    After staying at the La Quinta hotel at Lake City, I was so impressed by this hotel that I looked for the same brand for our next night's stay in Orlando so unfortunately I booked the above hotel without looking at the feedback. (What a mistake). To say this was the worst hotel and stay i have ever endured is not an understatement. I really don't want to waste anymore of my life worrying about this disaster of a hotel, but I would ask you or senior management to take time to look at the Google feedback. Very briefly the place is dirty, unkempt, dated, and i have just endured the worst night's sleep I can remember having, I was awake by the noisy A/C unit in the bedroom that sounded like it had a loose blade and it sounded like someone was in the corner of the room with a huge bundle of paper and was rustling them in from of a microphone. As this was the second room I had been put in (yes my first room was so disgusting I returned to the front desk and refused to stay in it) I really couldn't be bothered to go back and complain yet again!!! Alarm bells should have been ringing when I was told by the front desk to"check the room so that everything works and is clean" I do not expect to stay at a hotel and be an unpaid maintainance guy or a house keeping person, it is the hotels job and duty to check rooms are acceptable and not your guests.

    We arrived at a wonderfully new and modern LaQuinta near Orlando airport. Beautiful on the outside and the lobby was huge and very nice looking on the inside. A helpful desk worker kindly informed us we were at LaQuinta North and our reservation was at LaQuinta West. We followed her directions and, to our dismay, arrived at a dismal, old, out-dated building. We went in and had to wait over 15 minutes to check-in. There were 4 desk workers, one on the phone, and 3 seemingly trying to fix an IT issue. Once checked in, my 80 year old mother and I had to climb the stairs as the elevator was broken. Most of the room was fine: beds, tv, sink and counter were all ok. But the bathroom door to the toilet/shower would not shut properly and either had to be slammed or left cracked open. The tub had been poorly painted and looked so disgusting we did not use it. Overall, if you are staying near Orlando airport to catch an early morning flight, go to LaQuinta North!

    We could’ve stayed better. This place literally has holes and everything near it so please do remember that you will have to set your GPS to avoid the tolls because this is on a toll road. We had to pay tolls just to get into the hotel. The south was not the friendliest. It was kind of a rude environment and the cleanliness could be so much better and the property is so outdated.

    It was close to the airport. The pool was fairly clean. The breakfast was decent. It was cheaper but not worth it. One of the front desk ladies was extremely rude. All the other staff were kind. I found a cockroach crawling around on a towel in the middle of the night. At least it was just one! The shower was filthy. There was red mold running down the wall from around the permanently attached soap dish. There was black mold around the bottom of the shower pan. There was no refrigerator or extra amenities other than the pool. Everyone is told to smoke away from the property. Yet one of the workers was smoking in the back office. Over all it is very bad.

    Room was very outdated. Musty, humid smell. Clothes appeared slightly wet. Patched walls as to have tried to fix cracks. Air conditioning was okay, but a bit loud. Furniture scruffy and old. Housekeeping was good at replenishing towels. This trip we have stayed (because I booked ahead of time) at 3 La Quinta suits, all seem to be in the same shape. This one being our worst. Me, personally will not be booking at these hotels again. Idk if it’s the company or maybe owners, but definitely not the same. Front desk folks were nice. I didn’t do their breakfast.

    The bed was horrible. When you got in the bed you'd fall into a hole. Needless to say we didn't get one hour of sleep. We had an early flight the next morning, and my husband and I were exhausted because the lack of sleep. To pay $95 a night, we expected better than this. The bathroom door was off center and wouldn't shut at all, so no privacy. Also, everything felt damp. The pillows and covers felt wet. We will not be staying with you ever again

    This was by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at… the property was run down and not maintained. The room was not cleaned with stains , hair in the tub , some sort of liquid all over the counter top.. the curtains has holes , and the fixtures and tub, toilet looked like they were 30 yrs old. Totally unacceptable. We will NEVER stay here again. The $90 we paid was outrageous for such a rundown dump

    Friendly front desk staff. Linens were available from the front desk, however staff wasn't able to change the sheets upon request. Sheetes were dirty in both beds, and several Florida bugs were found in the room. Air conditioner was extremely loud (but worked amazingly).

