Where do I begin breakfast was the worst November had complimentary breakfast the lady checking us into our room in the evening was cold distant and not very helpful. The airport shuttle stops at 10:00 p.m. So he had to get an Uber and the room they put a send had a leaky sink and was very used and worn cabinetry was falling apart yeah I'm sure it's a cheap rate you're finding but you get what you pay for nowadays. If I knew then what I know now I would have stayed at a Marriott property instead they're always spot on. I've stated other La Quintas and their great so I thought this place must be good but no it must just be using the name because the lady at the front desk told me the owner is watching them like a hawk so that's sad it's really unfortunate when people own things and don't put the customer first.. I left the place feeling like the owner of this hotel is trying just to squeeze every dollar out of it

Room was very clean , staff was very good. Didn’t get to eat breakfast left early. The only complaint there really wasn’t ample enough parking nor was the shuttle available to take to airport. So we had to park at the airport.

The continental breakfast was not that great if im being honest, and ends very early. One of the elevators was broken when I was there and the other elevator was a bit of a death trap. The door needs to be repaired as it did not want to close ! It took 3 tries each time for the elevator door to finally close.

Paul at the desk was great! Helpful, pleasant, accommodating. The room was very nice & also spacious. The building is showing it's age...the hallway was dingy, one elevator was out of commission & the second elevator was beat up looking & often the door wouldn't shut right away.

Only drawback was parking was limited at the property but the very nice staff informed us we could park at the next door hotel Country Inn. Plenty of parking available there. For a short stay, i was very satisfied.

Unfortunately my room was absolutely filthy. The floors had food and debris on them, the toilet wasn’t cleaned for what looked like a long time, there was hair all over the place, the mirrors were smudged and dirty, the floor was extremely dirty. Shame because the staff was very nice and the hotel itself looked clean but the room was surely not. I don’t typically leave bad reviews but they can definitely do better cleaning than that.

No coffee, tea....the container was empty. When I went downstairs to let the kid a counter know...he tried to hand me the items to take to the room myself. Not that this is fault of the hotel, but to make matters worse there were people hollering in the hallway from about 10:30pm-12am. Just goes to show what kind of clientele this sorry excuse of a hotel attracts. Was happy they offered continental breakfast, but it was the most pathetic one I've seen. The main elevator was broken and my room was at the other end of the fourth floor so I had to drag my luggage all the way down to the end of the hallway to use the other elevator and then all the way back to my room. The elevator was also really old and dilapidated. But I would stay here again because the price was right and the room was very clean! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Shuttle runs every hour but unfortunately not past 10:00pm.

The check in staff in the afternoon was very helpful and friendly. The night staff not so much but then I think she was overwhelmed by the sudden influx of people checking in. The breakfast was out early which helped us immensely since we had to leave very early in the morning. I would stay there again. Parking though was at a premium.

Airport location The breakfast buffet had one family reserve the tables for her family who were still asleep upstairs. This was extremely rude for guests looking for a table to sit at to eat. Please management do monitor this situation to stop selfish people from putting personal items on tables and chairs to prevent others from sitting there!!!!!!

Broken down elevator and other one was marginal. Tv doesn’t work. Breakfast was crap. Doors and walls were so thin you could hear everything going on in the other rooms. The iwner of this hotel is bleeding this dump dry and not reinvesting any money in it. They charge you $15 a night to park and there is no space . You end up on the street. One elevator is broken and the other one doesn’t work properly. The showers don’t have much water pressure. They charge you $15 a night for parking and then you have to park on the street because there isn’t any. One and done for me. Never again

Property was clean and staff were friendly. The bathroom door was not a traditional door, but rather two french-style doors that come together in the middle. There is no locking mechanism. Ours were also a little off, and would not close all the way. Otherwise the room worked for what we needed. The breakfast was a little low on options.

The shuttle was a nice service to have as well as free breakfast The pool was a very dangerous situation. No working lights on the pool deck along with inside the pool itself is actually illegal. This is a safety hazard and needs to be addressed.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the airport shuttle was efficient. The location was also great with many food options within walking distance (several food trucks on the property and many others nearby. I didn't use any of the facilities like the pool, gym, restaurant etc as I only stayed one night in-between flights so I can't comment on thosw things but overall I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and spacious. My brother and I had a relaxing few days. We had travel to his son's graduation and it was a great time. The breakfast choices were not many but you could find something to eat. The hotel is near many restaurants and close to the airport. The staff was attentive and understanding. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Travelers beware! Shuttle didn’t arrive to the airport , the elevator didn’t work, they ran out of breakfast items. Did I mention we were on the third floor? The hot tub was under construction. You had to sign up for WiFi…You may want to consider the Hyatt instead. The shuttle driver from that hotel felt sorry for us and gave us a lift from the airport to La Quinta. Bonus… there was no compensation for all the inconvenience.

