The staff are very friendly and helpful, and have answered all of our queries. The hotel provides decent facilities, however, the housekeeping isn’t great. They do not attend the room regularly and the cleaning isn’t of a high standard, meaning we had to purchase our own cleaning products to remove black mold from the bathroom and had to request fresh towels most days as they were taken from our room but never replaced. The breakfast was enjoyable, with some good variety but you do have to eat from plastic and paper cutlery/crockery and take-out cups. For us, this was disappointing in the way of the hotel being environmentally conscious and perhaps cheapens the experience somewhat, depending on your personal standards and preferences. The lifts aren’t great, breaking down a few times during our stay also! I don’t think we would return for another long stay, but a few days would be reasonable for the price.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever been in. There was a manager. I feel was something wrong with him. I went downstairs to ask a question and he asked me if I was OK. Yes of course. I’m OK then he knocked on my door to apologize the next thing I know the police were there and made me leave at 2 AM in the morning. I would never recommend this place or the next to next to it. They’re owned by the same owner they have arcades in the lobby. I’m very quiet. I’m 69 years old. I like to keep to myself didn’t want to check into another hotel at 2 AM. What a waste of money so I had to wait outside by myself practically sitting in a bush. There’s something definitely wrong with the staff here.

Plan to pay parking fee. Rooms are getting cleaned only every 3rd day. On our 3rd day we received only 2 towels and 1 wash rack. No towel for the floor no hand towel or to wash hair. Breakfast you have to be there not later than 8am if you want bacon. We were told if food is gone there will be no more.

The pool and arcade were amazing, my whole family loved their breakfast options and the rooms were so clean and comfy we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to come back and stay

We didn't utilize the shuttle for Animal Kingdom, wasn't the best timing for park closing. Didn't really understand paying for parking but other than that, we look forward to returning in February.

I stay here when in the area for business. This is one of the few hotels that I would come back to with family and friends. The staff are all great and the rooms are well maintained. Breakfast and coffee are both great. There is a charge for parking though.

The location was perfect and close to everything we needed while we were in town. The complimentary breakfast started right on time each morning and was very well maintained. The food was hot and ready, and the coffee was very good as well. The only downside was that the elevators were very slow. Other than that, everything was excellent and we had a perfect stay. The room was run down and where the carpet meets floor had pointy things sticking out that stabbed our feet. They forgot to give towels to guest one day so there was a long line there. Water taste nasty and have NO femine products to buy or have in case of an emergency.

Clean room, there’s a crack between the blackout shade and light comes through and if you have trouble sleeping with light it will be hard. Also the fire alarm in the room has an intermittent flash it does not go away. The garbage outside the elevator is always full in the morning on the 6th floor, and the smell terrible, it’s noticeable coming out of the room. The breakfast is decent and the area is clean. Front desk is ok nothing to rave about. Overall it is a budget friendly, clean place to stay and sleep after a long day at the parks.

I checked out nearly a month ago and my holding deposit has not released to Credit Card. All attempts to contact the property has proven futile.

We were only given 3 towels for a family of 5. When called front desk it rang twice and went dead. Went down and the lady working sighed and said I guess I can get more like it was a huge inconvenience. The pool area was never cleaned. Towels and forgotten stuff were there the whole 5 days. The towels were never replenished on the pool area. Would not recommend. Not good. And the hot tub lights were burnt out so it was pitch black.

Wonderful stay for the price. The only drawback was the parking fee, which was quite high compared to the room rate.

This hotel was really good. I definitely recommend especially if you like to be close to things. There’s lot of stores and restaurants near by which made it easy to get around. The breakfast was good. The only thing I would say was that they didn’t really go into our room to clean up unless we asked. But other than that I would definitely recommend! The staff is amazing and very friendly.

