago they gave our room to another couple and they walked right into our room thankfully we were dressed. I'd understand if it was a cheap hotel I booked but almost $100 for this is crazy. I will unfortunately be requesting a refund.

they didn't check us in until 930 at night. Our room had to be changed three times we had to sleep in mold and roaches we even found roaches in the refrigerator and the freezer. There was no phone no garbage pail no toilet paper. There was water damage flood on the floor. The air conditioner kicked in all night. The door wouldn't lock we felt unsafe there was mold in the shower and overall it was just a disgusting, horrible unpleasant day.

I will say that the cleaning staff were very sweet, but did not speak English, so to communicate with them you had to know Spanish. The biggest issue that I am now having is that you are required to put a $75 security deposit down on the room upon check in. No big deal. However, I have yet to get that back AND I have since seen another $50 charge on my other account. My sisters and I literally just used this room to sleep in. We were at Universal all weekend.

They gave me a dirty room with mold. I asked for another one, the other one they gave me the bed wasn’t made so I went back and ask the man in the front desk if this was all a joke. (Indian, tall and nasty attitude , hold my passport with 1 finger). Fast forward he refuse to refund me because I sat more than 2 hours in the first room, mind you I did not notice the mold/smell/and the tub until I was ready to shower. So I start going off saying I need my money, they called the police and gave me a trespassing. I was on vacation, this man ruined my vacation. I have to fought Expedia for my refunds.

Broken doors, leaking water in the bathroom. TV does not work. The Breakfast was absolutely bad, no juice, no milk, no yogurt, just bread and waffles. This is the worst place that I have arrived in a long time.

Breakfast was ok. Rooms need maintenance, the faucet broke when I tried using it, there were ants and other insects inside the bedroom. One of the rooms had a strong humidity smell. No hand towels or phone to call reception to request them in one of the rooms. It is a cheap hotel, so you get what you pay for. I travelled from Canada, 5 of my credit cards did not go through, for no aparent reason, it might be black listed, and they don't accept cash payments.

Needs improvement, the tub wouldn’t drain properly, the shower and faucets were loose. The elevator creaked and had a loose tile when entering, also slow to align. There was water damage infront of the door and fans were placed in hallway. The furnace made the rooms smell like burning. Pool is small and the only breakfast they offer was waffles , bagels and muffins, no eggs no sausage or bacon no protein other than yogurt if you go early enough for it.

When I first got into the lobby to check in, it was hot and stuffy. The lady at the desk was very nice and gave me my room key. We go to our room and the first thing we noticed was how musty and moldy it smelt. Anyway, onto the bathroom, the toilet did not flush so we went to the front desk and let them know. Without hesitation, they changed our room. In our second room, the minute we opened the door we are hit with a musty smell again. We looked past that, I went to take a shower. Lo and behold, the shower doesn't work. Back to the front office I go. They switched our room again. This 3rd room once again smelled disgusting, but the toilet flushed and the shower works. This time the bed was disgusting. I pointed this out and they got someone to change the bedding. While they did comp me $20 for the inconvenience, I would NOT stay here again. There was bugs, and mold.

The room had cockroaches. They gave me another room, and it also had cockroaches, even in the bed. The nearest receptacle didn't work, and the bathroom door didn't close properly. When I arrived that night, they didn't clean the room. They only brought towels and left the door open, even though I told them there was a man using drugs nearby. They could have robbed me.

DO NOT STAY IF ALLERGIC TO COCKROACHES, MOLD AND PAINT!! THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN. Power Lock on door broke, had to wait 5 hours before opened and had to move to another room. Water running across bedroom floor from AC unit. Housekeeping came with a broom and towels to clean it up then left me the broom and towels to clean it if it happened again. Which it did. Tub faucet fell of the wall when turning the shower on. My daughter’s bedroom the shower did not work at all. No power in the electrical outlets by the sink in both rooms. Bathroom door handle was broken and could not be closed. The toilet in my room kept running and it was because the flat could not close due to a piece of ribbon tying the chain together. My daughter killed two cockroaches in her room. Housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms. They open the door, walk in, walk out and spend 30 minutes on a phone call then lock the door. Housekeeping also go around with a small paint roller and paint to touch up any marks on the walls and also RoundUp to spray for the cockroaches. We left two days early as could not stay there any longer.

