The facility and rooms were great as always. I was not expecting someone to make our beds and give fresh linens but we greatly appreciated it. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to any need that you may have. I wish I had more time to go to the pool but it was a Disney trip. I did not like the parking fee. I have stayed there for several years and this is the first time that I ha to pay for parking. The parking ia already limited so paying to walk a distance is not what one would want to do. Also, when they was looking for my name, Booking.com sent it 1st name, then last name . So they had a hard time looking for me and this was not the 1st time (not me) that this place had this situation. Constructiion was going on but they did not start until after 7 am and had ended by the time we came back to the room.

We really enjoyed our stay! Although our building was a little farther from the lobby/main pool, it wasn't a problem because the staff picked us up in a golf cart whenever we texted. Everyone working there was great!

A great experience

Enjoyed our stay at this resort. 2 nice pools and a Tiki Bar with food and drinks in the larger main pool area. Rooms were clean and beds were wonderfully comfortable along with great pillows!!!

Clean room! House keeping everyday! Free laundry! Super kid friendly and located about an 10min drive to Disney! Overall 10/10, will definitely book again.

The staff at the lobby and at the activity center were very kind, attentive and friendly. The older lady at the shop was rude and did not provide good service at all.

The only issue I can report is I have yet to receive my deposit back. I have emailed and left a voicemail to the accounting/financial dept.

The grounds are beautiful & the staff were very friendly & helpful. The pools & splash pad were also great & clean. Plenty of parking & the actual unit we stayed in was nice & up to date. Housekeeping did a decent job as well. Restaurant in the hotel was also very good. The only things to note for our stay was that the floors were not mopped upon arrival nor were they mopped daily or vacuumed, our area rug had a lot of stains in it. The shuttle bus needs more pick up and drop off times because it's not just this hotel, theres many hotels using it & it gets fully quickly. Also the drivers didn't check confirmations #'s that you were required to have for reserving your seats. On returning from Sea World our shuttle bus driver wasn't checking confirmations so our family & another family who were there waiting didn't get onto our shuttle we had reserved seats for and he was super unhelpful/ hostile when we said we wanted our seats on the bus he was not checking for.

The main pool was very nice!

That, obviously, is not the resort's fault. However, their policy regarding the storms and how they notify their guests is baffling to me. First, their policy is there can be no lightning strikes within a 10 mile radius. That seems excessive to me. Second, they had no plan in place to notify guests when the pool closed or when it reopened. The first night after speaking to the front desk I was told there would be a text message that was sent out when the pool was opened. That did eventually come. However, then the pool closed again because lightning within the restrictive 10 mile radius. There was no text message saying that the pool was closed. That's obviously not a problem. If you are at the pool, you can tell it gets closed. However, if you walk from your room, you walk to a pool that is closed after receiving a text message that it opened. The second day I texted the phone number and told them that the policy didn't make sense and they needed to let people know when the pool opened and when it closed. After that they still did not take that advice. Because I witnessed multiple people walk to the pool after they received the text that it was open only to find the pool was closed. There needs to be a better way to handle this for such an expensive resort.

Clean room love that they come daily. They fix the bed and change the towels. It has washer and dryer. The pool is stacked with towels. They have plenty of pools and Jacuzzis. Kid friendly resort. I’ve stayed here in the past and parking was free but now there is a fee. Something to consider. Regardless of that. The place has everything you need kitchen with cups , plates and much more.

Everything was great, only spent 3 nights there , we had plans , very busy but did get to spend a few hours at the pool. The place was excellent, we will be back

From the time of checking in the friendly staff was very helpful and provided directions to the room. The room smell clean without much of the chemical smell that overwhelm when you first open the door. Love the balcony with screen. Bug free and the patio furniture was comfortable.

The swimming pool and good environment. And it is close to theme parks. It will be better to have more choices of breakfast.

The property is very beautiful with 2 pools, one of them has a very nice cascade. The 1 bedroom apt we got was beautiful, very clean the king bed was very comfortable the jacuzzi inside the room was spectacular!! Highly recommend, i cant wait to go back.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay.