The showers need rust mold off the shower head could be possible issues. Sheets was scruffy needed to be tossed and double check towels even if don’t look like used. Few wasn’t as clean. Besides that breakfast star and hotel itself was truly amazing. I would could back and recommend

Although the family room looked nice, there was a particular oder we didn’t agree with.. the TV was a bit out dated with its options and controls and the elevator was overwhelmed with guests going up and down since there was only 2, there was a bit of a wait time so I recommend the stairs. The breakfast set up and options were very good!

When we arrive at the property the room is not yet ready even the time check in is 4pm they past the time check inn and make us wait more hour. And the house keeping is disrespectful they suddenly open our door with their key when we don't open right away because we're taking a nap and they try to get inside to collect garbage and the person don't speak English. Breakfast is good and room is spacious for family suites.

This was a very nice, clean and comfortable room. The only negative thing in the room was a big stain on the only chair to sit in. I would have liked to have seen a few vending machines with snacks and drinks. I was alone and didn't feel comfortable going out alone in search of food. Roads to busy in the area for my comfort. Would highly recommend this friendly place to stay.

The rooms were clean. All the staff was very friendly and willing to assist in anyway. They do have shuttles to the Disney parks which makes it great for families. Very close to the parks as well and also had a lot of restaurants and fast food places. Very convenient location

When we checked in we were told how the parking works. The hotel has a 'third party' (T-Park DashPass) who manage the parking. Fine, however during the night I received a text from T-Park demanding renewal as my pass was running out. I did not follow through allowing another charge. When I told the woman at the desk in the morning, she just shrugged. This is NOT a good system. I worried all night that my car would get towed! I would have thought she may pass this info up the chain, but she could care less. She was unpleasant but also this parking system is not user friendly. We will not stay there again.

Pool clean , shuttle only takes you to universal island or animal kingdom , the greeters Nicole and an American lady was very unprofessional and unethical, the o ly greeter that was very nice , attentive and professional all 4 days was Bryan E , we wish him the best and knowing that he will get far in life for giving nothing less than the best of the best

We had a 3 day stay and no housekeeping came by even though we went to front desk and asked for it (2 rooms). Ultimately had to go downstairs to get fresh towels. Overnight parking for $25 is a scam. I have stayed at this property before and never had to pay for marking. Will be staying elsewhere, lots of choices of hotels in the area.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and roomy. The front desk staff members were very professional and welcoming. On our stay in several cities in Florida, this was by far the best hotel we stayed at, and the price was great!

A ridiculous parking fee was charged...but I'm not sure if it was disclosed in the listing so maybe that falls on me. Sunday, January 25th was the day that the NFC and AFC Championship games were played. We were very disappointed that this Holiday Inn did not have CBS or Fox channels available! I've never stayed in an American hotel that didn't have regular broadcast channels available.

Broken tiles in bathroom, flat pillows, the electricity to the room was wired wrong to where you couldn’t turn on a lamp unless you turned on every light in the room. The breakfast area was nice but continued to run out of items without being restocked promptly. Parking was confusing since front desk said to do one thing and the signs said another. Glad my car didn’t get towed. I am a fan of IHG but will not return to this location

In addition, the room was not clean. One of the beds had visible blood stains on the sheets, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and safety. I was told that a manager would contact me, but that has not happened, which is extremely disappointing. Given these issues, I am genuinely unsure how this hotel has received so many positive reviews. I am requesting: • A response from management • An explanation for the room change • Appropriate compensation for this experience This stay did not meet even basic expectations, and I hope this is taken seriously.

The room was very clean- We enjoyed the breakfast.

The room was spotless and very well decorated. Front desk staff had someone training there, so that was a bit of an issue. The young girl barely cracked a smile and struggled with my check in. The gentleman there was excellent. The check in QR code for parking does not work with Samsung!

