    When we left Didn’t get the room I reserved. No refrigerator. No nothing in the room. The hallway smelled like cat urine and there was human feces in the swimming pool. People were checking out as we were standing there to complain. Will never go to that place again.

    Definitely not your long vacation spot. Extremely small room, bathroom door falling apart, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, sink not attached to counter. Ac worked great but sounds like a jet engine turning on every time it starts. For a single night stay only type of place.

    Door was open already upon arrival to room very sketchy then there were people loitering outside the property also very sketchy ice machine was only on the first floor was located on the 3rd floor had to take elevator on an adventure to find then I notice a out of service sign on the 2nd floor elevator door wasn't sure if I may get stuck on the elevator so just took the stairs anytime I had to step out lighting in room was terrible and bathroom floor was soft when stepping on it a lil bit of caution was took didn't feel to comfortable

    I wouldn't recommend this motel to my worst enemy. It is absolutely unfit for operation—filthy, foul-smelling, and reeking of mold. Everything bad in the world seems to be found in this place. I stayed for just one night, went down to the front desk to request a refund, and moved to the hotel next door—the Wyndham Garden Orlando Universal / I Drive—which was spectacular. I wouldn't recommend this motel to my worst enemy. It is absolutely unfit for operation—filthy, foul-smelling, and reeking of mold. Everything bad in the world seems to be found in this place.     Horrible, this guy had 2 bullies dogs in his room barking all night. Fighting with his girl and slamming his door 349 all night. And to make things worst I believe he's a squatter. I want a refund on my stay, I didn't sleep all night.

    Toilet leaked and soaked bathroom floor.there fix was towels every day to soak up water,beds were from the 70s,springs coming thru,pillows were as flat as pancakes. elevator was broke. No trash cans in rooms.had to take trash to parking lot trash can. pool was not usable.the city shut it down.only occupied by people living there or people using 3rd party apps not to be mean but the people staying there were not the cleanest .please spend a few dollars more and get a hotel that you will not regret and cause you to have a bad Florida vacation.youve been warned

    The location! The smell and look of the Motel was nasty. The carpet in the hallways looks like they haven't been cleaned in about 20 years or longer. The elevator was not working and after reading other reviews it seems it has not been working for months and bringing your luggage to your room is not pleasant . There was no microwave or mini fridge in the room which made buying things and keeping them cold or buying food that you might want to heat up later is out of the question. It also seems like it has people that live there and has been living there for a long time.

    Amenities mentioned and shown in pictures in their listing were not available and was not disclosed to me. Having a pool and absolutely no use of it, what a waste. Not to mention no WiFI for days. The only thing this place advertises on its sign out front as an amenity. I had ripped towels and a cigarette burned blanket on the bed. It smelt of wet dog and weed the entire stay. Due to to their long term guests they have at the facility the cops showing up on a daily basis for some reason or another made it oh so enjoyable to relax. Hope you sleep deep as well because if you are near the lobby or a long term guest good luck. The thin walls you can hear everything and everyone. Loved hearing the worker overnight talking poorly about all the guests.

    The property smelled like mold. It had a strange odor. Also we were directed to a parking lot to access our room, knowing that we had a handicap child in a wheelchair and there was no handicap accessibility to the sidewalks so we had to walk around the whole building . The hallway carpet was so filthy. It was black .will not stay there ever again.

    Well...arriving here and checking in was uneventful but the elevator wasn't working and the pool looked really green so the pool wasn't available either. Told me to go around to the backdoor and use my key card to get in. The overwhelming smell of skunkweed was just, well making me think there was a dispensary on site. Tried to use my card at the back door but it just stayed red. Well one of the nice medicinal users informed me the door was broken and just pull it open, in which opened easily. Get upstairs to my room and walking in, the room looked like it could of used a fresh coat of paint 10 years ago. Paint was peeling off of the bathroom door and the beds have a matress that use a metal boxspring frame which creaked like it was going to break and give out. The room was a non smoking one but apparently no other patrons respected that and the wonderful aroma of cigarettes and Marijuana was just permeated all throughout. Door didnt seal very well but i noted the cigarette smoke coming through the vents. The staff were nice and helpful when i could get them to come in from their smoke breaks. I didn't need an alarm for 6am i woke to singing of dancing of adults watching their favorite cartoon show. Walls apparently are very thin. I then decided on going ahead and booking another room in another hotel even though i had booked 3 days here. Just think the excitement and the safety conditions and the ability to pass a drug test when I get back to work were factors on my leaving

