When in Florida I only stay at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress….wonderful stays all the time!
- 5/5
this has to be the nicest resort in Orlando! multiple pools, hot tubs, and dining options! the Disney shuttle was super helpful as well. this resort has everything you need for a luxurious stay that is actually affordable too!
- 5/5
The amenities were outstanding, especially the large pool area, which quickly became our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There were plenty of activities available, and the resort had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a great place to relax. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hyatt Grand Cypress to anyone visiting the Orlando area. We look forward to returning in the future!

It’s a resort / conference hotel in the very best way. Priced right with utility and great space it’s a great structure.
- 5/5
Good! Good.
- 5/5
We always stay at this resort when in Orlando. It’s just my husband and I, so if we had kids I would probably choose a Disney resort to make life easier if Disney is your plan. However, we love the pool at this resort and the Four Flamingos restaurant is incredible! I do wish they would update the rooms as they are a bit outdated and carpet seems dirty.

Very nice hotel, would come again.
- 5/5
Booked last minute and was pleasantly surprised! We enjoyed the beautiful and relaxing pool and everyone we met was very friendly and helpful! We did not take advantage of all the amenities the resort has to offer (water activities) but we will next time! We will definitely be staying here again!

Place was very nice and had a good time but the only thing that kept this place from being 5 star was the 40 bucks a day to park and being charged for breakfast that was supposed to be included. Never got a invoice so calling to find out charges was inconvenience Shopping and drinks at rhe hotel are convenient but very expensive. Thank you Fransisco for the hospitality
- 4/5
Needs more chair in the pool or do something with the people that reserved a room for 3 person and put 5 in the room
- 5/5
The hotel was awesome. It is very beautiful Zen like almost like a Hawaiian spot atmosphere beautiful property, especially the pool area with the caves. The food at the lake house was outstanding. I did not have one bad meal. The coffee at the marketplace was also good. The staff was excellent from the valet parking to the luggage carriers to the concierge and the girl who made the travel arrangements. They were all very helpful and made my stay there pleasurable. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The room was very spacious and super clean also
- 5/5
I would not stay at any other hotel
- 5/5
This is one of my favorite places to stay! My parents brought me twice when I was about 11-12 and now being able to bring my kids and seeing how much they enjoyed it made me so happy! Room was great and the staff was very friendly!
- 5/5
Super clean room , love the amenities
- 1/5
Location is great! The room was dirty, for example i placed my clothes in the wardrobe, the section above where you hang your clothes, only to discover i had just covered my clothes in dust, it was so bad. I have taken pictures. Ruined my holiday clothes. The bathtub was filthy and hadn't been cleaned properly, the shower gel dispenser was mossing its head. Subsequent daily cleans of the room were really disappointing, they never vacuumed the carpets properly and once there were still crumbs in the bed. The parking charges were utterly utterly ridiculous, what a total scam, you pay so much to stay there and then they want to squeeze more out of you, then they call you "guests" nearly $30 dollars a night for parking. Great way to only get one time customers, will never recommend the hotel or be staying there again. Id rather have the upfront costs and sort it all out in one price rather than be confronted with it later. This goes for an additional ridiculous charge of nearly 600 dollars "pool cleaning fee or something stupid" what the hell am i paying the initial payment for? Ruined my mood the moment i checked in. Greedy and cut throat. The facilities were below average. They didn't even have a spa, no steam room, no sauna, what a joke.

Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple or a family group or friends, this luxury hotel caters to everyone. I was first skeptical how you could add luxury and family oriented in one sentence but Hyatt has a superb recipe that makes the marination of all types of travelers possible. The first thing that greets you from the parking lot is the amazing landscape. This estate is a walker's, jogger's and even cyclists paradise. When I passed two landscapers hard at work, they were very courteous and very professional, even while carrying out their duties. The landscape represents the hotel’s impeccable taste and the placement of all varieties of tropical plants throughout the estate mingled the sound of freshwater brooks that relaxes and rejuvenates. Tremendous work is seen and felt within environs. The landscape brings the soothing sounds of gushing fountains as you glide over a stream into the lobby area. And at sunset you can warm up from the light of exquisitely rendered fire pits. True luxury. Check-in was fast, efficient and super courteous. My check in with front desk team member Dee was amazing. In regards to cleanliness and facilities , the grounds are impeccable and the interior design exquisite. They had a wedding for the weekend and the engaged couple's movie on the cinema screen over the escalator was amazing. My room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. The vistas from my room and across the hotel were superb. Cleaning team on my floor was super helpful and gave great attention. Mike at luggage drop May 22 helped me with superb customer care At breakfast,Youssef demonstrated amazing multitasking skills and was super professional with great customer service. The concierge attendant at the lobby elevators was courteous and his role is a visionary investment by the hotel as a great adjunct to the elevator experience on a busy weekend. I didn’t get his name, but he was an excellent Memorial weekend guest assistant. Nothing