    It is close to the airport, the price is low, and there are some places near to eat. The guys at the reception were very friendly and helpful. It lack a lot of cleaning and yo can actually spot some stains in the carpet. Also a quite strong chemical smell when you get to your room.

    The location is good The room was super dirty, it seems that they never vacuum, as I step on the carpet my feet soles became dirty, the toilet was disgusting and the bathtub was all moldy and with black stains. I was afraid to step in but I really needed a shower. The coffee machine was super dirty I could not prepare a coffee. In general the room cleanliness was very bad. I would not recommend that place. If they focus in cleanliness I am sure that would be a fantastic place. I stayed in room 229. I have pictures I can share.

    Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. After about five minutes in the room, we just left and went to a different hotel. I did not complain at the front desk, there was nothing they could do. The room smelled musty. The bathroom smelled like mold and mildew. The lamps had peeled paint, it was just really really bad.

    Staff was very professional and pleasant. Room smelled like old weed -- which was a bit gross and there were some other issues, but staff was helpful in getting them resolved and assured me I wouldn't get charged for the smoke smell upon arrival (there's a 250$ charge for smoking in the room, so I wanted to be clear the smell was there when I arrived). If it hadn't been for the pleasant people at the front desk and being exhausted at check-in, I would not have stayed. It's an older building, the rooms showed wear but the mattresses were new and comfortable. I think they gave me a room that was safely situated (the majority of the rooms are street/parking lot facing) and did their best to correct some of the initial concerns. So 5 star for staff. The 24/7 coffee and the breakfast options were great. I was only staying one night for a flight. The pool was the size of an average house pool and did have a disability access chair, which was nice. New patio furniture. The pool needed skimming- lots of leaves in the area-- but the water was clear and there were people using it. Doordash etc was easy and accessible and there is a restaurant next door. All told, I probably would pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time, but for the cheaper price it was fine and convenient.

    Another Wyndham hotel with a mold issue. The room we were given smelled like mold and when we asked to be moved we were told the hotel was fully booked. Expedia did do right by us but in a State like Florida where humidity can reach 100%, mold remediation is not optional. This is the second Wydham hotel one in Houston and one in Orlando where we encountered mold issues in just a couple weeks. It's starting to look like a pattern of hot and humid cities with improper mold maintenance. Time for another chain because this one is disappointing. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the convenience of the location and the hotel being otherwise clean.

    I really only needed the room for the basic shower and bed as I had an EARLY flight. The deadbolt didn’t work, the plug that turns a bath into a shower came right out, and it looked like there was rust around many places in the bathroom. I didn’t use the pool or breakfast but it looked pretty good for the price paid. No elevators!

    While it had everything that you need, the property is in need of some repair. The parking lot needs resurfacing badly and the stairs seem to be rusting, but the room was pretty clean, and the staff was awesome. The light breakfast offerings were nice as well.

    The staff was friendly, the breakfast was okay, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The small things are what I will talk about. The bathroom door couldn't close. The screws holding the door hinges were loose and upon inspection it was apparent that the wrong screws were used to hold the door. there was some loose molding in the bathroom, which should take about 2 seconds to put back into place. Lastly the shower didn't meet expectation, it leaked and the stream of water was weaker because of it. I'm 6'1 and the water was barely hitting my shoulder. that's about it, overall the stay was pleasant and I would recommend this location for anyone needing an overnight stay near the Airport.

    Room has a strong black mold smell as soon as you enter the Lobby, that smell gets intensified once you enter your room. There is black mold on the corner of the bathtub, the ceiling of the bath, around the sink in the bathroom area. There were also insects, probably tiny roaches that I had to dispose of while unpacking. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel chain, even if this is a franchise location.

    The floor in the bathroom are was dirty. The caulking on the tub was separating from the tub. The tub was older tub very worn out. The pool had a lot of leaves and didn’t look very clean. You could see the air conditioner filter had not been cleaned out in a while. Hard boiled eggs for breakfast and waffle maker and bagels, Coffee, juice and water was given. The laundry room was priced at 3.50 a simple load and 3.50 a dry. Cleaned clothes well and dried well.

