    Parking was plentiful and convenient. Breakfast was OK. But customer service, especially at the front desk, left a lot to be desired. In particular, we showed up at almost 1700 for our reserved room. Check-in time was 1500, but we were informed that our room was not yet ready. So, we had to wait in the lobby for another 15 minutes or so before our room was ready. Certainly not something I've ever experienced at other Holiday Inns.

    The front desk, restaurant, maintenance staff are wonderful. Everything else is not! I switched rooms five times until they found me one that was habitable. First room, dead bug on the bed, second room the dust was inches thick and their were dust mites crawling on the nightstand, next room the ceiling was leaking and water was all over the window sill and carpet, finally got to a room that was habitable. The manager housekeeping to “reclean” the room. I would’ve switched to a different hotel but since it was UCF graduation there was no vacancy anywhere in the area. The hotel is outdated, worn carpets, musty due to the antiquated ac system which creates moisture in the rooms so everything feels damp. The beds are saggy and uncomfortable. I hardly slept due to the beds and noisy guests in hallways The hotel is in dire need of renovation. I would not recommend this hotel even if you get a good rate.

    The room was clean when we arrived, but after that housekeeping was terrible, staff at the front desk wasn’t good at all because they apparently they don’t have enough authorized personnel to attend customer complaints, but breakfast and personnel in breakfast area was excellent. The parking looks enough for customers.

    Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was not very helpful, when my parents that are in their 80s arrived they were told that there wasn't a luggage cart and that they would have to bring in their own luggage without a cart. My dad needed help with the tv and ftont desk staff said he would come help but never went up help.

    Cuando llegue tarde y cansado del vuelo a eso de las 11pm para el check in, me dijeron que no estaba registrado porque la tarjeta de crédito que utilice en Expedia estaba declinada. El joven de servicio no me ayudó, asi que tuve que pagar mi estadía nuevamente por completo aun así presentandole evidencia del cobro a mi tarjeta. Tremendo mal rato, sin embargo cua do llame a Expedia me dijeron que eso fue error del hotel y de inmediato Expedia me realizó reembolso sin problema. Expedia siempre me ha tratado super, esta vez fallo el hotel.

    It was dirty. The soaps were empty in the bathroom, ones that are attached to the wall. The water section of my coffee maker was disgusting! And instead of them putting a clean one in, they tried to wipe it out and left chemicals in it. It was unusable.

    My original booking was not “available” but we ended up getting a handicap accessible room in its place. When we first arrived in the evening, the parking lot was pitch black. I could not see my luggage in my trunk. I did not feel safe as a woman, with my daughter because you could not see a thing. I’ve never been to a hotel where there were absolutely no lights on to greet customers in the evening. I mentioned to the gentleman at the front desk and he said they don’t turn them on in the summer?!?! First of all, it’s not summer, it’s February. And secondly, you should have them on every evening, no matter what the season is. This is for the safety of all your customers. He did put them on (only b/c I mentioned) and what a difference! I would choose another property most likely in the future.

    Well I didn’t see anything crawling We were put in a handicap room and we’re not handicapped.Hopefully no one that really needed a room like that was turned away. Toilet kept running, had to jiggle the handle after every flush. Electrical outlets beside the bed where you need to change your phone didn’t work.

    The staff said all rooms had been notified, but my room was not informed that there would be no water. The only call I received was to say what time the water would return, not to warn about the outage. Additionally, the staff member who checked me in said he had no information about the water issue, as he had been off for several days and had just returned to work.

The manager stated that they are working to resolve the issue and that it should be resolved within the hour. Wednesday, the next day, upon waking to a shower or hot water still not working, I requested a room change, as all three rooms on three different levels were experiencing the same issue: no water from the shower head, barely any cold water from the faucet, and still no hot water. We were told someone would be there at 1000 to fix the issue. We arrive back at the hotel later in the evening to find the problem has not been resolved. Thursday. If I leave, they will reimburse me for the room; however, it may take a few days to receive the money. We did not have enough funds to stay in another hotel, wait for reimbursement, and continue our vacation, so we opted to stay at a hotel without a working shower or hot water, knowing we would be reimbursed at the end of our stay. Friday – Saturday, no working shower, barely working faucet with only cold water. Sunday – Departed, I was told I would be reimbursed 50% by the managers later in the day, when they arrive. This was said to me by the desk clerk on Saturday night and again on Sunday morning, when we departed. The receipt they gave does not show a 50% reimbursement. This has been the worst IHG stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

    Room was strange (room 213). Seems like it was made for a handicapped individual but only in some areas. Bathroom door was extremely loud, heavy, and creaky. The lighting in the whole room was poor. The lights in the bathroom were very old and rusted. The hotel parking lot was not even 1/4 full leading me to believe the hotel was mostly empty. It appears we're given a mediocre room although multiple rooms were likely available. We only stayed one night and we were tired, so we didn't ask to move.

During my stay there was construction right outside my window but they were very considerate and ended early and room was quiet and peaceful for a good night sleep.     The room felt old and had a funny smell to it like old cleaning water to mop the floor. The bathroom corners on the floor were damaged and dirty. It didn't appear to be from poor cleaning, rather from poor maintenance. But the employees working there were wonderful and very accommodating. The hotel just needs a good refresh and the bathrooms updated. I like the location and the employees but won't be staying there again as for the same price, other hotels are nicer in the area.

    The room smelled like cat pee. The carpet was soaked with water around the a/c unit. The hallways were not air conditioned and felt like a sauna. All the staff was very nice.