Reserved a one night stay for myself +1 for a King size bed and walk-in shower. Paid 300.00+ for room. Went to check in and was told “we don’t have the room you reserved so we UPGRADED you to a queen size bed with a tub/shower with a pool overlook..” as I explained that was not an upgrade by any means I was assure there was nothing that could be done.. after speaking with a manager I got into a room exactly as I had reserved.. for the cost of money and the headache I had received to get what I paid for I will definitely use a different hotel/resort for my future trips.. beyond that the place is very beautiful but with the additional fee of 150.00 that had to be paid at the counter the customers pay well to keep it looking nice.

All are nice but the urgency to find out a correct the situation immediately was not there I finally received a call from the night supervisor in regards to towel hours after I asked for the hotel manager to contact me and I guess I was only worth supervisor level lol. Definitely disappointed but in all honesty I at least feel like they made a effort to try a correct the situation eventually and definitely would stay there again everyone there works hard except the washing machines lol sorry couldn't help it.. This is one of my all-time favorites Those are my 2 cents
- 3/5
My first day was terrible because they had construction going on all day. Make sure you stay away from the construction side of the building.

My family’s favorite vacation destination. Whether you’re hanging out by the pool or spending your morning at the breakfast buffet, you will always have the best time. The staff here make the whole experience better. Everyone is so kind and accommodating and we love the poolside servers.

Has a lot to offer. Unfortunately not enough time to try everything out. Bed not very comfy for me.

Do not be misled and pay extra for the advertised "balcony" at the Hyatt Grand Cypress. The "balcony" is, at best, 20" wide with no chairs or table. It is clearly not meant to be a true balcony where guests can relax and enjoy the view and the lovely Florida weather. In addition, self parking is a long, sometimes uphill walk to the hotel and might not accommodate some guests.
- 5/5
The property was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean. Everyone was really nice and helpful. We’ll stay here every time we come to Florida. Nothing. Everything was perfect

We liked the atmoshpere of the hotel, the quality food in the restaurant and the quiteness, the calm of the resort. The room was comfortable, but we think the size of the beds was a bit tight. (We were 4 in one room) The free shuttle for the Universal Studio leaves very early and only once per day and the return is only once per day. This is a bit cumbersome.
- 5/5
Well worth time and money

from the room outside, staff are very light specially in the breakfast areas. They’re so polite with me very kind people and also the front desk was great and chicken and check out and it was excellent.
- 1/5
The pool was closed and that was not told to us before we arrived because we were swimmers and the pool area around the deck was dirty with garbage. It was overcrowded very disappointed.
- 3/5
Main pool was drained and no forewarning in advertisement, only one small area opened, crammed all guests into a very limited space.
- 5/5
We love this property—we were married here 10 years ago and return periodically. The hotel has always been excellent—the staff are friendly, the amenities nice. And we love Four Flamingos—the food is great and original! Two caveats, the Spa has been closed for a long time, we keep hearing that there are plans to reopen, but have seen no signs. And the resort and parking fees are quite high. If you are looking for a resort stay, this is it! If you are going to nearby Disney, there are other cheaper and more convenient properties.

- 5/5
Everything was amazing.
- 1/5
2 of the 3 pools were closed with no clear notice beforehand. The only open pool was overcrowded, which completely took away from the resort experience. For the price you pay here, this is unacceptable. If key amenities are unavailable, guests should be told in advance.

