This is a very functional property due to its location and efficient check in and check out process. The staff was good. Worth the time and money spent.

The only negative thing or experience I had was that the room had no microwave or refrigerator and I was lodging on this property for 2weeks with my elderly (87 years old) father and that would have made a huge difference being that we had to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner outside ( restaurants which can become very expensive for 2 motel guests. If we would have had a microwave and refrigerator our meals would have been a healthier choice and least expensive. Because we could have grocery shop for healthier choices for food for the length of stay. And I was in a handicap room which did help for my handicap elderly father.

When I got there, they said my motel rooms were canceled. My reservations were canceled. I never canceled them so I had to pay a 130 some dollars for each night. Then to me and telling me that my reservations were cancelled

Do not stay here. This hotel is beyond absolute anything was ever a motel day that I’ve ever seen anywhere else. This is a vagrant hotel. The staff is incredibly rude to pay in customers. I don’t know it’s a vagrant hotel they do nothing to help you on any of situations in the room, which start as this bug cockroaches from the vagrant living in the room leaking into other room no towels when you ask for towels and if they give you towels, they look like they’ve been used in a Car Wash toilet paper. They doll out one a day and you must walk at the property to get another toilet paper if they have any shops nearby or None avoid this hotel at all cost. Do not stay here.

On my hands and knees cleaned the floor. Put a wax melt on. Nothing helped. Slept. Woke up to a family of 50 roaches, basically translucent running around in the tub. After killing them all so my family wasn't infected, I tried to go to the office to say something. It was locked with other people also waiting to complain. My family and I left for a better place. Made it about 10 hours of a 3 day trip. Wasted the 300 here spent 550 elsewhere. Was terrible. Absolutely avoid. Should be condemned.

Yes everything was great

I initially gave a horrible review, the TV was not working the first day/night. Had to wait til day two since they had to order a new TV and were not allowing us to move to another room due to already being there an hour. That was still upsetting. No trash cans in rooms. We saw 2 roaches during our stay, ewww. But the manager was kind enough at check out and comped us the first day/night. Which was greatly appreciated. Other than that you get what you pay for. It worked for a short stay.

Worst nights for sleep in my entire life the beds were spraying and horrible staff was drilling holes going to go off and I was on the phone stuff was banging and feeling walls every wall connected connected to my room. The management was the worst I've ever experienced in my life I will never stay in motel 6 ever. Replace the whole staff of motel 6 there was a worse I ever come across not one time did they clean my room or give me fresh towels absolutely nothing I asked for I couldn't even get Ice somebody from the ice machine because they only keep it open at certain times to their convenience.

Zero! The front desk staff was deplorable we checked out a day early checked out early 10am and they refused to refund the night because front desk said a manager had to process that and didn’t know when they’d return? The building itself was fine but the staff was terrible.

Staff seemed nice but no follow through. It was loud. Couldn't communicate with desk. Never got the microwave that was supposed to be in room and was requested. There was a loud beeping noise for over 2 hours in the morning. Left a complaint at the desk still waiting for a call from management .

For starters, the room was not"ready" to check-in till after 9PM. The room was very dirty and had actual trash on the bed. The minute I walked in, I walked out and went to the front desk. The smell was very bad too.

This was the nastiest place I have ever booked. I did not even stay for more than 10 minutes and they kept a full day knowing that the property was filthy. I came in and set my bags down and started eating. Went to use the bathroom and there were roaches everywhere. Set back on the bed to contact customer service and roaches start crawling out of everywhere. Completely disgusting I was greeted with a rude old lady at the front desk. The roaches really sealed the deal. I’ve never been to such a hole in the wall in my life, prostitution drunks, and drug deals all in the same area I will be contacting my bank to dispute the one night that they took payment. I have already disputed the other day with Expedia so disgusting. Media rejected the first review I made trying to silence me in this situation. This hotel should not be on the site. I will keep posting the review.

The bedding was dirty, there was blood spots among other stains on the bed.. rooms were dirty and stunk of cigarette smoke and smelt very musty/ moldy. Check in took over an hour. The door to our room didn't shut properly. Rooms were overall dirty.

