The room was so spacious, super clean and smelled nice. The beds were comfy, the breakfast was good, the employees were nice and helpful. Very close to the Disney parks (~12-15 minutes). N/A

The check-in process was great, fast and efficient. This was so nice after traveling a full day. We had an issue with our pull-out sofa but the reception desk was very quick to come up and get the bed pulled out. We slept well and enjoyed the many offerings for breakfast. Overall, it was a good stay. The property looked like it had a few things that could be fixed or repainted. However, the overall stay was still very nice.

The staff were welcoming and provided what we needed. The room was fantastic and we enjoyed the heated pool with towels provided as well as breakfast. Thanks!

The atmosphere of the hotel is so relaxed and peaceful which is a bonus. The breakfast had a good variety each day and the breakfast staff were also helpful. The facilities at the property are good with tea and coffee facilities and laundry. Im sorry to say the only downside was housekeeping. We stayed for 14 nights and it was very hit and miss if we received any housekeeping. The sofa bed was in use but no clean bedding was provided for the duration of the stay. Our bin was left for days and i had to request various items from the front desk. Again this was no problem for them but we shouldn't have to trouble them for towels and other items. Its such a shame as I would have given the property 5 stars other than for the housekeeping issues. Overall we had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend the property (with hopefully improved housekeeping)

The room's AC was supposed to be ok, but the room kept humid and not so cold as the thermostat showed. The cleaning in the room was basic...making the bed, taking out trash and replacing towels. No cleaning in the toilet, shower or sink which are the elements that need most cleaning. Overall 7 out of 10. Location 20/10!!

The staff was very friendly and the property was so clean. The proximity to the parks as well as all these restaurants in walking distance was a huge plus. Highly recommend it here and next time in town I will be staying here again.

Very clean rooms, lobby and premises. Nice breakfast every morning. Beds were nice and firm. I wish they mix in some firm pillows as well.

I would describe the stay as ok. If you aren’t picky then you will be fine. The beds were very uncomfortable and the ac wasn’t strong enough to cool the entire room, it was only cool in certain spots. The staff was friendly but overall just not a super comfortable stay.

We were very much disappointed with the hotel this time. We went there 1 years ago and then it was great. This time there is not much good to say. The only positive thing was the location. 3 months before my stay I wrote an email to the hotel to inform them that I was traveling with my son and my 74 year old mother and that she is scared to stay at the ground floor and ask them to give us a room at a higher level. When we arrived they gave us room 101 at the ground floor next to the back door. My Mother asked for another room. Front Desk didn‘t seem to wanted really to help and said Hotel is full we should ask next day, next morning the said to ask after 3 pm, when we asked again same answer Hotel is full. Didn‘t even tried to look for the remaining days if they could give us another room. On this day someone came also to clean the AC, when we came back later on the AC didn‘t work, we needed to ask Reception and this employee seemed also really bothered to help us. After telling her that it didn‘t work for a couple hours already she came to check. Rooms are cleaned every other day, but on the second day when it was time nobody came. After again going to reception the answer was sorry the needed to clean the rooms from check outs and didn‘t have time for ours. Finally someone came the next day to clean. We hadn‘t had any toilet paper left and after housekeeping come we saw that she didn‘t but toilet paper, so we had to ask for it. One day we planned to have breakfast later and since at Check-in no one told us the Breakfast time my Mother asked at Reception until when it‘s served in the morning. Women at the Reception seemed bothered since she was having dinner at the Front Desk and barely answered. We travelled a lot and my Mother never slept this bad in a bed, she barely could stand up her back hurt so much. We already came a year ago to this hotel a lot has changed in this time. It costs way more than last year but everything was worse and not worth the money. We stayed 6 nights and regretted choosing this hotel.

The room cleaning is poor also, you have to remind them if there is a shampoo empty or a toilette paper empty.