    The room that’s pictured on the booking site, IS NOT the room I was given. I reserved a king size bed, but when I arrived, I was given what look like a full size bed in the middle of a room where I could touch the walls from the middle of the bed. The rate I was given during reservation, was increased by $100 when I arrived. The entire hotel had an awful marijuana smell, that the front desk laughed about, and told me it will go away. The restroom wasn’t big enough to turn around in, and the tub looked like it was detaching from the wall. Needless to say, I pray I NEVER have to visit this hotel again.

    It was terrible. We arrived to learn that our reservations was canceled and we didnt receive any notice about it. No apologies or sympathy. They were able to get us rooms however, the heat system was loud, turns on and off throught the night. The toilet had alot of flushing power which was good but extremely loud. We were never told that we needed to bring our towels to the front desk for new ones. You get one roll of toilet paper in the room. We had to go ask for clean towels and was told that we needed to bring the used towels to the front desk from 11-5 only and you could only get 1 roll of toilet paper. The towels we recd was 2 full towels and a bunch of face towels. We had 3 adults during our stay. Also, the key card kept failing, so we had to reset the key card daily. The elevator was extremely slow. The worse part was seeing cockroach on the last day of our 5 day trip. We will never ever return to this hotel. The Absolute worse!!

    The worst experience I ever had in a hotel. The hotel is in a very poor condition. The hallways have a terrible smell, the elevator doors got stuck, the room keys never worked and the receptionists were rude when we requested to reactivate them (yes we kept them away from cellphones and magnets) only bar soap in the rooms. We stayed for 4 nights and the rooms were never cleaned. I requested to take away the trash and refresh the towels and it wasn't done. And the worst is yet to come... There were roaches in the room!!!! Through the 4 nights I killed +10. We kept everything inside our suitcases as we were scared. It was disgusting. The receptionist promised someone will go and spray the rooms with insecticide but that never happened. I could not change hotels cause it wasn't on my budget to pay for another hotel last minute, but if you're planning to reserve, I strongly advise you NOT to!! It was a nightmare.

    The room was “clean enough” and outdated. Both rooms smelled like a mixture of unfinished basement and flood water (I had two). They claim I booked the wrong room (a single bed w/ a refrigerator and microwave) and then when I showed them my booking I was informed they downgraded my room because they no longer had the room available without notice. When I booked a second time I was informed I purchased the wrong room again and when I showed my booking a second time I was told to book the room that had double beds and only the refrigerator. The booking I purchased was double beds w/ microwave and refrigerator so I was confused. Every question was met with annoyance. This booking cost more than my original accommodations but with the limited amount of microwaves + fridge combos I didn’t want to lose them but apparently this was not the right booking even if this is what my room had in it. My last booking was cancelled where they claim I was put on the DNR list since my first day after they made me purchase another room. which make 0 sense.     When we got to our room it smelled like dog pee so bad and the had the window cracked so they knew the room smelled so I asked for another room and the lady asked why I told her and she tried to say it was probably the Chlorine from the pool she said I don’t have another room with a refrigerator and a microwave so I was like that’s fine even though I paid extra for that I will do with out the hallways and the next room also smelled but not as bad as that first room. The hotel needs to be remodeled and if they are going to let people stay with pets without paying a fee they need to take out the carpet in the hallways or get it cleaned monthly so it does smell inside

