I brought my own WIFI for security purpose. The staff and cleanliness were superb!

The stay was good and staff was helpful. My room had No Television reception. Staff tried but not hooked up. Maintenance said that room was on the list not too occupy.

it was my first time traveling alone and the staff made me feel safe! also the doors on the room shut super fast behind you making me feel even more secure. room service everyday provided new towels and breakfast was awesome. my room was very spacious as well and not too far from the city!

The in room safe locked us out after we put in our code. The maintenance man did come up to open it and was very nice! Floor tile in bathroom was broken. The grout was completely dried and crumbling out all over the bathroom. The girl at the desk gave us a bunch of bath mats. It had clearly been that way for a while but they still gave us the room.

So I called to inform Rafael that we had a travel delay and would arrive between 3-6AM. We arrived at the hotel only to be informed that he THOUGHT I said I would be there around 3 and my room had been canceled! He offered NO sympathy/empathy/or resolution!

I enjoyed my stay and the complimentary breakfast is always good..I told the nice woman that it was one of the best omelets I've ever eaten 🥰This is my go to hotel when I come home to my home town...Thank you guys☺️

Room was clean and staff was pleasant I had to move rooms twice due to poor communication, regarding carpet cleaning, among the staff. Both times, I had less than 30 minutes notice to move. The carpet cleaning guy confirmed I never needed to move at all. I spoke to the manager and was poorly compensated for the inconvenience.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. Hotel was quiet during our stay. Free parking and was safe. Walmart was 4mins away. For breakfast, they had scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, pork sausage, and pancake. Would definitely stay here again. :)

Dont advertise breakfast hot breakfast if there isn't any. Bath 300.00 for 2 days wasn't a good site

Clean room, easy parking, convenient hotel location. The pool was freezing so we only got to use it a couple of time but other than that it was great.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness - we booked a room with a pull out couch that clearly had not been changed - a dirty sheet and bunched up blanket were stuck in the foldout - we ended up putting the pull out away and just slept on the couch; there was an old french fry under the couch; the pool was freezing and there was hair all over the floor and no towels, the bathroom smelled like weed, only one elevator was working…overall just not my favorite. That being said, the front desk staff were friendly.

Excellent hotel to stay at. Right off the expressway. Staff was helpful. Room was very clean. Newer flat screen tv. Comfortable mattress. Breakfast was excellent. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the pool is a little small.
