Horrible smell, roaches, keycard didn’t work.

The woman at the front desk was rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience when we tried to check in. The room was beyond disgusting. Found multiple roaches in the room and they even got in our belongings. We couldn't shower because the shower hadn't been cleaned in what appeared to be a long time. There were dirt footprints in it as well as pimple patches stuck to the walls. The toilet seat wasn't connected so it swung off the toilet. There was a large hole in the wall in the bathroom. Overall, terrible establishment.

Extremely dirty and the door literally had to be kicked hard to be able to shut. Door would not lock no matter what.

This place is the worst place I have ever been! There was drug activity, a “lady of the night”, uncaring staff, & unresponsive management. The room was filthy and had roaches crawling up the walls. I was afraid I’d catch something even sitting on the toilet or the bed. We did not stay more than 5 minuets. BEWARE!

So glad I didn't go by those bad reviews online! Room was super clean. The only roach we saw was dead and that was the last day of our stay. Friendly management and all appliances worked

I arrived. I checked in. They were nice enough to give me an early check-in later on that day. I put on the heater before I left because it was really cold out. I came back. It was blowing cold air. My room was frigid. It was uninhabitable. I asked the front desk lady for another room. She would not give me one so I had to crash in my buddies room. The next day I went to the front desk explain to him that I had to leave the room and they wouldn’t even give me another place to sleep last night I told him I want my money back. He said no I said can I have a Comp night? He said no don’t waste your money.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and holes in the sheets that looked like mice and cigarette burns, and the place reeked of cigarette smoke.

Roaches, we were given double beds instead of king. There was no toilet paper in the room. Housekeeping knocked at 9:45am when ck out was at 11am. Will never book here again

The room is crawling with insects and disgusting bugs. The door handle is broken. Curtains are ripped and hanging askew. The bathroom has peeling paint and rusty fixtures. The grossest hotel room I've ever seen.

stay away from this hotel at all cost it’s full of druggies hookers and prostitutes. This hotel is a major disaster.

They rent the rooms monthly which tells you transient traffic stays there. However I appreciated that they had very strict rules about loitering, parties, etc so the residents were well mannered. They room needed painting badly and the bathroom was in great need of updating.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Said remodeled, total lie.

There is a sign that says recently remodeled, not sure where that update was done but it was not in our room. The floors were nasty(feet were black walking from bed to bathroom) the beds were sunken in the middle. The walls has holes in them. You can hear EVERYTHING. The price was cheap so wasn’t expecting much. But if you are looking for comfort and a good nights rest, maybe pay a little more. Also I must mention, the employee who checked us in, was super friendly!

Unsafe neighborhood. Locked building had to use a phone to get in. Very dirty. Needs updating. Shower curtain didn’t fit. Very loud outside cars, people partying, movement upstairs. Has to sign a waiver they weren’t responsible for bed bugs. Ridiculous.

Worse place I have ever seen we did not stay there we found another place. I asked if i could get a refund and was denied.

I booked a non-smoking king bed but upon arrival was told that all their king beds are in smoking rooms. That not being an option for me I was downgraded, without any concessions. This was a non-refundable reservation which I should have taken as a warning. When they have specific new conditions for guests upon arrival I see it as not something I agreed to. What is obvious upon arrival is that they are dealing with a serious local issue. Those conditions, and their efforts should probably be disclosed ahead of time.

Check-in took over 20 minutes. I had to sign waivers and when I questioned this the clerk was very nasty about it. I asked for non smoking room and the room clearly had been smoked in. The room wreaked, the floors were filthy. Needless to say I did not spend the night.

Checking in was easy. Only 2 towels. When I pulled my sheets down there were spots that did not come clean, they looked like they were wet. Someone near my room was smoking pot. The smell was worse in the bathroom. Toilet would flush but not clean out the bowl. We tried to make if work.

The room stank

I got to this place after a long night, it was 3am when I show up to my hotel and they told me they currently had no open rooms, I follow to tell the guy I had a reservation, he still insisted and told me that i didn't have a room and that he couldn't help me. After few days of calling they got my refund send, but ai had to sleep in my car because their miscommunication.

It took over an hour for me to check into a room that I am only occupying for 7 hours. The room was filthy, I killed a roach up one entering. Definitely not even worth it even if it’s was free. I would like a refund. This place was terrible

Lots of privacy and good people around, the hotels were clean.

The lady receptionists were not considerate. It was a very hot day when I came to the reception to do my check-in, which was about 45 minutes before 3 pm. She refused to let me check- in a bit earlier but sharp 3pm. Also, she did not care about me as a loyal customer that she kept me outside in the the heat of the very hot day without arranging a seat for me to wait. In the past, the former receptionists of this hotel were very nice. They often let me check in 1 hour earlier than 3pm without any problem. This is a matter of service quality and the attitude towards customer.

I checked in late they claimed I didn’t have a reservation made me pay for a room, the dayshift gave me a credit. The hotel was in poor condition and apparently caters to a criminal clientele there were two detectives and a uniform policeman there when I left

The bed had chewed up candy all in it never was cleaned the bathroom was moldy and disgusting. There was dealers out side of our room Scary place we requested to be transferred to a new hotel

The hotel was what expected for the price payed however the service was too bad. Also no reception which didn’t help with the service arrangement requested that was just discard unsimpathetic to my situation.

Does this hotel have a valid operating license from the city of Orlando?? Does Hotels.com do ANY vetting of hotels it offers up to it's customers??

Booked a non smoking room and got a smoking room. Attendant did move me. Roaches.