It has been years since I stayed at this property and I was pleasantly surprised. Our one bedroom suite was fully renovated with a full kitchen, laundry room and enclosed patio and was beautifully decorated. It felt fresh and tropical and we enjoyed our time in the room. The property is kept very clean and staff is always nice and courteous. It was nice to get a ride to the pool from the golf cart service so we didn't have to worry about losing our parking space, the hotel was packed for the holiday weekend. The pools were perfect temperature and the pool areas were very clean, so were the restrooms. Overall, even though we didn't go to any theme parks this time around, we spent most of our time at the pool and the kids and our whole family had a great time. The location is perfect, its right off the major highway and close to a lot of attractions and restaurants as well. I would definitely chose this property as our go to when staying in Orlando.

We had 2 rooms (1 x king bed and 1 with 2 x queen beds) with kitchen and sitting room. This was great for 4 people and gave us space we needed. Hotel was well equipped with 2 pools, bar/restaurant, deli/shop, kids play area. The property was very clean, well maintained and staff were friendly.

My granddaughter and I planned a trip to Seaworld. This hotel isn’t the closest to Seaworld, however there were amenities at the resort for both of us. There was a bus stop right outside the resort. We were able to ride it to Seaworld and Aquatica. The food at the bar and grill was good.

Our King One-Bedroom was perfect for my family of 3. It was spacious, clean and modern. We loved the full kitchen, large TV, walk in closets, big couch, screened balcony. My family's favorite part of this hotel were the pools. Plenty of lounge chairs. The front desk and grounds staff were phenomenal! Everyone was friendly and professional. The location was great. When you leave the grounds, the surrounding neighborhood is quiet. We can't wait to stay here again! Our room's water pressure was crap. We had to flush the toilet multiple times for everything to go down. The shower's pressure was so light, but they came and changed the shower head which made it it a little better. There were cups, towels, etc. scattered under lounge chairs and around the pool that would be there for hours and it would be nice if someone came every so often to tidy up. And the staff at the Marketplace always seemed miserable. We stayed for 8 days and we were in the marketplace multiple times a day.. the cashier's never cracked a smile or greeted you. Minor complaints, but I'd still come back!

It was okay overall, but it honestly didn’t feel like a true Hilton property. The experience felt much more like a timeshare resort than a traditional Hilton hotel. While the rooms and amenities were decent, the atmosphere and service lacked the polished hospitality and elevated experience you usually expect from the Hilton brand. The focus seemed to lean heavily toward vacation ownership and sales rather than guest experience, which changed the overall feel of the stay.

Great 3 night stay. The pool area is very fun. Multiple pools all around. There is a splash pad and a toddler pool as well. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The property is very well kept and the staff is friendly and attentive. Would definitely return.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very welcoming. The property was clean and kept upz Whenever I needed assistance with anything, I was immediately tended to. They were able to accommodate my requests before and after my arrival. Ultimately, I would recommend this vacation club to my family, friends and colleagues.

This was my first time in Orlando and I had an amazing experience everything and everyone was a 10/10 highly recommended.

It was an okay stay. Lots of miscommunication with the staff regarding housekeeping. The ventilation was not great because we could smell what the people above us were cooking throughout the night.

Never disappoints

The property is nice, well taken care of, and has multiple pools. Had a one bedroom suite which was clean and comfortable. My disappointment was that the shower needs updating- shower head, shower handle, and shower floor were showing a lot of wear and tear.

I thought the staff was quite friendly and helpful and the landscaping is absolutely beautiful..loved the pool and having a washer/dryer in our room. My mom is already asking me to bring her again next year.

The staff and the resort was beautiful. The cleaning staff were amazing we never ran out of fresh towels.

This is our favorite place to stay in Orlando for the pools, nice rooms and location. Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Easy access to Sea World, Wawa, and good restaurants. We were grateful for late checkout and the extra hour of pool time. Bar food and housekeeping were worse than usual this time.