This hotel is old and doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. It’s clean enough but it needs to be updated. Pool is nice. Restaurant was meh. My daughter cut her leg on some coarse cut bathtub tile and I wasn’t offered anything except some Hyatt points which I have yet to receive…

- 4.5/5
Beautiful hotel with great amenities, really nice pool, great breakfast and very friendly staff!
- 5/5
Location excellent, right next door to Disney but with a feeling of being on edge of countryside especially overlooking lake. The main lobby bar is badly designed- dull greys and blue upholstery etc make it look like an office - bland. Need more seating inside and outside by fire pits.
- 4.5/5
Beautiful hotel with great amenities, really nice pool, great breakfast and very friendly staff!

Amazing pool. Food. Service. Gym. Nothing
- 5/5
My husband and I went for a night to celebrate our anniversary. Now I wish I would have booked the whole weekend. The hotel is beautiful, all the staff were so friendly. The pool is beautiful, I can’t wait to go back and take my kids ! I wish the coffee maker in the room was better .. also, the pool seating was a little aggravating at first. We got to the hotel around 12 and we went straight to the pool, of course there were a ton of seats with towels just laying on them and no one in the them even though it says not to severe seats. Very frustrating
- 5/5
The pool is fantastic and so are the complimentary activities like the bike riding, golf, and kayaking. Absolutely obsessed with the smell of the lobby I want to bottle it up like perfume. One of the nicer hotels I’ve been to in Orlando. We were able to see the Disney fireworks from our room at night and the food/drinks on sight are spectacular. I don’t even want to go on further because I want to keep this place my little secret when visiting Orlando.
- 5/5
Place with a lot of fun
- 5/5
The Lakehouse Restaurant was exceptional for breakfast and dinner. The pools and waitstaff at the pool bar exceeded my expectations also. The ac vent in our bathroom was very dusty like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The hotel was extremely clean in every way except this.
- 5/5
Although I could tell the hotel was on the ‘older’ side - the staff, food and overall experience was nothing short of amazing. We loved it here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Finding seats at the pool during busy season was a bit difficult, but that’s the case anywhere we go during spring break time.
- 4/5
Great pool, need more choices for dinner ,
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. Loved the heated pool. Many things to do like basketball, mini golf, water sports.
- 5/5
The property was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
- 3/5
We typically love the Grand Cypress- it seemed to have a lot of people , finding chairs was impossible by the pool. We prefer to use cash at the market or pool bar restaurant- but it is not accepted. We also didn’t have normal things in our room like bedding for sofa bed, just seemed a little off this time.
- 5/5
Clean, staff were great! Beautiful resort, food options were good. Very nice place, highly recommend!
- 5/5
Clean room, beautiful pool, helpful staff. Our family really likes this hotel - it was our 2nd stay here. A lot of activities avail as part of your stay - pickleball, mini golf, pitch n putt, bikes, paddle boats. There’s a small fridge in the room which is super helpful. The Marketplace has a Starbucks. Next time we would take an Uber run to CVS nearby to pick up toiletries, snacks, bottled water, sunscreen, etc. The little shop at the hotel has everything you might need (or forgot), but it’s *extremely overpriced.
- 5/5
The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast system. They told us we had to wait 40 minutes, but I understand they have to accommodate a lot of people for the size of the breakfast area. It wasn't a big deal for me. I think it's a very cool, elegant, and clean place, I really liked the shops they have, the beach, the kayak area, the restaurant; very interesting.
- 5/5
Beautiful property, valet guys were amazing when we forgot something in our car. Breakfast was fantastic.
- 3/5
Hotel is clean, service is great, but fyi there are add on fees like resort fees and parking once you get there. Hotel rooms are average but clean. Amenities and overall hotel are both great.
- 5/5
Of course though, maybe they could operate it at a 5 - 10 degree higher temperature ☃️even though it was heated. Great place but parking fee was too high.
- 4/5
Rooms need updating. Hyatt grounds beautiful as always.
- 3/5
Breakfast too expensive and the parking way too expensive.
- 5/5
So fun and beautiful grounds. Pool was a little cold
- 5/5
Mattress could be better & pillows for King size bed are small. Need to update the par 3 golf area.
- 5/5
There did seem to be a large number of dead trees/palms outside which did detract from some of the outdoor beauty, but there may be some explanation for that, but we didn’t ask.
- 4/5
Priority n staff are great I was just disappointed that no robes in the rooms and they forgot to add amenities to the bathroom like mouth wash or vanity kit
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
The staff great customer service For the price of the night on this hotel is ridiculous that you get charge for parking and the beds where hard , also check In at 4 pm check out at 11 am not even 24 hrs for the price not worth it .