Breakfast was what you would expect for “free”. A little inconsistent with the offerings from one day to another but decent nonetheless. There are two coffee dispensers and I believe they are available all day, which is a nice touch. The coffee was surprisingly good. The staff was courteous and helpful. The whirlpool at the pool was not functioning properly and Peter, the maintenance man, tried to fix it but was unable to. Later that night, upon return from the parks, the tv was not working right and Peter was sent up to reprogram the channels which then worked fine. There is a nightly charge for parking if about $30 with tax. This is only vaguely mentioned in the hotel specifications although I did receive an email after reserving and paying for the stay that mentioned the parking charge. By that time it would be challenging trying to unwind the bell, so to speak, but I do think it is a little disingenuous how the parking fee is socialized. Clearly a money grab. I never received the promised folio.

Slow computer- need faster checkin

Waa a really wonderful place to stay was clean and comfortable and nice breakfast.

When we got to our room, there were no washcloths. The phone did not work, so we tried calling the hotel’s main phone line but no one answered. We had to walk down to the desk to request washcloths. There was some mold in the shower and dirt in the corners - showing the shower had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was very little water pressure in the shower. There were multiple hairs in the bed sheets and the sheets were showing signs of wear and were also put on incorrectly. Check out was at 11:00am, but a housekeeper knocked on our door around 10:00am, even though our do not disturb sign was on the door. She then let herself in our room while my wife was in the bathroom getting ready and I was getting ready in the room. Fortunately, the top lock was set otherwise she would have walked all the way in our room. While we were not quite dressed. She then asked me what time checkout was. This was a very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying here again.

Room was fine, nothing outstanding. The hidden fees were ridiculous. I’ve never had to pay to park at a holiday inn express, will definitely look elsewhere on my next trip.

Clean property and there was a really nice energy from all the employees!

1. The bed squeaked loudly with every tiny movement. It was impossible to sleep without waking each other up; felt like a 20-year-old mattress that desperately needs replacing. 2. We were charged $28 for parking upon checkout even though nothing about paid parking was mentioned anywhere during booking, confirmation email, or check-in. Felt like a hidden fee and left a sour taste. Front desk was friendly, but these basics (a quiet bed and transparent charges) should not be problems at this price point. Unfortunately won’t return.

We made sure to ask for our room to be serviced and the dirty towels were picked up, however they didn’t replace with any clean towels or take out trash, or do anything. We tried to call for more towels but the phone did not work. After going back down to the front desk to ask I was told to get them from the cleaning cart when they came by. It was very inconvenient to have to find them and when we did find them they didn’t speak English at all and it was a little uncomfortable just taking the towels off their cart. The next day my friend and I got stuck in the elevator. The emergency call button made a busy signal so we rang the alarm probably 5 times before someone yelled at us that they were “working on it”. It took close to 20 minutes and we had an Uber waiting outside and dining reservations we were late for. While Disney was over the top in their concern about what happened the hotel did nothing. They offered to add points to my account b it they never did. Overall not a good experience at all and I would not stay here again.

A good and healthy breakfast!!

The hotel was ok. They have an additional charge per night for parking (25 % more of the night fee per day you park there. The charge for parking should be included in the charge per day. That is ridiculous and not very clearly disclosed in the amount per night.

You have to pay for the parking area. $100 for deposit upon check in.

We told them that we was going to pay in cash once we got to the hotel and they still charged my sister card for one day. Once we got to the hotel, I paid for the second day. Soon as we walked in the room it smelled like pee. The tub needs to be renovated. It is rusted and the shower head is rusty and molded. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge did not get cold so the food I put in it was thrown out because I was scared to eat it. The breakfast sucked. It was differ variety of bread, sausages, scrambled eggs, oatmeal and cereal. The package muffins were dry and old. For the amount of money we paid to stay there, breakfast should have been way better. We done been to cheaper hotels and the breakfast was awesome. The little interaction we did have with the staff wasn’t welcoming. Lastly, $4 for a bottle soda is ridiculous!! I won’t be back.

$27.00 per day to park at a Holiday Inn Express. Unheard of except this place. They have paid parking listed under amenities. No cable or dish TV...only over air channels like in 1979. No movies, Wifi, or even basic cable. Extreme water restrictions in shower. Took forever to shower so where's the savings? Minimum towels, TP and other. Ill never return to this Express.