The room had an ubearable ordor which made it impossible for me to sleep inside the room. I slept in my car. Also the room did not have a fridge or microwave as advertised.

Rooms are ok but very unprofessional a lot of screaming cursing.. I have book with them multiple times and the rooms that I reserved for are never available.. we reserved for a two-bed and Mic and fridge.. we end up with no Mic , no fridge ,me and my husband had to sleep on the floor.

Room was musty and everything was broken. No working toilet, tv that was stuck on and had to be covered with a blanket just so we could sleep. Staff was unprofessional, on the phone talking about murder and robbery. Followed me on foot from the office in the middle of the night to ask for my card. Someone cornered me in the lobby and tried to sell me drugs. I wish I was exaggerating. It was so bad, we packed up and left. Told the staff we were checking out, but they lied and said we completed our 4 day stay in order to ensure I didn’t get a refund. This place shouldn’t even be legally allowed to host guests.

The motel overbooked. We didn’t even have a room avalible. The staff was rude and turned us away without even checking the computer. Reservations mean nothing here.

the Clerk didn't give back my license there was a Homeless person charging his phone in the lobby and behaving coo coo. I got Distracted / disgusted and didn't realize it was missing till morning. all she had to do was call the room. Some o the building is falling down. dirty and just nasty. the Room wreaked of smoke. and was visibly un clean. A/C barely worked.

Super gross. Had roaches. Microwave didn’t work. Looked like it was in bad condition. Room was updated but it looked like everything was just painted over. I was trying to call the front desk but it kept ringing and no one answered. I contacted Expedia to get in touch with the front re the issues and they told me to call the front again or go up there physically. So when I went, I requested a refund which she refused stating I had been in the room for over 15 minutes already. I was never informed of this rule. She told me to come back in the morning, which I couldn’t because I was there for a wedding. So, I called the manager Sunday morning and I am now waiting on the refund.

They didn't give us the room with the fridge and microwave and when I complain that time they said you didn't book a room with the freezing microwave. Well this is basic requirement in every room. Nobody was coming to clean the room even

My son stayed one night and before the night was over he had to go get bug spray for the roaches running around. That made it worse and they poured out of the cracks in the walls. I had booked him there for 2 weeks. They refused my money back. So they are a dirty place as well as thieves!

Our room was tidy, but had sticky surfaces and smelled of cigarette smoke. Beds were hard and pillows thin. Staff was friendly and helpful; and dogs were welcome. However, we would not want to stay there again and don't recommend it.

My stay was absolutely horrendous. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, there was an overwhelming infestation of roaches, and water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling. To make matters worse, the police were on-site, people were smoking right next to my room, and someone had even covered the smoke detector with plastic. That place should be shut down—no human should have to stay there. I had to leave, but fortunately, they agreed to refund the two days.

When update a room the hotel could not give it to me

The floor, particularly in the bathroom was filthy. There was no stopper in the bathtub so I could not take a bath. The stopper in the sink was broken.

Don't stay here. The extra 50 dollars elswehere is worth it. You WILL bring a roach infestation back to your home. Disgusting, trashy, horrid, and downright impoverished.

These people obviously rent a room without caring that it meets the basic standards. They must have known when cleaning about the clogs and about the strong cigarette smell. I paid 80 dollars to spend a night in a stinky room without even being able to shower. I didn't even go ask for a refund because I know how it would go, based on the attitude I was met with when i informed about the smell. Stay away from this place.

Lobby was closed on the day we arrived. A note said to use the night window. We arrived at 7 pm and waited by the night wi dow for 20 minutes. 4 other geoup of customers showed up and waited in line. I was calling the frobt desk to no avail. I called the reservations line and they also kept calling the frobt desk until finally the employee arrived and explained that she was "on a break". No note or anything. We got the key and walked into a very musty smelling room. There were only two towels and we're a party of 4 so went back to the front desk to adk for more towels only to be told that there aren't any spare towels available. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for

The whole property reeked of weed. I was staying in a non smoking room, but the moment i entered i was met with a pungent smell of weed. Drove back home the same day because i couldn’t stand the smell and cleanliness after a concert.

I woke up to roaches in my room not just in my room but on my bed smh.

