I had forgotten my phone charger and my phone was dead. I was afraid I would oversleep and miss my flight so I asked for a wake up knock on my door at 7:30AM and they did that for me. Very helpful!

Staff was amazing! Room 608 had a humid musty smell … we think coming from the carpet. Wish the rooms were tile or hardwood floors.

Breakfast was not included with the room reservation. Everything else was great, but it is something future guests may want to be aware of.

My room felt damp, and the bathroom drain didn't smell good. But the hotel is quiet.

Ice machine was out of order and there was a very funky smell coming from the hall it was in. Check in was pretty easy. I would say the staff is the highlight of the facility.

The location of the property was convenient and centrally located. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby area and hallways were very warm and humid. Not really the property’s fault, but booking.com stated there was a complimentary breakfast included for two adults in the room, which was a deciding factor in booking this property. However, the breakfast is a buffet with is $15 per person at the hotel’s restaurant and was the quality of an average continental breakfast.

I like that it is very close to UCF. My room was on the third floor, and I didn't like that the hallway leading to the rooms smelled rotten. It was rather nauseating.

Great location, nice newer build. Excellent food and bar for all times of the day you spend there, convenient for a guest to have it all available in one spot. I’d like to thank the guest that found my wallet in the elevator and the honest staff that held onto it safely. It certainly was going to be a hard day without it, so I reallly appreciate it in high regards. All the cash I had was still in it along with my ID/cards/etc. for my flight home. A+

The staff was great and kind. The room was ok but not what I was expecting. There were marks on doors that could’ve been cleaned and overall the room did not match the overall quality of the hotel.

The room was nice. Just the when you flush the toilet the water would keep running. And yesterday they was doing work across from my room. So it was noisy. But the room was good.

The desk clerks, the maintenance staff and manager were very kind. That’s the only positive review. The first room I went to had a dead bug under the pillow, the second room had dust inches thick and bugs crawling on the nightstand, the third room had a leak from the ac unit above and a puddle on the window sill, the fourth room the card key would not work, the fifth room was okay, sort of, after the manager sent the housekeeping up to “reclean” the room. The hotel is slowly undergoing much needed renovations. I would have went to another hotel, but I was stuck due to it being graduation weekend at the college. Again, the staff did their best to accommodate me, but the housekeeping staff needs retraining or to be let go!

Breakfast off a menu was excellent. Property was convenient as well as quiet.

Overall a very good stay. We’ll be back!

The room was very humid. The ac high fan didn’t work (it shut it off) and the auto setting made it cool but humid and damp in the room. The property had no ice water in the lobby to fill your bottles with and the entry way was dirty. Will not be staying again.

First room smelt like a cigarette. Second room, the AC was so loud (making weird noises). They did offer a third room or Maintenance to come check on it but it was too late. So while the staff was nice, due to room conditions, I will not be staying there again.

Sewer smell caused at least two guests to relocate. The hotel is under much needed renovation. All available rooms were in disrepair. Walls were stained and damaged. Old mattresses sagging. There were roaches. The lobby restroom had several full toilets.

Staff was great. Had a problem with my room but they were able to help me get a new one quickly.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The shower made a terrible noise. The cold water on the faucet had no pressure. No sound barrier to noise in the hallway/traffic. Terrible smell in the bathroom. Was not my favorite place to stay.

My room was very spacious. The bed linens appeared clean. Other than that, things were not so great. Debris from others guest was under the bed. Bathroom was not very clean - again dirt under vanity and in corners. Furniture was hammered. It looks like dorm furniture after a year of abuse. Hallways needed coat of paint. Construction going on outside which I did not know about therefore, hammering early in am and running hot water made the pipes shake super loud.

Wish the restaurant was open longer hours. Would have loved to try it.

Other than the construction on the entrance the property was nice. There’s a bit of general maintenance that’s required. The room I was in was clean but it smelled terrible! The ac smelled moldy/musty and the bathroom smelled like a rotten sewer drain. I asked them to clean the drains. I believe they did while I was away because it smelled a little better but by the next morning it was awful again.

After a vacation rental debacle, Expedia came to the rescue for our group of four with two rooms at Holiday Inn Express. We were greeted by a friendly and compassionate staff who even put our rooms together. Rooms were clean with everything we needed for a safe stay. Parking was included and we were given a good offer on breakfast through our booking with Expedia. We'll absolutely consider booking here again when we're back in the area.

It was our last night before we heading back home, we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that the pool loungers could use some fixing. But other than that we enjoyed that we didn't have to leave to eat or have a drink.

