Hotel is very nice and the pool has sun all day. Only downfall is the bar is only opened for a few hours a day. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth the price, it has a nice variety.

The only hot breakfast offered was a buffet which was very pricey. The cost was $17.99 and the food variety was not good. Way overpriced for the food items offered.

I didn't like that there was no free breakfast offered. There was a night kids were bouncing balls in hallway, they were yelling at each other during the evening hours which startled us.

Location…it is Near everything, airport, restaurants, gas stations… Lobby and Room was clean. Lobby was extremely hot. The check in took longer than expected, was uncomfortable due to the heat in lobby. The outside of building needs painting!

Aircon was very noisy and poor. Hotel was in need of a refurbishment. Arrived at 2230hrs and was informed their would be no water from 2300hrs until 0530hrs the following day. Not what you want when you have had a long transatlantic flight.

The facade of the building is falling off, breakfast in not included, I think they forgot the definition of that word. The doors to the rooms are very thin and anyone passing by you can hear. The shower are very much to be desired with water pressure being very low. As well the parking is not free it’s $17 a night.

Was unaware there was a $15 per night fee to park our vehicle at the hotel.

The lobby area was huge so it accommodated our large group to hang out together. The service was great! The breakfast was horrible. Don’t waste your money. There is a Denny’s across the street. Our room stunk so bad like dirty cat litter and cat piss that I could barely sleep. I’d give one star but the front desk staff was AMAZING!

As I went to make coffee, a cockroach crawled down the wall and passed me in the floor. I have been to a great amount of hotels and never saw cockroaches in any hotel room. I messaged the property and did not get a response.

There was a HUGE cockroach in our room and our pillows had stains on them. Called and asked for them to deliver sugar and cream and it was never delivered. AND to top it off I tried calling next day for some sunglasses that I think may have been left in my room and the lost and found department was NOT happy when I asked them if they found it. Literally was speaking extremely rudely on the phone to me and my husband, yelling at us to provide a name that we provided 3 times, then when she finally found our reservation she quoted what she was typing “customers decided to leave sunglasses behind” -“ there I made a note and we’ll call you back if it’s found” Then she hung up! I tried calling back twice and just got transferred to numbers that hung up on me. I tried so hard to give this place a chance but NEED to leave a review and warn people. AVOID this hotel!!!!

My stay here at the Holiday Inn international airport at MCOwas quite lovely. Everyone was kind and courteous, and most importantly the hotel and the room itself was in excellent condition, very clean.

Toilet was about to overflow. The TV didn’t work. The carpet felt damp. It was loud and a car alarm kept on going on.

Great place Restaurant needs some attention to details

Every time I arrive in Orlando, I stay at this hotel. I’ve tried a few near the airport and this has been my favorite choice. I especially enjoy having a decent restaurant inside the hotel, so after my long international flight, I don’t need to go out and find one. It’s very practical and with good food, breakfast or dinner. Hotel room is clean and comfortable, staff friendly. Only once did I have a room above the outside smoking area near the pool, and there was a noisy group outside talking late into the night. I had a long international flight over, haven’t slept in 20 hours and it was impossible to sleep with the noise because of their loud talking. I’m also not used to the noisy air conditioning that’s common in the USA and I turned it off.

I arrived 5 min early for the airport shuttle but it had left early & I had to scramble to get an Uber to airport or miss my flight. Hotel price on Expedia was supposed to be $101 & I was charged $156 by the hotel. Will not stay here again.

I arrived to check in around 1:30 am on Thursday 4/16. After checking in and going to my "assigned" room, I used the key card to open the door, only to find ANOTHER GUEST in that room! In bed, watching TV! I backed out of there so fast I only was able to apologize and say "Oh, I am SO SORRY". This could have been a bad, bad situation as I was traveling alone. I was then reassigned to a room on the bottom floor that SMELLED LIKE MOLD and cigarettes and was right next to the room, where I had to listed to loud conversations and 3am after flying all afternoon and evening 4/15 to 4/16. Not good.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only downside was that the elevators were not working properly. At one point, only one was working, and it was very slow. We had to take the stairs up and down a few times.

I will never stay here again. The room smelled like a very strong nasty cologne. Smelled like it was coming from the AC so we turned it off but the room still wreaked! When we called about the shuttle multiple times they never told us where to pick it up. They only just kept saying come outside until I finally begged them to tell me where to stand. For your reference.... They pick up at A4 or B42. That was Very annoying considering we landed at midnight. We booked with breakfast included then when we got to the property they said it's an extra $17.99 per person. Overall it was just a horrible 9 hour stay, but lesson learned.

The hotel told us at check in they were without water but would have it back within the hour. So we chose to continue to check in. Shortly after check in, we noticed they posted signs that said the hotel would be without water between 11pm-5am. We had to leave for the airport at 3:30am…the hotel said they would give us a discount on our rate. However they never followed through. Disappointed.