Amenities are great, most of the staff was pleasant. Pool side service is amazing with Gaston and Brian! Downside: the housekeeping staff is very inconsiderate. We had a housekeeper come into our rental while my minor daughter was in the shower and proceeded to use our toliet backwards! My daughter came out of the shower when she realized it wasnt us and found the housekeeper squatting over the toliet. My daughter told her to leave and not to clean right now. She huffed and grabbed her phone and left. Housekeeping manager didnt seem to bothered by it and only wanted to refund 2 days of resort fees. A whole $70... very disappointing. We will not be returning after this. Make sure you put your DND on the door. Mind you we had just arrived the night before so our rooms shouldn't have been ready for service in the first place. The next day their was a dead squirrel in the hot tub. I feel like its going down hill quick.

The room was very clean. We stayed for 8 days and my only complain was the mattress. Please get new matresses.

We arrived early, and was told that we would be put on a priority rush for a room. Cut to 4 1/2 hours later (4:30, when check in starts at 4pm), and still no room available. Yet there were plenty of people who came in AFTER us, who were given keys. After a long travel day, the last thing I want to do is sit around and wait. We were not pleased.

If they ask you about a room preference, tell them you prefer to not be at the other end of the resort from all the activities, that was the only downfall was being far away from the pool, bar/restaurant and lobby

Really nice place. We had a small issue with the room as the reservation said sleeps 4 but really only did 2 so we had to get a second room at another property. Food and drinks were good but seemed like dinner was understaffed.

Very nice hotel! Staff was A1! The pools were clean and hot tubs were great! My main complaint was the floors in the common area of the room. They were extremely dirty! The wood color is dark so the dirt is hidden. My son wore his white socks on the floor and 5 mins later they were black. He even said seeing that made his skin crawl and he’s only 11! Clean the floors!!!

All in all, This property is good for families who want to stay close to all the Seaworld. This review is from a mid 40's couple who don't mind kids but who are particular about some things, So if you're interested read along....The room was lovely but the building was extremely noisy, road nose from police, fire trucks, Seaworld rides, if that bothers you stay away from building 11 Tucker Town. The pillows could use a refresher they went flat after night two and had to stick the ones from the couch under them also the shower head needs more gusto it just wasn't up to par with most Hilton properties. Perhaps a floor length mirror outside of the bathroom as well because there is only one mirror and it's in the bathroom made getting ready hard while my partner was in the shower. The Staff was super friendly, the bar was great but it would be nice if they were open for breakfast seems silly to not have a breakfast option with a cocktail. The fitness center is super small and packed full most of the time but I probably should have been enjoying my vacation instead of working out.all in all 7/10 would recommend this property for a Seaworld Vacation.

The property is well maintained. Spacious. Clean. Cared for. The pool deck bar was understaffed at times, but the options were well liked, gracious, and properly priced. We have 0 complaints and hope to return Annually.

The property is huge and is not accommodating for you unless you plan to rent a vehicle we didn’t rent one so we needed assistance being transported throughout the property at times it would take up to 30 minutes to get the golf carts to pick us up

Room was very clean and looked well presented. Staff on the main desk were friendly at check in and helpful in describing the property etc. I was in building 11 and my only issue was being so close to the main road that you heard a lot of traffic noise. Fire engines and ambulances were particularly loud. If youre a light sleeper Id request a different building.

The staff are always pleasant to interact with. The property is always clean & in the center of Orlando. Plenty of things to do near the hotel & right beside Seaworld. We’ve stayed at this location 4 times!

Initially, upon my arrival, I was informed that I had only paid for the room and not the resort charge when I had made my hotel reservation. An additional $200 USD was charged to me. There's nothing more unpleasant to your vacation experience than unexpected fees. This is a "drip" pricing strategy to attract bookings at lower rates on the Expedia website and then charge more when you arrive; I haven't experienced this in a long time. People are looking for hotels based on their budget.  Restaurant food is really bad; a 15 USD frozen margarita is equal to a slushie. You might just save your money and buy kids juice. It will be the same. Since the service and food are bad, of course 20% tips are included automatically.

Did not get the room we booked, didn’t get a full kitchen or a kitchenette!