Hotel in a great location. Close to food outlets theme parks. Room was clean. Wish the amenities were better pool very small. It was really loud one night til 2 am. People in the hall yelling and talking really loud.

The room was not up to usual cleaning as there was hair on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The only reply from staff was I'm sorry.

The cleaning service fell short during the stay. The linens were quite worn, and the pillows appeared to be dirty, which compromised comfort. On the other hand, the gym was satisfactory, and the laundry facilities met the needs well.

We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. The shuttle bus was really convenient for us! The floor of our room was greasy.

No conditioner in the shower. I have waist length hair and no conditioner was provided. So make sure to bring your own.

When we arrived and went to check in, the hotel's computer system was down and the front desk staff asked us to write our credit card information on a peace of paper so the night shift staff could check us in once the system was restored. I did not feel at ease with this at all and I explained that we had already paid in full through Expedia and showed them the confirmation emails. Thankfully the system was "restored" as we spoke with them and we did not have to leave our financial information written down for anyone to see. The entrance of the hotel and breakfast were great. The room is spacious and the kitchenette area was very convenient. However, the beds were not comfortable, the sheets had hair on them and the room did not smell freshly cleaned. The top of the refrigerator was dusty, there was no dish soap for the sink. The bathroom only contained one bar of soap, a half used toilet paper roll next to a new one that was already unwrapped. The shampoo, conditioner, etc are provided in refillable dispensers that hang on the walls of the bathroom. God only knows the possible mold, viruses and bacteria growing all over those plastic bottles in the humid environment of a bathroom after hundreds of dirty hands have used them. We have stayed numerous times at other hotels of this same brand in the past within the area and they are much better.

Everything was ok with one exception; When I left the room to be cleaned, there were no new hand towels and the bed hadn't been made. That surprised me a lot. Apart from that, all the staff were very polite and helpful.

Outside smoking posts were full and not emptied during stay. Someone spilled what smelt like beer in elevator and a wet floor sign was placed in elevator, didn't get mopped up until next morning..

The room smelled of dirty laundry and cleaning products. We needed to spray air fresheners to make it semi better. The fridge was not cleaned and we also found a bug in the room as we first entered. Dishes a silverware were filthy and basically making the kitchen area unusable. Over all would not come back to this property.

We checked in on a Friday night and was supposed to be there Friday night and Saturday night. The bed was not comfortable and we only got about two hours of slee on Friday. Early on Saturday evening I went to the front desk to tell them that we were checking out early and not staying the second night. The gentleman at the front desk who was on a personal phone call seem bothered that I came down to tell him that. I asked him if I could check out early and had no interest in speaking with me. We just left. It sucks to stay at a hotel where the employees don’t really seem to care.

They need to upgrade their breakfast options/meal. I though Hilton hotels have some good breakfast, but this one didn't.

The house keeping was very irregular. Sometimes they wouldn't put new blankets or towels while taking the old ones. I had to then go to front desk to get myself. Most days the room was not fully clean when we came back. The location is amazing though. Very convenient as well as the room size and amenities.

Também achei desnecessária a cobrança de estacionamento de USD 10 todos os dias. Vários outros hotéis do mesmo porte São de graça. As camas São confortáveis mas o serviço de quarto poderia ser bem melhor.

The kitchen, which was supposed to be fully equipped, only had a microwave without cooktop/stove so no way to cook. We were on the fourth floor, and the water pressure was extremely low during the morning and night. We complained about the lack of water, but the staff claimed that everyone was using it. The breakfast area was overcrowded, with long lines for breakfast. Many times, the breakfast was cold, and some items were not refilled after being eaten. It was difficult to find a breakfast table. The theme park shuttle was useless. Leaves the hotel late after it opened and returns back early. We didn’t use it. Pros: The location was good. Some breakfast items were good, and the eggs were actual eggs. Coffee was available and free all the time. The pool temperature was excellent at 91 degrees and clean.

