They gave me a room with no AC charge me for it. I tried to get my money back. They refused to give it back. The hotel is awful. I wouldn’t stay there. Don’t waste your money. They tried to convince me as an adult that a room said at 60 when I walked in was at 80° to my knowledge and lied and lied and said no no no it’s set right it’s perfect. Everything‘s fine until finally they gave me another room but charge me and charge my credit card and lied to Expedia and did not refund my money.

The room was large, comfortable, and had been remodeled at some point in the past couple of years. It was fairly clean, although I found hair that wasn't mine in the shower. It had a nice fridge, hair dryer, closet, phone chargers and a comfy bed. The parking lot was really full, and there was a bus group, so parking might have been difficult if all the guests had cars. The common areas were a bit worn by time. There was only one, slow elevator, which was fine except for busy times like morning breakfast and check out. Breakfast was better than average, with basic scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, and some iffy sausage. Location is great for UCF or a concert at Additional Financial Arena. No restaurant in the hotel or close by, but lots of choices about a mile away. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When I got to the hotel, both of my AC units were broken. They were set to 60° which the room should’ve been freezing. I notified the staff. They said that their service technician wouldn’t be in until the morning. I did not go to a manager as I should’ve, and in the morning, I went to the manager to try to get a refund for that night due to the broken AC, which they agreed was Broken. They switched my room the next day.. I was still charged for that night, which was a miserable night due to medication‘s. I take that make me hot in the room was 80° plus. Also I’m disabled and it was an awful experience. I was trying to be convinced by the staff that the ACs were working perfectly fine until I said you come up with me and tell me that this air-conditioning unit is working at 60° and they refused because they knew the room had issues and I was disrespected, and it insulted my intelligence. I was there for my son‘s college admission and it ruined my entire day, making it near impossible to walk that campus with a few hours of sleep at best. I was refused a refund but relocated the second day which doesn’t make it any better.

Location was great to my event at UCF. Breakfast was also good. The AC not working just ruined my first night.. Told front desk about 2 hrs after arriving and Told me they would check and fix if necessary.. We left and came back in 3 hrs and they told me it was fixed.. Went back to the room the ac didn't feel cold but gave it time hoping it would kick in at some point but fell asleep until midnight where I woke up drenched in sweat.. The room was super hot.. Went back to front desk which had a new assistant who went to the room and confirmed the AC was not cooling.. He then gave us a new room the ac was good there but I had already lost rest and sleeping time where I needed to be fresh and rested for my event.. I doubt the first assistant a guy even checked if the ac was working.

There was a live cockroach in our first room but they gave us a new one right away. It is an older property, at least it looks that way. It is an ok property but I would not stay there again.

The hotel room was very clean, we stayed two nights and they cleaned up in between, making the room always feel clean as we arrived. We wanted something close to UCF and it was a 4 min drive until Parking B garage.

This is my only complaint, the breakfast was bad. Nothing tested good. Coffee wasn’t hot, eggs taste bad, bread wasn’t good. Really need to improve the breakfast.

It’s a more dated property. Especially the bathroom/shower. The regulator in the shower needed adjusting due to the water being extremely hot almost immediately when turning the handle. Which also caused the water pressure to be low since you could not turn the handle much. Maintenance did not address the issue while we were there. The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable.

Rooms were clean and spacious and the air-conditioning worked great. The two young men that we dealt with at the front desk on two different occasions were fabulous and very very helpful. The breakfast I would only give it a 2.5 at Best the eggs and sausage were really bad. The waffles were good. The coffee had a weird taste and parking was an issue. We had to park on this a lot Across the street and for someone who has a disability that really sucked.

We just stayed the night for a concert, but the room was clean & we had everything we needed! Only thing I could say to improve on was the eggs and sausage at breakfast 😂 La Quinta is always excellent with the breakfast options but these were items were cold biting into.

Breakfast was okay. Not the greatest selection. One of the gym equipment was broken. We found a used condom in one of the trash cans. Didn't have a chance to look at pool and hot tub but it looked nice. Parking was limited as they use their property for rental cars.

The employees and the location We had problems with the air conditioning; they supposedly came to fix it, but it was still malfunctioning. Finally, they had to move us to a different room. The bathrooms were in terrible condition. They were disgusting and clearly lacked maintenance and cleanliness. The shower head has so much calcium that the water doesn't even come out properly. I didn't feel comfortable using these bathrooms; I ended up wearing my sandals while taking a shower. The photos I took were of the two rooms where I stayed.

