Joshua at the front desk is absolutely the best! Made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was traditional but delicious, my daughter that doesn't like eggs loved their scrambled eggs. Clean room and housekeeping kept our room cleaned through tour stay.

My room was musty and very dim lighting in the bathroom and throughout the room. I love the staff free breakfast in the pool. My biggest dissatisfaction was the smell of my room when I walked in the rest of the hotel was beautiful. I would stay again, but definitely say something if my room smells bad.

The room seemed to be clean, however it was extremely humid as soon as you walked in to the room and the smell wasn't pleasant. We let staff know who informed us that they would dehumidify the room. Although it seemed to improve slightly after the service, it did not last and the room got very humid once again. Also, a little disappointed that staff did not check on us to confirm if the problem was fixed or attempt to accomodate us further if needed.

A nice stay with a modern, clean lobby and friendly service. I appreciated how quiet the room was, even being right next to the elevator. Breakfast was decent, though there is room for improvement in maintenance: the AC didn't quite manage the humidity quickly, and one of our sinks was draining slowly. Overall, a good experience, but those small fixes would make it even better.

However, the breakfast is very disappointing and offers very few options. The breakfast definitely needs improvement. In addition, the dining area should have more tables and chairs to better accommodate guests.

Every time I stay at this hotel I never want to leave. The staff is incredible and always friendly. I can’t wait to get back!! The pool is great and my daughter loves it. The staff goes out of their way to make my daughter feel special and that speaks volume.

The staff was wonderful but there were issues with room maintenance. I could not regulate the temperature and I was freezing during the whole night. That also made the bedding and linens feel damp. The first night I was there the light were burned out in the bathroom but they fixed them the next day. Breakfast, for someone who does not eat sweets or carbs, was not good. Sausage was rock hard. It they were very nice at the front desk.

The breakfast should be more varied. I liked the pool. The bathroom smelled terrible; when the toilet was flushed, it made a noise in the sink, which was completely clogged. I reported it, yet they still didn't fix it or clean the room.

The staff was amazing and the hotel was also really nice and clean! The only thing which was a little uncomfortable for us is that a huge dog was living in the room above us and it was really loud during nights when it was running, it was like an earthquake. For the future I'd recommend to pay attention to this and only let smaller animals in or put the bigger dogs on the first floor. Also the breakfast ends at 9am and if possible it could end later, because everyone started to panic at 8:30am and there wasn't any space in the kitchen and lobby for eating.

A practical problem in the room: light switches are not in useful places. You have to turn them off all the way across the room and walk in a dark room to your bed. Also as is unfortunately common, the toilet paper dispenser is very far away from the toilet. Hotel renovators need to build and test a mock up to find the flaws before they furnish 400 rooms with stupid features.

Joshua was very helpful at changing our room. The room was not what I booked. He was understanding and quick to correct on a busy afternoon.

The staff was very nice, but for a relatively new hotel, this location was in pretty bad shape. Everything appeared to be decent at first glance, but once we got to our room, things quickly became concerning. The room had a musty, mildew smell that only became stronger when we turned on the air conditioning. For some reason the carpet was damp, and the window had a sort of white moldy looking film coating it. We decided to inform the front desk and to ask for a different room. While the staff was accommodating, the new room was in almost exactly the same condition, even down to the damp carpet. Since it was very late at that point, we decided there wasn't much we could do about the situation but to stay. Unfortunately, it made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep and some allergies. In speaking with a couple other hotel guests, it seemed that this was an issue for them as well. We have stayed at several properties in the area over the years and have never encountered this situation at any of them, even older properties. I am surprised that this hotel is continuing to offer rooms to customers in this condition. I do not think we will be choosing to stay with La Quinta in the future.

Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was good, nothing special. Free parking is always welcome. Gym was nice, pool and hot tub were also clean. Room had an odd smell to it, laundry facilities were very expensive, $4 for a wash and $4 for a dry. However, the drier didn't fully dry the clothes, since it was operated by another company the hotel was unable to really assist. Receptionist was a gem had them dried for us. Breakfast is the classic US waffles and processed food.

