Towels werent available for the first two days. My belongings were moved and gone through by either staff or pest control wvlhich I wasnt made aware of on the second day of my stay. Management and staff were terrible and unapologetic. I checked out on second night and asked for a full refund. I've never had such an experience. There awere people walking around yellingvat each other doors have dents as if people have been inba struggle or pounded on during arguments.

the beds are bad you sink down to the springs. I had to buy a comforter from walmart.I also picked up Home defense.for the bugs. They had business come in after I reported it and sprayed the room.I personaly think. If they put a door sweep on the bottom of the entrance door to the room. There is a a gap of about 1inch under door. This would keep bugs and leaves out.Bring you own broom, trash bags,Toilet paper, pillow, laundry soap.,ect,No thrills. low price.

My flight was late getting in. After getting car and driving there, I arrived at 01:45. The address was on Presidents Dr and there was NO SIGN FOR THEIR ENTRANCE. After trying several lanes in the dark, I found the place. No sign to office. Got to main entrance and IT WAS LOCKED AND CLOSED!! YOU MUST GO TO THE BOTTOM OF HOTELS.COM description to see that CHECK IN is ONLY from 3:00-7:00PM. Lesson learned. With young people hanging outside at 2PM, I did not feel safe. Parking was jammed so if the guests had friends over, good luck on finding a place to park. All in all, with what I saw..... I'd never have booked there.

Friendly staff that did the best they could but the property NEEDS a major renovation. The room was clean but the carpeting is old, bathroom tissue holder broken, peeling paint on the door and sink required to be fixed. Stayed one night only because this hotel had electricity after hurricane Irma while most in the area did not. I would NOT bring my family here.

They only clean once a week and never change towels. The room had cockroaches, the dresser was broken and the bed was uncomfortable and with bed bugs. Was the worse experience in hotel that I had. Please dont recommend this place, until they improves all those things.

The exterior of the building and its surrounding look ok, but the room I stayed in was in a deplorable condition. The floor carpet had an awful smell which was unbearable. Alot of roaches kept running all over the place including the kitchen, cupboard and bathroom. The couch was so dirty. I didn't even sit on it for a second. This was highly unsanitary. The window curtains weren't properly attached as a number of rod are missing. I almost leave before the expiration of my time. This was a very bad eperience for me. There's a lot of room for improvement.

The location and price are the only good things about this property. It is an older, extremely used extended stay/residential property which advertises "complete kitchens," but doesn't include any cookware or silverware. Housekeeping is limited to once a week, and if you leave anything personal on any item that would normally be tidied, like the bed, that item will not be touched. The towels provided are of the type used at car washes, and no hair dryers are available, so remember yours or purchase some before you stay. Onsite staff is limited and only available during limited hours, so if you have problems with the room outside of these hours, you will most likely wait quite a while before anything will get done. If you're on a tight budget and don't mind not having any conveniences, then this place will work for you. If you live for conveniences, you'd do better to find an established hotel chain.

The staff was nice overall, but the rooms were really dirty and need a professional cleaning. Some of the people staying there are very disruptive, there was a couple who would fight loudly and sometimes violently every.single. day. It made me very uncomfortable. Its ok for someone on a short vacation, but for anyone staying longer for work, I would not recommend this extended stay, there are others in the area that are much nicer, without screaming people.