The ceiling above our bed was dripping water on us on the middle of the night. Clearly there was previous damage. I have pictures to prove it. Definitely needs some attention to details, cigarette butts all over out front. The floors were sticky. The laundry was out of order.

There was a15.00 charge for parking! Unbelievable. Some guests had to park out on the street but, they still were charged 15.00!!! Only one functioning elevator and it was barely functional. Doors kept opening and closing while we were in there. Bad experience all the way around. I would NOT recommend this property. At least we only paid 66.00 through Expedia

It took over an Hour for the Shuttle to pick me up at the Airport . The Shuttle was from Country Inn , only when I arrived at la Quinta that I was told that the 2 Hotels has one owner . There was 2 other turist that don’t speak the Language , La Quinta need to respect more the turist . In my room there was no Remote Control .

The breakfast was all right, some. hot items, yogurt, breads and fruit. The pool was very nice, the hot tub was not open and under some kind of construction. Needs more lounge chairs. Check out was easy since I was pre-paid. The shuttle drivers need to pay more attention to road signs. One driver ran three stop signs! And, unfortunately my seat in the shuttle did not have a working seat belt. Overall the stay was ok and the shuttle got me to and from the airport so I can't complain too much.

The front desk guy was informative and explained everything very easy to understand. The cleaning crew must be doing a good job because I don’t see any mess at all. AC definitely kept the room cool, Breakfast was quite good. Loved the hospitality and how quick it was to have an enjoyable conversation with almost everyone. My most favorite…the king bed putting me to sleep like a rock! If there’s ever another time I visit Orlando. This will be considered almost immediately.

Hotel was minutes from the airport and restaurants, which was just what we needed for an overnight stay before a 5 AM flight. The door trim, baseboards and elevator show the facility’s age, as do the huge oak trees lining the parking lot (the reason you have to sign a waiver/agree that hotel is not responsible for any damage to your car, I suspect). But, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the AC freezing and the staff polite.

The breakfast was good. I didn’t end up using the airport shuttle. The room was fine for one night. Wouldn’t stay for multiple days it seemed that some of the furniture was very used and should be replaced soon, but the bed was comfortable.

Great location a couple miles from the airport, with lots of popular restaurants nearby. Received a nice welcome by Mirna at the check-in desk then thoroughly loved the look, colors, decor, design, cleanliness and comfort of my room. Add to this the wonderful complimentary continental breakfast buffet in the morning, which had more than just coffee, rolls and juice. I ended up eating so much prior to heading to a cruise ship in Port Canaveral that when I got on board I wasn't hungry, which is a rarity for me. I live for embarkation day lunch buffets. Will definitely stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orlando Airport prior to any future cruises from the Orlando area.

Found me a room but had to go to via Wyndham central reservations phone for about 40 minutes to get a half decent price and speak to someone - who, incidently, really shouldn't be in customer service if they are not prepared to converse with the client! Thr room seemed clean but small bugs crawling on walls and floors. Breakfast is un applealling just waffles, coffee, cereal, sausage, fake scrambled eggs, bread, muffins, banana, apples, orange. Need more healthy options. The front desk did not provide extra pillows to surround the bed with my toddler so she doesnt fall off. The pool needs updating and cleaning for sure.

When arriving to check in we approached a woman at the front desk who at first did not even acknowledge that we were there and then when I said hello, responded with a blank stare. The rest of the check in process was her being very short and rude. When she handed me the room key she did not say which room or tell us where to go. Also, the elevators are straight from hell. They shake like crazy and are very loud, so we climbed up and down 5 flights of stairs our whole trip.

I use to travel frequently throughout my career. This was close to one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. The toilet had dark stains in the trap area. There was dirt all along the baseboards. There was Ejaculation on the bed skirt. A large stain on the wall. We had been traveling for 24 hours and needed to sleep before driving home. We were too tired to fight and needed rest. We put our bags on a desk. Carefully inspected the bed for bedbugs… collapsed asleep… rose at 4 am gathering our bags and left… disgusted.

The bed was comfortable..but woke up in the morning and there were tiny white bugs all over the counter where the TV was..told the manager and he said they were sand ants...clearly they were not, They were springtails..not harmful to humans but still not good to see in a hotel room...YIKES!!!!