The breakfast was ok, what you’d expect from basic continental. Doors close at 9:00 am sharp, so you have to wake up and be on time if you want any -;). Employees run a tight ship and keep the area clean. Room was cleaned daily. Everything else was great.

Amazing for a solo traveler like me. The staff were so kind. The guy at the desk my second night literally walked me to my car to make sure I wasn't parked in a location that would get me towed. I would definitely stay again.

Check in was easy, price was good! Beds could be updated. We kept rolling into the middle of the bed towards each other. Pull down blind in the room was damaged and cracked. Breakfast was chaotic and lines were so long we didn't even bother.

What made the experience worse was the staff’s response. I brought the issue to their attention, and it felt like they completely brushed it off instead of trying to fix the problem or offer another room. There was very little concern shown for guest comfort or health. In top of all there were roaches too. I expected a clean, fresh room and at least basic customer service. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others.

The room was clean and comfortable, seem to be a lot of confusion with the desk staff but they were friendly. I was impressed with the breakfast food for hotel it was quite good. However I had a cup of coffee at 6:00 a.m. it was not good at all tried twice after that to get another cup it was empty each time.

I have been to La quinta Hotels before in another state and it was our family’s favorite, thus I was a little bit disappointed when I arrived in this hotel. The floor was very sticky to start with and makes this squishy sounds every step I made with my bedroom slippers on. The bathroom smells like someone had a bowel movement and the smell lingered. I had to spray perfume. The beds were fine. No complaints. I do recommend this place if you are on a budget and just needed a decent place to stay for the night before catching a flight. It’s a 20min drive to MCO.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location to Discovery Cove but that’s not enough to withstand the major issues with the hotel. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I’m writing this review because I genuinely wish someone had warned me before I booked. At first glance, the hotel looks great from the outside. It’s newly built (2023), which is exactly what drew me in. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. As soon as we entered the room, it was clear something was off. The room was not clean! we found hair from previous guests on both the floor and the bed throughout the room. The sheets and pillows felt extremely cheap and flimsy, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. There is little to no sound insulation, which is shocking for a new building. We heard constant footsteps from the room above us all night and could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms. Getting any rest was nearly impossible. But the worst part was the HUMIDITY and smell. The entire room felt damp, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. Working the A/C OR FAN did not help. There was an issue with the hotel. It made the environment feel very uncomfortable and honestly unhygienic. While we were downstairs, another guest was complaining about the exact same issue and asking for a new room. I witnessed the front desk staff dismiss his concerns and essentially blame him for not speaking up sooner, while also saying there were no other rooms available. It was very uncomfortable to watch, especially since he was there with his kids. To make matters worse, we received a notice the next day that the water would be shut off for maintenance… another red flag that something is not right with this property. We paid for 2 nights but checked out early because we couldn’t tolerate another night and we saw how the hotel guest was treated. Between the noise, humidity, smell, and lack of cleanliness, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Only good thing about this hotel is the location to Discovery Cove but that’s not enough to withstand the major issues with the hotel. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Here’s the bottom line: If you’re in the hospitality business and you’re cutting corners, take notes. This is what happens when you run your operation with standards instead of excuses. I’d stay here again without hesitation—and trust me, I don’t say that lightly.

On the first night, the alarm clock in the room woke us up in the middle of the night. On the second, the AC did not cool off the whole room- half of it was hot and the other half was cold.

One downside was that I was expecting housekeeping service during my stay, but unfortunately, my room was never cleaned. That was a bit disappointing. The location is great if you’re planning to visit SeaWorld or Aquatica, as both are very close by. However, for other attractions or dining options, you’ll likely need some form of transportation since there isn’t much within walking distance. Breakfast is included, which is convenient, but the selection is fairly limited. It’s manageable, though I do wish they extended the breakfast hours for those who wake up later in the morning. The hotel also has a decent gym and a pool. The pool isn’t very large, but it’s still a nice spot to relax and enjoy. Overall, it’s a solid option for the price, especially if you’re visiting nearby attractions. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a 5-star experience!