Breakfast was good but wish there were more choices. we had same breakfast for 10 days. Otherwise really enjoyed staying there.

Overall had a great 1 night stay. Check-in was easy and Bryan (sorry he had a longer Hispanic name than that but I do not want to mess it up) took care of me. The room was nice and spacious and modern looking, and the breakfast was awesome.

There was a terrible sewer stench in our room that started in the morning. Otherwise, it was a good stay but the last few hours were rough.

It was a little inconvenient because one of the elevators was not working however, everything else was perfect.

Neither Holiday Inn nor Hotels.com disclose that parking is not free, and we observed no signage notifying guests in the lot or on google maps street view. The first notice we received that parking was not free was an invoice from Towne Park parking services. To dispute the charge, we must pay arbitration fees equal to the parking fee. This is a totally unethical business practice. We will never use Hotels.com again.

I love this hotel and definitely will stay again. It is conveniently located between Walt Disney World and Universal Resort and offer shuttle transportation to both areas by schedule. In addition it has complimentary hot breakfast, which is good, and the staff is very helpful and attentive.

Did not like that we had the same breakfast options for three days in a row. No bacon either.

Only stayed 1 night but the service and friendliness at check in was remarkable. Room was clean and modern in appearance.

They only cleaned the room once during the three days we were there.

Everything was good, staff incredible, cleanliness 110%, my only thing to get better might be to start replacing some mattress that are so much fluffy for two days sleep.

The staff was terrible. We didn’t have sheets for the sofa bed, and when we finally got them( which we had to get them ourselves), they had given us the wrong size and we had to again call and get the right size. They were extremely slow when answering the phone to get the sheets. I did not get an itemized bill, and had to call about a disagreement. I was never able to talk with anyone who could help me. Very disappointing stay.

While the hotel looks like it has been updated recently, the rooms and common areas need maintenance. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls, carpet is coming unraveled, and the rooms had a musty smell. Most of the outlets in the room did not work. We requested towels, additional toilet paper, and tissues. We had to request them multiple times before receiving them. The worst part of the experience was getting stuck in the elevator. I understand that things happen, but the treatment from the staff was awful. They were not sympathetic while we were stuck, the emergency button in the elevator didn’t work, and they did not answer the front desk phones when we called via our cellphone. Once the maintenance team let us out, there was no apology. My friend that was with me had a panic attack due to the situation. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Close to the parks

Excellent service from the Housekeeping Staff and Night Concierge. My whole family was very impressed with the cleaning of our room during our stay. All our needs were met. Highly recommend!

The front staff was not responsive at all. We told three front desk about a leak in the bathroom ceiling running behind the mirror and bathroom lights One staff member booked an extra room instead of extending our stay. The one who was correcting it instead charged me for a no show and then an extra room. Make sure to ask for a paper rwciept

There were a lot of issues . This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn . I usually use Hampton Inn . 1st they charge $25 for parking. That is not listed on their website or Expedia and you have to use a QR code that didn’t explain what we were doing very confusing . Then the lights by the bed don’t work . So it was 100% bright or dark . No other option . Then the iron didn’t work and Mary Ann at counter said she couldn’t help we had to wait till housekeeping came in at 9. My boyfriend had to go to another person and they asked maintenance to bring us another one . Then breakfast didn’t have any fresh fruit . The turkey sausage ran out and they weren’t cooking anymore so all I was able to eat were eggs . Everything else was bagels, pancakes and biscuits. The entire stay was very disappointing. Will not return !

Our room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of eggs, sausages, toast, bagels, pancakes, yogurt, apples and more. Brayannz checked us in with a very warm welcome. Would definitely stay again.

Thr room had an odor. There were hand prints on the wooden wooden headboards to the beds. Doesn't look like they were wiped clean.

The room was very clean and comfortable, I loved that the hotel was walkable to Target to purchase essentials like snacks for the parks and to the outlets on Vineland Ave. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle buses to the parks Disney and universal were available. Overall great stay and I would probably stay again if I was to take another trip to Orlando.