The hotel is ok, but the checkin process is a nightmare. We got there at 1230 they said ok no problem you can use the facilities until your room is available at 4pm. We will send you a text, no text came. Went up at 415pm there is a line that took 30 mins to get through to say sorry room isn't available. Ok. I text at 540 and go hey is my room available because its two hours after checkin. Yes its available magically. Go back upstairs, another 30 minute wait to checkin, then the systems go down and have to wait longer. They really need to have a better procees. If checkout is at 10am, and I arrived at 1230pm, and was "checked in" why wasn't my room available until almost 2 hours after checkin?

Loved everything about this resort

The kitchen was equipment for cooking but no mixer, colander or lidded roasting pan. Everything else was there to make a proper meal. The bar had a nice selection of food to feed adults and children. We enjoyed the Deli Market for after dinner treats.

Great resort vibes with s nice pool. There was a nice nature trail around the lake with a cute little alligator who came out to sun tan every day. We loved watching him and the turtles. The location is great, close to everything! We loved our room which had a full kitchen we used to make some meals.

Even though it was a little pricey I was pleasantly surprised by the mini kitchen in the room and the various amenities during my stay. I plan on visiting this site again the next time my family and I are in Orlando.

We have stayed here 2 times. First in a 3 bedroom unit and this time in a 2 bedroom unit. We are RCI owners and have stayed at a lot of different vacation clubs across the Orlando area. This resort is one of the top as far as the room goes. Updated rooms, spacious living room, dining room and nicely equipped kitchen. Great tub in the main bedroom. Multiple enclosed decks. We traveled with a 1 year old, 5 year old, parents and grandparents and there was a pool for everyone to enjoy. The kids pool and splash pad were a hit with our family as well as the large hot tub. I do wish the deepest pool with the waterfall was kept at a warmer temp. Pool areas were well maintained. We received great service at the pool bar both from the waitress and the bartenders. We will be back!

We stayed here for 8 nights and it was really great overall. Easy to check in, available and free parking on site for our rented vehicle. The room was an one bedroom suite which was very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed along with a washer and dryer (a must have for me because I have kids). The pools were large and clean. Playground and rec areas were an added bonus along with the theatre that played movies every night. The kids really loved it and would want to go back!

Location is perfect, especially if you are visiting Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios, Aquatica Or Icon park. The staff is so nice! Everything abput the property is great! I will say that the beds were a little harder than I prefer but have definitely slept on worse, the linens and pillows were luxurious. Building 11 that faces the road has a lot of traffic noise, and if you listen carefully, you can hear people screaming on the roller coaster at Sea World lol. Easy to naviagate from the air port. Locked and secured resort. Would definitely stay again.

deli/ provision store were we got our complimentary breakfast/coffee needs a lot of improvement when it comes to customer service. We know waking up early to go to work is no fun but facing guests to give their breakfast, PLEASE give them a simple greeting ( ex. Good morning, what can we get you today?) and SMILE 😊. It's not that hard. We were there for several days and oh my, no kidding, one of the staff have this " don't bother me look" and the " I hate this job impression". One of the guests commented, " A gloomy face for a sunny day." Not a good vibes to get your first meal of the day.

Close to perfect. Communication was a bit off, no hot water (mid warm). Was told about the resort fee, but thought it was paid for through my pay plan. Ended up paying 218 (100 to be refunded is fine), 1 tiny trash can. Room was very clean! Nice deck set view! Short distance from theme parks. Beautiful landscape and walk around path. Convenient! Service was great!

Gear facility and great location yet with continuous housekeeping issues and lacking the normal and expected room cleaning requirements. This was a long stay of 26 days and the requested minimal cleaning visits like once a week and despite this and the room does not get vacuumed or mopped until we complain. Unfortunate and evidently it is the usual standard at this facility as other guests we also complaining in front of me at another instance with the reception.

