My daughter and I loved staying at the Mai Hana! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great, and Kobe is next door, and you can get it delivered to your room!! It was quiet, we were on the top floor(4th floor) corner room. It's 2 doors down from Fogo de Chao, across from Icon Park! Less than 2 miles from the Convention Center. We will definitely stay here again!!

It had king-size beds available and the beds were nice. The showers were absolutely horrible. It was a very dated hotel. They put me right next to the elevator so the hallways were loud and at night it reeked of marijuana.

We really liked the location, and friendly staff. They were very nice and gave great advice. The space was really comfortable and spacious. The housekeeping services. They had stopped coming to the room to fix the bedding after the 2nd day. We also had to call a few times for housekeeping services. We found out about the stopping of housekeeping services and that they would only be providing towels and taking trash from one of the housekeepers.

Staff was excellent. House keeping was done every day with no additional cost. The location was perfect with a lot to do all around.

The location is very good on international drive, very close to Universal Parks The cleaning staff accidentally took one of our shopping bags containing several newly purchased items, including a volleyball and some clothing. The bag was partially covered with several plastic bags that we intended to keep for storing supplies for our park visits, so I believe this was an honest misunderstanding. What was most disappointing, however, was the way our concern was handled by the staff. We had to raise the issue three or four times before a manager finally came to speak with us. Even then, no meaningful effort was made to help resolve the situation. The only response we received was that we could contact the police, which was not a practical option since we were on our way to the airport. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I expected a much higher level of customer service and a greater willingness to assist in finding a solution.

I liked the view. When we arrived in the room, the floor was wet, and all the security did was put a towel over it. Something I could've done myself.

Good location. Breakfast was good. Older building, needs upgrades. Washers smelt bad. Rugs dirty. Worst of all, our bedding was worn out and the blankets were covered with black hair. Had the bedding changed and the blanket still had black hair stuck to it. Not enough towels, had to go down to lobby to get more daily.

The breakfast was amazing! Very convenient to Disney and Universal, shuttle service was excellent! Staff was very friendly and helpful and a lot of fun! Our room door kept getting stuck and we had to push hard to get in. Not a big deal.

Clean Partying all night, loud music, loud voices all night. Told staff it was going on the first day we arrived and it continued every night. At 1:30 in the morning had to call and ask what was going on that this was the new clientele and it was horrible. The staff just didn’t care that this was going on all night. If there is a security guard, he must sleep at night. I cannot believe this is the new hotel. I went in cancelled every stay I had booked here the remaining part of the year. We will never be back!

So I really appreciate the location of this hotel. It is right in the center near Icon Park. The location was amazing but the service was not amazing. The hotel is set up more like a motel so if you are accustomed to a enclosed space then you might not want to go here.

The hotel is more of a motel. Rooms are fine but bit dated. They have air con (noisy) fridge and coffee making facility. Our room was overlooking the pool which is not staffed and does not close until 10pm. On a positive note the staff are all great, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is basic but fine, It is warm but can be heated in the microwave. Hotel is perfectly located for the theme parks and numerous places to eat. This is a budget hotel which is fine for a night or two but a week was too long. Our room was overlooking the pool which is not staffed and does not close until 10pm. There were feral kids screaming until then while parents chatted somewhere not caring that their brats were disturbing everyone. Other rooms face the busy roads on two sides of the property with the related traffic noise all night.

Yes, hotel the front desk was very friendly. Very nice. I love that. They had a little golf course for the kids by the pool. The rooms were clean. There’s so many restaurants night attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great. Next to a lot of restaurants and public transportation. The room was very spacy and the AC was working perfectly. The staff were great, a shot out to Ms Christina Martinez, she was wonderful and very helpful. I wish there are more people like her working on the front offices of other hotels. Ms Martinez's daily smile and welcome made my stay feel better. Unfortunately, the room was not well vacuumed when I checked in, as there was hair on the floor. The mattress was awful, very uncomfortable. I had a backache during my whole stay. Breakfast was the same every day. Surprised that they charge a $5 fee when you receive a package.

Nothing The description of the hotel on this website was false. It is rundown and had people sitting outside of the rooms smoking and doing drugs while blasting music! The rooms are extremely small and dirty! There are bugs stuck inside of their towels and you can’t turn on the shower! As soon as we got into the room we left and went to stay at a different hotel.

I felt like my door was open but it wasn’t. We only got like 7 channels on the TV. So that was boring and the breakfast was a little underwhelming.

got a double room. The beds were really small. Time smelled very musty but as a package and fell undersold, the pool was closed. The daytime staff was great. The evening stuff was awkward. Ordered groceries from Walmart, but they disappeared.