Great hotel!
- 4/5
Staff were nice. Location was good. The staff and the food at Four Flamingos restaurant were amazing! Some reviews complained about that it wasn’t worth the price. We didn’t spend more than at a Cheesecake Factory; and the food was unique and delicious. And I’m very picky like a child and I’m also vegeterian… still I could find food to eat there and it was fantastic! Wifey loved it, too. I think it’s worth a try! The breakfast buffet was worth it, too! We loved it. A lot of nice amenities in the hotel also. We had a lot of fun. There is room for improvement. Our room was not as clean as expected. Sure, the bed, the bathroom, and the floor were clean, but the windows weren’t so much (they also had spiderwebs overhead). I mean it’s not critical, but one would expect more from a 4-star hotel.

Arrival could run a little more smoothly. There were a lots of staff members there but no one really providing direction. You pull in, they unload your bags onto a luggage cart while you check in. But then no one really lets you know how you get matched up with your luggage again since you don't have your room number yet. We liked and appreciated the assistance and all of those extra perks but as a first time visitor nothing was really made clear so it didn't run very smoothly. If you have a car pricing is really high. $54 per night for valet and $39 per night to self-park. Self parking lot is attached to the geounds but for us was about a 10-15 minute walk from the room. I understand you may have a closer room which may mean less of a walk but regardless, we were not the highest floor and paying $39 then being that far from your car is too much. Room was clean, but had seen better days. No fan in the bathroom and you can see the ceiling suffered because of it. Scuff marks and paint chipped walls, cuts in the lampshade, indentation in the wall where the door lock is. This may seem nitpicky, but for the price we paid for our room, i expected more. The view was nice, as we were able to see Magic Kingdom Fireworks from our windows. I also really liked the large window allowing ample natural light into the room.

Check-in was a quick with friendly receptionist. Refreshing cool beverage was a nice touch. Amenities offered was perfect. After workout in gym, a quick few minutes swim in pool was refreshing. But in mid-Feb, the pool was definitely too cold to enjoy. Hottubs were perfect. Lobby area was alive every night with every table full with people gathering for conversation or watching the Winter Olympics. I could do my laundry while the kids watched a movie by the pool or play in arcade. Cleaning staff quick to remove trash. Definitely a classy family friendly hotel with a ton of resort activities.

Good service. No extra charges for water bottles, WiFi, very warm welcome. Friendly staff. Able to check in early without extra charges. This is service that you won’t see anymore these days. The AC in the room was noisy. Room looked clean but closets looked old.

Honestly, my wife and I have been coming to your resort for several years now in January/February and absolutely love the hotel and grounds. Unfortunately, this year we rented a car from the SIXT in your lobby and that experience has ruined everything. They gave me a rental agreement with damage to the rear driver side area of the car. It was mentioned to me at pick up and I was told not to worry about that, it is already documented. Upon dropping off the car the employee said “all good” you will get deposit back in 2-3 days. Sign here… 40 minutes later I get an email stating the damage is suddenly new and I am to blame!!! What!!! It’s on the rental agreement. I am now stuck in the northeast having to prove the documented damage on the vehicle was there like they told me it was. They want me to cover the cost of damage done by a previous driver, AND THEY KNOW IT!!!! I won’t be back unfortunately… this experience has completely soured me to the entire establishment. Feels very sneaky and deceptive.. if you are willing to deal with companies that prey on customers I can take my business elsewhere. This won’t be my only review, I’m disgusted

