Check in was easy. Staff was great, Breakfast was a plus.

Clean big room. Just Ok breakfast. Kids loved the waffles. Nice pool, shuttle to theme parks only runs once in the morning and once in the evening.

They charge $30 extra a night for parking.. The first night we were there the a/c wasn’t very cold and the room felt damp. Called the front desk and they said the a/c doesn’t go below 73? The second night we asked the front desk again if they could check the a/c because the room still felt damp. Someone came up and “fixed” it. It was still damp and still not very cold. And then a few days after we got home we got a letter in the mail with a parking fine saying we didn’t pay for parking- which we did. So now we have to sort that out. I would not stay here again.

The room was great, the staff was amazing, the pool area was very nice. The only thing wrong was the cost of parking. $27 a day up to 5 days every day after was free.

The rooms are very spacious with a private bedroom and a kitchen. There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was a very pleasant experience.

The location was great no matter where we were going to the airport to Universal to Disney Springs. All of it was so centrally located! The pool was a great space to relax! There’s a CVS right there next to it so if you need something for your fridge that is full-size you have something available!

This hotel was perfect for my family, really liked the amenities that were available and the suites were set up comfortably. Only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t do late check outs lol

I enjoy my night really clean and Comfortable, the perfect space exceeded my expectations, the breakfast buffet cousin I loved the Mickey Mouse waffles my daughter loves them and the divine flavor. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back soon. 10/10 thank you!!!

This was a couples getaway and we were very satisfied with the friendliness of the the entire staff and the cleanliness of the entire property. Our suite was clean, the kitchen was equipped with dinnerware. The pool was spotless and the location was excellent for visiting attractions. We will definitely return for another stay!!!

Breakfast was pretty good. At good times as well. Also room was great! Staff was so kind I loved how when you entered the rooms all the tvs said “welcome and your name”. I also loved now they would check in on you by message every day. Definitely a hotel that cares about your stay! Would definitely recommend. I absolutely loved it!! Would definitely also book again!

Great stay loved the rooms and how friendly everyone was - will want to go back. Pool was great too. Only thing I would recommend is breakfast served on actual plates with cutlery instead of plastic.

After checking in I was told by the planning department that my theme park ticket wasn’t for the park I wanted to go to after letting the staff member know that it was to late to make changes to my ticket I asked about the shuttle bus to the theme park and she said it was on its way so we waited for 45 minutes just to find out there isn’t a bus that takes us their this wasn’t cool we lost an hour and half due to the unexpected drive

Everything was nice and clean! I did not like having to pay $28.00 a night to park there and I didn’t like how they didn’t bring new towels or make your bed unless it was more than a 2 night stay.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 baths and it was amazing. Very comfortable for out family of 5 on a Disney trip. Resteraunts and Parks are near by. Breakfast could be better, meaning there was No bacon the whole week we stayed. My kids love bacon and egg.

Our family stayed here during the weekend of Mother's Day we actually got three rooms two Suites and a regular room and all I can say is our experience was beyond excellent the staff is amazing they were super patient in accommodating our big group there is always somebody there to help the layout of the rooms is excellent for big families where you're staying together but not really because of the separate rooms we really really love that. I recommend this hotel to families because it's very worth it let's not even talk about the breakfast. The buffet was complete and our kids were very happy with the Mickey Mouse waffle maker!!

We checked in at 8 am and the staff were excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast, which included some Disney-themed items like the waffle maker and the lobby.

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Property was clean and felt safe. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The only decent item were the waffles. Didn't realize parking was $30 daily on top of the cost of room, it should be included with our stay considering the price per night. Was going to have local friend stop by to visit for less then an hour but they would've had to also pay for parking so they didn't. No hot tub, restaurant or bar. 3 star overall 5/10

The hotel was clean, some of the staff members were a bit rude. The room was clean but the air was broke so it was very very hot in there. My kids & I had to sleep in the hot room didn’t get a new unit until the following day.

I had the worst experience at this hotel I begged for towels for 2 days no one would help me and when I did get help they still didn't give me face towels they don't clean your room but every other day then customer service act like they don't understand nothing it was the worst experience ever and I was disappointed the room was nice and clean but customer service sucks housekeeping sucks

We had to check in very late and Pablo at the front desk was very kind and friendly and even went in the back and got us a couple of bananas because we were so hungry and hadn’t eaten. The hotel was very pretty and modern we only needed to stay one night, but we would definitely book here again. The only thing I didn’t like is that they charge for parking.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. From check in to check out we had a very positive experience. The room was spacious and spotless, with all the relevant utensils necessary for preparing food. Towels were fluffy and always renewed. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and there was always tea and coffee in the lobby. We would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travellers.