My biggest complaints were with the room. There was a stain on our curtains that mostly resembled blood. Our showerhead was completely disgusting and so clogged up that water shot all different ways, including outside of the shower. The temperature indicator on our shower faucet was broken so you couldn’t tell which way to turn it for hot or cold. Once we found how to get the water hot, it was extremely hot, to an extreme level. The emergency phone on the elevator had a door that was broken. The lights on the elevator did not work properly.

Arrived for a 3 day stay and TV didn't work, dried blood on the sheets and noisy fridge that froze our drinks. Front desk attendants were told of the situation. Nothing got fixed, sheets were not changed etc. Sold out, so no room change. We recieved $33 off our bill. LOL! This was going to be our go-to hotel to visit our son at UCF for the next four years. Not now!

Had a great stay here. The King room was spacious and really nice. Has a mini fridge and a microwave. The staff was great, very friendly. The pool was clean and also very nice. Breakfast is your typical hotel basics, eggs sausage and cereal/waffles. My only complaint is the elevators were super slow. Other than that it was a great stay!

One the best features in the room was a recliner chair. It is rarely seen in hotel rooms but is a GREAT addition. Many have chairs that are often uncomfortable but this chair was excellent.

Had a fabulous stay! Rooms were spacious and very clean, staff was so kind, and facilities were great. They also had one of the best complementary breakfasts I’ve seen in awhile! Also loved how dog friendly the hotel was — it was our first time traveling with our pup, and they made the experience smooth and stress-free.

The location. I cannot believe you charged us $400, 1 night, for such a basic room. Unbelievable. I will never use booking.com again. Highway robbery to me, that was a $150 room TOPS. Plus it had a huge stain on the carpet and the chairs were dingy.

With two daughters at UCF this is the most convenient hotel in the area. I've been staying here at least twice a year for the last 7 years. we bring our pets with us and its always welcoming.

Price, staff and location are great! The shower in the bathroom is very old, and the shower head needs to be replaced. All the water is forced out through a few holes.

The AC kept the room very cool. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean when I checked in and when I came back after being out for a few hours.

My go to hotel when visiting my son at UCF. Great value, location and amenities. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu was very good. My only complaint is that the eggs and sausage were always cold. All 3 days the cooked food was cold. Stay was great as room was clean upon arrival.

Our room was very nice and clean. It was laid out in a practical manner. The staff was nice but you should learn a few Spanish words to get what you need if you stay more than 1 night. Breakfast was good but you had to get there before 0900 and some people don't around that early. Also the cover over the warming dish for the eggs was labeled with a confusing sign over it and the warm eggs didn't get covered so they were cold but still tasted good. Warm is better though. The air conditioning in the room was fine although I like it more like 72 degrees than 63 degrees. I turned ours down and it was very comfortable. The LED light over the microwave started flickering so the attendant on duty scheduled maintenance to tend to it the next day. The maintenance man was very kind and efficient and fixed it with a new lightbulb. It was a comfortable and very enjoyable stay for 3 nights. Thank you!

Beds were super comfortable, staff very efficient. Location worked well for us. Comp parking was a plus. The bathtub was old (we have stayed here before and I was surprised) - and the shower was hard to turn on - one did have to turn it off tightly to avoid a drip.

There were a few quirks: The toilet in the bathroom was quite low and could be difficult for an older person to get off of without help. The hot water from the sink and shower taps was very hot, which could be an issue for children. The in-room fridge froze the food we brought until we were able to turn it down. The breakfast bar had multiple options available, but the choices were the same almost every day. I could choose between scrambled eggs and sausage or fried eggs and sausage depending on the day. I am gluten free, so the cereal, bagel and waffle options were off limits. The TV plugged into a wall socket where the power was off when the entry light was turned off, so we had to reboot the TV every time we watched. (A first world problem for sure!) The hotel staff helped us get it working. The hotel has an overall rating of 4.6, which seems about right. It is not a five-star hotel, but it is very nice and we would definitely stay there again.

I'll start with the breakfast, which was very bad, especially the eggs and sausages. The cleanliness wasn't very good, and the window in the room, which is supposed to be for looking outside, is completely fogged up on the inside, making it impossible to see out. The service at reception leaves much to be desired.

This is our “go to” place every time we visit Orlando. It’s clean and quiet and a great value. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is our home away from home. Not fancy, but a good place to stay at the right price. We also enjoy the breakfast waffles!