During my stay, I encountered several significant issues regarding the property's condition. The guest room was not adequately cleaned, and I noted that the bathroom fixtures, cabinetry, doors, and corridor carpeting showed significant signs of wear and deterioration. Furthermore, the water supply was unreliable, frequently stopping during use and requiring several minutes to resume. I was also disappointed by the lack of privacy, as room attendants repeatedly entered the room despite explicit instructions to the contrary while my family and I were present. Additionally, I am concerned about elevator safety; the elevators appeared to be in poor mechanical condition, and the posted safety certifications are currently expired. I request that these issues be investigated and addressed immediately. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this matter and what steps will be taken to improve these conditions for future guests.

The room was okay and spacious and you can watch streaming services from the tv, but our sofa bed didn’t work, the WiFi is terrible, and the breakfast is not good. But the guy at the front desk who checked us in was good and helpful.

The hotel was great. Our room was well stocked with everything we needed. Not to mention Great location! Everything was super close to us. Can’t wait to stay again for our next Disney trip!

Location it’s super good ! But the room was dirty, the floors were clean, and I didn’t even gat there early to say that they didn’t have time to clean up!! Room smells terrible, the bed sheets don’t smell fresh at all ! Never again!!

This was our second stay here - check in is easy, parking good, love the included breakfast and it's super central to everywhere we wanted to go. Only downside both times was housekeeping literally does the least - never makes beds, rarely changes towels, def doesn't pick up in the kitchen area.

Lots of restaurants and an Outlet mall. Staff was super helpful, specially Michael and Le'Mon at the front desk. Food was excellent with different varieties and yummy, specially to a family of 6. Room was roomy and spacious, super clean and beds super comfortable, even sofa bed. Definitely will stop there again. Thank you for everything!

Immaculate room/lobby/gym…exceptional staff. Stayed here for 4 nights with the family, and it was wonderful. If you are bringing the kiddos to Disney, don’t pay those insane resort prices. This is an easy 15min drive to any park, restaurants and shopping all around, at a FRACTION of the price.

The room was nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. It’s close to shopping and dining. Just a few minutes from Disney and universal studios. They offer shuttle transportation to theme parks. The deposit was only $50 and parking wasn’t expensive

the breakfast was not at the level it normally is, I stayed 2 nights to give it 2 chances and was disappointed each time + it is super crowded and they don’t refill the options in a timely manner. The bed is really hard, but manageable. It’s nice to have a couch and a refrigerator when staying in a hotel so there’s an upside to that. i would say the area is nice and super convenient but it depends on what you’re in orlando for. I probably won’t stay here again the next time i’m in orlando.

However, there were several cleanliness concerns that should be addressed. The shower required additional cleaning upon arrival due to visible foot marks and discoloration on the shower base. The towels provided often had stains, and after each housekeeping visit, hair was left throughout the room. It may be beneficial for the housekeeping staff to consider wearing hair coverings to help maintain higher hygiene standards. Additionally, the hallway rugs throughout the hotel appear worn and could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning to enhance the overall appearance and freshness of the property. On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly, accommodating, and attentive to guests’ needs. The complimentary breakfast was basic but satisfactory. Overall, with improved attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this property has the potential to provide a truly exceptional guest experience.

The rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage space, such as drawers and cabinets, for long stays like us was just perfect The TV has limited channels and needs improvement. It has a full kitchen, a clean and spacious bathroom with good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The breakfast has many options. for linens sorry but I think they should invest in better washing of the towels because they were not white and hard (yellowing, not white). I also noticed a bad smell in the reception/lobby and breakfast area. The tables were clean but need special attention and better clean funny smells like it needs a deeper cleaning (using air fresheners makes the lack of a deeper cleaning even more noticeable). The staff is excellent, the breakfast ladies are friendly and a considerable 9 (just pay attention to the towels and cleanliness in the lobby/dining area). It was excellent. Ps:near to the nice mall/target/food that u can to walking to there just really amazing location

Exceeded our expectations, lots of space and a great breakfast.