Caveat emptor, this is a low, low budget extended stay, not really a hotel (and frankly it's not that low cost when all things are factored in). Very limited front desk hours for check in (and out), only weekly housekeeping (and none the first week, so I checked in on a Friday but housekeeping was only on Tuesday which meant I got no fresh towels or room vacuumed for the 8 days I was there and wouldn't have for another 2 days if I'd stayed.), and if you have any issues or problems the answer is always: "This is an extended stay. That's just the way it is." No pillows for the pullout? "This iis extended stay. Go buy some". No plates, cups, pots, pans, cutlery, or any kitchen wares at all (Why advertise a kitchen but not loan or rent the tools to use it!!!)? "This is extended stay, go buy some." Couch is so lumpy it is impossible to sit on (the couch was so bad I'm sure it would not even be picked up by anyone if left curbside. Charities wouldn't take it, and homeless people would lie down next to it, not on it. I'm not joking.)? "This is extended stay". Bugs in the bathroom? "This is extended stay, I'll have someone check it out next week." I have stayed in cleaner hostels in third world countries. Staff is very nice, but obviously instructed to play off any concerns with the extended stay line, so it's a pretty low stress job since they don't actually have to worry about customer service! If money is paramount and you don't require clean, this is an option.

To be honest, you get what you pay for. This is a low-budget extended-stay motel located in a questionable area of town and there are some serious health and safety issues present. I was in town for a brief stay; though I was not comfortable with the lodgings, I did have to stay there for one night. I went to Walmart and bought a blanket (given the holes and stains on the coverlet and walls), but I still woke up with a rash all over. There were roaches and ants in the bathroom and people sitting/laying in the halls. Some of the electrical outlets didn't have covers, which is unsafe. Some people are housing animals there; laws don't specify that they be identified as service companions--I understand and appreciate the reasons behind this, but in the end the uncertainty raises questions in this close environment, even for someone like me who has worked with many animal shelters and rescues. The staff was helpful and friendly, but only available between 11 AM-7 PM. In the end, I appreciate the kindness and courtesy of the staff; even when I was very shaken up by the situation after leaving, they were patient and as helpful as they could be. There is a shopping center with a Walmart and many other stores just nearby. Perhaps this isn't the best place for a vacation/short stay location, but it may meet the needs of extended-stay residents in the Orlando area who are on a tight budget getting to know the city and finding a permanent place to live.

Awful place. Shouldn't be offered by Expedia. No staff on duty after 7pm - nightmare trying to get into my room after a fifteen hour journey. Disgusting dirty and depressing place which should advertise as if a standard us chain proposition which it isn't. Avoid it like the plague.

The condition of this property was horrible. The bathroom light did not work, the wall around the AC unit was crumbled, the room was in dirty condition in the bathroom and kitchen. The overall condition of this property was dirty and poorly maintained. There was a lot of evening activity in the parking lot as well. If you can pay more to stay in another hotel, I would. I did not even stay the second night of my reservation. I drove 45 minutes to stay in a different hotel.

Although the staff were o.k. there were odd rules. My room wasn't ready but I was not allowed to leave my luggage so had to put it back in the taxi so they could take me to a shop to buy food. Then I had to inspect the room before checking in. Most guests are long stay so the reception is open only from 11 to 7 which can be awkward for overnight guests. If you don't have a car you are stuck for food. There is a shopping area nearby but no safe way of walking to it and I as a lone older woman would be frightened after dark. The taxi company listed on the information sheet was diabolical. They were 45 minutes late to take me to the airport and the car and driver were shabby.

Horrible experience! I didn't even get to check in and I had pre paid for these reservations! I came in town at 8pm and went straight to the hotel to discover that their front desk had closed at 7pm. I was highly disappointed and had to relocate to another hotel in the area paying twice as much for another room. Will not give this place another chance after the miscommunication with the customer about the front desk hours!

This was a very strange hotel. Maybe I missed something in the fine print? Went to check in and the service attendant has us go look at our room first before checking us in. Got to our room and it wreaked of bleach. Attendant said they just finished cleaning it. What were they cleaning, dead bodies?? No shampoo or anything like that in the room. No trash can, or even trash bags, no bath towels, and the bed was hard as a rock. Then, when we tried to check out 2 days later, the service desk was closed off completely. Had to turn our keys into the window washer. Just a very strange experience.