Room had very bad urine smell from a dog. I contacted the staff after I was contacted through Expedia and a text from homewood suites individually. They asked me to rate my stay and I told them my problem. Nothing was addressed. It shows that the text was just an automated service and no one followed through. I even told the employee at the desk when I checked out and the only thing she told me is that she would let a manager know, and then she threw my key into a bin. didn’t seem like anybody cared. Just wanna let people know that the rooms are not being clean properly and smell like dog urine.

The property outside is great as well as when you get in the hotel is good. Front desk person was not very friendly, but ok. Parking even when enough and part of the property needs to be paid separately and if you don’t read outside to scan a QR code, front desk person did not even mention it. As soon as you get the room, it is very spacious yes, but walls are dirty, as well as bathroom curtains, tank of toilet (top part). Included breakfast is horrible! The only good thing to eat is the Mickey waffles. A lot of potential to be a great hotel, but a lot to work on. There are many other hotels same price and a lot better. That was my experience.

We were close to the elevator and if there were any noises outside at nighttime, we didn't hear any from the bedrooms. We had undisturbed nights. That's a huge plus. Breakfast was good. Do not expect fine dining, it's complimentary breakfast after all. A few hot items are available. Parking is $27 per night. That's the only inconvenience part.

Cleaning, variety, availability and freshness of breakfast was really poor. Room cleaning and organization was also an issue with noisy HVAC system, missing toilet paper…was very frustrating, expecting much more.

This time we had toilet clogged already as we checked in.. person who came to fix toilet clog carried used wet plungger through all our rooms and even hallway and to the maintenance room.. extremely disgusting experience.. Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, had lots of varieties of breakfast items you could choose from. The location of the hotel was great. Very close to places to eat and grocery stores. I thought the beds were very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious if you have need a big room for your family to spread out. I lighting in the bedroom was not very bright. Also would be nice to have a big mirror on the bedroom wall. The only mirror is in the bathroom. So you have to crowd around the only mirror to get ready.

Staff was wonderful. Dropped my wallet in front of the hotel, an employee found it and turned it in. They called me before I realized I had lost it. Everything was super clean, grandkids loved the breakfast buffet, especially the waffles.

The water pressure was less than optimal and the AC was extremely loud. The beds were comfortable and the gentleman serving breakfast was happy and helpful with a smile on his face. The shuttle to the parks was not helpful, one day we arrived 3 minutes prior to departure and watched it leave the parking lot.

Location! Pool has no heater. Room was dirty/full of dust. We asked for room service and they never cleaned our room. We asked for towels and we had to wait for it to get delivered to the room since they didn’t have any. The shower had rust and the ceiling needs some repair.

From the moment we entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor. It smelled somewhat like mold, which made the room feel uncomfortable right away. Housekeeping was also an issue. The hotel only provides cleaning on alternate days, during my 4-night stay the room was cleaned only once. In addition, the towels didn’t seem very clean and I noticed several stain spots on them. Another downside was the parking fee. The hotel charges $27 plus tax for parking, which feels unnecessary given the overall experience. There were also some maintenance issues in the room. Several power outlets were loose, and some didn’t work at all. On one day during our stay, the body wash and conditioner were empty, and I had to call room service in the middle of a shower to get them refilled.

Breakfast was not the best tasting but that is just my choice. However the hotel was excellent. Room was very clean and staff was helpful. I was also glad that they always had fresh coffee downstairs that you could get.

Room needs to be updated - several scuff marks on walls, ceiling in bathroom near vent needs to be fixed (appears to be water damage), wall in kitchen near stove needs to be painted - looks like grease on wall. Pillows are flat. Cushions on sofa do not belong to the sofa.

Also, I tried to do a load of laundry the day before departing and a single person was using 3 washers and 3 dryers for most of the day, seemed a little excessive for someone to have that much laundry during a hotel stay unless they were laundering for a large group. Muito bom hotel, meu quarto tinha cozinha, excelente para quem viaja com crianças. Café da manhã do hotel bom. Fica a 15-20 minutos de carros dos parques da disney e da universal e do lado do seaworld, proximo tambem de um walmart. Gostei muito e na próxima viagem pretendo me hospedar novamente nele.

The room was nice and in great condition. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was decent, however I chose this hotel because it met my requirements for sleeping arrangements and offered a free shuttle to universal however upon arriving, I found out that the shuttle only went to universal studios one time during the day and came back one time… the arrival time at the park would have put us there theee hours before they opened and we would have had to leave the parks three hours before they closed. Had I known this I would have chose a different hotel because I ended up having only for parking at Universal Studios every day. Also they only clean your room every other day and that also wasn’t advertised so the first night we came home from the parks tired and wanting a shower we had no towels. I did call down and they brought some up. The next day we slept in and when we left I called housekeeping to make sure they would come and clean our room and they said they would, however once again when we got home from the parks, tired and needing a shower, they had not been there and we had overflowing trash and no towels. It was a little frustrating.