Arrived at the property at 11:45pm after a long busy day to be told they had scheduled maintenance from 11pm to 5am so there was no water in the hotel- when I asked for clarification they specified I could not shower or use the toilet. Too late for me to make other plans, especially since I had to leave for the airport at 5am. They never bothered to give me prior notice so I could have feasibly chosen to make other plans. They still had the audacity to charge the $50 incidental fee that they will return in 3-5 business days if deemed appropriate. When I questioned the situation I was given a “free” bottle of water and a snack size bag of chips, maybe $3 value. Hoping to get a couple hours of sleep I went to my room and was met by the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen. It was basically camping, without any of the calm and beauty of nature. Stay anywhere else.

They wanted to transfer hotels, but settled on a different room, once they got the different room everything seemed to be fine. Shower was leaking from the hose itself in the tire bathroom went to the desk to ask to get it fixed as we were going to leave that morning for a cruise and nobody came after half an hour so we just left very disappointed.

Very comfortable, scenic pool, bar, restaurant, free parking for guests (and their day visitors). I've stayed at this Holiday Inn, for the convenience of the shuttle, about four times. Happy every time.

Airport shuttle was unreliabel and that was an important part of choosing this hotel and location. Had to evacuate the hotel for an hour in the middle of the night to smoke alarms and told it was because someone was smoking when and where they should not have. made for a very short night.

The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the shuttle. It was a 100% failure. Also the room was very musty and the carpet was damp. Unpleasant.

The humidity in this room was disgusting. The room smelled like an old wet basement, mildew smell. Everything in the room felt moist, even the bed me and my child slept in. The shuttle is impossible to get in touch with and was in Spanish later in the day. Could not find the shuttle point and had to ride to the hotel with Hilton shuttle, thank goodness for that man. I would never stay here again

On my 3rd night of being there as I was getting ready for bed a cockroach the size of a mouse was running on the bed frame and wall. Who knows how long it had been in my room when I notified front desk they ask if I was from Florida but it’s normal. Not the way to handle the situation and offered to give me a second room. Second room wasn’t the type of room I paid for my regular room was a king bed but ended up in a double twin bed. Not pleased with how it turned out

Property was just OK but a good choice for being near the airport. My issue is with Expedia. I booked and pre-paid for the hotel for three nights as we were stuck in Orlando due to the snowstorm in NJ. Turns out we got an earlier flight home and did not have to stay the third night. I called Expedia and, after checking, they said "there was nothing they could do about it." Why? We only stayed two nights. Really poor policy and customer service.

We appreciated being able to check in very early and enjoyed the 2 small bottles of water in our room. We were outside at 4:45 am for their shuttle and there were 12 people ahead of us already. It is for those showing up first. We had to take an Uber for $25 to the airport which was disappointing since the 5 am shuttle was full.

Sorry to say that ether there was someone smoking in a room. set the fire alarm off. at 230 in the morning.,everyone had to get out of the rooms and waited at lease 1.5 hours

Friendly staff and ok lobby, comfy bed, parking was easy but that’s it. The room was dingy, hallways semi under construction/ being spot painted. And room was very damp. Someone was at the front desk complaining and a damp room was one of them so I didn’t bother asking for a new one and our family of 4 re locating to a possibly other damp room.

Our room was a disappointment to say the least, followed by a greater disappointment on check-out. There were ants throughout our room during our stay. When we notified the front desk, the attendant’s response was, “we will mark the room as unrentable.” I’m very displeased with the state of the room and the inaction of the front desk.

They refused any sort of credit for a botched stay...I had no shower curtain and a wet floor, someone with a key tried twice to enter my room at midnight but luckily the door-stopper was engaged. Peephole was blacked out - why? That person was then shouting in Spanish through the door...at midnight, surely waking others. I had no sleep after that. Even though I believe that person was an employee because I could hear plastic rustling (shower curtain), management offered NO apology or credit on my stay "because I completed the stay". WHAT??? Orbitz customer service attempted to advocate with no results but gave me a $25 credit, so that was nice but it should have been a full refund FROM THE HOTEL.

Airport shuttle not easily accessible with no signs until you call hotel for information that seems like forever with call keep going off!! A nightmare after a long flight for a short ride!! Definitely needs improvement.

We were apprehensive to staying here. The outside looks are Very dated and definitely needs a rehab. The inside lobby looked updated. The room was clean but musty smell from the air conditioner. We decided to try the restaurant in the lobby. The bar was definitely updated. On the bar was a runner for drinks that kept them cold, very nice! The 25 foot extra large TV for watching sports was perfect for my husband. The food was fresh and delicious and the portions were extra large. I had a BLT club with fries, and my husband had buffalo wings. The bartenders were excellent! We were only going to have dinner but stayed and had a few drinks that were delicious too. Unfortunately we had to be up early to get to the airport, the airport shuttle was fantastic.

A couple of negatives on this property. One was that when I got into my room there was a piece of glass on the floor next to the bed. I picked it up and put it on the bedside table. Secondly, the website said that the bar was open until 11 PM on Saturday, but actually closed at nine. Boring. Overall, though everything was good. The stuff was great.