    The most disgusting placed I had ever stayed in, dirty sheets and moldy pillow , mold around bath tub , and dirty tub . dust everywhere floors , furniture. dirty walls and refrigerator. The pictures showed by Expedia and the hotel website are not accurate. The place should be closed , there were death bugs everywhere in the floors. I booked for 4 nites I only stayed one nite bc I couldn’t not find other place .It was so dirty that I left at 8 am next day I started developing breathing issues. Eventhoungh I complaint at front desk and was still charge $155 for one nite . I developed a breathing issue due to the dirt in that place .

    The room was severely unclean. The only thing that was probably clean was the bedding. When walking to the restroom, the carpet left my feet almost black. Upon entering the bathroom, there were obvious signs of black mildew and mold; these locations included corners of the bathtub, corners of the ceiling, and the corners of the tile floor. There was a heavy/multiple layer of dirt in the bathroom. The bathroom light was dim. There was heavy hard water buildup on the shower head, water faucet, and sink faucet. There was a spot in the bathroom where the ceiling was starting to separate. The toilet was constantly running and difficult to flush. With the lack of cleanliness of the room, I was unsure about using the room water from the sink to brush my teeth. Since the room was severely dirty, I did not choose to eat the free breakfast due to being unsure of how the food was prepared. The elevator was out of service, which there was no sign and the staff did not notify myself that the elevator was out of service. I did not use the pool, but looking at it, the pool water was murky and my kids did not even want to go in it. I would not recommend this hotel.

    Air conditioners are extremely loud. Had to call the front desk twice on one of the other units that was whining super loud. Staff was nice, but don’t look for any perks. Massive hairball on the window ledge when we checked in. Somebody cleaned their brush and left it there. Housekeeper removed it upon request. Great water, pressure. Fridge and microwave severely outdated and looked like they were pulled out of an alley. But worked.

    This was the filthiest room I’ve ever stayed in. To pay $150+ and not feel comfortable enough to step in that disgusting shower is insane. Dirt, grit, grim and crud in all corners. I literally “slept” with my clothes and shoes on, on top of the bed. I also brushed my teeth with bottled water. Do not stay here.

The toilet was not attached to the floor and would shift when I sat to use it and after sanitizing with alcohol wipes it was evident there was very little effort made to clean the surfaces in the room.     Dirty rooms, our door was broken, could tell it was kicked in at somepoint, once closed you could see outside, elevator broken, beds are soo old they have body part indents in them, sheets were stained. Not a Safe area. Pool was filthy dirty. We left as didn't feel safe. Pics of this place on expedia App are very misleading. We got to the hotel at 11:00 a.m. check in not til 3pm qhich we were OK with epm xheck in as we were headed to lunch anyway, just needed a place to put our luggage!! However the clerk stated although my room was ready if I wanted to put my luggage in before 3pm I would have to pay $35 USD as we were not able to leave our luggage at front desk as they had NO ROOM for luggage. So I was forced to pay early checkin, we hust dropped off our bags went to lunch game back & noticed the room not fit to stay in as stated above. I had to fight for a refund of the $35 USD early check in fee, plus I lost the cost of the room, which our safety is more important than the $ for the room. However, will talk to Expedia for a refund!! Not as represented on their site. Not same pics at all that are advertised online.

    Our room smelled weird. Shower tiles moldy and old. I had to put a towel in the tub because it looked nasty. Fortunately, we'd be out most of the day and we only stayed there 2 nights. Then, we went to a different hotel for the rest of our stay. I usually don't eat breakfast, but went to check it out and it looked acceptable for this price point. 1 waffle machine, sausage patties, orange and apple juice, ice water, various types of cereal, milk, coffee and tea. I think there were some muffins but can't remember. I would not stay here again since there are other options with a more welcoming room, at the same price point.