Overall the hotel was nice, but the room was missing some small details that make the Holiday Inn what it's known for. The lobby was very nice. The hallway to the room was warm and had an odor. The room was EXTREMELY hot and the thermostat did not work. It was more of a window unit. The TV only had local cable and no option to use or watch streaming services. The closet doors could not open all the way since the floor was warped. The shower faucet would not turn off. We had to push and pull the handle in different ways just to get the water to stop. Other than that, it was a good stay. Details really do make the difference especially when you are paying these kinds of prices.

The staff was extremely helpful but the hotel rooms are a bit rundown and in need of a renovation. Our original room was damp and the area where the carpet met the tile was torn and some of the flooring tacks were sticking out. We stayed one of our two nights in that room. The second day we asked if they had another room for us being the room was so damp. It took several attempts as several of the other rooms were also damp. We did find one on the third attempt but in that room the toilet wouldn’t flush originally (we needed maintenance to fix it) and something was wrong with the pipes because the shower water only went from cold to super hot. We made due. The staff felt bad about the room switching and did offer us complimentary breakfast. The location is close to UCF. It was clean but I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless they updated and renovated the rooms.

Judy the front desk clerk was awesome. Then the lady who came in after her. My room was ok, carpet was worn where it meet the tile and tack strip. If you stepped on it you would step on a tack. Had a couple issues with noise. Young ladies in the hallway. They had to quiet them down twice. Bar was never open and the wait staff was ok. Since they already got a tip included they didn’t check on you very often.

The only positive about this hotel is its convenient location near shops, restaurants, and UCF. Unfortunately, everything else about the stay fell short of expectations. We were moved from our first room after finding a stuffy smell, dirty floors, and ants, only to discover a shoe left behind in the second room. The head of housekeeping was dismissive and implied we brought the shoe ourselves, which added to an already frustrating experience. Although the front desk and general manager apologized, we will not be returning despite the ongoing renovations.

I loved the shampoo/ conditioner and body wash with the hand soap and lotion that right there simple but elevated the stay. Staff was very friendly which was very inviting. The beds were amazing extremely comfortable felt like I was sleeping on a cloud experience. I found the hairdryer and iron accessable and that was a plus for sure Had a minor toilet plumbing issue the second day nothing to elaborate on figured it was something with the pipes

The best thing about the place was location and spacious rooms and big beds. Unfortunately, the hotel feels old. It was dusty, the bathroom was not cleaned properly and the vending machine "stole" some money when we wanted to take some coke.

The staff and manager were nice and welcoming. The issue was with the room itself. Bedroom had mold and a weird smell. Toilet would get clogged constantly. So that part was really concerning and the place felt kinda humid as well.

The restaurant had awesome wings and pizza. Bar man was kind. Breakfast was great and we were in a hurry so the chef made our food super fast! The room could have used a Better cleaning job but it wasn’t bad. Shower had mold in the bathroom ceiling. Next to busy road but couldn’t hear the cars.

There was sort of a smell in our room that we couldn’t figure out what it was. I sprayed my body spray in the room and that helped a bit. The worst was as we were picking up our cell phone cords from the nightstand we saw a few bugs crawling on the glass table. I took a video for reference. Very disappointed!

Tamika introduced herself as an awesome front desk manager from the minute i walkedbinto the building, she was attentive to my concerns that some guest will lie about a hotel making it seem better or worst then it truly is by there poor values or overly higher then expected values. We did not have breakfast so i did not comment on it. But the room was clean, restroom was clean, the hotel entrance was clean, it looked just like the photo on the site. We were delighted to stay and will come again when we visit Orlando. They (the managers will text you AND they reply back, awesome. They need to midrange spin type bikes in the weight room. But this place was centrally located and clean.

The most humid hotel room I've ever stayed in. You could smell the wetness in the air. Paper bags i had left in the room became soft to the touch. On top of that, it seems like housekeeping did not change the duvet when they serviced the room; I had spilled a bit of food on it the night before, and i came back to the bed made, but the very same stain was in the very same place on the duvet. There was also a half-dead roach in the middle of the room on my last night. I will not be returning.

Well, we had a hard time turning the AC on. The room and hallway smelled weird, and the bedsheets were still wet, like they weren't dried all the way. There was a used towelette in the bathroom on top of the shower curtain.

The room smelled of mold and was very damp the night we checked in. Because it was late, we tried to make the best of it. The bed was nice, but everything felt damp. My sinuses started acting up. In the morning the situation was not improved. Next to the window in the corner, there was mold. When we went to the front desk, we were told they replaced all the windows, so maybe that is were the excess moisture was coming from. They offered another room, but it had the same smell, we did not see mold. We checked out early.

