The employees were all very nice and professional! It’s a very clean facility and the breakfast they offer is great!! My husband and I didn’t have to leave the hotel at all the whole week for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable! We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Orlando! N/A

Easy parking , clean and location was good A huge spill of what looked like chocolate and nuts was spilled under the breezeway drop off and it sat there no one cleaned it up. It looked like someone pooped. But I’m sure it was a spilled icecream. It just looked really bad

The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. They also offered breakfast with many options. It was also convenient near shops and gas station. The hotel is tucked off in the back with not much scenery.

The property was very clean, had a nice room, and was conveniently located near restaurants and stores. I would have liked more luggage carts on checkout day, but that wasn't a major drawback for me. There were also a lot of bugs in the pool, which I eventually cleaned out.

Staff, cleanliness, food everything was great. This was my favorite place I stayed while there. And I stayed in other hotels. I was planning to move to Orlando. I just wasn’t able to use this hotel as an extended stay until I found me a place. Appreciate this hotel for giving me peace in knowing that there gonna take care of you in all aspects. This was my experience.

Very nice staff Bathroom makes a mess when you shower. Need to figure out how to keep shower water in the shower. It was a lake every time we showered. Bathroom light only turns on if you have other lights turned on. I struggled on the first night, thinking the lights went out. Staff had to explain how to use the lights.

House keeping need to check and clean the sofa bed, there was a socks left under sofa and when we pull out the bed from sofa there was debris/particles under bed.

Construction activity made it a bit tricky to find the parking lot entrance. It must be a tough neighborhood, because a room key is needed to even enter the lobby and access the elevator/stairs. (We did see a homeless man the next morning camped near the stairwell exit into the parking area.) Believe it or not, it is necessary to surrender one's driver's license to obtain use of a luggage cart, somewhat like posting bail. Previous guests must have abused the carts, so I do not blame the management for imposing this policy. I like to sleep with a constant "white noise" but could not figure out how to keep the fan running while also maintaining the desired temperature.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express just for a night and it didn’t disappoint. We love that it is very close to HMart oriental store which is our go to place whenever we’re in the Orlando area. The room was very clean and big! There’s no coffee maker in the room but there’s fresh coffee brewing round the clock by the lobby with several kinds of creamer, flavored and regular. The staff that checked us in and checked us out are both very friendly and polite. Breakfast was also included, biscuits and sausage gravy, omelette, toasts fruits, juices, yogurt and many more. The other thing why we picked this hotel is they have Tesla chargers in the property! I’m not sure if all of them have it but we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bonita Springs Florida and they have one. This property has 4 or five Tesla charging stations!

It was an ok stay. It wasn't the best Holiday Inn I have stayed at, and I also prefer the Holiday Inn Express, as they offer free breakfast. This was a paid breakfast.

Had a great stay at this Holiday Inn. Staff friendly, nice up to date rooms, comfortable bed, decent breakfast and the best part it is right across from H-Mart and Ross etc. Also convenient for restaurant options.

Every day I reported the issue with the tiny cockroaches, and they kept promising to move me, fumigate, and deep clean the room. Unfortunately, I had many belongings and was out almost the entire day, so it was very difficult for me to change rooms at the time they wanted — I would only have been able to do it at night. I tried to be flexible based on their promises to fumigate and clean, but nothing improved. Another issue was that the hotel was oversold, which is why they couldn’t move me when I wanted. Rooms were not cleaned daily — only every four days, or daily if you specifically requested it. And if you forgot to ask, they simply wouldn’t clean it. Until the very last day, cockroaches kept appearing in both the bathroom and the room. The staff, however, were very kind. The only redeeming quality of the hotel was its personnel.

Huge room. King size bed was very comfortable. Sheets were super soft. Shower head leaked though and would make the bathroom very wet. Had minor water damage throughout shower floor and doors!

I booked a room with a king bed but they said they didn't have a king bed when I got there 10 mins later. Other than that, the room was clean, comfortable, it was quiet, the breakfast was good with lots of choices.

They had amenities I didn’t use. They had a outdoor pool which I saw from my room. They also offered breakfast. I didn’t have the breakfast but it was available if I wanted it. Check in/out was easy and customer service was great! I would recommend to stay here.

I could hear my neighbors and the cars on the highway. They only gave us two towels and there was someone else's hair all over them. Water pressure is the shower was very low and the lighting was super dim.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Check in was smooth thanks to Hector and checkout was quick and easy with the help of Liz. There was a good variety at breakfast which I enjoyed. Overall it was a good stay

Loved the room, the decor and how it was set up. Bed was cozy too. Only con per usual in hotels is can hear people in the halls clearly at night and in morning. Would stay again.

Awesome hotel! Very safe and clean self parking. Quick check in and very friendly and polite staff. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint is the entrance from the main road. There is a construction near the entrance which can be a bit tricky if you arrive late at night. Other than that, no complaint at all!