I recommend this hotel if you are looking for cheap and clean. It has free breakfast and it was really good. The staff were super kind and professional. It is pretty close to everything….i definitely recommend staying here

Was in town for a concert. My check in was smooth and the room was clean, parking was a bit difficult when I returned due to minimal parking spaces, other than that I’ll book again.

Beds were very small; not queen sized and impossible for two people sleep in them.

I was actually disappointed by this day, based upon all the reviews that I read, I thought it was going to be a good hotel. It was not the cleanest, but it was definitely not the dirtiest spot either. We did find hair and all of the towels in the bathroom, our air conditioner did not work, the refrigerator in our room did not work, and the shower would not turn off all the way so we had to listen to dripping all night long. I did report all of these to the front desk that I was told someone would look at all the issues and nobody ever came to look at them. The room was moderately clean, the staff was responsive, but ultimately did not follow through with what they said they were going to do, I did not have the breakfast, and they do include free parking.

The room and facility were about adequate. I woukd NEVER recommend the property to anyone. Staff could have been off their phones while at the front desk. Breakfast was both unappetizing and underwhelming.

Disappointed about the outdated room, horrible breakfast -(this morning there was no eggs and when I asked politely if they were going to refill I received a very rude response (no). The only thing nice was the front desk staff. I chose LaQuinta because I stayed at one last week in Starkville Mississippi that was so nice in every aspect of my stay and would recommend this chain to anyone which I could no longer do now.

We were treated very well at the reception, but we had to change rooms because the bathtub was dirty and clogged. Then in the room that we got, we had to deal with the people in the room next door who began to hit each other and fight. We only stayed one night. Not a very quiet place to rest.

The room was fairly clean, which is always important. Everything felt quite standard for a hotel stay, and the bed was comfortable enough. I also appreciated that the staff came in on the second day and replaced the towels — that was a nice touch. The main issue was the lack of attention from the staff. Breakfast service, in particular, was disappointing — the coffee was always cold whenever I tried to get some, or the thermos was empty. Sometimes there were no cups available at all, and no one seemed to be monitoring or restocking. The breakfast itself was also underwhelming — there was very little variety. Another inconvenience was the bathroom door — it was difficult to open and close, which was quite frustrating.

I came to Orlando (Clergy from Pensacola) in order to attend the funeral of one of my former parishioners. Due to my flying instead of driving, I needed to stay at the LaQuinta location nearest the airport. I went back and forth on my Hotels.com online booking checking distances and shuttle accommodations. I even called several hotels to make sure there was a shuttle, which was hard to find. I spoke to Jolene, a travel assistant, several times as she tried to assist me. Finally, I thought I knew exactly where to book. Immediately after booking I called the hotel and spoke to the desk clerk only to find that I had indeed not booked the hotel with the shuttle. I have been a member of Hotels.com for more than a decade, and traveled in supervisory capacities thoughout the Caribbean and the mainland. I hung up and called Hotels.com using their Chat which is now the only way to reach them. The agent called your front desk person and was told that they could not reach the manager until 7:00 the next morning. I knew that my daughter and I had a 7:00 flight from Pensacola and that if I couldn't get the cancellation in order to book the Airport location in order to get the shuttle to the hotel, we would have a major problem. I then double-booked, meaning I booked that location using Hotels.com. That cost another $110.The hotel chain is the very same, and your management resolved the matter by the next day. Refused full refund and still charged me for the first night, knowing the facts.

i didn’t get a clean room. I have stayed at this hotel previously and received a room that was less desirable and I had to request a new one. The room I was placed in was considered disabled/accommodations and it was much less clean and upkept.

First 2 nights was a bit hard to find parking in the parking lot. But overall the stay was amazing, worth the money. Clean rooms for sure, thank you.

The staff was friendly and location was good. Had a terrible experience on the third night and could not get any assistance. We were on the fourth floor and 2 dogs started barking across the hall from us about 10:00 at night. No answer at the front desk or on the local number. Finally at about 10:30 we had to get dressed and go down to the lobby. Our calls had been put on hold. When we told the desk attendant the problem she pointed out to us that "we are a pet friendly hotel". She said we could speak to her manager in the morning. The barking continued until after 11:00 when someone came back to the room. We also heard some barks occasionally during the night. In the morning when checking out we talked to the new clerk. She told us no one could had checked into that room with pets because pets were not allowed on the 4th floor. If we wished we could speak to the manager when they got there. Unfortunately no one from the hotel ever came to check out the situation that night and no one has ever contacted us about our complaint since.