Liked mushroom and beans added also the picture displayed for breakfast is deceiving as there was no fresh fruit or croissants For service I asked for extra blankets and was told only 1 per room when there was as 5 of us so I used the heater and only 1 worked out of 3 I didn’t like I couldn’t use cash for accidentals as I’m only in the room for a few days as I don’t reside in the USA It is point less and pointless I get charged for using my card abroad I would have preferred cash it is still legal tender

The staff are amazing. The downstairs area of the hotel is beautiful. However, I was disappointed with the quality of breakfast, and items that were served. The sausages were a little spicy, the eggs were ok, the breakfast fries were disgusting. My room was clean and huge, however the beds did not have the Hilton quality that I'm use to. The shower water felt like I was taking a shower at home and not a Hilton hotel. The water in the bathroom sink area did not go from cold to hot, just cool and warm, and it there didn't seem to be enough force. The gym doesn't have abdominal workout equipment. I would stay here again but not in the same room.

Clean Room, Good staff

The suite was comfortable & spacious. The staff were all friendly. We did have issues. The room safe did not work. After reporting several times it took from when we arrived Wednesday until Sunday when they replaced it. We also asked to move rooms as ours was very dark & did not get any sun. We asked on arrival but were told to try after the weekend. We then tried after the weekend & were told it was not possible. A young receptionist did however let us move rooms on the Tuesday. The staff were all friendly but I think it was a communication issue as one lady had difficulty understanding us. During our 2nd week breakfast items kept running out. There was no cereal, milk muffins/pastries at all & some days no bread. The various juices were not available though they did put out some alternatives. Overall a nice hotel to stay in but it did highlight when things went wrong they were not resolved quickly. I have not marked the hotel down on these issues as they probably would not all happen again, but it does highlight when things go wrong they were not resolved quickly. The young girl with glasses on reception was very helpful & a credit to you but as I stated previously it just seemed to be a language problem with the other lady who was very polite.

The hotel was good, clean and the room is comfortable. The only think I was very disappointed was the parking. They don’t said anything about he the parking price. When you check in is when they give you a ticket to register your car. Then is a surprise. 32 dollares per car per day. We stay 5 days and have to paid 144 dollares, they said is because the hotel is close to parks, but do not make any sense, since the hotel price is already charging for the location and they do not offer any shutters to the parks. When we also have to paid parking at the park. For me do not make any sense, and they do not said anything before you book the hotel. Is just a bad surprise when you check in. Be aware about the parking charge before book with this hotel. Have a bunt other options close by, offering cheap parking or free parking. And also offering shutter to the parks.

• Service & Billing: We dealt with a rude front desk agent who created an uncomfortable scene in the lobby regarding a service recovery offer for the TV issue. Following this negative interaction, we found erroneous charges added to our bill that we are now having to dispute. • Operations: The hotel seems to be struggling with basics. Breakfast ran out of bowls one day and milk the next, even with an hour left of service on both days. Housekeeping also failed to restock basic toiletries like conditioner after servicing the room. Management has been unresponsive to my emails regarding the staff conduct and billing errors. I cannot recommend staying here until they get their operations and service back up to standard.

We booked this hotel under the impression that they offered flexible shuttle service to and from the theme parks. Unfortunately, they only provide one shuttle time—7:00 AM for drop-off and 6:00 PM for pick-up—which is not very convenient for most visitors.

The hotel itself is very nice with the rooms being very spacious and quiet and clean. Staff could be friendlier; we passed five staff members on the way to breakfast (two in the elevator) and not one said good morning or hello. There was also only one working elevator.

Place is clean, updated and maintained BUT the room STINKS, like old carpet but there is no carpet. Carla was friendly and accomodating but Quincy, your late afternoon front desk is very dismissive, saying that if a room is not available at 4pm which is the check in time then we just have to wait, might be available at 430pm, is not acceptable, especially when we came at 1pm to ask if we can have a room early or on time. They can delay check in but not compensate with late check-out? Then he supposedly did his magic and when we were already getting upset at 420pm, suddenly he was able to have a room available at a different floor. Husband had to call corporate. Lastly, at 10:17am, room service barged in when we were all still in the room! Check out is at 11am, why come inside the room at 10:17am? Very unprofessional. Good points are: clean lobby, even if stinky, room is clean, bathrooms clean, very spacious room.