The breakfast menu included many items. The television options were limited to mostly sports or cartoons. The location is great and close to everything. The staff pushed this to 5 stars, friendly and accommodating. Hotel is dated but clean, AC was nice and cold. You don't need a car but they have plenty of parking. We would stay again.

The location was great, within walking distance of icon park and many restaurants. The hotel is okay for the price, but it is a bit run down. The door to our room would get stuck and made it very difficult to open. The toilet did not flush properly. The AC unit and extractor in the bathroom were both very loud. Our room was near the pool area and you could hear everything going on right outside, including people talking and being extremely loud until 2am! The breakfast was not good. On the plus side, parking was included and had ample spaces. Also the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Amazing Close to busy street

The location is great you can see a lot of Orlando right next to universal and the worlds largest McDonalds. The hotel was cute and had nice sitting areas and a cute pool. The room was clean and cool not too hot for Florida. The shower curtain doesn’t reach the floor so the floor would get wet.

This is definitely a 4.5 star hotel. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The mattress was wonderful! The breakfast was outstanding! However, I could not give this hotel 5 stars for a few reasons. First, you need to bring ear plugs. Our room was facing International drive and the noise was EXTREME well past 2 am. Second, in our room, you could not get the sink faucet to give you hot water no matter how much water you wasted waiting for it to be hot. Strangely, the shower water did get hot. Finally, all 4 pillows in our room were old flat pillows. Yet, I have to say that based on the price, I would stay again, but I need to bring earplugs and my own pillow.

The stay was wonderful, everything was clean and they came every day to clean the room. The breakfast was good and everyone was very friendly. I want to thank Cristina, the manager, and Ivania; they were super professional. Everything was pleasant and quiet. The only downside was the pool; the water was very cold. They should install a temperature controller for the water, but otherwise, everything was great and within walking distance, like Icon Park Point and Pirate Golf. My family and I are very happy. I recommend it and would return again.

Breakfast was ok, had everything you need, rooms were clean and basic. Service was great and friendly. The only negative i would say was the resort fee of $19/night which wasn't communicated, as i believed when booking that all fees were included. Otherwise nice stay.

Pretty nice room, though the room with the couch had no AC unit, so once we closed the door to the bedroom, it became a bit of a sweat box. I appreciated the breakfast, the drink vouchers, and the general Oriental aesthetics.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay a spa fee that was not disclosed when I paid the hotel on Expedia. As far as I understood, all the fees were included in the pack price. The front desk said I had to pay or cancel the hotel reservation. But overall all the other staff members were very friendly and polite.

I booked for my Husband and I, for our anniversary. The place was perfect, the supervisor Christina was so welcoming. She went above and beyond, the room was decorated with swans from towels and paper hearts on the floor. Christina was so sweet and accommodating, very professional and courteous. I’ll be back hopefully soon 💜

On the positive side, the staff was excellent and very professional. They did their best to help, and together with Expedia, they worked with me to issue a refund since I had to switch hotels. I really appreciated their efforts. However, I also discovered they were charging an extra $45 per night, which was never stated in the policy. On top of that, breakfast was a letdown, the waffles were hard and frozen, and the scrambled eggs were watery. While there are things to do in the area, the overall condition of the hotel and the unexpected charges made this stay very disappointing.

The only have a room for me on the 4th floor but ended on the 3rd floor. I was not supposed to move around much. The elevator was broken I was told by the receptionist. Besides my age I just had surgery during the day.

Overall, the room was clean, but there were some minor issues. For instance, the facilities were a bit outdated. The toilet tended to leak, and you need to make sure it's fully closed; otherwise, the water in the sink will keep draining away. The shower faucet was not very secure and could fall off if not used properly. The elevator broke down today. Of course, I didn't have much luggage, so climbing the stairs wasn't a problem. Also, the resort fee was not shown. You need to pay this extra . All in all, it was still a relatively pleasant trip

Pool out of orddr, had to use another hotel. Elevator out of order. Was told my 50.00 was a security deposit, later to find that it was a hidden resort fee never mentioned

I had to go up to the fourth floor using the stairs to access my room. There was no security in the parking lot.

The only downside was that the elevator was out of service during our stay, which meant lugging suitcases up and down stairs — not ideal, especially with kids. Hopefully that gets fixed soon, because otherwise, this place is a gem. Would definitely recommend for families and anyone looking to be in the heart of the action!

Only thing that was not working was the elevators, so we had to walk up and down the stairs (stayed on the 4th floor). Other than that, the hotel is very good all around.

The hotel itself was great and the breakfast that was included was amazing!! The only downfall is that we were on the 4th floor and the elevators were not working. We also had a room on the side of the building facing International Drive and it was so loud all night long. Cars and Motorcycles would rev up their engines until 2am. Obviously not the hotel's fault for that, but I would stay again and just request an interior room.