Horrible experience our hotel room did not have any hot water our entire stay we called the front desk for help in which they sent someone to fix it 3 times after maintenance supposedly fixed it they told us to wait 30 mins each time and the water should be hot all I wanted to do was take a nice hot shower/ bath and wash my hair after traveling but I couldn’t finally on our last night before having to check out they decided to give up a different room to use the hot water so we can bathe. I would never recommend this place the dinning table was cracked and glued together outdoor furniture had cigarette burns all on the chair and table

All staff members I encountered were very accommodating. The rooms were great. Although I did not personally experience the amenities, my family members shared that they were excellent. This is definitely a place I would like to visit again.

When I arrived to my room, a strong smell of bleach entered my nose and my eyes start running with tears. I told the customer service team and they were able to bring me a fan. The room was pretty big, had one bedroom with bathtub and shower. The mattress was a little old. Had dents in it. I had to use 3 pillows to lie in bed and yet still this was not enough to keep my head elevated on the bed, which helps being a side sleeper. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was nice, made you feel like you were at a resort. There is not breakfast service, you have to pay for everything. They have a market with extremely elevated prices. We walked to a nearby 7/11 to buy some food and water. You do get "premium water" with your coupon but it is not premium water, purified water in non BPA free plastic. I had to call service 3-4 times to fix stuff. My toilet was not flushing. Someone gave engineer wrong information, so he had to come twice to fix the toilet. Then there was an outlet that was not working. It was supposed to get fixed but no one ever showed up. The blamed this on the fact that I had my "do not disturb sign" up. I did take the sign down for them to fix the outlet but instead, outlet was not fixed and housekeeping came in my room cleaning (when I only asked for towels). I don't like when someone has to come to my room daily. It is very inconvenient. The manager did take $70 off from my resort fees, which is another story. You have to pay $35 a night for resort fees.

We stayed for 17 nights as a family. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The room was the farthest away from the main pools and everything thing. The continental breakfast is awkward. It’s a market you go and not really sure what is covered and what is extra. The staff were really nice. There was a person there pushing the time share piece that I was uncomfortable about.

The room and staff were excellent. Very happy with our stay and will definitely be returning.

The room was beautiful... But it was next to the main road. The room had zero noise insulation. You heard every car every truck every motorcycle all night. I didn't sleep at all during my stay. The room was so nice. It had plenty of space. But it was so loud. It was impossible to sleep

So I’ve stayed at this whole hotel for many years. And I’ve always had a relatively good experience. This particular time however, seemed to be a little bit different. A lot of things had changed since the last time I had gone there. There’s no longer a place to sit down and eat breakfast in the morning, by the pool like there used to be. When I got there to see that they now just open at 12 and have no weight staff at all. It seemed very impersonal and just disappointing. You have to go up to the bar put your order in stand there and then wait for your food and then go find a seat like a cafeteria. When I first checked in, I knew I was a bit early, however, they were not sold out, however, it took them eight hours to clean my room. I’ve never had to wait that long to get my room in one day. Anybody knows when you fly in on an early flight and then you have to turn around and wait 6 to 8 hours to even get your room it is so tiresome. To add insult injury, when I stepped up to the counter, the girl behind the counter couldn’t really be bothered. You could tell she suddenly had an attitude, did not speak clearly, or in a way that I could really hear her, I had to have her repeat herself several times which apparently annoyed her even more. When I came back to check in, I got my ticket for my room pretty quickly. When I went down for lunch at the so-called restaurant downstairs, I got my daughter a salad, an order of chicken tenders french fries and a lemonade and it came to $67

Rooms were clean beds very comfortable. Blankets could be thicker weight. Quick trip didn’t get to use the amenities. 10 am check out and 4pm check in is too short. Should have at least a 12 pm checkout for a condo.

I was put in an older room that had an faint odor. For a woman that does makeup or anyone who gets ready in the mirror, it's very inconvenient because you have to stand either in the bathroom and the room mirror is in a awkward place on the wall

The room was very clean (did not check the foldout couch), it had several towels as well as wash cloths available. The balconies and views were awesome. The only issue we had was trying to move the curtains. They kept getting stuck and it was difficult to open or close them.