Upon arrival and check-in, I was not acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member. I am also an HGV owner and expected the same treatment I receive at all other Hiltons I have stayed in. I did receive the text communication throughout the stay. The first night, I asked for towels to be delivered. They said they were on the way. An hour and a half later, I just went to the desk and got the towels so the children could bathe. The next night, they asked how everything was going. I asked them if they would please just clean the bathroom and exchange the dirty towels. They affirmed they would. That was around 1230pm. When we returned around 1940, the dirty towels were still not exchanged and the bathroom was not cleaned. I called the desk several times with no answer. I texted and received no response to my text. I went to the desk and got the exchange of towels. On Sunday, the day of regular service, housekeeping stopped by around 4pm. They asked if we wanted service and I said yes. They could not understand English so it was impossible to effectively communicate. I asked, again, for the bathroom to be cleaned. They vacuumed the main walkway of the living area and the bedroom, gathered the dirty towels, and took the trash. I called to them in the hallway to ask about the bathroom, including the tub and toilet, being cleaned. Despite nods 'yes" they sent another person up with the bathtub towel that goes on the floor instead of cleaning it. Worst experience ever at a Hilton.

I like how every morning there was a different option to eat from the gray dish it was different each day sometimes it was potatoes sometimes it was eggs sometimes it was buscuit with gravy I like the options the only complain I have is that check in says 4pm when we got there we were told to wait a whole hour???? thats ridiculous if your hotel and your policy says 4pm check in then that should be the check in time not wait a whole hour to get your room the lady at the front told us because they are understaffed that is not our problem it is not the customer problem or fault that was very irrelevant thats a company problem if understaffed if check in says 4pm then that is the time customers need to check in also I notice a lot of the customers that wanted to check in had a lot of trouble checking in even the police had to come to removed someone I was a witness to that for what??? is yalls fault yall overbooked when we payed for something it should be given too and honor this hotel was a bump for me I dont think I will be staying here never dont stay here you will have problems when checking in and also parking my husband had to change our rental car because the first one we got it had problems on one of the wheels so he went to return it so he came back with a second rental it was a new car rental and when trying to park in property with the new car rental front lady said idk how that works parking cant do nothing about it cant do it on my end basically cant help you…..

I would recommend going to a different hotel this is okay if there’s nothing better parking is 27 dollars a day ! Which that money can go to a better hotel that doesn’t charge for parking I initially got this place for location and “free breakfast “ which you end up paying for in parking. Next time I’ll stay in Kissimmee and just drive better hotels there

The pet are was non existent. Would be nice to have an area for pets. Also the pool closed at 7 on our second night for maintenance. Disappointing as we did not have time first night. It should have been closed at 10 allowing guests the use for that day once getting back from Orlando activities of the day. Otherwise great stay. Awesome staff, very nice people.

Rooms are musty and wet upon arrival. Breakfast options have gotten better, kitchen staff are very nice. Check in staff need to put their phones away when on the clock, check in took way longer than it was supposed to. It was okay.

The kitchen is well set up and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping also does a fantastic job. This is a great place to stay, especially with family.

Came back to a note in our room telling us there was a problem with the room and we’ll have to move. It’s after midnight and they expected us to pack all of our things, come downstairs to get a new room key and then lug everything back upstairs to the new room. And, when we asked for them to bring us the new room key we were told no we had to be out of the old room before they would give us a new room. On top of that, our food delivery service was not allowed to deliver directly to our room as we paid for so we had to come back downstairs to get it. Most of the outlets in our room were barely functioning. I tried 7 outlets before I found one that I could use for my CPAP machine, one across the room for my phone charger that kept going in and out and another on the opposite side to charge my watch. On top of that the pool and something else was closed and we were told we could go across the street to another hotel if we wanted to swim. They gave me a bag of hi-chews and two bottles of water for the inconveniences. Staff was polite at least.

We never had hot water during our weekend stay it was cool to look warm at the warmest temperature. After our first night, we reported this to the front desk staff but the temperature never changed. We had to get clean towels from a housekeeping cart in the hallway because we could not get Our request fulfilled for towels for the room otherwise. The fans and the AC unit in the room were extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep. The hotel staff basically disregarded our concerns. I canceled a reservation at the Renaissance to stay here to save a little bit of money, but that was a very bad mistake. When I asked for some type of credit for the poor experience, that was also disregarded. I will never stay at a Homewood suites again.