9:00 a.m. on Sunday morning someone started a drill and it took a complaint downstairs to make it stop. And 9:15 housekeeping knocked on the door and opened the door! If I had not had the security lock they would have been in my room. The whole experience was bad.

HIDDEN FEE! When booking with Expedia there is an additional fee that you must pay at check in. It’s no where listed on Expedia or when you book through here. All you have to do is call Expedia and complain and they will talk to the hotel and only then the hotel will refund you. Besides that everything else was good.

Hotel is close to all the shops you can walk around... didn't like that the hotel elevator was not working when we arrived and we were on the 4th floor. But great and economical option of a hotel

Staff were very helpful and I had a problem with it fixed it very quickly. It was nothing serious but they fixed it very quickly and would stay there again and would encourage someone else to stay there. Oh yeah, their meal the breakfast that is I thought it was very good

However, besides no elevators and wet floor floors next to the shower, our room was lovely. Everything was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Also, they have an outstanding breakfast in the morning!

Room was decent for the price, a lot of walkable options nearby, front desk staff was accommodating whoever, elevator was broken and had to walk up 4 flights of steps to the room and one of the white comforters was visibly stained.

Property is in a perfect location to walking distance to Icon Park. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The shower water was not hot and the water pressure was terrible. The room smelled of bleach which was ok but loud. The door handle almost fell off and the door was jammed so hard to open. Stayed one night and it was great for location but I would not stay longer. The elevator is not working so be mindful.

The lift only work once during my 5 days stay. The hotel needs to include airport shuttle, tooth brush and paste as well as body cream into her services.

Staff was super cool!! No rush for check out Awesome stand up full mirror door! Only dislike was the laundry room was small. Only 2 washer and 2 dryer. I didnt have to wait at all, and this didn't effect me in any way, but I'm sure if people were using the washer/dryer it would have made me bummed

Since we checked in very late there was nothing left to do but, sleep with the lights on and hope no one gets sick from swallowing a critter. Could have been because we were on the first floor corner unit. Room was very damp with humidity and the bathroom

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The hospitality makes it feel very comforting and makes the stay worth while. Woild recommend to others. *2 Thumbs up

Property was pretty well kept. Housekeeping made the bed and changed the towels daily. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was decent. I couldn't have found i nicer priced hotel near the convention center.

The rooms are clean and well kept. We had a coffee pot, fridge and microwave. The gym was well equipped. The breakfast buffet in the morning was good and fresh. I have no complaints. I should stay here again.

Good hotel with a fantastic location. Walking distance to ICON Park and trolley pickup located close to the hotel. No access to streaming service though I asked ahead of time but there is cable in the rooms. It was nice to have that since we were traveling as a family and didn't want to be out late. The breakfast was something different each morning and enjoyable. Staff is very friendly. Hibachi is located next door if you're into that. Would stay again!

A/C was nice and cool and parking was free and we never had to search for a space. The breakfast was good, loved the pastries/bagels/muffins and I'm nothing without my morning coffee. I agree that the shower curtain was too short and water puddled on the floor. I could not figure out the TV, but we had Spectrum News on when we were in the room. I would like to thank Yani at the front desk for great customer service!

Room we stayed in was noisy. First time staying at this hotel and was not extremely impressed. Saw a few roaches last day of stay.

The front desk and housekeeping staff was very friendly overall, though the night auditor lacked a bit in customer service. This was my second stay at the property, and unfortunately, it wasn’t as pleasant as the first. We found some hairs on the sheets, and the room was quite dusty—which was especially difficult for us as allergy sufferers. Additionally, we were charged a resort fee simply because we booked through Expedia, and that was the only explanation provided. That said, if the cleanliness issues are addressed, this property still has potential, thanks to its friendly staff and convenient location near restaurants and nightlife.

Breakfast was complete and also delicious. The entire personal is friendly and nice. My kids enjoyed the pool and the mini golf. We had a great time in the hotel.

No hay WIFI. Solo eso.

Cons: Unit facing the street is noisy. Sinking mattress and old toilet bowl with slow flush should be replaced. Repeat the breakfast menu every day with a limited selection.

It was an extremely dirty hotel. I cannot explain how uncomfortable we were in the room. Everywhere was full of hair, short dark hair. We cleaned for quite a while and still felt disgusted. The room smell was musty. I cannot belive this hotel is rated 4.2. Very disappointed...The only good thing about this hotel was its location.

Nice clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff. Walking distance to so many places. We didnt drive once while we stayed. Safe environment and the complimentary breakfast was more than expected. Would definitely stay again!