LOVED my stay. Was here for 4 nights and had little to no issue. My only complaint is the bathroom. There is no ventilation, so it always had a strong musty smell. Always had great breakfast options available. Would definitely stay here again. Front staff was always friendly all times of the day.

The room was beautiful and clean! We loved they came and cleaned up our room every morning. The location was perfect: quiet area, but close to everything! Our only complaint was the hot tub was colder than the pool.

However I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was clean, bedroom and sheets were very tidy and clean. The staff were courteous, professional, and very welcoming. The breakfast could improve to offer more healthy options. All and all my family and I had a great stay. I would definitely go back.

Pros- clean, the room smelled very nice the entire time. Not like cleaner, but like an air wick was in the room. Bed was comfortable, room was a nice size. The bathroom was clean, spacious, very well stocked with extra towels and they had all the hygiene needed already there. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. Cons- parking- the parking lot is NOT big enough to accommodate all the guests, so by 10pm a lot of the guests were parking along the curb in a makeshift parking lot. Refrigerator in room never got cold, it was less cool than a cooler with ice, and that was after turning it to the guest setting and staying there for two days The breakfast was a normal continental that most hotels have, but the sausages were rubbery. The eggs were extra “wet”, the orange juice was sour, and the floor was sticky. The whole floor. Every guest was making sticky noises walking through. We were given an informational sheet at check in that stated the pool was open till 11:00, but both night we were told it closed at 7:00 so we were unable to use it. We asked for extra blankets, but they never brought them.

Property was clean, appeared newer, staff super friendly. Not a lot within walking distance-thankful we didn’t need/plan to go anywhere after our flight was cancelled.

Very spacious rooms, great amenities. Enjoyed the free breakfast, the waffles were great! However, the screen on my tv was dark making it hard to see what was on tv. There was a mold spot on one of my floor pillows. I didn’t like that when I turned off the light switch by the door, the outlets near the bed stopped charging. Fortunately there was a plug on the alarm clock could be used to charge my phone.

Last minute cancelled flight and was able to find a room through Expedia that I use for many trips. Water was $4.50 a bottle and they seem to charge fees for things offered by other locations in other states. Late departure, Later Departure even more. Pet Fee Charge. None I had to use but just of my travels hadn’t seen at a LaQuinta.

I had a reservation for a king bed room and the room we were given at first was 2 queens and the room smelled very musty. My fiancee said even standing in the lobby that she could smell the mold and mildew because it was irritating her lungs. The lady at the front desk eventually got us the right room but only apologized at the end and not when I first told her they gave us the wrong room + the smell. Our 2nd room was much better but we found out at the end that one the lamps would not turn off no matter what we did. We had to call the front desk and they said that someone had complained about it before and they thought it was fixed but it obviously was not. The lady on the phone was nice and apologetic and offered to fix it for us by twisting the light bulb which I ended up doing, but it was another inconvenience. The only pros were the bed was very comfortable and breakfast wasn’t bad for being complimentary. Will not be staying here again though

The staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Wife and daughter had to take a shower instead of a bath because the stopper was stuck up. Everything worked as it should. Some of the caulk was starting to peel in bathroom, so some touch ups are needed. One of the elevators, the one one on the right had a little bit of a bumpy ride. But overall a nice place.

I have always had great experiences at La Quinta hotels., however, there were guests drunk and screaming on the verge of fighting in the hall at 3 AM. This lasted for over 30 minutes. Police were never came, so I assumed they were never called. It was only steps away from the front desk so I know that they were heard it as well.

The room smelled musky upon entering , the bed had some hair in it , the shower leaked causing a pool of water to form down the entryway but the worst part was we were right by the hotels entry and exit side door and the door was being used all night long with load banging sounds when it was closed. This was such a terrible nights stay!! We left without even having breakfast due to being so frustrated.

Great price for a conveniently located hotel for Disney. The room wasn’t magical, but it was mostly clean. The biggest concern I have was how loud the room was. We heard loud TVs, conversations, the insane amount of times our neighbors phone vibrated. So it was ok, but be aware of the noise.