The check in and out was very quick which was okay, but the facilities in the room was not very comfy. The aircondition was way too loud and WAY too could! and when we tried to turn it up the floors got wet. The bedsheets was somewhat dirty and the curtains were ruined. Also, we found lots of hair in the bathroom. The housekeeping were very nice tho. They helped us with a very big bug in our room. All in all not a nice retreat! Also there were creepy guests that kept looking at us when we were trying to enjoy our stay at the pool.

No one at the front counter, ever. Had to always ring the bell. Keys did not work when I returned. Didn't provide WiFi code. WiFi went on/off constantly. Door to my room, and to elevator were so tight they needed to be SLAMMED! Didn't clean my room on my second day. Phones did not work, had to use my cell phone, and the person who answered for Quality Inn was rude and abrupt. I said I had two questions, first, what is the WiFi code - then he hung up - I called back and asked if I needed a parking pass and he said no and hung up. Wouldn't it make sense to give a card or sheet with the basics like WiFi code, no parking pass required, what time breakfast is available, the basics? I received NOTHING. Terrible experience, simply awful.

Just a bad experience overall. The rooms are not what they appear to be on the internet. The rooms felt dirty and smelled of mildew. The beds looked "clean". The AC worked good. The biggest problem was the internet didn't work. I called the front desk at 12:30AM as I had work to do, we just got in around 11:00PM and needed to finalize some documents. I called the front desk and was told that some of the rooms don't have internet and to check the front desk in the morning, I did, no internet. I had a seminar to attend, got back around 5PM. Still no internet, we were put into another room, still no internet. This had gone on for 2 hours, finally I just asked for a refund of the nights I already paid for and I would get another room. He said I had to talk to Hotels.com for the refund. I did, and they okayed the refund but the front desk guy charged me for that night as well! He said because it was after 7pm, he had to charge me! I said that was not right! He then kept being a real jerk, he would not talk to me and said he had "other customers" to take care of. He then walked away and didn't answer the Hotels.com operator, not once but twice to get that "charged" night refund. I finally just left.

The location is great however the hotel itself not so much. There were homeless people sleeping on the stairs. Mold in the bathroom and room itself. Wet floors therefore they had a dehumidifier. Strong musky sorry smell coming out the room. No communication about the amenities whatsoever. Definitely a low level hotel and it's a shame because the location is great.

The area around has good entertainment and food options. The hotel itself was overall dirty, key cards constantly did not work well, bedsheets and towels were stained and the pool was full of dirt. The shower did not drain well.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. It’s near pretty much everything which was great. The room was decent but had a weird smell an a bunch of peoples AC units were leaking outside the rooms. Our key stopped working 2 times for an unknown reason, I know another couple had the same situation cause went down to figure it out together. Front desk staff often weren’t at the desk, you’d have to ring the bell to get someone out there. For a few nights it was ok but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.

1st room we got the toilet stopped flushing so we moved to a different room. The male clerk that checked me out was sketchy about the deposit, just trying to tell me you’re fine. And I said no I need my deposit back. I called about this deposit after I made the reservation and they told me I would get it back when I checked out. I asked why they didn’t tell me that when I called to ask and he got an attitude. He told me it would be 5-7 business days. After him being sketchy, I was concerned I wouldn’t get it so I said if the money doesn’t hit my f-in account I’m coming back. He rudely asked me not to cuss and I told him to F off. To which he told me to F off and then followed me outside to continue to cuss at me call me a $lut and a b!tch. Saying F off as you’re walking away doesn’t warrant being followed and further cussed.

The hotel's offer was for $36 and charged an extra $9 for insurance. Upon arrival, we had to pay another $10 fee and a $60 deposit, which they only refunded after about three days. For all that money, I could have stayed at another hotel with more comfort. The bathroom shower was completely broken, and there was a strong musty smell in the room.

While I stayed there for one night the room was dirty, bathroom nasty. And the charge an extra fee. “Service fee” of 10 bucks. If you’re looking for something really cheap and you found this option you’re fine. Now if you can look something better paying a little more I would highly recommend looking for another place.

The property is under renovation, but well kept. we enjoyed the peace and quiet this property provides in the middle of Idrive. It's near everything. Overall it was a great experience. My family would definitely be back.Thank you for taking care of my family.