Staff was excellent. Rooms need repainted with marks up and down walls, ac units not working or making noises, outlets loose so you can’t charge phones, rooms smell funky, windows outside need to be clean green stuff on outside, breakfast horrible, eggs hard, chicken Pattie’s served twice and nasty, no bacon served, had to change rooms because bedroom ac didn’t work, smoke alarm went off to change batteries twice. Staff was amazing tho unfortunately building needs to be remodeled and updated.

Our room was nice and spacious. We were able to select our floor which was nice. Housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was good. The only thing I didn't like was the insane cost to park there. We had to pay an additional $125 total to park at the place we were already paying to stay at. Thats not something I'm accustomed to doing where I'm from.

Good location for seaworld, about 15min walk Apartment, living room with kitchen wad great for family and a sleepy toddler. Breakfast was ok, small selections, on some busy days hot food ran out and many guests took excessive amounts to their room for later. Overall a good value stay.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando Theme Parks for the third time, and this last stay was far below the others. We didn’t have housekeeping on any day, even though I went to the front desk to request it and there was no “do not disturb” sign on the door. It’s a shame, maybe it’s time to try a different hotel on our next trip to Orlando.

My family of 4 stayed at this resort for 10 nights for our Disney/Universal family vacation. I’m just so happy with having chosen this hotel after months and months of research, reading reviews etc. I had ZERO complaints (except the fire alarm sent off by a guest in the breakfast area one morning due to a burnt toast) lol! From check in to requests for items, housekeeping came every other day as promised and everything was just as they indicated. Pool is perfect for kids, shallow and water was warm. Basketball court was a great plus! Breakfast was tasty with good variations and the Mickey waffles were definitely a plus! If you’re considering this hotel don’t give a 2nd thought just BOOK! Staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodated your requests as long as they could. There is also a mailroom so you can order online and have packages delivered for FREE! Only downside for sum persons (not us as we used Uber) but parking on property carries a fee but if no need for parking, I rate this hotel AAA+

Amazing hotel and service! Pool was fabulous and we used it every single day during our stay. Really close to SeaWorld and the other parks! Overall a great experience and would stay again. Mickey mouse waffles were a great plus!

There is a concern of bed bugs. We have bumps on our arms and neck in cluster of 3 that appeared this morning . We did not see bedbugs but are very concerned so we are taking precautions

Employee who helped us in the check-in questioned about why we were doing the check in various hours later. Since it was out of our control, we (my husband and me) were really dissapointed about this behavior. We only were thinking about rest to gain energy for the vacations. The remaining days of our stay was fine.

Family of 5 (3 teens) for a 8 night trip and we had an amazing stay. Rooms were very spacious we had the 1 bedroom suite. With 2 teen girls who packed a lot had lots of space for clothing and accessories. The hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly, DJ was always helpful and respectful. Pool was great, basketball court for my teen son was great especially since we were there for a basketball tournament. Overall highly recommend for a family.

One of the soap container was empty and numerous attempt to refill failed, one of the bulbs was flikering and was not replaced as well. Please pay attention to customers complains. Despite these, we enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

Hated it from check in never have I ever paid for parking at a hotel that I am staying at. Staff was cool. But this is ridiculous. Wont be using Expedia again. There were no notes about parking fee. And I refuse to stay at a hotel that charges for that.

This time in this specific hotel the cleaning service was not good, very poor, we found several areas like toilet and bathroom sinks dirty. Not recommended.

Room cleaning takes place once every other day, which is fine, but ours was missed and when I called front desk for towels no one answered. I called front desk and housekeeping on multiple occasions on different days and no one answered.

One downside was the parking situation. Even though we were hotel guests, we were charged for parking each night, which added up quickly—especially since we also had to pay for parking at the theme parks. It would make more sense for hotel guests to have parking included in their stay. The breakfast options were decent, but the area gets very crowded and chaotic in the mornings. The waffle station is a popular spot and usually had a line. Still, it’s a nice perk to have breakfast included. All in all, it’s not a bad stay. If you’re visiting the parks and want a comfortable place nearby with friendly service, this hotel is a solid choice—just budget a bit extra for parking.

The hotel is very well located, 15 minutes from the parks and outlet mall. The breakfast is not very complete and repetitive. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Housekeeping stopped by daily to ensure cleanliness & restock anything needed. We highly recommend!

It was pretty good. Friendly staff. Place was clean enough. Beds and furniture are getting older as most of the dresser drawers were broken and the mattresses were tired. Dishwasher was broken. None of the outlets worked by the beds for charging. Staff was unable to really handle any requests such as more towels, late checkout or billing questions.

They were also very low on food at breakfast so we saw some people didn’t get to eat. They got there before the cut off time, they were waiting for the staff to bring more food out but they shut off the lights and closed the doors to the food area when there were people still trying to eat.