Room was very spacious (deluxe king) and bed was comfortable. Airport Shuttle worked for me, but friends had to wait over an hour because the shuttle can only take 6 people at a time with luggage. The elevator is very slow and sometimes seems to have a mind of its own. The breakfast is not very good quality Eggs seem to be powdered eggs, the sausage smelled and looked full of grease. The bagels were good and yogurt was ok. There were waffles that you could make but I didn't try them. I requested a room close to the elevator and ended up 2/3 of the way down the hall even though I arrived at 4pm during midweek and the hotel was not that crowded.

The staff tried to make up for the worn out building with bathroom doors that didn't fully close or lock. I've never seen bathroom doors that were like closet doors. The wifi was spotty at best. If it weren't for the location, we would not have stayed there. But I know we will not return.

The airport shuttle driver denied us transportation to the hotel. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant was very rude when we asked to check in. She raised her voice at us when we brought up the shuttle being denied to us, and said quote “It’s not my problem, I’ll get to you when I have time and I decide when you get into your room.” We will never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone else. If possible I would give this zero stars.

The room cleanliness was in impeccable. We generally wipe things down with Clorox wipes, and the wipes came up spotless. The staff of check-in was very nice. However, the bed was OK but not great and the pills were definitely hard. Breakfast was adequate but hotels need to stop using fake eggs. The spa was closed and some common areas need some sprucing up but overall it was a nice stay, despite the ladies staying in the connecting room or a bit loud

The hotel needs major attention. The room was dirty and did not seem to be well kept up with. Also, there was some security concerns that we noticed. The CO2 detector was covered with duct tape. You get what you pay for. Room smelled like there was a dog prior to our stay. There was something sticky on the floor that I put the garbage can on so my kids didn’t step on it. The next morning, we had ants in the bathroom on the counter near our toothpaste. Also, being a hotel airport I found it strange they didn’t have 24hr shuttle service. When I went to sign up I was told it was full already and I need to call a taxi/lift. Lastly, the tv didn’t work. Sound would turn on but, there was a blank screen. My kids prefer IPads so that didn’t bother us. On a positive note. The room was cheap and the kids loved the breakfast. Everyone was pleasant, but I do not plan to stay here again unless I’m a pinch. Especially since I just looked at my credit card and I was charged a parking fee I was never told about.

Room was great, had a king size bed, it was comfortable. Close to restaurants, walking distance. The girl at front desk on the night of arrival, I didn’t get her name 😬, she was so nice and friendly. The older lady with glasses not so much, sometimes a quick smile to acknowledge is all that’s needed to give the customer a different experience. Close to airport, hotel is a bit older but still ok. Breakfast was ok. The swimming pool isn’t as nice as in photos, didn’t use it but didn’t look too appealing.

The staff gave my non-refundable room away,even though the fine print said check in was until 5:30 am. We were there before 4am was rude,and kept saying it was my fault because checkin was at 3pm. Hotel shuttle driver at airport stopped for a matter of seconds, pulled out and drove away as we walked towards shuttle bus. Call to manager was met with the 'we weren't there and we can't wait' excuse. When he refused to let me speak by continuously speaking over me, I needed to speak more loudly and he threatened to end call if if I didn't stop 'yelling at him'. He would not listen to my explanation and then threatened to cancel my reservation (which would have been breach of contract). Shuttle driver returned an hour later - waited a total of two hours. Stayed there three years in a row for cruises from Port Canaveral. Never a problem until his indignant attitude showed up.

Also its the only hotel I have stayed in Orlando that after paying to stay there also charges you to park in their parking lot. On top of that the elevators were terrible very run down and would constantly alarm and the door would get stuck my wife was scared to ride them especially the one at the rear of the hotel. The room was ok but the bathroom was run down especially the tub that was cracked and appeared very worn and abused.

Booked this hotel for the airport shuttle service. When we checked in (around 5:30pm) we were told the 5am shuttle was full. The only option offered was the 6am shuttle. If you offer a shuttle "service " from 5am-9pm, the service should be available for those hours. If you only offer a shuttle on the hour for the first 10 people that sign up, this should be mentioned in the listing. The airport is less than 10 minutes away. Only having one shuttle an hour is not a shuttle service.

We did have a wait of 1 1/2 hours outside for the shuttle to take us to LaQuinta. The shuttle filled up quickly without the 3 of us. The driver apologized and we had to wait again for her to return, which she did very quickly. She worked hard that evening! It seems some over scheduling could have caused us to wait for so long. The staff was courteous and helpful in arranging a ride back to the airport.