The concierge on duty was amazing. I've never checked into a Holliday in and had that experience. We stayed there to eat in the Orlando Chinatown and shop on our way back from Ocala and he knew the best or the authentic Chinese restaurants. He was engaging and helpful.

The room was spacious with 2 queens and a sofa bed. Mostly clean. The floor was wet in some area like it wasn’t mopped all the way but we just used a towel to dry . Also there was a water bug that appeared dead in the morning. Overall beds were comfy and provided the space we needed to rest.

The front staff was so friendly at my 11:00pm check in! Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was clean. 10/10

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Ocoee was a great experience. The property and room was clean.

I checked in and had to check out next day because I couldn’t shower. The water had a strong chemical smell which was present in the room as well. They try to cover the smell by using room spray but it made it worst and uninhabitable. Don’t stay here if you regard your health and safety!!! Beds are not comfortable either, it’s like being in a hole.

Our first night at the hotel was fine, the room was definitely smaller than expected and the water park was poorly maintained. But it was tolerable. The next night however was terrible. There was a dog in the room next to ours, which is understandable at a pet friendly hotel, but the dog wouldn’t stop barking. We called the front desk but they were extremely rude and never sent anyone up to the room. It wasn’t until we went down to the front desk that they finally sent up security. The front desk employee and the manager were very argumentative and offered no solution other than to essentially say dogs bark, they have them in the hotel. They were unable to call the people in that room or move them to another room and they were unable to move us. I will never stay at another holiday inn The experience was terrible

The only downside was that the fridge did not work. There was plenty of parking, and the hotel offered free breakfast, although we didn’t use it. In general, it’s a nice hotel at a good price. The surrounding area isn’t great, but it’s not too bad either.

What I really like was the staff friendly approach and how knowledgeable she was. The room was super clean and they have my favorite hotel body wash and shampoo.

I checked in only to find out that if you dont pay for your room upfront and wait until you get there. They do not hold a room for you. This is something Expedia needs to disclose to its customers. However, the front desk was able to find me a room. It was clean and updated. It had a mini fridge, microwave, and kcup coffe maker. Only compliant was the shower pressure. It was not the best. Overall it was a great stay.

Check in was a nightmare. It definitely felt like they weren’t equipped to handle the amount of people attending a local kpop concert. The staff did their best. Check out was a breeze. Everything else was wonderful.

First key giving to me didn't work. instead of fixing that they changed rooms. Elevator was not working, the other never had indication if it was coming to you. Entering room- was really dark and could not see well, and the temp was set at 79. really hot and took awhile to cool.

We have stayed at this hotel every time we have been in Orlando. It used to be an excellent stay, but as this visit the bath shower floor was so slippery that I almost fell a couple times. The breakfast used to be excellent. But this time it was down right awful. Instead of the attendant was no other way to explain it but lazy. The food selection was cold the small blueberry muffins were half frozen. The apples were brown when you bit into them. Needless to say I’m afraid that was my last visit to holiday in express on Orlando. I truly hope some one from your office would randomly check in to see what I’m talking about. By the way it used to be a crowded breakfast. This time there was only 3 or 4 people at any time. That alone should tell you something. We’ll have a good day.

I had a great stay

Simple hotel but very good price

This is a very comfortable and clean facility but is located in a very difficult to reac area without any amenities within walking distance.

Stayed here two days for a business trip. I was a little worried because the price was much better than majority of other hotels in the area. I was pleasantly surprised. Great location, super friendly staff, room was right by the elevator which I loved, large spacious room and bathroom, super clean, beds were very comfortable. It was overall a very nice stay.

Very clean and great breakfast. Had a annoying interaction with the night staff playing loud music through the house speakers at 4 AM, but they turned it off when I went to the front desk. All good!

We stay here each year for a local event. I find this hotel to be safe and clean as well as quiet. I want to especially thank the woman that worked the front desk upon our checkin for her professional and expediant service as well as her continuous friendliness to us and everyone else.

Every hotel that I went to always welcomed me with two bottles of water in the room unfortunately I didn’t get a bottle of water from Holiday Inn. Overall the staff was great, the room is super clean, the AC was working great, the TV was good even though I couldn’t watch YouTube through it.

I’ve stayed here before and lobe the cleanliness and quietness of this hotel

The place is really clean i rate it 10/10. Everything about the place is clean. The staff were very nice, pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic as well with many options to choose from.

Felt safe at the hotel even though we got the feeling the area may not be the best. My husband heard another family alerting the staff to homeless people entering for the breakfast that was included with a stay. I’m sure not everyone partakes of the breakfast so I’m all for feeling those who need it!

Elevator didn’t work

Really loved my stay here. Rooms were really nice, and the staff was friendly! Having a lot of restaurants and stores nearby made the area very fun to be around! Would definitely come again!

Rooms were clean and very large. Easy to access from the highway. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast buffet was nice and the 2 times I ate there. It was always ready on time. And it was restocked nicely.

The hotel staff was super friendly. Hotel was very quiet. The room was clean except the floors were dirty. Got out of the shower and my feet were instantly dirty walking from the bathroom to the living space.