    The list is quite long.. what's unable to use the bathroom because I was too early to check in even though I had prepaid through this app.. i had a fight for a parking pass so that I could go to the concert that I was in town for because it was before three o'clock. Got a call at 430 while.I was at the concert evidently telling me that my hotel reservation was being canceled which I didn't find out until I showed up at midnight. Show up after struggling to make it back to the front desk lady, saying that I had no longer had a room because they were overbooked.\nEven though I had talked to the front desk person before I left and they said I was fine as long as I got there before three a m. They finally gave me a room on the third floor of course , the elevator was broken and the entire place smelled like mildew or pee or something they were trying to cover up. Room was okay. Surprisingly, but did wake up with a roach in the shower?All the carpets in the hallway had bad stains.People talking outside my room until three or four in the morning. Also a little strange , when I showed up , it looked like there was an entire homeless camp in the back when I went to go turn around.

    A complete dump! The hallways reek of urine and the rooms are infested with roaches and other nasty bugs. I must’ve crushed at least 4 roaches within 20 minutes of being in the room. Woke up to see one drinking from a droplet of water on the bathroom floor. One was hiding in the shower curtain. Was moved to a different room on a higher floor and it also had bugs popping up in there too. Do NOT stay here for ANY reason or circumstance!! There’s a bunch of odd, suspicious, and unsavory, rough around the edges, folks that stay here long term. This place is disgusting, shameful, and NEEDS to be COMPLETELY DEMOLISHED!!! If I could rate it a zero, I would.

    I didn't look at the pool as I was so busy with the theme parks and local spots. This location was absolutely perfect with everything at your doorstep! Wifi was perfect too! We were able to pay to stay for a late check out which was incredibly kind. Thanks for having us and I hope you continue to do a great job :)

    The hotel is in a great spot—just a 1.5-mile walk to Universal Studios, with Denny’s and IHOP nearby for easy dining. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly.     Then like I said it’s completely insane and unsafe, the front desk found a room for me. Inside the room I found out it hadn’t microwave and fridge… that I already paid for those. I told her about the missing stuff and she said I didn’t pay for those. Then she said let me see… after she saw something in the reservation notes. I showed her my reservation and finally she gave me another room with microwave and fridge. Another thing it’s not nice is they don’t take your luggage neither before or after your stay… so you can go to enjoy the theme parks… the most important reason people traveling to Orlando. Another thing the room smells like dog room.

    Rooms weren’t clean sheets had stains and when I asked for new ones they said they didn’t have any the phone didn’t work and the mini fridge was nasty inside I was going to the pool and it was dirty stuff at bottom of pool and debris all on water in pool the worst motel 6 I ever been to and I always a always stay at these hotels when ever I got to plan a trip not happy at all I would like a refund or some sort of a discount I know that not gonna happen you don’t care about your customers you care about money so I don’t know why I’m even bother.but I’m not happy with that hotel stay

    I am not satisfied at all with neither the staff or the room itself. Unfortunately I don’t know why I have been charged twice for my stay. I reserved the room online with my cc but at the moment of the check in we used my sons’s credit card to charge the night. We ended up been charged on my credit card and my son on his. Nobody could give any help, they said to talk to the manager that of course since is Sunday she isn’t there even though they told me at the moment of the checkout that she will be there any time today. Called and of course she isn’t there that I need to call tomorrow. Because of that unfortunately we are short of money because we live on a budget. Let see if I resolve this tomorrow since is a full night that they are charging.

    Latanya has a attitude problem and doesn't take care of property. It's spider and roach infested. Never have towels available and questionable characters always outside. Don't pay her $2 Expedia fee and she'll kick u out or if you write a review about her she'll make sure u don't stay here again but that may be doing u a favor.     Got kicked out bc I gave my honest review of my experience from the miserable GM at this location. She treats ppl nasty sucks her teeth at you and just a ugly person inside and out. Beware there is roaches galore here, spiders and random homeless ppl at this location. We like wyndham better but we wanted to avoid a deposit but like they say you get what you pay for and this location is complete garbage. Only come here if its your last resort, maybe not even. Location in Kissimmee has a more empathy, GM prides herself in her property so no roaches, random bums or spiders.or mold at that location. Avoid this location at all costs. You will regret it just like I have.You've been warned unless u like being talked down to and love roaches.