The front desk people have nothing to do at night and the coffee area is so dirty and messy, I had to look for cups and lids in the drawers. They should at least clean that up since they are just sitting there doing nothing. Same with the breakfast team. The two sisters from Venezuela were very nice to all guests, the shorter lady with the dark short hair is very rude. People like this should not work specially around kids, and alot of children stay there because of Disney.

Very nice, clean hotel that offers all of the amenities that you need for an extended stay. The pool and grilling area are beautiful and well maintained. There are restaurants, stores and outlets within walking distance. Also, close to the highways. The free breakfast was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to please!

The room was clean and stocked with enough supplies. I would recommend the carpet on our floor be deep cleaned or changed. This was my first time staying here and it will not be my last.

Been using hoke2 suites for a good while and was sprung a parking fee. It was only $12 but should have been told this beforehand. Girl said it was a thing for almost a year but knew that was a lie since I’ve been to several in the pass year and this was the first time I heard about it

The staff is absolutely amazing at this hotel, friendly always ready to greet you when you come back have conversations with you. It really felt welcoming. The room was huge bigger than my first apartment ever by far having a dishwasher and a full-size refrigerator and all of the silverware and dishes that were needed for a week. Long stay was really great. The grounds are clean. The pool area is very well kept. It’s just not a whole lot to look at, but the addition of the barbecue’s was really nice. Five minute walking distance to clothing, stores, food, and a grocery store and probably about 10 to 12 minute walk to target and even more shops very close to the largest outlet mall I’ve ever seen in my life that was also a big perk We were able to Uber and Lyft to all four of the parks with the ease never costing more than $15 each way My only complaint about the hotel itself was breakfast while it was really good offerings as a person who can’t eat many breakfast items I live on oatmeal and in the seven days I was there not one day. Could I get a decent bowl of oatmeal? It was either soup or glue. The hotel is pet friendly and unfortunately, I did get woken up several times by a patron, very large dog barking

The front desk clerks were very helpful. The hotel lobby is very spacious a lot of sofa chairs table . You and friends or family can sit and hang out. The pool was opened from 8am to 10pm. Parking no problems. Breakfast had a wide variety. The room was spacious. It had a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. Utensils. Plenty of storage area. The room and hallway carpet had NO smell. Hotel extremely quiet. It is 15 mins or less to most of the parks. 19 mins to one of the larger outlet mall. Overall I would stay there again

Super endroit a prix très abordable. Famille de 5, pour un long weekend au Parc Universal studios et universal epic universe. Reviens moin cher aller aux parc ou au disney spring avec un uber que de payer une location de véhicule + le stationnement au parc. Quelques minutes de marche seulement pour aller magasiner aux outlet. Déjeuner inclu avec choix (fruits, gauffres, bagel, oeufs, patate, viande, yogourt, gruau, céréales, jus et café). Ce n'est pas du très haut de gamme mais vraiment très très bien pour le prix. Buanderie très pratique. Je recommande!

It needs some repair’s bathtub stopper was broken

A lot of hair in the bathroom, at the tub, at the walls, doors stained of peanut butter.

It was okay, I just wished they had bibles at the hotel.

This hotel was very nice. Everything was so clean and organized. Housekeeping was great but ran late when we requested for more towels and bath clothes. The breakfast was okay. Not quite what I expected as a full breakfast buffet. If you are not staying 5+ days. You do not receive housekeeping. Be prepared to make your own bed and watch the trash pile up. Never the less, we enjoyed ourselves.

The room was not clean, and the bathroom was also dirty with a broken and stained shower curtain. The door looked patched up, which gave a bad impression. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was just okay.

Have to pay $11 for parking in a suburbing hotel every night of stay.