Hotel is extremely overpriced and not made aware of resort fees taxes etc. I also left my coat and glasses because of the way the closet and bathroom door are configured. Called when I got to new hotel a few hours after check in. No coat but will search the room and get back to me by 8am. No call no coat no service. Will not use hotels .com or stay there again. I tried to cancel hotel after purchasing insurance 2 hours after booking because of a bad snowstorm hitting the northeast. I was told if I cancel I would still incur the one night room fee because they have a no cancellation policy. Proving that the insurance is an additional cost with no protection. Very disappointed

everything was excellent, from the greetings upon arrival, to the cleanliness of the room, to the service we received at breakfast and at the bar, and the accommodation for an additional night’s stay due to a travel delay on our end because of the big snowstorm that hit the northeast.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and welcoming — a great first impression after a long day of travel. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the space felt larger than expected for a resort property. Housekeeping kept the room refreshed throughout our stay. The location is excellent — close to Disney, easy access to highways, and still peaceful. Perfect for both theme park adventures and relaxing resort days. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The combination of comfort, amenities, and service makes Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress a top choice in Orlando.

The was mold all over the bathroom. Dust in the ceiling by the air duct. Carpet was so dirty that after my kids walked for some time their feet were black. They charge fees and gratuity right away just from ordering room service. Spoke to a manager and they changed me to a bigger better room. However, the bathroom still had mold and carpet was still leaving your feet black. Terrible experience. I had sore throat every morning and my skin was itching. Everyday, as soon as we left the hotel, hour symptoms disappeared right away. Clearly a sign that every room needs deep disinfectant cleaning. Breakfast was good. I will never stay in a hyatt again. They messed up badly.

The hotel was beautiful and clean however the first staff member Rodrigo that I worked with charged my card 3 different charges resulting in my card being over-charged for three times the nights and fees. I wish I could remember the girls name who fixed everything for me she and Gavin were amazing to get things squared away. This also happened to another friend of mine who was at the same convention that weekend. The hotel itself is wonderful but keep an eye on your charges, I’m 7 days past my stay and that money is still frozen as pending on my account until the hotel accounting department releases the funds which I was told would take 7-10 business days.

Upon our arrival, we were impressed by the assistance provided by the valet staff and the hotel's beautiful ambiance. Additionally, we appreciated the complimentary champagne offered during our check-in process. However, the quality of our experience deteriorated shortly thereafter. To our dismay, the check-in clerk informed us that there were no rooms available due to a shortage of cleaning staff. This scenario was unprecedented in my prior hotel experiences, particularly since I had reserved this accommodation well in advance. Even at hotels of lesser expense and luxury than the Hyatt, I have consistently been able to check in upon arrival. I must note that the staff was genuinely apologetic and accommodating, and we are grateful for the waiver of property fees. Nevertheless, this initial inconvenience significantly impacted our ability to fully enjoy what was meant to be a celebratory weekend with the newlyweds. We did not gain access to our room until approximately 10:30 or 11 PM, having received a text notification at 7:43 PM—3.5 hours beyond the stated check-in time. Furthermore, while we were informed that our room would be upgraded due to the inconvenience, I do not believe that a room with a window view constitutes an upgrad

This hotel has nice people but most of them are clueless when you ask them anything about transportation or anyother general info. They outsource the transportation to a third party and someone should have a clue whats happening with the timings or way they operate. people look at the resort and book it. Its up to Hyatt to give the customer care with the info they need. Bell folks in the front of the hotel was having more customer care than the people behind the desk.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. We paid extra to upgrade our room for more privacy and a view of the Disney fireworks, but there was no fireworks view at all. On top of that, there was ongoing construction above the 18th floor, with loud machine noises and dragging sounds on concrete every night, making it impossible to relax or sleep. Our room was also next to a maintenance elevator, resulting in constant traffic and loud conversations throughout the day. The elevators were slow, and overall the experience was frustrating. While valet parking was good, everything else was not worth the price. We were especially upset to get food poisoning from Four Flamingos restaurant, which ruined what was supposed to be a special experience. We complained multiple times, but our room was not changed until the last two days, when the situation became unbearable. Overall, this stay was not worth the money and we had no peace during our visit.

The property is really nice, the rooms are decent with nice showers but the beds/pillows are a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was good. Efficient staff, good breakfast, nice pool and fitness center, good proximity to attractions.

The sink was very small, and the water would accumulate and then drain very slowly.

