Close to the financial arena. Room was spacious and clean. They only had decaf coffee in the morning.

Parking was plentiful and convenient. Breakfast was OK. But customer service, especially at the front desk, left a lot to be desired. In particular, we showed up at almost 1700 for our reserved room. Check-in time was 1500, but we were informed that our room was not yet ready. So, we had to wait in the lobby for another 15 minutes or so before our room was ready. Certainly not something I've ever experienced at other Holiday Inns.

Black mold all over the bathrooms and showers. Staff tried moving me to other rooms but all three were covered in mold. Left the property.

Everything was great. Courteous and professional staff and the breakfast was very good. Parking area was well lit and safe.

The front desk, restaurant, maintenance staff are wonderful. Everything else is not! I switched rooms five times until they found me one that was habitable. First room, dead bug on the bed, second room the dust was inches thick and their were dust mites crawling on the nightstand, next room the ceiling was leaking and water was all over the window sill and carpet, finally got to a room that was habitable. The manager housekeeping to “reclean” the room. I would’ve switched to a different hotel but since it was UCF graduation there was no vacancy anywhere in the area. The hotel is outdated, worn carpets, musty due to the antiquated ac system which creates moisture in the rooms so everything feels damp. The beds are saggy and uncomfortable. I hardly slept due to the beds and noisy guests in hallways The hotel is in dire need of renovation. I would not recommend this hotel even if you get a good rate.

There are much better affordable options around the UCF area. This place needs an update and good cleaning.

The room was clean when we arrived, but after that housekeeping was terrible, staff at the front desk wasn’t good at all because they apparently they don’t have enough authorized personnel to attend customer complaints, but breakfast and personnel in breakfast area was excellent. The parking looks enough for customers.

Front desk staff was not very helpful, when my parents that are in their 80s arrived they were told that there wasn't a luggage cart and that they would have to bring in their own luggage without a cart. My dad needed help with the tv and ftont desk staff said he would come help but never went up help.

Cuando llegue tarde y cansado del vuelo a eso de las 11pm para el check in, me dijeron que no estaba registrado porque la tarjeta de crédito que utilice en Expedia estaba declinada. El joven de servicio no me ayudó, asi que tuve que pagar mi estadía nuevamente por completo aun así presentandole evidencia del cobro a mi tarjeta. Tremendo mal rato, sin embargo cua do llame a Expedia me dijeron que eso fue error del hotel y de inmediato Expedia me realizó reembolso sin problema. Expedia siempre me ha tratado super, esta vez fallo el hotel.

The only thing was the conditioner, I think it was filled with shampoo. Everything else was amazing

Breakfast was alright, potatoes were hard and there was no parking spots.

It was dirty. The soaps were empty in the bathroom, ones that are attached to the wall. The water section of my coffee maker was disgusting! And instead of them putting a clean one in, they tried to wipe it out and left chemicals in it. It was unusable.

Room was clean, lobby and halls very nice. The gentleman at front lobby checking us in was very courteous and genuine. Beds comphy and quiet area. Would definitely stay again.

Checkin was a breeze. Parking was easy. We had a very spacious king room. The bed was very comfortable. Carpet was newish. Bathroom shower a little worse for wear but spacious. Elevator was very slow. We would stay here again.

I could not see my luggage in my trunk. I did not feel safe as a woman, with my daughter because you could not see a thing. I’ve never been to a hotel where there were absolutely no lights on to greet customers in the evening. I mentioned to the gentleman at the front desk and he said they don’t turn them on in the summer?!?! First of all, it’s not summer, it’s February. And secondly, you should have them on every evening, no matter what the season is. This is for the safety of all your customers. He did put them on (only b/c I mentioned) and what a difference! I would choose another property most likely in the future.

The staff was very friendly but the beds are too firm. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room at the back of the hotel not facing the street. Rooms are not very sound proof.

Second, the hotel lost power this early this morning and because of my 8am appointment I was unable to shower. No type of compensation at all. I will never stay at another holiday inn.

The room was spacious with all the basic amenities we needed.

Well I didn’t see anything crawling We were put in a handicap room and we’re not handicapped.Hopefully no one that really needed a room like that was turned away. Toilet kept running, had to jiggle the handle after every flush. Electrical outlets beside the bed where you need to change your phone didn’t work.

I would have given this hotel a 10, however, when we got to the room, there were not enough towels for our party of 4. Not were there enough coffee pods of coffee cups(only 2) or plastic cups (only 2). I had to go to the desk and ask for these.

The staff said all rooms had been notified, but my room was not informed that there would be no water. The only call I received was to say what time the water would return, not to warn about the outage. Additionally, the staff member who checked me in said he had no information about the water issue, as he had been off for several days and had just returned to work.