Room was clean and new. Bed was quite stiff, so thankfully I was tried from a long day before or I might've struggled to sleep. Pillows and linens were of the typical "just enough to be acceptable" hotel quality. But, the room was quiet and I got a good night's sleep, which was really all I could ask for.

Clean great service

The room was spotless, and we had room service available every day of our stay, which was a huge plus. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The hotel’s location was very convenient—everything we needed and did was nearby, and commuting to and from the airport was quick and easy. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend staying here.

There was a guest screaming and threatening another guest all hours of the night. Police were called. We were also texting 9-1-1. Front desk said we would be refunded and then in the morning there was no manager and front desk would not refund.

Staff was nice and professional breakfast could use a little bit more variety additional fresh fruit would be a nice add-on. Stayed for two days. Rooms were clean. People were friendly definitely a lot of dogs, which was fine on my end. All kept on leash and well-behaved rooms did not smell like dogs.

Clean room, the hallways smelled nice and clean. They serve continental breakfast, and the area was clean and well-stocked on both mornings I was there. The staff were friendly and had no issues during my 2-day stay.

Everything was good. The only reason I rated good and not excellent is the breakfast. If we could have had bacon more. The 10 days we stayed bacon was only out 1 time. The rest of the time it was sausage.

Overall the room was a good size, the bed and pillows were excellent, and it was a very comfortable stay. Staff were amazing. Room and bathroom lighting however was terrible.

The breakfast was good but it should have some more choices of fruits, muffins etc. The parking is not good at this hotel. They don’t have enough parking spot. If you come late, you will need to park beside the walkways which is not safe as other cars backing up. The parking needs to be improved for sure.

The pillows were very small and poor quality for a king-size bed, terrible. The breakfast had no variety during the 4 days I stayed; it didn't have something basic like bananas, which every simple hotel has. The cleaning was another negative point…. The service inside the room consisted only of making the bed (which I had already done), taking out the trash, and putting on fresh towels. Nobody had the bright idea of ​​vacuuming the floor to remove the hair that had accumulated over four days. The floor was disgusting and very dirty. There was hair stuck to shoes that were everywhere. They could use the towel changer or the mat in front of the shower to remove excess hair from the floor…. Even the mirror, which was wet because the faucet is awful and splashed water all over the sink and mirror, wasn't cleaned. I had to get a towel and clean the mirror and sink myself; it's absurd. The best part was waking up on December 31st and taking a shower with such a small amount of water that it was dripping from the showerhead… and the best part… it was cold water because there wasn't enough pressure to heat it. After an hour and a half, they sent a text message saying the water would be cut off for maintenance. First and last time I stayed at this hotel, terrible!

Close to attractions

My family and I had an amazing stay. A huge part of that was Vanessa who works at the front desk. She was very attentive and helpful during our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of space to lounge and relax. Overall we are satisfied with our stay at La Quinta and will gladly return in the future.

The room had an unpleasant smell and the worst of all they had a record for some reason that we had checked out when we hadn’t. This made staff come into the room early in the morning while we were still inside. Far from ideal and the breakfast was quite mediocre too.

Hotel advertises electric vehicle charging on site however uses a third-party and charging is not included in the room rate. This is becoming a more common occurrence in Orlando based hotels mainly in my experience do not recommend for the cost of the hotel.

I had to ask for soap, toilet paper, and tissues four times before finally receiving them in my room. I stayed six nights and they only cleaned my room one time. On a positive note that the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was just OK. I may stay here again. I’m not sure.

I called the hotel reservation before I booked the room to verify that they have a shuttle to the tinker field ( EDC festival) the receptionist he told me that they did have a shot and it was 3.5 miles away, which was not true. The staff at the hotel was very friendly but most didn’t speak English.

The air conditioner thermostats have been tampered with and throttled in order to surreptitiously lead customers to believe that the units are cooling the the desired and set temperatures. Also the breakfast options were the barest of minimum in order to meet the "free" breakfast bracket of customers. The poor sausages were microwaved into shriveled little logs that could have broken a tooth.