Not worth what I paid for the weekend. The room was ok, but the bathroom had no ventilation, the shower was a mess. The original equipment is there, but doesn’t work. They added a different knob that barely works. No water pressure whatsoever. A simple shower turned into mission to lather up and rinse off. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. There was a power outage and they have generators for lights. However, the air conditioning shut down and the elevators were down for hours. I was in the sixth floor. And had my 4 month old grandson with me. We had to carry his stroller, pack and play and car seat down in the dark from the 6th to the 4th floor because the emergency lights on those floors weren’t working. The pool and hot tub were not properly cleaned and the rear parking area was trash and sone other undesirable items on the ground. I can’t believe this is a Wyndham property.

The breakfast was simple but good. The property is older and needs some TLC. We did appreciate that the staff upgraded us to a suite when our TV in our room was not working properly. The light switch controling outlet by tv is a very annoying inconvience. But it wasn't a huge deal.

Staff was rude and gave us the wrong room number it was a human mistake but it was 1:30 in the morning and he had a very bad attitude about it.

I asked for early check in (11am) and was willing to pay the $50 fee. When I got to the hotel at 11am, I was told the room wasn’t ready yet and should be at 12. Needless to say it wasn’t ready at 12, 1, or 2 but was ready at the regular check in time of 3pm. To add insult to injury, I was texted at 2pm to tell me that my early check in at 11am wasn’t available! I booked a room for mobility impaired persons and was told the room was on the SIXTH floor! Why would you put people in wheelchairs on the top floor of a hotel? If there is a fire or other emergency the people that have mobility issues are trapped! When we finally got to the room, there was mold in the shower, and the TV didn’t work correctly.

The room was perfect for our one-night stay. We were right next to the campus of CFU and the hotel was clean and affordable. Would stay again.

Every thing from the desk staff , housekeeping and breakfast was first rate. We will NEVER stay at this location again even for free!

I arrived to the establishment and got to check-in no problem. Walked into my hotel room and noticed the dresser was full of dust as if it weren't cleaned properly, windows were full of dirt from the outside, bathroom door was difficult to close. I asked for another room and the front desk was kind enough to give me another room but my mom was not going to stay after she seen a roach in the bathroom. I ended up staying one more night but I ended up cutting my stay after the second night. Staff overall is nice but the place isn't the cleanest.

This was my 1st time staying at this hotel and I enjoyed it. The staff were very nice and helpful and courteous! We had an incident and the GM Gabe was courteous enough to give me a call and figure the situation out! He was very pleasant!

Everything was great except the parking. There isn’t enough parking for the people that are staying there. My husband and I had to park across the street from the hotel and we weren’t comfortable with leaving our vehicle there.

However, the biggest disappointment was the hot tub. We specifically booked this hotel for Warped Tour weekend so we could soak our sore bodies afterward, and the hot tub was completely ice cold. That was the main reason we chose this hotel, so it was really frustrating to find it unusable.

There were issues with the TV being cracked, disgusting coffee maker, Hallway vents dirty and moldy, water stains on ceilings. Property not well maintained. Took the disgusting coffee maker to the front desk, they said we will get you a new one and all they did was rince out the one I brought and hand it back to me. They did not even try to hide the fact as it was wet inside the maker. Afterwards the coffee maker still had hair in it. Also, toilet bowl was cracked inside. This was not on housekeeping. It was on management.

My vehicle was robbed in your parking lot, they took (2) motorcycles from my pickup truck. Your facility does not have any camerad in the parking lot.

I have stayed here 3 different times while in the area for work trips. Rooms have always been clean and friendly staff. Parking is free, breakfast is good, and there are lots of restaurants in the area as well. No issues whatsoever during my stays.

We gathered our belongings and exited the room as quickly as possible. The front desk clerk was apologetic and gave us a different room. I asked for a room on a floor that doesn't allow pets. Instead, he upgraded us to a suite on a pet-friendly floor and told me they don't normally assign the suite to those traveling with pets. For the rest of the night, we were still dealing with fleas in the new room. It was impossible to say whether the new room also had fleas or whether we took them into the suite with us. Regardless, with certainty, that room did have fleas by the time we checked out a day early the next morning.