Wednesday, the next day, upon waking to a shower or hot water still not working, I requested a room change, as all three rooms on three different levels were experiencing the same issue: no water from the shower head, barely any cold water from the faucet, and still no hot water. We were told someone would be there at 1000 to fix the issue. We arrive back at the hotel later in the evening to find the problem has not been resolved. Thursday. If I leave, they will reimburse me for the room; however, it may take a few days to receive the money. We did not have enough funds to stay in another hotel, wait for reimbursement, and continue our vacation, so we opted to stay at a hotel without a working shower or hot water, knowing we would be reimbursed at the end of our stay. Friday – Saturday, no working shower, barely working faucet with only cold water. Sunday – Departed, I was told I would be reimbursed 50% by the managers later in the day, when they arrive. This was said to me by the desk clerk on Saturday night and again on Sunday morning, when we departed. The receipt they gave does not show a 50% reimbursement. This has been the worst IHG stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

On the first night, we were not provided sufficient bath towels and the air conditioning did not work. When I called down, the receptionist placed me on hold and did not return after leaving me on hold. I then went to front desk in person, and she was playing on her phone with the hotel phone off the hook.

Check in was very easy and the young gentleman was a very nice, I checked in right before 11 PM. Newly renovated rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and they had real bacon :-). It did sound like something was running in the unit above me a lot of the time. The safe lock was not working. I like the Christmas decorations.

Hotel was under renovation. Room was clean with new carpet. Room safe did not work because it needed batteries. There was a small temporary TV in the room that had not been mounted on the wall yet. Elevator was out of order and I had to carry a large suitcase down the stairs for three floors. Front desk staff was great.

I carpets were super dirty. The bathroom look like it was surfaced cleaned. You couldn’t use the stairwell which was an emergency concern. There was one elevator that was very slow and made us a nervous wreck due to the jumping.

Room was strange (room 213). Seems like it was made for a handicapped individual but only in some areas. Bathroom door was extremely loud, heavy, and creaky. The lighting in the whole room was poor. The lights in the bathroom were very old and rusted. The hotel parking lot was not even 1/4 full leading me to believe the hotel was mostly empty. It appears we're given a mediocre room although multiple rooms were likely available. We only stayed one night and we were tired, so we didn't ask to move.

I had my room changed. The first room I was in had no hot water in the shower and there was mold in the shower and on the ceiling. This hotel needs to be updated a bit. The only plus was the woman working breakfast time, she was super friendly.

Parking is very easy and feels very safe. No one is just hanging out at the parking lot. During my stay there was construction right outside my window but they were very considerate and ended early and room was quiet and peaceful for a good night sleep. Our room was the first one on the first floor (102 I think). We could hear people and music all night long in the lobby. BUT, aside from that it was a great stay. Super comfy beds and loved the shampoo and conditioner!

The roof was dirty, stains on the carpet, mold/mildew around the soap dispenser and a musty smell in the room. The staff when we checked in were very friendly. I would have thought for what they charged it would have been nicer.

I will keep this Hotel on my list of stays if needed. Easy check in and they have good soap/bathroom products avaliable. I really only had to open my bathroom bag for my dental care products.

The hotel was nice, clean, breakfast was good but the pancake machine was broken. There was biscuits and gravy & eggs which was good. The parking was really the only issue. We came back from a concert and there was no parking. We had to park offsite and walk

The hotel was nice, clean, breakfast was good but the pancake machine was broken. There was biscuits and gravy & eggs which was good. The parking was really the only issue. We came back from a concert and there was no parking. We had to park offsite and walk

4 of stayed in a room for a mom daughter weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well situated , close to everything and free parking. Nice pool! Only complaint was the sink stopped up and slow to drain but it worked out. The free breakfast was plentiful!

We came with family for our son’s college graduation from UCF. It was quiet, clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was the best we’ve had from a hotel in a very long time. Also, the breakfast attendants were very attentive and friendly!

The room felt old and had a funny smell to it like old cleaning water to mop the floor. The bathroom corners on the floor were damaged and dirty. It didn't appear to be from poor cleaning, rather from poor maintenance. But the employees working there were wonderful and very accommodating. The hotel just needs a good refresh and the bathrooms updated. I like the location and the employees but won't be staying there again as for the same price, other hotels are nicer in the area.

The property is in walking distance to restaurants and quick drives to supermarkets, shopping, university, entertainment and more.

It was fine. Comfortable bed, good water pressure for shower. Breakfast was bleh. But convenient and easy access to the venue we needed to be at.

I thought the rooms weren’t as clean as a am accustomed to at a ING property. There was a stale smell in the room. The surfaces and mirrors had finger marks.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Shower head would not stay up in shower. This was room 413.

The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable, the carpet had many stains that need to be cleaned. It only has one elevator that could use some maintenance. If the carpeting was clean I'd give it 5 stars. Breakfast was very good and consistent every day we stayed.

Dirty dirty dirty no bedding for the pull out, a booger on the bathroom wall, mismatched cushions on the couch and chair, the tv didn’t work!

The staff was great. Lots of dining options around.

I liked that the hotel is in a very good location.

Cant express how extremely satisfied we are with our stay. From the cleanliness of the room to the great breakfast, it was the perfect quick stay. Jane the front desk attendent was exponentially sweet and wonderful at check-in.

Great location for UCF but awful rooms with AC that makes lots of noise on the floor near windows even with ear plugs . Rooms need update asap

Very clean and a convenient location

The room smelled like cat pee. The carpet was soaked with water around the a/c unit. The hallways were not air conditioned and felt like a sauna. All the staff was very nice.