We had multiple stays here for our cruise. Staff was good. Pool chairs broken. Lobby chairs frayed. No free breakfast which is usually customary. Pop cans $3.50? Rooms were moldy smelling and 1 of the 3 smelled of pot. They need a major update hotel wide and not just new paint. The lobby was nice i guess. They have a shuttle and a warm pool. We went there for shuttle but we wont go to that one again and we like Holiday Inn Express. Next Orlando well go to a nicer hotel and Uber to and from airport.

Stayed closer to the airport for an early flight today. Very disappointed with this hotel. Front desk staff were very nice. Lobby was hot, bar, food area not open until 3pm. Needs to be clearer in hotel description. It makes it seem like the hotel has a bar and restaurant, but yet it was closed majority of the time. Had to go elsewhere for food. Also the pool was “closed for maintenance” not one single person was out there all day doing any maintenance, another reason I picked this hotel so the guys could go watch football and me and my girlfriend are gonna be by the pool so we had absolutely nothing to do all day. I would’ve stayed by the beach had I known that this hotel was in such disarray also & come in the evening to just sleep. The AC did not work well it was hot in the room. I would never stay again especially as an IHG member and Holiday Inn vacation club member. I’ve stayed @ many Holiday Inns over the years, Very disappointing.

The rooms were adequate, I had a king room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable, they seemed to be worn out. The lobby store was adequately stocked and the coffee shop was good. The dining room was average. The door to our room was not easy to close, it required one to pull very hard to get it shut and to push hard to open. We were surprised that there was no safe in the room. The shuttle to and from airport was good, driver was nice and it was on time. The front staff was excellent!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service provided is great. They let me check in early. It is a very convenient location, close to the airport and a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Room was clean but you can see some age to the building. Was very happy with my stay.

Stayed in this full service hotel for one night on the way to a cruise excursion. Nice experience despite the age of the property. There is GoPort shuttle from this hotel to Port Canaveral cruise terminal.

While the inside of this property seems to have been updated recently the outside is a bit dated. It doesn’t give a good first impression. The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Although the food in the restaurant was average at best, the service was above and beyond. The room had a musty smell but was otherwise clean for the most part. Whoever the housekeeper is needs a hairnet. Multiple hairs left on the tub and on bedspread. Gross. Acceptable accommodations for the price but could’ve done without exercising my gag-reflex.

The driver of the shuttle needs to be more courteous. He acted as if the passenger was disturbing him to call for a pickup at the airport. He did not give proper instructions for pick up. He expected that the passenger must know what to do.

Breakfast was really tasty and great value with kids eating free. Room and pool area a little tired in places, but overall a pleasant stay.

I thought the hotel showed signs of age, but really that was fine. It was not fine that I did not feel welcome upon checkin, nor really at any time I was there. The desk was minimally responsive. We had to call four times to get the rollaway bed at 10:45 PM. Then, it was very unsteady and uncomfortable. She ended up sleeping with us :0. We were on our youngest grandchild’s 10-year-old trip, a very special tradition in our family, but even she noticed.

I enjoyed the amenities at property and how convenient everything was. I wish Breakfast was included for how much I spent on a one night stay.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times before, but this trip was a bit disappointing. The beds are super comfy and the room is spacious. But, the bathroom wasn’t all that clean and needs to be updated. The toilet seat had paint peeling off of it, the shower head looked like it might come off the wall at some point and there was hair on some of the towels and in the shower. It wasn’t as clean as usual. The airport shuttle is wonderful though!

I bought trip protection and immediately tried to cancel my room upon booking because I booked for the wrong day. I have been told by Expedia that the hotel will not refund my money. I am an IHG member, but have no desire to stay at their properties ever again or to use Expedia ever again. Very frustrating. Complete waste of money.

I don’t typically give bad reviews but this hotel was an exception. The room we were in smelled like mildew, really strong. The ac unit started leaking on the floor all over my suitcase overnight. The room was not very clean and the bathroom floors had water coming through them from the rain I’m guessing. For the price, I would not book this hotel if I were you. 1/10.

The desk staff were nice enough but not very helpful. The staff in the restaurant were NOT on their game. We waited a very long time and there were on 3 other tables of people. And my tea glass was never refilled. The only breakfast option was buffet that was overpriced at $16 (especially for those of us can’t eat any where near enough to get your money’s worth. The hotel looks amazing and quite large. I had expectations but the bathroom floor was not level. It was awkward to walk on. There were signs everywhere asking for your review of 10 stars, yet; when I checked out, no one asked me about my stay. The signs say 8 is the new 0. I couldn’t even give them an 8. Had anyone seemed a bit concerned about my stay, I probably would have given them a 9.

At this Hotel you have to pay for parking 😒 I thought asking Hotel guests to pay $13.00 a day to park is crazy! Paying $199.00 and up for a room is enough.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind ! My room was clean. My only feedback is the TV had only local news. No movie channels.

When I checked in, the person at the desk asked me for my phone number. I made the mistake of giving it to her. When I got to my room, they immediately sent me a text to ask if everything was OK. I asked them to please delete my number because I didn’t want texts from them. Since then, I’ve been continuing to get SPAM texts from them urging me to make another reservation. I called the hotel and they said corporate has my number now so nothing they can do to stop the SPAM texts.