    The pictures are obviously AI assisted. It was dirty, our deadbolt didn’t work, the latch was broken and the door had obviously been kicked in at some point. The mattress was fraying and falling apart, the odor was very strong as to cover up mold or must. The young man at the front desk was very nice, immediately offered to move us but the whole vibe of the property and the difference in what was advertised in what the reality was did not make us feel safe at all, so we had to pay double to stay almost 30 minutes away due to surrounding hotels being fully booked at 10 pm at night. We were issued a full refund but still out the additional cost of a hotel we felt safe and clean in, and incurred additional cost in Uber to get back to the airport the next morning. The young man at the front desk was very nice though, I do want to make sure that is mentioned.

    I was reading reviews after we left the resort. I would have to agree with all reviews that one-star should be in the negative numbers. I am handicaped and the handicap room was way below standards. a sign in the room said dial 0 and someone would help. The help we got was come to the desk and we will take care of you. No coffee, no cups, I will agree with the other reviews, Dirty room, toilet seat loose and when fixed it lasted one day. no rack to hang wet towels and wash cloths, bathroom floor not so clean, musty smell, entry door cold air came thru due to the large gap around the seal, Bed to close to floor for handicap, two pringles cans high, no extra blanket, clean towels thrown on chair. Holes in drapes, lounge chair did not work, Pool closed. I will never stay at a LaQuinta Inn again. Was a terrible experience even for a couple of nights. My true rating is - 5 stars.     The staff that we met were really nice. I don't remember the name of the young gentlemen that served us at the front but he was slim and well groomed. His customer service was AMAZINGLY EXCELLENT! He was indeed a professional all around.     Paint peeling in the room, Stains, the shower mat was so stained I did not. take a shower and I can't imagine when the carpets were last cleaned. I checked in at midnight or I would have found a different hotel even if I lost all the money for this reservation. This hotel brings down the brand of La Quinta Inns. It is so hard for me to believe that in reviews people gave the hotel a high mark. No shuttle which is crazy for an airport hotel. La Quinta Inn North has a shuttle. It is clear that this owner does not take any pride in his property and he is just about taking guests $. With that said the staff was very nice.

    This was the worst stay I had ever had. I had to change my room twice. There was mold in the room and all over the bathroom. The bathroom floor was sticky and the blood on the sheets. I had to change my own sheets. I ended up sleeping in my car and left early.

    En las fotos de ve un lugar decente y cuando llegas da asco. Sábanas y alfombras manchadas. La pintura del techo se está cayendo, los cuartos apestan ( nos movieron por que el primero apestaba a humedad y el segundo también olía fatal). Cafeteras sucias en cuarto.     The outlet where the fridge was did not work. I had food that ended up going to waste overnight. The faucet in the shower was faulty and i was kept up most of the night with dripping water. I would get up periodically to try and turn the handle more but water continued to drip overnight.

    The room is good to stay; however it was somewhat smelly due to the carpet floor, WH chi should be replaced or removed completely; the bathroom tubs are old and broken, the door to enter room was broken as well, were you couldn’t double lock, the blanket was ripped and stained, the elevator was broken as well. Too bad that I needed this place for a quick stop.

    When I booked this stay, I believed I was reserving a standard La Quinta hotel, but this property is essentially a motel. The bathroom was covered in mold, and the room had a strong wet-dog odor. My ring fell under the bed, and what I found there was absolutely disgusting. The air coming from the air conditioner smelled stale, as if the filter hadn’t been changed in a very long time. On top of that, the toilet repeatedly clogged during my stay. I truly cannot say enough negative things about this place.

    I have a service dog small 10lb. They put us in the "dog room" & ive never smelled something so foul, because the lobby was full (close to airport; lots of people) i didn't ask for a different room (check in also took long; lots of people) we grabbed lysol and air deodorant at the gas station when we grabbed food. I sprayed the curtains, the floors, put a deodorant under the bed just to make it the 5 hrs we checked in for (arrived late, left at 4am) Thats when i saw the bed skirts have dog pee ( like a life of the leg; my dogs to small to blame) the curtains stink! The carpets need to be removed. I've never had an issue at la quintas (my preferred choice & will continue to be)but this just needs to be addressed & fixed.

    Two rooms. One room was acceptable. Other room 349 not clean, cigarette smell, bathtub left with construction debris. Front desk staff friendly when checking in at 1am, and when checking out in the morning. Person who took my call 01/06/2026 at around 5:15pm has no customer skills, stated words in my mouth I never said. Refused to provide me with their supervisor information. When I checked out, I was told I would be refunded partially and that hasn't happened.

