Everything was surprising. The staff was extra nice. The rooms were clean and larger than I thought they would be in the price was amazing.

I loved everything about this hotel! There are restaurants close by, the staff is amazing, the hotel is clean and updated. The only thing that can be better is the breakfast. They only had pork options as far as meat.

Breakfast was great - we especially appreciated the use of real/reusable plates, silverware, cups.

The room size, location, amenities. Front desk was super nice. Our room had a strange smell that I couldn’t place. In the middle of the night, I felt like I was breathing it and I thought about it being bug spray. I should have just asked for another room right away when I first checked in.

Great location! Close to the airport and an easy walk across the parking lot to a few restaurants. Agave Azul was very good! The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful and very friendly. Thank you La Tisha(I hope I’m spelling your name correctly) you were very helpful and very sweet.

This hotel is in a great location near a variety of restaurants, coffee shop, theater and shops. The access to the toll road made it super easy to get to all the attractions without the I-4 headaches....!! I would definitely stay there again....! The room was spacious and reminded me more of a studio apartment than a hotel. I loved it

The staff at the hotel were the BEST! So helpful! I called to advise we'd be arriving at midnight and no problem. I realized the next day I left my mouse at home, no problem. The breakfast cook was wonderful as was the bartender. Just loved the service.

Loved the shuttle to and from the airport. I was going on a cruise so I went online a few days prior to arriving in Orlando and booked a ride with GoPort when needing to go from the hotel to Port Canaveral. Definitely will be back when in Orlando.

The Hyatt House in Orlando was a great place to stay! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, lounge and bar. The hotel is in walking distance of several great restaurants as well. The hotel also offers a 24/7 shuttle service to the airport!

We only stayed for 1 night but my first impression was that the hotel was nice, clean, modern and the room had a nice layout- kitchenette, open space and very clean. Shower pressure could have been a bit better but overall it was a wonderful stay.

A new clean hotel with an excellent 24 hr free shuttle service to and from the airport. The restaurants are 100 feet away and they are excellent .

Really nice rooms but definitely could have been cleaner. Appeared that rug had not been vacuumed and garbage disposal had not been run (smelled). Coffee pot was gross. Bathroom was not super clean.

We were stuck at the airport because our flight was canceled, I mistakenly booked this hotel, thinking I was booking the Hyatt. That’s actually in the terminal in Orlando, however, the hotel was convenient, there’s a shuttle that picked us up and brought us back in the morning and the accommodations were perfectly fine.

We enjoyed our stay. The Hyatt offers a shuttle to and from airport. The room was very clean and had a good layout. There are many very good restaurants within a block from the Hyatt so it is an easy walk to them. Unfortunately we had to catch an early flight so we didn't get to experience the breakfast offered. We would stay there again.

Hyatt House will be my hotel of choice from now on whenever I’m in Orlando. The property was clean. The rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly especially Six. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I give this place 5 stars ⭐️ .

My experience was exceptional. This was my first stay at a Hyatt House property. The King Room was very spacious and comfortable (I totally enjoyed the sectional seating and ottoman situated at the window - got my vitamin D before leaving the room). The hotel staff (front desk and service) were extremely helpful and kind. I will absolutely choose Hyatt House for future travel needs.

Check in process and parking were very convenient. We stayed here prior to an early flight out of MCO. Our room was comfortable and clean. Great location to the airport! Breakfast was nice before boarding and the dining area was also very clean.

Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, nice pool area with fire pits. Only downside was parking, it cost and parking lot was almost completely full every day. Had to park at the very back of the property but we were able to use pool entrance to get in and not have to walk all the way around to the front. Stove and full size refrigerator were great for week stay.

The Hyatt House Orlando airport hotel was an excellent stay. Very clean and well maintained hotel with a great location within walking distance of restaurants (across from the hotel). Breakfast was great with a variety of choices both hot and cold and lots of comfortable seating. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast that was included with my stay. I was expecting a continental breakfast, but this was full out breakfat...eggs, bacon, pancakes, fresh fruit and more!! Rooms were very clean, and the whole kitchen setup was a complete bonus!!

Beautiful rooms, awesome lobby, and hallways! Being inside the airport is convenient as well! The ballrooms and conference rooms are nicely laid out. My room costs far too much for a "Conference Rate"!! ? The pool area was a bit small and honestly underwelmimg! Restaraunts were okay, but nothing extrodinary!

The Hyatt House Orlando is a beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing also and very helpful, hard working and kind! The rooms are incredibly clean and very comfortable and we loved the suite that we booked. The breakfast was great as well and they had a nice variety of options. The airport shuttle was extremely convenient to and from the airport and we truly appreciated that service and the shuttle drivers were very accommodating also! We also enjoyed the fact that there are so many dining options close to the hotel and there was even a small restaurant/bar at the hotel as well, which was another great feature! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay there and I would highly recommend this hotel to others!! Keep up the great work, Hyatt House Orlando!!

Although we were allocated an incorrect room to start with, this was quickly rectified and the correct room was then allocated. Staff on front desk were really friendly. Room was extremely clean a the breakfast was delightful. Would have no reservation in recommending this hotel or indeed staying here again. Housekeeping was very impressive

We had a great stay! Our flight home cancelled due to weather so we chose a hotel close to airport. The shuttles to and from the hotel were so convenient. The staff were very helpful and the kids loved the pool.