However I paid for a particular high end room with Orbitz advertising and when I got to hotel they placed me in a lower room I had to pay additional fees to get high end room in addition to what I paid Orbitz completely unfair to me Orbitz owes me money and has not called me about the false advertising yet complaint was made 3 days ago

Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean room, beautiful views. Pool was amazing!
- 4/5
The room and the resort was absolutely exceptional. I gave it four stars, however, because the self parking room key never worked going in nor out. That coupled with the inspector trying to unlock our door halfway into our stay while we were inside are the reasons.

Incredible property for a family vacation. A ton of things to do on the resort itself. We went to a Disney park one of the days but enjoyed the resort so much the other days we were there! A quick note is that the pool with the water slide is temperature controlled so if you’re there during a cooler month, you can still get in the pool!! It took us three days of enduring ice cold water before we figured it out 🙈 10/10 and will definitely come back!

The pool was fantastic. The shampoo and conditioner are the worst. We were lucky we had some extra shampoo and conditioner left over from another hotel. The staff was friendly and kind. The beds were super comfy.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Business meeting and we never had to leave the property. Between the amazing food options and stunning pool, we were thrilled but add the entertaining bar staff and every other amazing employee we interacted with, and you have an experience that is hard to properly explain. We were totally delighted and will be returning with family in tow because of all this and the location convenient to every attraction.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-kept, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions. The property felt family-friendly, and the outdoor pool was a nice bonus to enjoy during downtime. Overall, the location was convenient, the service was reliable, and everything was handled smoothly. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.
- 5/5
Would definitely go back. Clean. Kind. Beautiful atmosphere.
- 5/5
Staff was great. Close proximity to a lot of restaurants. Disney.
- 5/5
We paid for the 3 night stay in advance but were met with a hold on our credit charge for $547.00. This was to cover a daily resort fee, parking, and any extras. Breakfast for 1 day was $78 for 2 ppl. Breakfast was horrible, in fact all the food at the hotel was very bad, got ill twice, even the coffee was worse than the worst coffee I every had. Everything in the hotel was ridiculously high, $4.00 for a small bottle of water? Bars throughout the facility to the best, bartenders were awesome. Pool area, the best ever, grounds gorgeous.
- 5/5
Love the aesthetic and the vibe in general. It’s a beautiful hotel for the whole family or anyone looking to have an amazing experience.
- 4/5
Used dirty towel was left from previous visitor.
- 5/5
Beautiful property; paddle boats, bicycles, and wonderful pool area
- 5/5
Great stay, close to all attractions and very quiet.
- 5/5
From the time we pulled in to the entrance until we left, we had the best customer service ever! The staff at the entrance were so helpful! The check in process was quick! The bartenders were awesome!
- 3/5
Difficult check out process. My TV was not working for the check out process and I had to wait in a super long line. Never had this happen to me before and it was super inconvenient!
- 2/5
Main issue is the pool was not heated. Resulting in 75 degree temperature, the pool was always empty. This resulted in going to a resort for a vacation and not being able this wonderful. I had to go to a friends hotel each day to use their pool. Resort fee ? This ruined the experience I expect more from Hyatt you can live on your names. If you fail to meet expectations for that person they are 100% dissatisfied. Try to reach assistant manage he seemed to be unavailable. Want to moved to another hotel but no one wants to discuss this. Hyatt Grand Cypress your 2 stars. Every guess should receive the complete experience. Your pool is a nice pond to look at in photos. Like Delta you have to earn your wings every day.

Amenities were great! I can't say enough about the staff. Very attentive and friendly. The carpets throughout our floor were very work and had areas of shredding. It becomes a safety issue as I almost fell tripping over the loose carpet.
- 5/5
It is a beautiful hotel. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Excellent service in restaurants and pool bar. Good food.
- 4/5
Shame as the hotel staff who do care are exceptional m. Probably won’t give them another chance as there are much more modern hotels offering better services for less nearby. Really is a shame as it’s got fantastic views from all the rooms.