    Good room, I appreciate that the water in the shower has good high pressure and the ability to get very hot temperatures, and this hotel has friendly wait staff at front desk during morning, afternoon, and night time. I would return to this hotel again. It’s comfortable there. I did notice some rusting on the metal components in the bathroom (example, tissue box holder had rusty metal). Thank you!

    Found roaches in the room, and a strong humid smell, nasty floors, nasty bathroom. The front desk representative moved us to another room but this was bad as well, the shower was full of water and the toilet was not cleaned and moved a lot when using it, dust everywhere, mold found in shower ( very nasty)

    This place is nothing like the pictures. It’s dirty and very loud. I was woke up 3 nights in a row due to noise. At 3am this morning a semi was unloading his truck and woke us up. The guy at the front desk was very rude and not helpful at all. I don’t recommend this property. It’s very ran down and ran by a very large family who also lives in the hotel. They came in at breakfast and act as if it was there kitchen and made sure that they took several plates of food and will cut in front of you to get what they want. We waited over 30 minutes for the lady to get more food fixed so that we could eat.

    The man at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The first room we went into was disgusting. Not only dirty but completely worn down. The bathtub was basically rotting. The second room was slightly better. Thankfully we were only staying there for a quick night. We didn’t even shower because the bathtub was so rotted. While the staff was wonderful and helpful, the place is in rough shape.

    The whole experience here at the hotel was great except for it 2:00 in the morning some drunk lady trying to get into my room talking loud on the phone about her dress or what outfit she was wearing which half her body was hanging out of and I literally had to cuss her out and tell her to get the hell away from my door other than that it was pretty great no roaches no bugs no nothing everything pretty clean and staff members pretty nice and I didn't know their phone worked or I would have called them last night to come get the drunk lady everything other than that was pretty good

    Room was ok but when I went toilet and flushed once only , the sink broke from bottom. It was like some ine hit it with baseball bat at the boy. It was completely shattered.I wish I could have taken a picture. I told them and they shifted me to different room and didnt tell me anything. But while checking out I found that they charged 250 as maintenance charges. So it was shocking and kind of unexpected. The things in hotel are so old and cripple that they can break at any time and I didnt know that. But a lesson learned here.. Its better to spend some more money but go to really good an authentic hotel. This is my last time with them… disappointed 😢

    The place is in definite need of repairs. Room had an odor to it. AC was very loud and mattress was very saggy so it made for an uncomfortable night. No soap for the shower; only shampoo and conditioner. Plates for breakfast were trapped in a corner where people make waffles so they were tough to get to. No food available for a bit. The worst part is we stayed 2 days after Christmas so the room rates were extremely high and definitely not worth it.

    We had a great stay at La Quinta. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, including switching our room to the first floor and helping us with a car boost. Breakfast had a good variety for kids, and the price was reasonable. There was a minor shower issue, but it just needed some time to clear. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would stay again and recommend it to others.

    The room was definitely neglected . Tub had hair in it and went down very slow . Bathroom sink was dirty and had a cigarette burn on it . Burn and stains on the rugs. Broken dresser drawer. Dresser and night stands were very worn and corners were chips . And last but not least , there was disgusting false eye lash stuck to the coffee machine lid . I will never go to LaQuinta Inn ever again !!

    Besides the unclean sheets and awful smell from the bathroom, dirty carpet, the room didn’t seem safe as the door didn’t really close all the way. From listening to other people in the lobby it seems that is a common theme for this property. We were staying for a night before going on a cruise and had planned to stay after the cruise also but after staying the one night we canceled and got a room elsewhere that was cleaner and safer. I’ve stayed in worse hotels, but not much worse.

The room smelled very musty, like wet carpet or a wet dog smell. the beds were somewhat comfortable and bathroom was clean but does need some TLC. It worked for our 2 night stay. If in the area we would consider staying here again. Breakfast needs improvement, especially the eggs.