What wonderfully friendly people work in this hotel and bring people to this hotel! The shuttle drivers were SUPER helpful and friendly and made us at ease. And, the staff at the hotel was the same! We would love to come again! It was fantastic!

The staff were very nice, especially Jorge at the front desk and Joey at the bar. My room, however, was a different story. Nice at first glance; I was excited. But it turns out the room was actually pretty filthy. I’m disgusted to say there were popcorn kernels on the floor, other crumbs on furniture, and here’s the real kicker… a bloody booger wiped on the left side of the headboard by a previous guest. I was ready to vomit my entire stay. Would prefer to give zero stars. Will not ever be back.

Convenient prior to travel

The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful during a very stressful situation. No effort was made to assist us or offer alternatives. I had to find another place to stay at the last minute in the middle of the night, which thankfully I was able to do but this experience ruined our vacation. I do not recommend this hotel due to poor service, lack of accountability, and especially the unacceptable behavior of the front desk staff.

The hospitality at this hotel was amazing. The rooms were very clean, and the entire hotel was well maintained. The breakfast was excellent and had everything a continental breakfast should include.

We were treated exceptionally and are very satisfied with the room that was offered to us with early check-in the late check-in, the in-house laundry the self serve laundry as well as the complementary breakfast. We are very, very pleased with our stay at the Hyatt house. An area for improvement would be how to resolve being overcharged when using the self-serve laundry understanding that it is run by a third-party. There is no way for us to contact them. At least I am not able to figure it out and I have been overcharged three times so far for cleaning multiple loads of laundry which I appreciate being able to do, but of course don’t want to be overcharged I would like to have a refund for those charges.

The room was HUGE and so comfortable to stay in. We just got back from a 16-day cruise and arrived at the hotel at 11am and they had us in the room by noon. We were so thankful. The staff was great! The location was within a 2-minute walk of multiple restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again when in Orlando.

Driver stated he wouldn’t take us to A terminals because of extra traffic told us we would get let out on B side and had to walk with several suitcases which would have been impossible and a handy cap person very rude and inconsiderate had to pay extra for a uber when the airport shuttle was the main reason of staying at this hotel

When I think of true hospitality, I think of Jorge. Traveling with an almost two-year-old isn’t always easy, especially at the end of a long trip when everyone is tired. When we checked in, we asked Jorge if there was anywhere nearby to buy a small cup of milk for our daughter. We didn’t want a whole carton since we were leaving early the next morning. Before I could even finish explaining, Jorge immediately stopped what he was doing, ran to the back, and came out with not one—but two cups of milk, both with lids, ready to go. No hesitation. No inconvenience. Just genuine kindness. It was such a small thing, but after ten days on the road, it felt massive. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare. Jorge didn’t just do his job—he made our final night feel effortless, and he turned a quick overnight stay into our favorite part of the entire trip. Every hotel needs a Jorge. Hyatt House is lucky to have him.

Hyatt House Orlando Airport is very convenient. Shuttle can be arranged to pick up and drop off from and to the airport. It is very safe and and quiet and has a few restaurant options for dining that’s are very walkable distances. I highly recommend for those that prefer more quiet and efficiency when traveling.

Room was impeccably clean and the shower was excellent! The accommodations were fine and the restaurant, although the menu was limited, it was good. The only thing was that the front desk staff was just not friendly .. very utilitarian.

Check in was easy. We were able to get an airport shuttle quickly and easily both directions.

The plane was late and after modnight, so we had to call the hotel, but the shuttle came fast. It was good

Great, clean pet friendly hotel

I missed the shuttle and had to take a lyft to the hotel. I tried calling but it was the wrong number. They were so kind gave me a couple bottle of water and from then on everything went well for me. Breakfast was fresh, the guest were pleasant, staff answered your questions, and everywhwere i walked was clean. I could not sleep so i end up doing my laundry. Laundry room was so clean. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was very modern and clean. Hot breakfast with many options. Quiet. The gym has cardio, free weights, yoga mats. Nice outdoor pool. Separate lounge area outside with tvs to watch. Breakfast attendants were pleasant and helpful. Beyond expectations. Traveled with kids.

Check-in and room cleanliness were excellent. However, I had to have a cold shower in order to be ready for my dinner time. The water took at least 15 minutes to warm up and I was freezing for most of my shower. Also. The doors slammed so hard I could hear the neighbors door slam at night. I advised the front desk of the shower issue and the young man stated it was because too many people were showering at the same time. I’ve never heard of this or had a cold shower at a hotel. I travel often.

Showed up late due to canceled flight. Smooth transition from start to finish and room was amazing.

My wife and I started our journey some 23 hours before arriving at Hyatt House. We were treated courteously and kindly for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was a particular favourite. We both thoroughly recommend the Hyatt House and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Overall, 9/10 stay for family accommodation. They enjoyed the pool and complementary brekfast!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hyatt. It is so close to a restaurant across the street. You don’t even need a ride. You can walk across the food was amazing. The driver was amazing. Very informative. It’s not too far from the Florida mall and Orlando’s outlets so it was very nice to be able to go shopping.

It is a nice place to stay. Free shuttle bus service from airport to hotel.

The experience was nice. The front desk person was as friendly, he appeared to be annoyed and they didn’t even assist with taking our bags to the room even though we were struggling.

My card got charged multiple times and now I need to wake up in the morning to figure out what the desk associate did.