Stayed for two nights. Decent hotel. Beds were comfortable. Hotel could use a deep cleaning. I don’t usually look under beds but this time my glasses fell behind the bed and as I was looking for them in noticed layers of dust and cow webs it was nasty with layers of dust. Kind of made me a little uncomfortable but other than that it was ok.

I dont understand how the bathrooms dop not have fans

We were there overnight, didn’t need anything elaborate. That said, this was one of the most comfortable mattresses I ever slept on! Hotel and room were clean, staff kind and professional. After checking out the front desk called to tell me housekeeping found some items I had left in the room. I appreciate the promptness of the call and the housekeeping staff’s honesty. Highly recommend!

Hotel was excellent. Room was a bit muggy and warm. Room was beautiful though, beds comfy. Breakfast was delicious but we had to ask the buffet to be refilled. All the food was empty except the sausage. The staff in the restaurant seemed frazzled, maybe new? Maybe understaffed? Overall, we would stay again.

We were very disappointed by our stay. Old, dirty, and uninviting property. The pool chairs were nearly broken. The shampoo holder in the shower was falling off the wall. And considerable construction outside of property along with construction in the property that was noisy. My family had to move rooms because of roaches and a broken door. Very poor experience. Would not recommend!

I have stayed here before and so I felt safe and comfortable with the accommodations. The front desk employee, this time, didn't explain any offered amenities or times of operation for the restaurant, etc. when I checked in. It would have been nice to have this information, for the property, available in the room. Other than that, the room was clean and the hospitality personnel I encountered were friendly and helpful. The location was close to my family I was visiting and an easy ride to the airport to return home.

I actually loved this hotel, it was clean, spacious, and the workers were very nice. Will stay here again if i get the chance.

It’s was overall good

Economical. Nothing lush or fancy but for sure satisfactory.

Easy check in & out

I needed a place to spent the night while I was out all day. It served it's purpose and never had to complain about anything. Great Service!

All good.. and Clean

It was outstanding. It was our anniversary and Annalise help set up a special occassion. The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff did a great job. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Only issue I had was there was no cold water when I took a shower. Fortunately, I like hot showers. But still for some that might be upsetting.

Absolutely terrible! Probably the worst location within 25 miles. Plus, the walls are PAPER thin. We heard our neighbors on each side and above us all night. Motorcycles and loud trucks went flying by outside all night keeping us awake also. The door must be paper thin as well because we got woken up at 7am from our neighbors leaving their rooms. You hear every word being said in the hallway and every bag that rolls by. The hotel also needs some work, it just doesn’t feel clean and it is not somewhere I’d ever go back to. We couldn’t wait to leave and we were afraid to park our car in the parking lot for fear of it being broken into.

it was nice

The property is nice, worth the cost when its under $150 a night. My only issue with the property is that the towels didn't smell clean at all. Luckily we bring our own towels from home and just used theirs for wiping the counters and things like that. And there was no microwave in my room.

Seemed very average for an inexpensive over night stay. Typical dust and poor cleaning. Found a half full baby bottle under the bed (not ours) very few amenities. I would choose a different hotel for a little extra money

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Paid for the breakfast, dining staff was very friendly and food was great

I will stay at this hotel every time I have to be in Orlando! The price, cleanliness, and ease of checking in, can’t be beat! EVERY SINGLE staff member seemed GENUINELY happy to see us and serve us. Kudos to management, they are doing it right!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that was not great was the water pressure in the shower.

There are drug addicts hanging out on the parking lot asking for money. The area is unsafe for single women.

The hotel was very smelly the carpets smell really horrible and you can smell the sewer coming up from the bathroom. They charged my card twice even though they received my payment upon arrival. The staff was rude and inconsiderate Alex was the only helpful staff member.

Everything was good. The room was clean although the shower enclosure needed to be replaced. The location as good. You could hear a lot of noise from the street and the hallway. The mattress was crappy but the pillows were good.

Just stayed one night to get on a cruise the next day. Comfortable stay, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Definitiely will stay here again when we need a place to spend the night.

The property is falling apart; need serious renovation.

I just don’t give more star because I heard construction noise over my room, even though the staff told me there was no work scheduled for the weekend.

One night stay was an easy, quick check-in. Room was clean with a refrigerator and microwave. Very quiet and no issues. Close to many restaurants and UCF. Definitely recommend, you won’t be sorry.
