The airport shuttle was a great feature!

We arrived extremely early to check in, there were no rooms available le yet. Juan and his coworkers worked quickly to get us into a room in less than 30 minutes. All of the staff was accommodating, kind and very welcoming. Thank you Juan and staff!!!

It was our first time staying there, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Spacious rooms, clean, and the breakfast was great!

The front desk employee was rude. I had to drive around multiple times trying to find a parking so I was told to park at Lonestar but he wasn’t reassuring about trying towed.

When I arrived they were cleaning up what looked like some great snacks out for everyone to enjoy. Wish I had been 10 minutes earlier. I felt safe and secure in and out of my room. Thanks for a lovely rest before my travel day home today.

It was a short trip with my assistance dog; things got off to a rocky start because the check-in process was a disaster. They had to give me a suite because the door to my originally assigned room wouldn't open—apparently, the key-encoding machine was out of battery, so none of the keys worked. The front desk agent seemed to be new, and someone else had to come over to help us. After that, everything was excellent. The breakfast was spectacular, and the waitstaff were very attentive. The rest of the stay was fantastic.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

We have a short stay due to early flight the next day. However it was great and the room was the perfect size for my family. I did not realize it came with a small kitchenette and full size refrigerator, which was perfect.

I booked an accessible room for the shower chair and detachable shower head. We got settled in our room and realized it was pretty warm. We went to set the temperature and realized the thermostat didn’t work, called the front and waited 30 minutes and maintenance came and said we needed to switch rooms. I figured we would be switched to another accessible room but no, we were switched to a very small, less than room with none of the needed “amenities” aka the shower seat or detachable shower head. The new room only had two large towels and two wash cloths. We went down to the desk to ask for two more of each so there was enough for each guest in our room and was told all we could have is two pool towels and no more wash cloths so 4 people had to bathe with two wash cloths where as my selected room type had enough of everything needed. I feel like for the money paid everyone should’ve been able to fully bathe with ease and comfort and had their own linens. Will not be back. The front desk attendant was nice but not helpful in regards to linens and the breakfast staff wasn’t welcoming to me or other guests.

We partook in a Wednesday special that offered soup and salad with wine or beer. All items were delicious and fresh! Thank you to all the staff who put this together. BTW…the coffee was the best!

The room and bed was a little older but comfortable. For some reason the did not replenish the Kleenexes so I had to go down to the front desk to find some. Breakfast is good and the gym was great. Hotel had some really nice areas for sitting and relaxing. Nicely located by Longhorn and a row of restaurants.

Clean, very comfortable suite with enough space to work. Unlike many airport hotels, Homewood Suites had an excellent gym. Noisy housekeeping staff in mid-morning when I was working in the room.

Used wash cloths left in bathroom so cleanliness was a concern. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything in neighboring rooms. Elevator was broken which was inconvenient because I was traveling with heavy luggage and a bay.

It's a functional hotel for the airport. Better than I expected and the staff were really nice. The bar/restaurant area needs to be refurbished. No way would I spend more time than necessary eating or drinking in such a miserable area. Scheduling the hotel shuttle - nightmare!!! I was told I would have to call when I arrived at Terminal C pick up area. I arrived in Orlando from West Palm Beach on Brightline train. I'm deaf and had to ask other travellers (waiting for their hotel transport) to speak on my behalf to your hotel receptionists. The driver when, thankfully, he turned up at that terminal was very pleasant and apologetic as I made my verbal complaint to him. I had been standing at the correct spot by the allocated number and had not moved away. Several calls had been made (with other people listening to what was being stated by hotel staff) but I waited 1.5 hours with nowhere to sit, standing on cold concrete with the winter sun going down. I feared I would still be there in the dark. Next day, for the return journey from the hotel, the same driver was excellent - helpful and kind. It was early morning (for my flight to Central America). The hotel and shuttle are very conveniently located. I suggest the shuttle runs to ALL Terminals on a loop to coincide with clients requests at their time of booking the hotel accommodation. Anything less is ludicrous. Airline pilots use the service - how do they book the shuttle???

I like the location of the hotel and the accessibility most Hilton hotels offer. Such as keyless entry, free breakfast! The dishes in the drawer were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. I also had trouble figuring out how to work the TV to watch anything. Lastly, the room wasn’t fully restocked

I did not eat breakfast because I slept in but overall everything was good except for running low on clean towels probably because the falicility was sold out. It’s was around the holidays time so I understand. Just get extra towels for full house occasions

The pool was nice and also having a little store was very convenient. It was a good location integrated with restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were kind of small compared to another location I stayed at.