Great location across from Seaworld. I would suggest being close in a building close to the lobby if you’re going to the pool or would like fresh coffee etc. but if not, you can call for a golf cart shuttle to the front so you’ll need to account for time. We were in a far building and didn’t mind at all! We added breakfast which gave us a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Both very yummy, coffee was hot and sandwich so soft and fresh. We got the 2 bedroom suite which was so nice especially if your a family. Would recommend this place to others. And we’d stay again here without a question!!

Good stay but not great. We were under the impression we will be placed near the pool and community center but we were placed in the last building which is really far and it was hard for taxis/ food delivery to find it. It was cold in the room, and the thin blanket wasn’t enough (we kept turning off the ac but it was coming back on). There were also some engineeribg issues but an engineer came and fixed it. Overall would recommend this place for cleanliness.

Advice - do not accept a room on the ground floor. This was the loudest motel room i have ever been in. Outside corridors and a U-shaped building around a courtyard means that any sound echoes horribly. Security was a joke. Room was small and dark, but acceptable.

Check in was slow. Called ahead for early check in but that didnt happen. Then they were having computer software issues with housekeeping that needed to be resolved so they could check us in. They did put us close to a pool and our visiting relatives. Room was pretty clean although there was lint, cork and chapstick on the rug. That set me off a little but i got over it. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable so i was happy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex was also kept very nice. So overall, it was a nice stay and i would stay there again. I have stayed in many places when visiting the Orlando parks and this was one of the nicer places and cheaper than some of the others. The market/deli was also good. Still dont get the resort fees. Just a way to make the room cost appear less. Especially since there was no housekeeping unless you stayed a week or more they would come once or if you called for towels or something.

The hotel was spectacular. The room was amazing and most of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. I was not going to make a complaint initially but there was a woman at the help desk in the lobby who made my girlfriend and I uncomfortable. My partner and I are of the same sex and we came in holding hands and the lady gave us a very mean stare. My girlfriend was going to say something but chose not to. I wanted to bring this up because I don’t want other couple of the same sex to experience the same thing. It was very uncomfortable and we shouldn’t have felt like we have to hold ourselves back from being who we are. A hotel should feel welcoming and not like you are being judged. Besides that, the hotel was a great experience. Thank you.

Everything was amazing

On a positive note, the room was very comfortable and spacious. However, we were informed that checkout was at 10 a.m., yet housekeeping rang our doorbell at 9 a.m., asking about our checkout time. From a location perspective, the property is technically across the street from SeaWorld. However, there is no designated walking path. Unless you go during the day when the shuttle service is available, attending events such as Hollow Scream at night requires driving your own car or walking approximately 17 minutes through the parking lot.

Vert nice place to stay

The only complaints I had was the door from the living room out onto the screened in porch was locked and wouldn’t unlock. But that wasn’t a big deal consider both bedrooms had their own screened in porch 😁. The other complaint was the coffee pot! That was a big deal as you had to press the button down to make the coffee go into a regular cup and it rarely got hot and had to be put in microwave immediately to make it hot. That needs to be replaced but still not a deal breaker by any means. Beautiful resort and unit! I need to mention the guest services /front desk folks were truly incredible! Kudos to them no doubt! Housekeeping was excellent and detailed

Property was clean and well maintained. The next building over was under renovation so there were a lot of workers in the parking area at times but it was good. Staff was friendly except for the night woman in the guard shack who got snotty because we didn't know nor were we told that you use your key to get back in after you are registered. It was dark and the place to scan your room key is not well marked and she came out and was not very nice about explaining to us the key use to come back on property. We didn't know and she was not helpful at all.

This was our second stay at this hotel and they did not compare to the first time. We were awoken early on a few occasions because of leaf blowers running outside the hotel. Also, we had the fire alarm system go off at the whole establishment. We can get everybody up at 9 AM in the morning. Those alarms are ear piercing, and that's something I would wish on anybody to be awoken by. Also, the lack of handicap parking was a frustration for me as I am handicapped. Only two spots at the building where I was staying which housed hundreds of vacationers. Our stay was for two weeks, but we left three days earlier because of before mentioned frustrations . I do not plan on staying here next year.