Shavon from La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Orlando airport North is amazing!! My husband had been stuck traveling in airports and awake for over 24+ hrs trying to get home to SC from Utah. The winter storm kept delaying all his flights so I booked him a room with them. He was so tired and didn’t wanna move, I called from Sc and Mrs Shavon took him Tylenol to his room. Hubby said hotel was very nice, room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Don’t be fooled by the photos. This place is a dump. Mold/mildew on the outside of the building and on the air conditioning units. The floor in our room was greasy/oily, the carpet was stained and and the room is outdated. We met two separate families - one had stains on the sheets and the other had bugs crawling on their items. The positives I can say is the breakfast was decent and the lobby was reasonably nice.

The hotel was run down, the elevator was unsafe, dirty, pool was green, furniture broken, stains on the bedding, it was disgusting. We didn't stay 10 minutes after we got to the room. The elevator needs to be shut down and the hotel needs to be condemned. I should get my money back for the cancellation.

Stayed overnight before a cruise, hotel worked perfectly for us. Clean room, comfortable bed, extremely nice front desk staff and just enough breakfast to get us going in the morning. Stayed last year for same purpose and will do again for next cruise!

We were placed in a dirty room with strong drug smell. When I called the front desk they said they couldn’t change the room but would send house keeping down. The house keeper came and said no one should stay in this and offered a room change. The new room had a broken dresser with drawer that would not even shut. It was also filthy. The pool is not heated and the hot tub is closed. The power went out and my family and I were stuck in the elevator between floors! We attempted to use the emergency bell, it was broken. We attempted to use the emergency phone, the directions were torn off and there was no connection. I call the front desk from my cell phone and they asked if they could put me on hold. I told them no it was an emergency and they put me on hold anyhow! I waited on hold until my husband and another visitor could pry open the door and help us get onto a floor and I hung up. No one, came to the phone! There was no ventilation and it was difficult to breathe. When I went to the front desk to explain what happened they offered to let us check out. I would not give any stars if that was an option. This place should not even be open.

The hotel was close to airport, had early check in, late check out, a good breakfast and a spacious clean though out dated room. The shower how ever was no more than a literal sprinkle!!!!! As if from a kids watering can!! Staff were polite. It needs repairs but not he bed was very comfortable.

Shuttle service not 24/7 runs part time and limited seat. Would not even consider this hotel again. Front desk staff not friendly. Look for another hotel. Booked this one cause it had a good price for Black Friday sale…. I see why. Hotel is also run down.

This is clearly advertised as having an airport shuttle. They only take up to 10 passengers ONCE an hour. We had to get an Uber, which added a lot of stress and some unanticipated cost to our trip. Additionally, there are NO crib options for babies. No pack n play, nothing.

We had 2 room, went to the first room and someone was already in that room, I had 2 king rooms. They changed it to a double bed room and handicapped room. Not real clean. 2nd the carpet was sticky. There were paint spots all over the floor. The elevator was load and clunked.

when we got in at mco called for ride no shuttle after clearly talking with someone saying one would be available. tv did not work. stolen hdmi cables. hot tub not working after asking 2 times by phone do you have a hot tub. both times were told yes but never told it wasnt working. bathroom dirty and no cold water from shower and luke warm from tub. never stay in 211. overall stay was horrible staff seemed untrained and just not happy.

Rooms were clean and the staff were all very friendly. Hotel itself could be kind of loud at all hours. The ac/heat unit in our room was very loud and rattled pretty violently. Parking was also not free so please bear that in mind when booking.

They don’t get back to you. Maintenance person doesn’t show. TV remote missing power button. Couldn’t use refrigerator, when turned on, sounded like a train in the room. Apparently they don’t freshen up room unless requested. Rooms are dated. Parking is not free. Rooms smell.

The hotel was very clean. Nice staff and helpful. There’s so many options near by to be fed and entertained. The hotel transportation is A+ fast and safe. Breakfast was top tier very good and fresh ! I’d be back again.