    We dont know where to start really. From extreme humidity and smell on the room to cero cleanliness, mold everywhere, wet or damp carpet, doors not closing, unstable warm water, every time we went to the lobby there were guests arguing at the front desks with many other issues such as receiving a key to a room that was occupied and they entered the room and saw the other guests there, and the list goes on and on. The keys would never work and they always say it was because we had them near the phone which wasnt true. I really think the reviews you have are fake. Its insane how bad this hotel is. Would never recommend or stay here again. Oh I we didnt ask for a refund because we stayed on thanks giving weekend and there was nothing available elsewhere.

She was dealing with some rude ass customer and if it was me, i wouldve thrown them out and cussed them out. But she kept her cool and was polite. Very professional.     First of all, we got to the hotel 2 hours early and they charged us $33 on top of the regular price to check in early. Then they give me the room keys. When I got to my room, the front door locked but was not shut all the way! If someone kicked it, it would just come open! So I go back and let them know about it, the site manager said they would refund my $33 for the early check in and that there were no more rooms to choose from until 3pm. I said that’s fine, I will be back. I came back at 3:32pm and the receptionist told me they had one more room and if I didn’t think it was good enough, she would just check me out. I said so will you refund me my money and she asked me who I booked with. I said I booked through Expedia and she proceeded to tell me that Expedia is non-refundable! I said I will call them! She said you haven’t seen the room yet! I said I know, but when I do see it and I don’t feel it’s livable then I’m going to call Expedia! She said it you’re only staying one night! I said lady I don’t care if I was staying for 20 minutes, no one should have to accept this when they paying their hard earned money for safety and comfort!

    Unlike a lot of reviews i had no issues with bedbugs. The room was exactly what i needed for a few nights while I went to warped tour.     Everything was okay. Disappointing that they wouldn't take my card while all other hotels in the area take it including the Marriott. So I couldn't use the points that I normally get when I use my card. The cleanliness was good everything was clean. However disappointed with TV in the middle of a movie it will go back to its original guide screen. And it did this continuously through the entire movie. I finally shut it off turned it back on and it did the same thing after a while watching anything it kicks it off to the guide screen same screen when you first turn it on. Overall it was a good and pleasant stay.

    If I could give it no stars I would. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. I thought La Quinta hotels were much nicer. The area around was not great. Just the people walking around and in the hotel didn’t give me a good vibe. Our room smelled. I don’t know if it was dirty or just heavily stained. The shower had bad stains on the wall.     This place is horible. Room smelled bad and moldy, and it was very dirty. Everything is outdated and in bad condition. Elevator was out of service and we had to carry our lugage up the stairs... Air-condition and the fridge were so loud we couldnt sleep. I do not recomment this property to anyone. They need to treat this place for bed bugs.

    The hotel was convenient for Orlando airport. We were there only one night so unfair to judge it on that visit. Our room was a little dingy the shower we never used, did not look at all inviting. Breakfast was good but over crowded. Staff were very helpful. OK for over night I suppose.

    I booked a night at La Quinta Windham at MCO airport, since I had an early flight and wanted to be closer to the airport for my flight. I checked in after 9 pm, only to rest for a few hours before my flight and was not able to relax due to a loud music noise close to my apartment. Around 11pm, I reached out to Front Desk to ask for help, but unfortunately the noise didn’t stop. Do, then at midnight I packed and went to the front desk to try to move to another room. They said that the hotel was full and apologized, not going anything else to solve the situation. I. The end, I had to slept in the carpet of the airport and they refused to reimburse the stay. I will never stay in La Quinta anymore neither will recommend it to my friends.

    The room floor was filthy. We did not find bed bugs, but others had so we did detailed checks before moving anything into the room. The rug was filthy, the corners and along any walls had not been swept in decades. The bed was clean, mattress had stains on it. Doubt we would ever stay here again.

    My daughter had a late flight and I booked this paid it and when she showed up she only had digital cards for the incidental and they would not received it I called and offered my card for the incidental over the phone and they said no as well this was at 1 am my daughter had to leave and find a different place to stay the lady in the front desk very rude and stated not her problem we have stayed at La Quinta in other places and have had a wonderful experience we where very sadden that this approach was taken additional we have used digital cards in other La Quinta hotels

    This place should not be used for business. The building is in terrible condition. Elevator was out of order, the room and the entire building is dirty, high in humidity. There was a hole on the bedroom door. It was so bad, that I booked two nights, and only stayed one. I preferred losing the money on the second night rather than spending another night there.