    Nice front desk agents minus the sassy gm. Area little shady due to the random questionable looking people outside. His property is just another Hotel shelter where you see people living out of definitely not a place for touristy people. Found roaches spiders bedding very cheap mold I mean you name it looks like Motel 6 just collects money and definitely doesn't put it back into the property. Very disappointed in the quality I believe that Motel 6 was a two-star property but after staying at this location definitely a zero Star Property. Only come here if you're homeless and even then I think other places would be better maybe Extended Stay America they at least have full kitchens. Motel 6 do better...

    Latonya is miserable, unhappy with her life condescending and hates her job. She is a horrible nasty OLD lady. Her energy is like a dark cloud of misery and depression. Make sure to pay your $2 balance before 11 or shell threaten you. Also included in this environment is roaches, spiders and random dirty street people hanging out front.

    Wasnt allowed to check in cause my girlfriend didnt have an i.d. it was my room under my name and did list there was were 2 adults nowhere have i ever in my life have been "REQUIRED" to show i.d. for everyone in my party NEVER in my life so if my 10year old son was with me we couldnt check in cause he dont have an i.d. either nor was there anything listed upon booking about everybody needs to present i.d. honestly i think it was the manager just being racist cause the original guy was gonna do it and she came out of left field looking at me sideways saying my gf needed to show i.d.

    My remote for the TV did not work, Rose made sure everything went smoothly. Mike, who works at the hotel helped out as well. These two are amazing. Sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, towels were clean, outside my window. I could see my car. Plenty of parking. Air conditioner worked. Room was nice and cool. There was no issues, the property was pretty quiet. I saw a lot of guest bring their animals so I guess they are animal friendly, there was no issues with any animals., The hotel is quiet. The location is perfect cause you’re close to everything on international Drive you could either walk or drive.

    My stay was overall pleasant—super comfy bed and cold A/C made for great rest! The location was a big plus, close to plenty of great spots. However, cleaning could’ve been better—leftover soaps in the bathroom weren’t ideal. Also, having to reset key cards daily was a hassle for a longer stay.

    Pretty run down. The staff was fantastic. The hotel itself though is super dirty. There was mold all over the bathroom, people obviously live there and it didnt have a "safe" feeling at all. I expected bare minimum quality for the price, but it wasn't even that.

    The place posted no smoking all over, yet it stunk like weed/pot. The rugs in the hall were stained and stunk. Roaches in the bathrooms (big ones). My key card had to be reactivated 5 times. When asked If i can change to a cleaner room, I was told that all rooms had roaches. Staff just didnt seem to care. The elevator was out of service twice in 1 day, and then again the following day. No pride.

    Dirty, piles of dirt, bugs, smell, mold on ceiling, we had hand prints covered in oil on the head board and oil poured all over the mattress, so take a guess what that was about. But don’t worry they put a sheet over it. No bedbugs which shocked me. No smoking but reeks of cigarette and pot. This hotel is clearly a hot spot for activities that are less than desirable. I have stayed in my share of bad hotels but this one takes the cake! Worst thing was I payed close to $100 for the room!!!!