Dirty, broken, toilets did not work well, the AC never cooled the room while we were there, the bathroom lock doesn't work. The room looked like a cheap motel and not a hotel. Anyway, it's not even a quarter of the hotel I used to visit with my family 1 or 2 years ago. I think we're not coming back and I don't recommend them.

For some reason my bank flagged my card that was used to book the reservation on the day I was to check in. I was flying from another country and the bank thought the transaction may not have been me. I therefore reschedule my flight to resolve to hold placed by the bank. This meant I arrived on a red eye flight and at check in informed the staff of the issue and paid cash for one night as the hold would be removed from my car the next day. This was closer to 0200hrs in the morning. I was awken by a pounding knock at the door at approximately 1000hrs the same morning, threatening to kick me out of the resort unless I made the payment in full. This was the same staff that checked me in and with whom I had shared the issue with my bank. This definitely impacted my entire stay and I am sharing so no one ever has to endure this lack of consideration or disrespect.

Another nice stay at the Laquinta! Clean and comfy room! Nice breakfast and the staff is always accommodating with my needs! Laquinta Inn has become my go to hotel when I am in the area!

I liked how close it was to UCF

We stayed here for the night of the K 92 Jam UCF! We live in Florida just didn’t wanna have to make the drive home that late at night. So this was very convenient for us as it was less than a mile from the arena. Very comfortable beds, very quiet and very spacious. Definitely will stay again for the next K 92 Jam next year. Oh!! And the free breakfast was a plus it was amazing.

It was pretty average. I've stayed at better and I've stayed at worse. The pros include proximity to UCF, the hot tub, friendly and helpful staff, and a decent sized room. The cons include a musty smell, a bed that sinks in, sticky surfaces, and a scorching shower.

The room was comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The location is very close to UCF, which is very convenient. Could definitely use some minor repairs/upkeep to spruce things up. The guide on the TV did not work, which made it hard to find something to watch. Coffee options are decent but the breakfast is mediocre. Hot options were blah powdered scrambled eggs and overcooked dry turkey sausage and a waffle maker. Cold options were typical but minimal (juice, oatmeal packets, cereal, mini muffins, bagels/toast, mini yogurt, and apples/oranges). Better eggs and sausage plus addition of a potato would be nice as would more fruit options, better pastries, perhaps some sliced meat/cheese, cottage cheese, etc. Also, the breakfast was the same every day I was there and ended really early at 9:00, so I almost missed it.

Better than the most 4-star hotels in the area.

It was an okay stay. The worst thing was the smoke detector kept chirping just past midnight, I knew the battery needed to be changed, I called front desk and was told “we can change your room or maintenance would take care of it the next day”…Google told me how to make it stop!

The pool also didnt open till 9 am not that i would of swam in it. Not like that. I love swimming and i read the reviews and most were good but my experience was just sad and disappointing especially that the room that was purchased was for the pool room and it wasn't nice to look at all. A nice clean pool and hot tub would of been relaxing hut i didnt get that experinece. The room itself was fine and bed comfortable but very upset

Our stay was very comfortable, the staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, and parking is easy and convenient. The only issue is the elevator. There is only one and the wait for it could be a little long. I took the stairs a few times.

The stay was on. Our room needs attention, it smells of mold, there’s noticeable damage on some of the furniture and walls, and the entry door doesn’t close properly. I’m giving the hotel four stars because of the staff. They were exceptional.

Bed was hard. AC was ok. There was a knob missing on bathroom door & a small roach. Its decent. Not many hotels available at that time in the area. We only needed a night.

I stayed 3 nights to visit my daughter who attends UCF. The hotel is very close to the main campus. It is comfortable and convenient to campus. Very clean and free breakfast. Our initial room was a bit hot and they moved us right away with no problem. The price for each night was not to expensive which was nice.

The hotel was nice and quiet, not near a busy street and quite seclused. We staued for my daughters Orientation to UCF. Being so close to campus was amazing. We had breakfast 1 day and it left a lot to be desired. The hotel could use some cosmetic repair in guest areas but the room was clean spacious and comfortable. Very nice bathroom and very quiet.

The exterior grounds were well-kept and the main lobby was also very well done along with the staff that we met initially. However, the elevator was extremely slow and there was no indicator light telling you what floor the elevator was on at any given time. Also, light bulbs missing in the elevator. We stayed on the second floor and it was apparent that this was an older hotel needing painting. Nevertheless the room was comfortable, but the TV in the suite did not work and maintenance did not respond to resolve this problem immediately. I was without a TV during my stay.