It started on a bad note, because they charged me twice, but then they really help me with the charge; also I left a phone and they took care of it and help me with that, for the price it was good!

Bad neighborhood, loud traffic, poorly furnished rooms

We got there at 11pm to do check in, there was 3 suspects outside on the second floor smoking marihuana. The neighboorhood looked not safe, the area was dirty, the room wasn’t cleaned and smelled really bad. It didn’t had the requirements to be consideres an hotel.

My husband and I had the most terrible experience in this hotel we paid over $130.00 dollars to have at least a decent clean place to sleep while visiting Florida. The room seems clean but around 6am I woke up to see a roach on my sheets I jump out of bed woke up my husband, I went to the bathroom and to my surprice they were roaches on the floor and by the vanity were our toothbrushes , toothpaste and makeup we throw out everything. I took some pictures to show them to the front desk person, we pick up all our belongings we check everything to make sure we didn't took any roach back home, my husband and I put our things in our car and went talke to the manager, there was no manager available on that day, we talked to Tyree Guess Service, he gave us his card to call back next day to talked to the manager about our bad and gross experience in this hotel. He canceled our reservation that we had for us to stay one more day we didn't want to stay not one more minute in that place. He told us there is no way we can give you credit for this night that you stayed here, the only thing I can do is to cancel your todays reservation, my husband and I were so mad about this whole situation, we will never stayed in this hotel and we will tell our whole family and friends not to. We expected better service and much better cleanest in this hotel. This is the worst experience ever !!!

Basic serviceable room. Bed not terribly comfy. Pillows small and no support. Would have been ok except the drug dealer up stairs was pacing the floor both nights at 4:30AM until 6 or so, moving furniture around, dropping things, exercising, who knows. Sleep would have been nice.

You had to do business outside through awindow. The neighborhood did not feel safe. The bathroom floor was very dirty. Very low class for the price . We have stayed at a nicer hotel for a cheaper price and cleaner. The employee was not friendly or personably,

The only upside during my stay was the staff was polite and even helped me print some forms off that I needed. The parking lot is set up so your close to the rooms which made carrying luggage easier. The room I stayed in smelled like cigarette smoke, there some mold spots on the shower ceiling, the shower head was not fixed to the wall. The furniture was scratched and not in the best conditions was some of the handles and knobs missing. The hotel is in kinda of a sketchy part of town so be careful who you run into when its dark out. There is construction right next to the hotel so there is a lot of nosie.

Was not a good area to stay at did not stay and no refund was given.

Its located in a slightly rough part of town but there are security cameras everywhere. So it was quiet at night and I had no issues. Bathroom facilities are old and warn but the room was safe and clean. Hotel is next to Walmart, but the Walmart is not open 24-hours. Not bad for a one night stay.

Unfortunately had to choose this hotel because no other hotels were available . Had to sign for pages of legal documents regarding liability for theft of belongings in car and hotel in addition to warnings that children should not be allowed to go to even the vending machine without parental supervision , nor should they be left in the room alone. Did not feel safe at this hotel . Asked expedia to process a refund for the second day which we did not wish to stay however the hotel refused to refund any money for the second day . We took the loss $332 for a two night stay. What a waste of money. legal forms absolve owners for any liability for theft, bed bugs, etc. entire place is under intense video surveillance, with warning signs everywhere. Would not recommend to stay here unless without children and just for a quick sleep( though somewhat noisy at night as is next to roadway).

The location is not safe, it was very much out dated and beat up. It was way too expensive for what they offered, I just needed the room for a few hours to stay and take shower before a meeting and I was very disappointed.

When I got to the hotel, my reservation (that I had made over an hour before) was not ready. I had to stand outside at the check-in window and wait for about 15 minutes for staff to fix the issue. It was 9:30 pm or so and in a not so great area in town. The sidewalk was flooded. There were two roaches in my room. The bed was lumpy and squeaky.

This motel should not be on Expedia. The neighborhood is very unpleasant and I wasn't expecting this type of accomodation through Expedia.

Arrived at the room to find stained pillows strewn across the bed. There was so much dust and other less than desirable stuff under the dustcover that we immediately walked out.

My fiancé and I decided to go to a truck stop 10 miles away and sleep in our car since we felt safer there. The hotel staff told us to not keep the door closed cause it wasn't safe. The room had a horrible smell that not even Lysol could take away.

It was a last minute booking, thanks to a so called friend and his witch, but it went smooth Miss Latosha looked out for us. When we had a problem with our original room, Miss Latosha moved us and made us feel important. She was polite and very friendly and treated us like family. We had a great 2 nights there and it is all thanks to MISS LATOSHA!!!

When I walked into the room there was mold on the ceiling the walls where cracked and poorly repaired. I was told I had to leave the day before my checkout. No refund offered. You can't have any visitors, so it was hard to have family visit.

Over 1 hour to check-in while standing outside trying to scream through security glass as lobby is locked at night. "Security Guard" functions as receptionist and couldn't find my prepaid reservation, showed it as cancelled. Manager had to be awakened in the middle of the night to correct the problem. Avoid this property. Never again! As a repeat guest, I felt more like a criminal or vagrant.

While I would not stay there withy family, I would only stay there if I could not find anything else close to my emplouer's area office.

Really good overall for the price. Only thing that p*ssed me off was the night front desk guy. Super agressive and annoying. Even tho i had already checked in, every night he asked to see and photocopy ID's. Like if we were entering the white house or something.

Near airport and inexpensive. The neighborhood was less than friendly. A lot of undesirables surrounding the area.