In the morning I killed 2 more roaches and saw a lot of small ones around my shoes and backpack. I was late for work and didn't check out in the morning. After my shift I went back and asked for a check out, I stayed only one night of 3 I booked. They said I was not eligible to refund because was close to 7pm. I left because I refuse to stay one more night in that room.

Staff is very unprofessional and made exuses about my refund they lied and said they never received payment and that they never seen me or my family when i stayed 2 weeks prior to this issue. They rob people of their money and over charge. They lie amd make excuses to take your money and dont refund you. Staff very disrespectful. The keys to the rooms often stop working i went to get the key rescanned to get in the room where my belongings were told me they cant do it because i wasnt. Aregistered traveler but took my payment and id then said i never registered even tho iwas staying there already . Cops in and out of there due to staff robbing travelers and drug activity.

Had to open the main door to let Fog out. 3) Finally no staff was present during checkout and office was locked. Had to wait for 45 mins before slipping the keycard under a door before heading out. Miss Regina at the front desk needs to be trained in customer service. The first room I got had rust in the bathroom which grinds my skin, I went back down to ask for a different room, she was like that room is one of our best rooms, if you don’t like the other one I’ll just refund you back your money. She had an attitude for no reason at all.

Every part of our stay seemed to inconvenience the staff. The whole first day of our stay we were attempting to receive towels, one staff member told us to "just ask tomorrow". Our reservation was for 3 people, but in order to receive a third towel we had to turn in a used towel. The beds were not queen size even though we booked a double queen room. The two full size beds were too big for this tiny room. When we woke in the morning, we started seeing roaches crawling out of our things. The bathroom door was water damaged to the point of not shutting and the walls were so thin we could hear the old man in the next room microwaving food and the woman to the other side vomiting all night.

They never change anything on the bed, they don't bring the toilet paper we finished , they don’t come pick the trash And no microwave or refrigerator Every food I buy is thrown away Every time I call they tell me tomorrow The next day I asked to change the room they did not accept This is the worst experience I've ever had at this motel...that's why I won't do it again thank you

The previous reviews are lies!!!! This property and surrounding area is absolutely disgusting. We rented 2 rooms and checked out as soon as we were able to find another place, the rooms smelled of cigarettes and mold. Bugs in the beds and bathroom. Stains and cigarette burns on the sheets/comforter and homeless men right outside the property hollering at my girls and myself everytime we went in/out. Black mold in the bathrooms and disgustingness on the wall AC unit. I could go in and on! If I could give this property no stars I would. I will be requesting a full refund!

The bed was like the floor with a sheet on it. One pillow per person. When asked for another pillow, staff said they had no more available. There is a bug problem. Some equipment in the wall made a loud noise every ten minutes or so all the time. It was a non-smoking room but smelled heavily of smoke. Alot of homeless people entrenched around the property. The parking lot flooded with rain overnight to almost become impassable in the morning. Stay away.

Room I requested last time I was there was not available for me. Even thought I reserved it several weeks ago. Gave me another with no working TV programs, paint in the tub and roaches on the bed. I asked for my money back, so at least she gave me an out.

When we checked into the room, the toilet would not flush and the handles were broken off of the bathtub so you could not shower. When something was said to staff, they told me it wasn't their problem. They didn't have another room. I physically had to fill up a bucket and dump it down the toilet bowl to get it to flush.

A two night stay. The outside is like a low income residential living. People outside like they all know each other. The afternoon receptionist was not listening and just kept saying that there was no available rooms when I had a reservation. The lobby smelled like a person bad sweat. The room looked clean, but I walked from the bathroom to the bed and my feet’s were already black because of the dirtiness. Was not able to sleep well because of other rooms that were loud, and like I said before it looked like they knew each other. And the worst part was that there was men at night asking if he could sleep in the room if he paid to us $50 for 2 days in a row. My experience. Not the same at all from the last time in 2009. Everything need to renewed and clean.

Terrible experience. I arrived after midnight and they would not let me check into my room. They said that after a certain time all reservations were voided, so essentially I paid for a room I was never able to use. I demand and deserve a full refund. I would NEVER recommend this hotel.