The place is very dirty and run down and they have their own parking lot , but still charge you 26 dollars a night to park in their own lot ! Elevators had panels that were falling off .

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel room was extremely clean. Beds were comfy and room had everything we needed. Shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion in the room is Dove which is a huge plus. Breakfast was yummy and all the staff was very polite! As a family of 5, with the price, cleanliness, and breakfast included, there is no need to look elsewhere, we are definitely staying here again!!

I HAD ROACHES IN MY ROOM!!!!! Manager didn’t care to do anything about it. Floors in the lobby wet with no hazard signs around. Ghetto!!!!!!

When checking in the Front Desk did not state that there was a master switch to turn on the TV and lights. One of the days House Keeping did not restock the towels in the bathroom and I had told the front desk about it and when I got back to the room at the end of the day the towels were still not there. I then had to get them myself and the window leaked during the rain storm.

Our beds were way too firm! The room had a weird smell. I’m unsure if it’s from the linen or carpet. I had to spray my room multiple times. The shower had pubic hair. I had to sanitize and clean it, myself again. Other than that, the lobby was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. I hate that parking was $26 a night! That’s insane! Housekeeping only left one washcloth for us to use, but I requested more. I love the area of the hotel, but I don’t think we will stay here again. I’ve stay at a Holiday Inn Express before and I remember the rooms being better and a lot more comfortable. Also, tv channels are limited.

I stayed here for a week. My room was never cleaned. They only came emptied the trash can collected all the towels and didnt replace them. I had to go to the desk 2 times to get toilet paper. The front desk always had just 1 man until the day I left who blamed lack of staff. He was not rude but completely unhelpful. I am concerned as an IHG customer that their quality might be going down.

We stayed for 5days and 4 nights and it was awesome.

Mattress on bed was harder than used to, also your rep at the front desk was unclear as to whether or not your hotel was listed with Disney World for early entry. In the future this will be important to guests planning to visit the parks and should be a point of knowledge for all working the froht desk. This could impact future stays when unclear. Thanks

Just horrible, nasty room, bug in the bed, holes in the blanket, dirty, horrible breakfast that we payed extra for even though it said free, 29.00 a day parking that was mentioned until arriving at hotel, the elevators sound like they haven’t been serviced in forever over all cleanliness was just horrible!!! Do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

We had a four bed room and only 3 shower towels and one hand towel. When I called for more towels (many times) no one answered.

Rooms are dirty. Pillows and beds sheets were dirty and with yellow stains. Carpet was dirty, walking without sandals or shoes feels all the dust and dirt

We needed a hotel room last minute. This was affordable and in the vicinity of our event.

Elevator was very slow, needs improvement. Everything else was good.

Charged for parking which was ridiculous. This is not a resort for one. This hotel shares the parking lot with other hotels and they all charge for parking with the same company. I have never paid for parking with Holiday Inn Express and was terribly disappointed with that. Also the room was okay, vut the lobby and downstairs had a funky odor.

Because I purchased stay on Orbitz, the hotel would not give me a receipt and advised me that Orbitz would provide receipt. I never got a receipt. Hotel staff also advised me that parking was included in my charges. I have not seen a receipt for my stay. I have to view charges with no explanation on my credit card bill.

The location is unbeatable, especially if you're planning to visit the theme parks. We were super close to SeaWorld Orlando (only about a 5-10 minute drive!), which was great for making the most of our day. We also had the Premium Outlets Orlando Vineland really close by, which was ideal for some quick shopping without spending a lot of time on transfers! The hotel is very comfortable, and the staff were always very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The included breakfast is a big plus – it lets you start your day with energy without having to look for food outside. If you're looking for a practical, well-located hotel with good service for your trip to Orlando, especially if you plan on visiting the parks and doing some shopping, this Holiday Inn Express is a fantastic option. Highly recommended!
