We only stayed a few hours after a midnight flight for a morning cruise. Airport shuttle and customer service definitely put this hotel at the top for us. Our driver was prompt and professional!

One downside is a large, loud party at the pool was allowed to gather long after the pool closing times. Almost midnight before the left.

Staff was very helpful. The pool wasn’t very clean and the breakfast wasn’t great. Our pull out bed was lopsided and not great to sleep on. However, great location and again staff was very attentive and welcoming.

Shuttle service to the Airport is key to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for all your needs. If you’re staying a week or just to catch a flight the next day. You won’t be disappointed

Staff so helpful. Clean room. Few in room amenities such as no hand cream, shower cap, and only one soap for 2 people. Room in need of some repairs as edging around bathroom mirror and shower were separating.

Stayed overnight for layover. Good breakfast. Free shuttle to airport. Number of restaurants within 10 min walk. Only complaint was sofa bed was very squeeky

The room was very clean, the staff was great. Even the cleaning lady was very polite, accommodating and greeted us every morning. The kitchen was wonderful with a large refrigerator and dishwasher. Parking was easy and free which was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. The area was nice and conducive to restaurants, shopping etc. The hot breakfast was very good. We ate there every morning. We were only 30 minutes or less away from Disney or Universal Studios depending on if you took the tolls. BIG TIP - get the Visitor Toll Pass at the airport to save 80% on tolls. The only problem we had was the bathroom sink was a very slow drain. They sent someone to fix it but it was still a little slow draining. And the mattress was not very comfortable. I kept feeling something poking my leg when I sat on the side of the bed and it was a small wire coming out the side of the mattress. I just made sure to avoid it. Neither was a big enough deal to make me move to another room. Hopefully when returning I would have a room without those issues but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The first hotel we have stayed that was a true electric wheelchair accessible room and bathroom. Every door, sink, and open space was more than enough room to move freely without backing into something. Front desk (Cara) was exceptional. Prices were great. Easy access to any part of Orlando attractions, malls, ect...

The room was very clean, updated, and spacious. We did not use the kitchen as we had a very short stay, however it had everything you would need to cook any meal. Portable cooktops were available if we needed one. Appliances looked very new and they were also very clean inside and out. Bathroom was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. The airport shuttle was only a 5-10 minute wait (both from the airport to hotel and vice versa). Although we could not get an early check in, they did hold our luggage for a few hours until our room was ready (no charge) We did not stay here for very long, but I would absolutely book this hotel for a longer stay. Absolutely no complaints! Will be staying here again.

Room was updated and very clean. Could have stayed for multiple nights but was just a one night travel stay. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options like some other hotels but it was good enough (eggs, sausage, waffles or French toast, some fruit, coffee, juice). The pool looked spacious and clean, just didn’t have time to use it. Gym was perfect for 1 night. Had plenty of room and equipment to use. Conveniently located near MCO and tons of restaurants and shopping. Should be considered as a place to stay while in Orlando.

The staff here are helpful, personable and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious and well equipped. It had a pullman style kitchen with a refrigerator microwave, dishwasher and sink. There were paper towels, dish soap and sufficient dishware, glassware and silverware to enjoy a meal or two. Our flight was too early for us to take advantage of the included breakfast but the area where it was served looked clean and inviting. The fitness center/laundry area was exceptional for a property of this size.

The breakfast menu was very good. We like the shuttle services provided by the hotel and the drivers are very friendly and respectful.All the staff are friendly too. The rooms were very nice and clean.

We were hours early. They treated us like family and after a modest wait, we were allowed to check in early. We greatly appreciated the early check in and all the kindness. We were using scooters with a couple of pieces of luggage. Your staff politely insisted in helping with the bags for us. Thanks.

I put them in my room was wonderful and I really appreciate the ADA accommodation. It made it much easier for me to move around the room and to take a nice shower. The breakfast this morning was really good and filling. My room was incredibly clean. The bed was very comfortable. I will be here again in a week and a half and looking forward to my return stay

Our room was very nice. Nicely decorated and clean. Bed was soft and slept very comfortably. The 1 thing was the way the bathroom is arranged. Only 1 side of the shower opens. So to get out and in, you are next to the toilet, hence not much space to move. Then the door that opens, is the one away from the shower head. Which means you have to reach and step into the shower to turn it on. I have very short arms, so I didn’t like getting into the shower to turn the water on and get cold water all on me.

Breakfast was really good. Great selection Sheets on the beds were microfiber and microfiber is hot. Prefer cotton. However, as a vacation property manager myself I do understand that microfiber is easier to deal with. However, I still prefer 100% cotton sheets

Everything was super great ! Full microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Free parking. Breakfast was minimal for the cost of the room. Very, very thin sheet and really no blanket...it was more like a tissue paper sheet with another sheet/bedspread on top, no "blanket".

It was great. The location was nice too. The menu was average. No complaints. Breakfast: could have offered another breakfast meat besides bacon.

The room was drenched in the smell of pet urine. I did have the room changed and the smell was better. Could not sleep all night due to the smell. Staff was not too pleased about changing the rooms even though the inconvenience was all mine. Cleanliness level was not upto the mark.

The room wasn’t clean and the bedsheets were not done properly. When I was there the neighboring dog kept barking, and when we asked the front desk about it, it just told us they couldn’t do anything about this and hang up the phone. We understand it’s pet friendly however the service was unexpected.