    Pubic hairs in the back of the toilet seat, dry urine splatter in the seat, fake eye lashes stuck to the floor, sticky carpets, smelled of mildew, dust and dirt all over, stained linens. Outside is nice out front and then you walk around back . . . It smells like an ashtray, unkempt, beer bottles and cigarettes in the parking lot and in window sills. Was sent to a second room and it was no better. We left within 30mins of checking in and WALKED to IHG Holiday Inn Express at 1am half a mile away and paid double the price just so we had somewhere to sleep. (Thankfully it was very nice there!) 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    My gf and I stayed for 7 nights. The staff at the front desk were kind, but the property overall is screaming for renovations. The building itself is old, which can be seen in the bathroom and common areas. The bathtub was so old that it seemed to be dirty, so we had to buy sandals to shower. Breakfast was ok, although it had very limited options in comparison to other La Quinta hotels we've stayed at in the past. The pool was full of leaves, and the water was dirty, which was discouraging since we were planning to have a pool day during our stay. BUT, the worst part of all was the housekeeping staff: they were completely DISRESPECTFUL. The ladies would knock on the door early in the morning and immediately get into our room, not allowing us to say that we didn't need any towels, etc. That would've had a very bad outcome if we hadn't been cautious. On the fourth day, we got a printed notification stating that the hotel was going to be doing some cleaning in the common areas and rooms. They asked us to be prepared by 11 am, but at 9:30 or so, the housekeeping woman knocked on the door. I explained that we were wondering when our turn would be to get our carpet vacuumed. She didn't say anything and just came in to "clean" our room, which consisted of vacuuming only the first 5 square meters. This wasn't the best experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying here if you enjoy your privacy. It's so sad since we've had good experiences in the past when staying at La Quinta hotels.

    Terrible, dirty, nasty and roach infested hotel. My family and I stayed here to spend the night to take the morning flight home as we had just come back from a cruise. I was so embarrassed when we walked into our rooms after check-in. I had no words, I wanted to cry. We reserved three rooms for a party of 7 people. The rooms reeked of moldy smell, the walls were dirty and there was mold in the bathroom. There were roaches on the wall and in the drawers of the furniture. With the name like La Quinta, I would have expected way better than what we received. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS, THEY DO NOT LIE! The elevators were out of order (but now looking back at the reviews, they were always out of order) and the property website said they have the airport shuttle when THEY CLEARLY DONT. When I brought it up to the staff at the front counter, they said they have not had a shuttle in a long time. He stated he would speak to his manager to have it removed from the website. I told them it was misleading as this was one of the reasons why we stayed here. My husband and I have stayed at other La Quinta properties in MA, and in LA and other states and the condition of the property and rooms were great. This particular hotel should NOT be allowed to call itself La Quinta. I took pictures of the condition of my room, the bathroom and of the roaches that was crawling on the wall and in the drawer.

    First, the website clearly advertised a free shuttle, which was a major reason I booked. But when I called to schedule it, I was told no such shuttle existed. I had to spend $25 total on Ubers to get to and from the airport—an unexpected and frustrating expense. Prior to booking, I also called the hotel directly to confirm I could check in early at 8am and explained I would only be there for four hours to sleep. They said it wouldn’t be an issue. However, upon arrival, I was charged an additional $60 for early check-in—on top of the $90 I already paid for the room. That’s $150 for a short nap. The room itself was in poor condition. The bathroom was especially bad: cracked and peeling caulking around the tub and counter, visible mildew, and outdated fixtures. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with visible body indentations from years of use. Definitely not what you expect at a national chain hotel. Breakfast was the final letdown—powdered eggs, stale bagels, and coffee that tasted like it had been sitting for hours. To make matters worse, I realized I could have booked a day rate at the Hyatt inside Orlando Airport for just $30 more, which would have offered a significantly cleaner, more modern, and more convenient stay—with no Uber costs or surprise fees.