From the moment we arrived at Home2 Suites Orlando, our stay was nothing short of incredible. Michelle, the receptionist who checked us in, was warm, friendly, and welcoming. She catered to all the needs a guest could have, made great recommendations, and never once seemed bothered by our many questions. Her kindness and helpfulness truly set the tone for our trip and made our stay memorable. The housekeeping team was just as impressive ...always pleasant, polite, and ready to assist. They came by daily to check if we needed anything refreshed, and the rooms were spotless. The towels were always fresh, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the bed was comfortable. We even had a lovely view, and the welcome message on the TV was a unique and thoughtful touch. The breakfast team was equally fantastic. Not only was the breakfast tasty with a good variety, but the ladies serving it were patient and helpful. They explained dishes I wasn’t familiar with and even taught me how to use some of the equipment. That level of hospitality is rare and so appreciated. The pool was clean and inviting, and the small convenience area in the lobby offered snacks, drinks, and microwaveable items at reasonable prices.....much better than other hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall, the entire atmosphere felt like home. I honestly didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando international drive south.

We enjoyed our stay. I had two rooms both were spaces and clean. The location was convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The drive to Universal Theme Parks was only about 15 to 20 minutes.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only problem I found with the property was the quality of the water in the pool.

The internet access requires you to create an account on Hilton which was a little inconvenient but the property is very safe and secure. Key cards are needed to use the elevator and go up to the higher floors. Overall it was a very nice experience. Vineyard outlets are right across the street and very close by. The location of the property is also very conveniently located in the middle of Disney and Universal Parks plus with easy access to a Target and Publix if you need anything.

Clean public areas

We enjoyed our stay. We just wished that the bathroom door was different, instead of a sliding door just a regular one that closes out and in cuz sometimes especially at night it is hard to manage.

Maid service was soemthing to be desired. 5 days there and the maid never cleaned our room once. She came in to make the beds randomly on the 3rd day, but thats it. Had to ask for clean towels twice during our stay and took our own garbage out. Ridiculous if you ask me.

This was by far one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever slept in. It was clean, accommodating, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. I definitely will be booking again in the future!

I was very frustrated because you are paying for this service. Other things such as breakfast, facilities and locations are top.

Everything about the stay was good, the only things is that the designated smoking area was right in the entrance of the hotel.

Only cleaned the room once during a week long stay

Only good thing was restaurants even publix and walgreens are in walking distance. But my room was horrible. Soon as i pulled up to the property i knew i made a mistake on purchasing.. they also charge a parking fee per night. Long story short.my kitchen sink had mold on it(took a pic and showed front desk workers), the ac's in the room both didnt work well. To really get it to cool off you needed to put them on 67. There was another lady at the dront desk when i went to get extra towels saying how her ac didnt work either.lastly,the motorized blinds in the lounge area of our unit had a mind of its own. It would go up and down several time in the day. IT WAS SO BAD I CHECKED OUT A DAY EARLY!!.

I stayed 3 nights, one of the best hotels I’ve been to! The room was really clean along with it had everything you need! Staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were also really good! I would definitely recommend for others to spend time here as well!

This hotel was great and I will honestly consider it in the future over the Disney property hotels. Good pool, fridge and little kitchen area was great, good location for shopping and restaurants. Not too far from the theme parks either.

I made a reservation with two queen bed but I had to sleep on king bed with my big kid. Also got charged for parking. Not going back there again.

As my first stay in Orlando, I appreciated the customer service and the setup of the rooms.

The young lady that checked me in, she was wonderful! The only problem that I had is that when I got there, she had to double check to make sure the room was clean. I had no problem with that. When I got to the room it looked decent. Upon further inspection of the bathroom I feel someone can swap out worn hardware and wipe things down better. Please see the photos. Dusting can also be done to the lamps in the room. The connecting hardware that links the toilet to the wall is also rusted. If I don’t live like this at home, I wouldn’t expect it to be like this in a hotel. A hotel that has the name “Hilton” linked to it at that.