The breakfast wasn’t good. One of the elevators was down for the 5 nights I stayed, very inconvenient.

Overall quite good. I only wished housekeeping could clean the room before 2pm as I was back at that time and had to cancel cleaning as I needed rest on all the days.

AC had some issues such as not being able to control, the bottles of body wash and other fluids was empty. Had to get small thin soap for shower.

We just wish it stayed open a little later than 7! We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting the parks on this portion of International Drive.

Smells Very horrible (Wet) Broken fridges (All of them) It looks good in picture it’s not pleasant when you enter the room. Im not sure how this place is rated so well. So first day walk in 1 floor has a fruit smell. Check in to the room, room is clean but there is a musty lingering smell in the bathroom. No vent on the first 3 floors it seems like. That fruit smell is to make off the funky wet water mold smell. We changed the room after looking at 2 other rooms. Finally the 4 floor room had the least moldy ness funk. Girl at the front desk was helpful enough. Moldy smells everywhere, no ventilation. Incredibly musty for the first 3 floors. Hot pool (jucuzzi) didn’t work. No one was in the regular pool cause it’s was too cold. Yeah it’s Florida never thought I had to say that. This place was not it. Will not book again.

Room was clean, there was a slight smell of something that was off but it was the whole floor we were on. Breakfast was decent, there were only oranges for fruits that were available but nothing that was a deal breaker.

I stayed there’s for 3 days and the place at the entrance the smell was wonderful, and the hotel it self looks and feels clean they have wonderful breakfast. And the rooms are clean and wonderful first time and also it was ver affordable for all they have to offer.

What I did like about the property was how close it was to the parks and super accessible to restaurants and food spots especially late at night. In the other hand of what I didn’t like of the actual property, when I got there the sheets on the bed were stained, the room had a horrible odor of smoke which again these rooms “arent for smoking” as they say, there were 3 cockroaches I saw throughout my stay that didn’t even get me the urge to want to eat the hotel breakfast which me and my partner did not. Aside from the that the room was dirty as in the floors, and the bathroom wasn’t top notch either and the walls in the bathroom looked like someone just dripped paint on them from the ceiling and down

Unfortunately, the room was very musty smelling and likely moldy. A lot of hotel rooms in Florida have a bit of smell, but this one gave me respiratory irritation over the course of our stay. My husband felt fine, so maybe some people won't have trouble with it. If you are sensitive to mold, it will not be a good stay for you. Like I said above, there is a lot to like about this place and the staff is really great but the mold issue will keep us from booking again.

Room lighting is either all on or pitch black. If you turn off the bright ceiling light, no other lights in the room function. Also pool hot tub not functioning.

Lady at registration took a call and could not complete my check in for 20 minutes

My room unfortunately smelled moldy and like it was a pool next door. The room was Handicap so no regular tub and the water went everywhere so the bathroom floor was soaked. I also was disappointed there wasn’t a better selection of toiletries for soap. And lastly, in the morning there was an incessant beep that went off like a machine or something.

The property was nice. The breakfast was okay. Only toast option. No bagels on other than white bread.

The property appears to be brand new. The surrounding area was quiet and access to shopping, parks and restaurants. It has convinced me to make International Drive where I stay in the future when I visit Orlando.

I enjoyed that it was located on the IDrive near the conference center and the attractions. Loved the staff and their willingness to assist with any questions or whatever was needed.

The bathtub was seoarated from the wall and moved up and diwn several inches. While the room was adequate and clean, the tiled floors,were treacherous with the room humidity. O

Our stay was pleasant and rooms were cleansed properly every day. I hoped the breakfast would've been better and coffee as well.

The second day we were here the elevator stopped working and our last day both elevators were out of service. We had to drag all our luggage down the stairway which was highly inconvenient.

There was supposed to be free car charging, but it was a slow charger and they required a cost of $.49 cents per kilowatt hour. Way over priced. The lady at the desk said she would call me in an hour about a voucher when her manager was out of her meeting, but I never received a call.