Upon arrival, the hot tub was covered in plywood and cinder blocks, pool was unheated, airport shuttle to Hotel was unavailable for 2 hours and the breakfast was sub par. I believe that went some of these amenities are either limited, or unavailable, there should be a notice from either/or expedia and La Quinta. That being said, going forward, I am done with both

The toilet in my room made a constant noise all night. When I reported it, I was told they were fully booked and couldn’t switch my room. Their “solution” was to turn the toilet on and off at the knob near the floor — not exactly acceptable for a hotel stay. To make matters worse, I was only three doors down from the exterior exit, which slammed loudly every time someone came or went. Between the toilet noise and the door slamming, sleep was nearly impossible. Breakfast was another disappointment. The area was overcrowded and the food was cold. The beds were not comfortable at all, and the pillows were terrible. Even though I only stayed one night, they refused to issue any kind of a refund/credit. I chose not to stay the second night because there was no way I was dealing with these issues again. Overall, very disappointing experience. Never again.

I selected this property specifically for the convenience of its airport shuttle service. However, upon check-in, I was informed that all shuttle slots for the following morning were already full. The shuttle operates in 30-minute windows with a limited capacity of approximately ten passengers per run, rendering it impractical for guests with early flights. As a result, I was forced to rely on a rideshare service instead. The overall condition of the property was disappointing. Common areas appeared poorly maintained, with visibly dirty floors and guest room doors showing dents consistent with significant wear and tear. The white doors, rather than appearing clean, only accentuated the accumulated grime and neglect. Inside the room, there was a strong odor of bleach, likely masking deeper cleanliness concerns. The shower head leaked continuously, and the bathroom ceiling showed signs of structural deterioration. The furniture throughout the room was visibly worn and stained, further reinforcing the sense of disrepair. Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations for comfort or maintenance. Based on my experience, I would rate this property a 3/10 and would not recommend it to travelers seeking convenience, cleanliness, or reliable amenities.

We were sent to a room with someone in it! This was after waiting for a shuttle that never came, getting hung up on, and paying out of pocket for a taxi. We picked this location for the shuttle and the double beds. We got neither.

The over night staff was wonderful. The room was clean and comfy. My only complaint is that our bathroom doors were a french closet style and didnt close or lock properly. I was staying with a friend so it was awkward to shower or use the restroom with the door just sitting open.

If you make less than $25k/year, you'll appreciate this hotel. If you make more, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. I decided to stay at this hotel not because of the low price but because of the airport shuttle reviews. However, they were misleading. The shuttle is only available once per hour. I arrived at the airport at 5:15pm, and the shuttle didn't arrive until 6:15pm. In addition, I was greeted by ants in my room and small spiders. When I complained, I was told service is only available after a three night stay. I complained further, and finally they agreed to clean my room. Again, if you're on a strict budget, this hotel is fine. But if you value your self-worth, stay elsewhere.

Despite this being a hotel equipment failure, the hotel kept my security deposit and provided no explanation, itemized charges, or accountability. I followed all rules and left the room in good condition. Poor maintenance and even worse customer service. I would not stay here again.

Not impressed and would not recommend. Hotel shuttle driver was also the same person who refilled the breakfast buffet and never washed her hands. Disgusting.

The hotel needs to clean the hall way floors and room sofa was very dirty and old. The sofa bed mattress needed to be replaced. Parking was an entire challenge and lack of handicap available spaces.

This hotel is very dated and starting to show the signs of its age. The lobby is very tiny and very un welcoming when you enter during the continental breakfast times. The elevator makes a loud banging noise as you get to certain floors, followed by a nice little jolt. The main reason we booked this hotel for the night was to enjoy the hot tub in the evening. But that never happened as it was closed and under construction. Would have been nice to have known this with an update on the website. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable I was extremely disappoint in the overall experience for the piece I paid.

My only complaint is regarding the airport shuttle, it actually doesn't run until 10pm (every hour on the hour). We got to the shuttle pick up at 9:50 for the 10:00 pickup called the hotel and they already did the last pick up at 9:45. So we had to wait 40 minutes for an Uber. A little frustrated, but overall the stay was fine

We stayed from Sunday to Friday and had to inquire if our room was going to be cleaned after we were there for 3 days. I understand not changing the towels, but the bed could of been made and the trash emptied.

Shuttle bus driver is great we’ve ridden with her before & she’s friendly, funny & efficient. Checkin was smooth & despite a bunch of folks checking in at same time we were greeted with a smile, calmness, & a friendly pleasant front desk staff. Room is clean & comfortable.

We had mold in our bathroom, a towel bar was broken and on the ground and our AC in both rooms barely kept the room cold. Notified the front desk several times. At check out I was told they couldn’t give me a receipt since there systems were down. I requested an emailed receipt and never received one. I called several times to leave a complaint after checking out and never received a call back. We had 3 rooms and do not recommend this hotel.