There was no fans to keep on at night other than the overhead fan. It was very quiet… too quiet Also they double charged me at check in despite already paying through booking and I had to call three times to get a refund that I am waiting to clear my bank. So I am out $200 that I was not expecting

Hallways reaked of pot, was charged for a room I already paid for. Then had to go to the front desk 3 times to get it removed. The never removed the $50 hold on my room and I have called twice about it. Now I have a dispute in with my credit card about it. Will never use them again

Location and free shuttle from and to the airport. Also loved the location for the Universal Epic Studios. Absolute nothing. Although trafiic a little bit to busy to cross streets to anfd from the restuarants in the area.

The breakfast was fine. Nothing really remarkable. We had no hot water in the room for the duration of our stay. We talked to the staff everyday but nothing changed. We talked to other guests who had the same problem. They told us that couldn't discount our room because we booked through Booking. com. Never had this happen to us any where else we have stayed.

There was a problem with the hot water but they tried to resolve. It was an isolated incident and would not prevent me from staying again. We loved this place.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, but what really stood out to me was the exceptional staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive, and always willing to help. I did not have breakfast, because I did not have time and the only negative I encounter was a loud noise coming from the above bathroom at around 10 45 pm. and the shower wash bottle was empty, I was glad there ws a soap by the sink. Great property!

One person to check in i'm a Saturday night. One person was doing shuttling and all housekeeping. That was the only staff that was on. Room smelled. Air conditioning smelled. Floor was very sticky.

We found a roach in our room, the toilet did not flush, there was no turn down service, forcing us to reuse the same towels and wash cloth. The front desk attendant was inconsiderate and did little to help.

Added fee of $8.00 for parking my car at Homewood Suites on 09/29. My total cost from booking was $136.00. It was not disclosed to me when I made reservation. Very disappointed with the hidden charge.

Called for item missing in room, took 2 calls and my husband to go get. Construction made breakfast items limited, bathrooms out of order in lobby so place to go while wait. Confirmed shuttle time to Airport with front desk 2 x but day of shuttle driver had wrong time. We were still able to make as driver accommodated

The front desk host was the BEST experience Ive had at any hotel. We had an issue with our cc being compromised and then replaced, causing Orbitz to cancel the reservation. She quickly found us a room at a comparative rate while making us feel relaxed instead of the oanic caused when we realized the room had been canceled. Our room had a dead battery in the thermostat and the room was hot, and she quickly got us into another room that was cool snd petsonally walked me to the room. She wrnt above and beyond! So impressed!

Emely made the process stressfree. Lashonda was a great help during check-in and checkout, she was very helpful providing additional information without me asking.

I’m very disappointed with my stay this time, I won’t come back, first of all first night in my check in the lady in the front desk told me the security deposit will be $50 when check my back account she charged me $100 so she literally lied to me and I did not want the way she treated me, there were a family came after me, she assisted that family before me. Second of all the room she gave with the Ac about of order so I had to request for someone or maintenance come to fix it, they answered someone will come to the room 206 I waited for 2 hours after that I called them again about 11:40 pm then they decided to moved me to another room, I’m not comfortable at all with those situacion. So to many inconvenience. I will Never come back.

I always choose Hilton properties And Homewood suites Orlando by the airport is exactly the reason I always choose to go with Hilton. When I was checking out of the hotel my door squeaked just minorly and the chief engineer Ramon heard the door and offered Additional Hilton points for any inconvenience... Which was truly NO inconvenience whatsoever. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Is Homewood suites Hilton Orlando by the airport. They made my trip very comfortable and enjoyable.

Started with the very bad receptionist treating people in an unprofessional way. Could not be any more rude than that! Angry woman with no manners! Bathroom broken and ants all over...my wife got bitten in the eye while sleeping. Any response from them? NONE!

The room was very nice, clean and a good size. It was great that it had shampoo, conditioner and body gel. It's in a good location, very close to the airport and the pool was pretty nice. The breakfast didn't have many or any choices that were gluten free, so we didn't get to enjoy that really. It would have been nice to have a couple more hot choices . But overall it was a good choice for our last night in Florida. We would stay again.

We reserved a king room, we got to our room and it was a queen room. I called the front desk and they said the manager changed our room. No other rooms were available, there was nothing she could do, I’d have to call the manager the next day. We’ll see if he’s able to rectify.