This property pleasantly surprised me! The suite’s appliances were so new and modern. Shower’s water pressure was awesome in that I could select my own version. The beds are firm and the pillows are lousy. Absolutely lacked any firmness in any of the three on my king bed nor for the pullout. The staff members were very pleasant humans. However, they did not seem to operate as a team. This lack of cohesiveness led to a growing line at 5pm Sunday check-in AND check-out with the phone ringing off the hook but only one staff member was apparently allowed to respond to all of this. The three other nearby staff members did not even attempt to alleviate the backlog, even in their pleasantry of conversation and question answering. It was odd.

The rooms and the hotel itself are very nice. I had a problem at the beginning. I had an adjoining room. I could hear everything my neighbor was saying. And when I called to asked to be moved, she called next-door. I could hear the whole conversation it was very uncomfortable. I was on a work trip. I had class and I needed quiet so I could study. That was really inappropriate to call to mention that I could hear everything. Some other things too but overall once I was settled in it was fine but the hotel was nice. The staff was OK.

The issue I had was with the A/C, the filter was completely covered with dust. The mattress had a sink hole, the bathroom exhaust fan also covered with dust and the bathroom sink faucet splashed water wildly everywhere.

Our stay at this hotel has been great! Clean rooms, friendly staff and free breakfast! I 100% would recommend if you are in the area needing a place to stay for the night.

We chose this location because of its great reviews. However, our bathroom was not cleaned as well as it should have been. There was dirt and hair in the corners that should have been swept before renting out again. The hotel clerk was constantly on his cell phone and we had to interrupt more than once when we went to the desk. He seemed very nice and friendly, just unprofessional. I would not stay here again.

My stay was fine. My room was not real clean and I think someone may have used room after maids cleaned up. The people working there were nice and friendly. The shuttle service to restaurants and airport was great.

Hotels.com was contacted and they refuse to assist with my refund. They see that I never entered that hotel but was charged for staying.

The staff was great the hotel was clean and there were plenty of things around. The only thing that could use improvement would be the breakfast and also better advertisement of the pool. It looks nicer and bigger online than what it is in person. The pool for my family is a determining factor when staying someplace. Other than that, everything was good .

Later on, as my group and I were sitting in the lobby eating, we observed her being rude to other customers and unprofessionally flirting with Brandon, the driver, which caused delays in guest pickups. When we requested extra sheets for the couch in our room, Symphony accused us of lying and insisted the room already had them. She then came up to our room to check for herself, which felt like an invasion of privacy and a lack of trust. That said, the hotel itself was very nice. It’s conveniently located close to the airport, the shuttle service was fast and efficient, and our room was spacious and clean. With better front desk service, especially during check-in, this would have been a five-star stay.

The property was clean and staff was friendly. They brought the roll away bed but no sheets automatically when the bed was brought in, so we had to wait awhile and call a second time for that. But aside from that, service was good and the breakfast bar had plenty of options. The price was fair and close to food options less than a mile away.

Convenience, clean, go port shuttle timely and easy

No towels in room. Air conditioning didn't work. Everything else was just ok. Not up to brand standard.

Huge rooms and kitchen. Close to restaurants and shops to walk to.

We love the location near the airport. near the shopping malls.

Elevator was out of compliance and certificate was expired. Our family got stuck in the elevator and had to call 911 to be assisted on getting out. The entire time (over 30 minutes) no one from the hotel attempted to check on us even though they were aware of the situation.

This hotel has been the best hotel I stayed in for a very long time. It was very clean and well kept. The building itself is very welcoming. It's like 3 mins drive from the airport and the area is very quite, other than the sounds of the planes which wasn't loud. The breakfast was awesome, there were variety of breakfast items to choose from. Also there is lots of sitting space in the lobby.

I liked it was close to the airport and many dinning options in neighboring area.

They do clean room in every 5 days. Worst customer service. Very unhealthy room condition. No exhaust , they don’t refill shampoo, shower gel etc unless you request them.

Location to the airport and places to eat.

The property was less than an hour from Port Canaveral Cruise Port, which was my destination after leaving the hotel. The dining options near the hotel were good.

Overall, the staff were great. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. We walked to dinner one night. The one big negative is the shuttle driver was MIA when we needed a ride to the airport. We waited for 20 minutes then finally ordered an Uber ($25 out of pocket).

Very clean and quiet place

The shuttle was easy to coordinate, despite being after midnight (Orlando airport MCO has free phones to use in terminal B), and it was less than a 10 minute drive from airport to hotel. In the morning, the shuttle runs every half hour (on the hour and half past). Breakfast was good - 2 make-your-own waffle machines; hot breakfast biscuit sandwiches; cereal; fruit; and several juices along with coffee and tea. The room was clean and quite big. Bed was comfortable. We did start hearing some airplane noise in the morning around 0730h, and the door offers no soundproofing so we heard several noisy people in the hallway. There is a gym, pool, and computers in the lobby for public use. Overall a comfortable stay.

Kiara went above and beyond to get us checked in early. We arrived at 9am thinking we’d drop our bags off before heading to Disney for the day. Well, we were happily surprised when Kiara informed us she could get us into our room well before the check in time and it was an upgrade. The shuttle driver was very friendly and let us know they offer an on demand shuttle 24 hours a day that will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius. This place is a gem. Staff is great.

We selected this hotel for a short vacation stay, the hotel is well kept and includes desirable accommodations amenities. Excellent choice!

The suite was huge. It had a small fridge and freezer, dishwasher and dishes. Very nice place. Room was clean and had a ton of space. We loved the counter space.