The included breakfast is a selection of bagels with Philadelphia , toast, serials, yogurt pots, bananas or oranges, make your own waffles and a choice of apple, orange juice or coffee which is a simple starter breakfast but not nutritious. The hotel is rough around the edges and could do with a little attention to detail like fixing cosmetic snags and collecting discarded waste around the property. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had adequate space with effective air conditioning but lacked attention to detail and consistency. If you want a cheap stay and don’t mind a place that is in need of maintenance with only the basics give it a go

I was moved to three different rooms on my vacation. The first night I was given a key to someone else's room. The second room had a water leak in the floor. They moved us but forgot to put my info down for that room. Then my room key was given to someone who try to go in at 3 in the morning.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked into the first room, I was met with a strong, foul odor, no towels, and no working internet. The TV didn’t work either—of course, because there was no Wi-Fi connection. I had no choice but to use the washer because my kids’ swimming clothes needed to be cleaned. I bought detergent from their vending machine (which was outrageously marked up—$7.50 for something that costs $1 at the dollar store), only to find out the washers smelled terrible and didn’t even work. Completely unacceptable. The fridge in the room was filthy, and when I went to the front desk to ask for towels, they said they didn’t have any because they “needed to wash them.” Excuse me? How do you run a hotel with no clean towels available? After all my complaints, they finally moved me to another room—and it was somehow even worse. This room had roaches, the fridge had stains again, no towels, non-working outlets, TV still not working, and the tub faucet barely had any water coming out of it at all. To top it all off, I broke out in hives after sleeping in their bed. I can’t even imagine what was on those sheets. Every time I brought up an issue, the only solution offered was, “We can change your room.” At this point, it’s clear the problem isn’t just one bad room—the entire hotel is a nightmare. Do not waste your money or your time at this hotel!

Within our first hour there, i was calling down to the front desk to ask for assistance with room change due to dirty sheets and bugs in the room. The gentleman moved us right away to the next available room. That one wasnt much better. There were more bugs in that room but at least the sheets were clean. My daughter and i bought bug spray the next day. The AC unit started to leak in the room. I notified the attendant the night that it happened, he said he would let maintenence know. I met the manager the following day and made her aware about what has been happening and she apologized and sent the maintenance guy up within minutes and housekeeping. The air unit was fixed and linens were changed. The internet did not work throughout the building and elevators weren't working until the day before we left. I spent over an hour on the phone with expedia agent letting them know about the situation and it was to be fowarded to the property mgmt. When i notified the mgr on the property about this, she immediately went to look. I understand new ownership has taken place but, it may have been better to renovate the property entirely and then open back up. Initial reviews when i booked showed 5 stars, after checkin and further search, showed 2 stars. This place has potential but not at the moment.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome close to all the restaurants and attractions. I wiil stay here again.

I had stayed at the quality inn on Jamacia court before and I thought I knew exactly what I was getting. However when I got there the hotel moved to the other hotel next door. When I got there i couldn't tell where the check in entrance was also the floor was very wet an i almost fell. There was not carpet to wipe your feet from the rain and so the floor was very slippery. But I got to the room and I thought it was so nice. Updated and the Tv was really updated. Then I got to the bathroom and it was horrible. The sink had a huge crack and the botched the repair instead of just getting a new sink. The wall looked like they painted over mold. The bathroom door didn't close. Th toilet was disgusting. Oh and I was greeted by roaches. I really liked when they were at the other building. The Location of course is great but I don't think I would stay there again unless i have no choice.

I won't stay at this hotel again. They never cleaned the rooms, they refused to provide clean towels, and the TV didn't work during the four days we were there. And the lobby's customer service is terrible. The Arabs are very spoiled. You have to be careful not to be charged more than the amount indicated on the hotel's website. I don't recommend it, nor will I go back.

TV didn’t work they tried to fix but never worked after first hour of working in room, it’s a nice tv though big screen. The elevator smelled sticky and odd. The lobby smelt like cheap cologne. The front desk guy, an Indian fellow I believe, was very consistent on his phone and his attitude was poor. The manager was doing a good job trying to ensure things were alright, but overall the property could use a facelift and the rooms definitely need improvement. The fridge in the room I stayed in was worn down, one of the pillowcases was still dirty/stained.

It's a decent hotel. Just to inform you it's best to get breakfast before 8:30pm if you want waffle mix (it gets depleted quickly)