The 32$ parking allows you a nice 1/4 mile walk on a dimly lit path, servers hit you with 18% auto gratuities ( not disclosed), beds not changed, no complimentary water, servers pick who they wait on by the pool and bartender watches football(outside bar) parking lot full so we had to call and go down .8tenths of a mile to park and walk ( not disclosed) Go to Doubletree by Universal. They are wonderful. Sent a letter to corporate and got a form letter with someone else’s name on it.

The self parking Rea too far away from property entrance. Not that many parking spaces neither, making the walk to the lobby longer. In addition to the charge of 37 us daule to self park. Charge not disclosed when you make reservation for the hotel.

Beautiful resort, fun for the kids. Watch all those extra fees and high prices! $40 per night for parking - Wow!!! $225 in extra fees for a 2 night stay. And that doesn't include breakfast or dinner. And then you still have to drive to Disney and pay for parking there too.
- 5/5
One most beautiful resort in Orlando 😍
- 5/5
Excellent property and great amenities
- 2/5
Car keys are consficated from you no matter ho wlong you are going to be away from your car, wanted to check in then drive to self park. Car keys were taken by the valet parking! I know i was in the Hotels dot com room, usually next to the elevator(they always find a way to punish us) the sink was about 12" in diameter, the counter top about 14" x 24" almost to small for me to lay out my toiletries, let alone my wifes! Condensation seems to be a problem. Swear the shower should have come with instructions. Was not given any iunstructions to keep a keycard to get out of the parking lot when i left, swear i was charged twice
- 5/5
All the staff were extremely friendly. Property was clean with an abundance of activities to participate in. Daughter absolutely loved the pool. Will stay here again.

Bed was nice and comfy but the whole complex is having a water issue - they did not disclose the extent of the issue but we could not even brush out teeth with water from sink - a bottle of water was provided - staying at a resort I would like to be informed before about something like that - was not comfortable even taking a shower because of the water issue - they should not have charged resort fee$50 and over $50 for valet - they should have at least offered something for the lack of cominjcation and the issue

It’s just the best of the best you can never go wrong with Hyatt. They treated me like a king. Valet service is fast responding too. The bellman omg he beat me to my room on the 9th floor before I even I got to the room. Ahhh there so much more to say but 2 thumps up ! 5 stars from me. I love Hyatt !!!

Trip itself was amazing. It was a family trip. Family members from North Carolina, New York City and Florida met up to have a mini reunion. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Most of the staff was friendly and courteous. There was one exception, his name is Mic. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He mistreated one of our family members and made rude comments. However, that was one exception and life cannot be led by exceptions. After the incident we continued with our visit and had a lovely time.
- 2/5
Do not stay here if you don’t intended to use it as a resort stay. If you’re just going to parks, you’ll pay an extra $100+ dollars for amenities you don’t need. Definitely over-priced in every way. Breakfast buffet? 38 (w tip) per person. Room service pizza? $32 (w auto tip). Mixed drink? Upwards of $20. Valet parking has a ridiculous cost and self parking will have you walking at least a 1/4 mile. Getting towels for the pool is a real hassle, they should just be in your room. Definitely not suggested unless you plan to only stay at the hotel and not venture out. Suggest you only leave to eat elsewhere. Bring your own drinks. TV only worked half of my stay, same with the inter. You also needed to be a scientist to figure out how to use the shower. AC was just so-so.

This property is very nice however the rooms are a little run down and in need of some TLC. The elevators were often crowded during certain times which on a couple of occasions made it challenging to get to your room or down to the lobby. Other than that, I would recommend. The pool was lovely and the customer service was top notch. Very friendly waitress and waiter staff in all areas of the hotel. Housekeeping was wonderful as well.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if possible. The rooms, hotel common areas and grounds are immaculate. There are so many activities available at no additional cost - so unexpected. But the best part was the customer service. Every employee was friendly and helpful. My daughter and I were very impressed.

Seeing so many families with wheelchair users and seeing how easy and how open the property was… I will be bringing my family and my wheelchair dependent grandson on a stay…I saw so many children smile enjoying the pool. I would love to see those smiles on my little ones..

Overall pretty good. Great location. Dated property. We could smell perfumes and hear noises through the air vent in the bathroom. The staff at the reception was visibly upset / not friendly even after I apologized because I did not realize she was free and she had to call me (it was not busy, there was only one other person with whom I was talking).