It was great to be able to walk to restaurants and be so close to the airport My only suggestion is a new mattress for the bed! We recommend this hotel and will definitely return when in the area

We called ahead to get an early check in. They were very accommodating! We really appreciate this as we were exhausted from a very early start to our day. The breakfast was really good, too. We would stay there again!

The staff seemed like bully’s in the corner behind the desk just judging people but other than that it was good. parking is hard to get.

Great place to stay with excellent hospitality.

I wasn’t told at check in that the pool didn’t work. I went to go swim with my six year old son and it was locked. Upon calling the office I was told they were using the Hampton next doors pool which should’ve been expressed during check in. When I went to the Hampton they said that want the case and Homewood didn’t have permission to tell people that. Thank goodness for the kindhearted workers at Hampton because they felt sorry for me as my son started to cry when he wasn’t going to be be to swim so they let me use their pool anyway. Also nothing was expressed about a parking pass my family and I came back late from being out dining and I saw a pass in a car window so I asked and then was told yes $8 for pass or I’d be towed

Stay was great. They were doing renovations and it didn’t disturb us at all. The pool was great wish is was indoor only because of the rain no fault of the hotel. Great location lots of food options as wel.

Our stay from start to finish was superb! The staff was extra friendly and super accommodating. Everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond. I almost wish my stay was longer bc the experience was so nice. I travel often and rarely come across staff that is this friendly and helpful!

Housekeeping never came to my room, I asked why & the answer I got was “I don’t know” so then we asked for clean towels, we was told we had to bring down the dirty towels, called for a shuttle, was told the shuttle will be to get us from the airport no one never showed we had to get a Uber, asked why the shuttle never came again we got “I don’t know”.

It needs a walk-in shower and ADA toilet. It was too small or get a raise toilet seat for the next guest.

Great hotel

No information at all that the hotel is being renovated. All dusty and very dirty. Requested to clean the room as per information in bathroom rooms will be cleaned every other day truns out NOTHING! They changed the carpet on the whole 2nd floor and left debris every where inside the rooms. Front desk was not helpful at all. Very dissapointed

The property is centrally located near restaurants, long term parking, and the airport. The hotel is under renovation, and there was no prior notification. Despite a substantial portion of the lobby being wrapped in plastic, There was a notable amount of drywall dust in the air, which agitated my daughter’s allergies. This was not a favorable experience. The current situation should be noted on the website to allow potential customers to make an informed decision.

It was a nice stay customer service and staff were nice. Unfortunate that they were under construction at the time.

The hotel was very clean, even with it going through remodeling. Our check in process was not good at all. I was handed our room key and that was end of the conversation. I was not given any directions as to where our room was. I was not given any information regarding breakfast hours/pool hours/parking.

Everything was very nice. Except the shower had hair in it. Other than that it was nice. It must have been an oversight. Otherwise, the room was clean

Quiet big room with kitchenette

We were upgraded to a very spacious 2bdrm and living room with a fully functioning kitchen. It was quiet and relaxing.

It was inconvenient for the construction workers to make noise before it was time. If I had known the hotel was under renovation, I would have booked a room. Yes, they were sign-posted at the front desk. Next time, post it on the internet. I had no time to look. I was there for my family's funeral services; the price for the room was costly. We received points with no discount on the room.

Good location, but property is being renovated and is need of repairs. Standing water was on the floor in the kitchen area, and the room was not setup for 3 people even though it was booked for 3 people.

Online checking went quickly. Room key is on your Hilton app. Transportation from airport went smoothly. The room was Big and Clean and had a nice stay. Restaurants were in walking distance.

The staff was great, the location was great. The beds were comfortable except for the pull-out couch mattress which was painful to lie on. Metal coils with just a thin fabric over it. These MUST be replaced!

We stayed here before and after going on a cruise. A week apart. Both stays there were issues with available clean towels for the room and for the pool. Hotel either needs more towels or needs expedited laundering service.

The shuttle was not running after midnight when we arrived at the airport, but no problem, we called the hotel and they sent a Lyft for free to take us to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, Bernard was there to check us in and he was very friendly and very efficient and made check-in very easy even though we were so tired from a long day. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with my family of 5 and it was spectacular. Traveling with teen and young adult children can be hard as they want their independence but this made it so much easier and economical since we didn't have to pay for two separate rooms.

Was a short kvernight stay as we arrived late in Orlando. For a family of 6 the room was perfect. Very large. Would be a comfortable place to stay longer