    On the second night, we returned to the motel after being out for a few hours and discovered that our key card had been deactivated. When I approached the front desk for assistance, the staff member dismissed the issue by suggesting I had kept the card near my phone—which was not the case. This response felt dismissive and unhelpful. Later that same day, we attempted to exchange our used towels for clean ones, only to be told that we could not receive any because the laundry was closed. I have never encountered a hotel that denies guests clean towels due to laundry hours, and this policy—or lack of accommodation—was both surprising and unacceptable.     It was a decent stay but people being loud through out the night , smells bad in the hall ways, carpet in the hall way looked pretty bad with large stains, smells of people smoking “stuff”- coming through the bathroom vent. The entry card had to be reprogrammed 4 times- so I get to my room on the second floor and I cannot get in, had to go down the stairs have the card programmed then return to the room… that was an inconvenience.     Now, the first room I was given was a horror scene when I opened the door. Beds were pulledacross the room with bare mattresses. Trim was falling off the wall and the room was generally filthy. We originally had plans elsewhere the week prior but had to cancel last minute due to an emergency. We booked this place as a last resort to not lose our entire vacation after losing hundreds on missed the previous booking. If we had not just finished a long consecutive drives for our trip and weren’t so exhausted, we would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. We stayed 3 nights total. The beds are pretty old and pillows are like flat pieces of cardboard. One nights when returning from Universal, we were met by three police officers responding to some sort of incident in the hotel. We listened to several couples in screaming matches throughout our stay. One night we had a block party in the parking lot with loud music and people carrying on until early hours of the morning. We have two small dogs and some of the people here just let their dogs unleash and harass mine in the lobby. I had to literally tell them to get their dogs because they just stood there smiling. We killed several water bugs in our room, there were dried boogers on the bathroom wall, rusty tub, exterior building doors are not secure, and in general there are some weird looking people here and I suspect some drug usage. This place reminded me more of a creepy hostel.

    The television was already on when we first entered our room. We did not touch it and left it on when we checked out. The other patrons were extremely loud, and there appeared to be multiple arguments that occurred in the hallways in the wee hours of the morning, making it difficult to sleep. At one point after spending the day out, our room key didn't work, and we told the front desk, who informed us that we were accidentally checked out. They were able to check us back in, but that should not have happened.

    Upstairs neighbors kept us up well past 4am . Our checkout was 11am. We were not offered compensation. Drug addicts and hood rats all over the place. Barely felt comfortable enough leaving my car parked outside. There was no smoking allowed on premises yet everyone was smoking cigarettes and marajuana.

    The staff were great and the location was great. My daughter waking me up at 1am to kill cockroaches was not great. I stayed for 3 nights and killed 8 roaches. I went to a nearby Walmart to buy bug spray. Housekeeping did not come in to empty the trash or give clean towels. Overall, will not be going back.

    The property stunk. It smelled horrible. The bathroom toilet was all stained up. Elevator was broken, and the stairwell we walked up and down was so unclean. What made me really hate this reservation was that I kept seeing roaches over and over in my room, and had to ask them three times to do something about it until they finally did it because I complained that I spent money just to have to sleep in a room full of roaches. I’m just glad it’s over so I never have to deal with this ever again. I only picked this because of the price and the Google reviews seemed decent.

    I didn't get to stay there !! I was delayed 2 days in UK so I messaged the Hotel to tell them I would be arriving 2 days late. I even said I didn't expect a refund for the 2 days I wasn't there. When I arrived they had cancelled my booking and denied all knowledge of my message which was sent via their website adding that the reply I got was just a generic "bot" response.

    This hotel is pet friendly and not for humans. They are not keeping a clean environment despite the animals. The hallway smells like urine. My curtains looked like a crime scene it had rust or blood stains on them. The tv was hanging on for dear life. The vents smelled like dog and mold. I was there on business and I hope no one stays here on vacation unless they have a pet. The hotel is one step better than sleeping outside.

    I felt racially profiled. I booked my room late that night and when I arrived the lady with the whit hair perturbing though her chin n a mole …. She was counting silvers with her back turned to us and she heard us saying goodnight n she never responded which was very rude. Then she proceeded to count money like she intentionally wanted us to wait. Then she comes to us and says she doesn’t know why Expedia allowed me to book the room because they don’t have any rooms available. Then she says here this is the cancellation receipt call Expedia to get a refund. She didn’t assist us with the call. I find it very hard to believe that the entire motel all of the rooms were booked. She look at me n my boyfriend like we were filth. We are from the Bahamas n we are never going back to Orlando n we will tell everyone on social media about our experience there at that motel 6.

    They were very rude at check in. She did ask for id of everyone over 18. I handed her my id and drilled me for the rest. Even after I said I was the only one. And she verified the reservation for 1. She still wanted more ID’s. The tub drained slow. Musty smell. Run down. Hallway dirty. Little water pressure. Rundown room.