Hotel staff work certain hours a day and the office (front desk) is closed on Sunday. There is an on call staff person but I wasn't provided any staff members contact information. This is different than other hotels I've stayed where there's someone at the front desk 24/7. I guess the front desk closed probably by 6 or 7pm. The front desk could not provide extra pillows. The whole process was not explained thoroughly by front desk staff. I had questions later but the front desk was closed. I asked a staff member the next morning about check in since the front desk is closed on Sundays. She told me to leave the key in the room. I thought about what would happen if I was locked out of my room? How would I get in contact with a staff member?

And talk about the beds. I'm not kidding about this. You lay down on the brick and the springs come to life as if then want to break out of the old mattress. The sound they make when you move your body reminds you of a 1930 car driving on an unpaved road. Then there is the bathroom. The ceiling has all the signs of an earthquake about to happen. If the people above you jump a bit it will break onto your room. A living hazard.

By housekeeping standards the room had been cleaned, but still felt dirty; probably because of the age of the hotel. The room was loud. We would hear a couple fighting, kids yelling into the nighttime hours, and what sounded to be a dance party in the room above us. The hair dryer was clearly broken yet still plugged into the wall. Which didn't matter because the outlet didn't work. The best part of this hotel was the sushi place nearby. And, if you need anything there is also shopping closeby.

It was not a good vacation because of this hotel! My girlfriend and I stayed here during our trip to universal studios and it was awful. The furniture was torn up, there was a leak in the sink that the made tried to fix with a wash cloth, our key didn't work half the time as it took 15-20 tries to get our door open, the neighbors were obnoxiously loud, there was no where to park and to top it off my girlfriend got a rash on her legs from the sheets on the bed. Don't come here, I repeat DO NOT COME HERE! Save your coins and go to a 3-4 star hotel at the least ! You'll thank me.

When we got there for our checkin was hard to find the entrance (the entrance is hidden in a little street by a warehouse), we saw different group of people grilling from the back of their pickup trucks and drinking beer on the parking lot of the hotel like it was a tail gate party (a really bad sight). We Also had to wait for like a half hour for someone to show up at the reception desk and check us in. At that point we were ready to leave, but they already charged the $100 for one night reservation and they didn't want to cancel it, and we said to ourselves well it is only one night. When we come back that night was not parking on the premises, the parking was taking by people sleeping in their cars, we had to park on the side of the road and hope that our car was not damaged by no one backing up. Of course none to complaint. At 5am some one on the upper rooms started to slam the doors repetitively until 7 am (don't know why) the gus from the next room to us started to curse and scream at them it was crazy. for sure an experience that I would not like to repeat. Inside the bedroom was nice, a full fridge a small kitchen a sofa bed and two beds. Everything was relatively clean.

Hotel is located among warehouses/production plants. It is staffed by wonderful, friendly people, but the place is run-down, out-dated. Furniture and appliances are 80s starter-home quality. Roaches crawling up the walls I the first room we tried. The second was much better-clean and comfortable.

To get to the hotel was through a very isolated dark road. The entry sign was 2 feet by 3 feet, so almost missed it. The upholstery was stained, old and just didn't have a clean smell. The picture on the we site was way off. We checked in at 730 pm, and the clerk was ver nice, happy and helpful. The only nice thing was her.

The hotel was ok. That is the perfect description. Nothing went above and beyond (other than the friendly night staff who kindly checked us in when our flight arrived really late). The room was clean but dated. It had all of the amenities that were expected.

There wasn't someone at the desk to check out at 6:45 am. Every time I called no one answered the phone always went to recording and I left message for someone to call me back and no one ever did.

the walls are paper thin. the baby in the room next to us screamed all night. The amount of animals staying in the hotel was unreal. should have been an animal shelter. I saw the Largest pit bull dogs I have ever seen in my life. We were sharing a hotel.

Very bad experience at this Hotel, I paid more for a double room and got one with one bed, although almost every day went to repection to ask for a room, they never got it, and no refund money paid more, I never return to this Hotel.