Stayed here for 5 days, awesome stay! Text communications was very convenient for alerts and housekeeping. Main pool got very busy which is to be expected but the smaller pool was nice and relaxing with minimal kids. They did try selling us on timeshare but if you make it known you aren't interest they won't keep bothering you. Would love to stay again!

The property is very beautiful and well kept. Perfect for families. The suites are renovated and gorgeous. Very spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen with everything you need, washer, dryer, balconies, convenience, store, and fantastic pools. I will definitely be coming back for a longer stay with my family. And You can’t beat the price!

We paid for the breakfast package (bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel-it was incredible) but they were literally belting out loud Christian music. Practice what you want on your own time. If you’re not equally playing music from other religions then you are pushing an agenda. Politely asked the manager to please not force your beliefs on others. He apologized profusely. Walked outside to grab my now ready breakfast and when we went into the main lobby they had changed all the music to Christian music. Point taken. Y’all want to encroach on others then we will happily take our money elsewhere.

I don’t want to over hype this place. But this is an above average resort, and my wife and I loved it. We got the 1 bedroom King suite, and it was perfect for us. The staff is very friendly, they have a pickleball court, the food there was good. And 10 minutes from Disney Springs. Already making plans to come back. 9.23.25

The front desk has a high-pressure sales pitch to get you to buy into some condo deal or something. At check in your dealing with this, before you can get a parking pass. The "free parking" was eat up by hidden "resort fees" so I booked a place that cost me more, and did not have the shuttle I wanted, and could have stayed at a walkable hotel for the same price. Room was clean, pretty quiet, the kids upstairs played soccer in the room for a bit each day, at night it was nice and quiet. I slept well. I would consider it again, but I'll know it's an additional 40 bucks from what you get when using Expedia. That chatter about "all taxes and fees are shown" is BS. I have charges to my CC to prove it. I'm sure it's in the fine print somewhere, but how annoying. I won't use Expedia again. Not sure you can travel anywhere without it being like buying a car. The prices just keep getting piled on you, and you don't have any say as you find them out when you're getting into the room, tired, in need of somewhere to stay, far from home. I expected better. Disappointed.

Everyone we dealt with was very nice, place also clean and nice. I was disappointed on the room I didn’t get the one I picked at the time of booking , the resort need to have room service.

It was pouring night when I checked in, the first floor room seems really damped.

The only problem I had there’s no room service and on the property listing it stated no pets allowed only service animal but on the floor where we stayed I saw a couple with a poodle.

Love how big the rooms were. Free parking. Security on site. Very welcoming. Gym , lots of pools.

Very nice place to stay and very clean throughout just my only issues during my visit was the pillows were too soft or needing replacement , because I woke up the next day with a slight headache and neck pain and my wife felt the same but not as bad I did.

Nice 1 bedroom place for a good price. Had a kitchen, living room and bedroom. Comfortable bed and I'm hard to please in that area. Just a somewhat dated facility, example - the TV remote was so worn I couldn't read some of the buttons. The toilet malfunctioned but they fixed it quickly. Pool was great. Overall very good!

My stay could not have been better, it's a very beautiful resort, very very friendly employees, however I did have a late checkout so I went down to the pool in the morning when I came back to the room my pants were missing, the housekeeper clean to the room and took my pants. I had to wait an hour and a half to retrieve my pants while waiting the door opened and the room was rented to other people. It was a funny incident... A rare occurrence... But I would absolutely stay here again.

It is a very cozy hotel, with clean and spacious rooms, quiet, and a very nice pool area.

Overall a nice hotel, great pool and bar/restaurant area. We got a studio king, which was sufficient for two of us, but the bathroom was cramped and small. The way the bathroom was configured made it difficult to close the door without squeezing yourself to one side.

The rooms are severely outdated. The front desk staff is awful. However, worse of all is the awful smelling rooms. I was changed from my first room due to the smell after arguing with the staff since the manager was refusingto move me. The second room was no better. I am certain that there is BLACK MOLD in that AC system. I developed difficulty breathing, a burning throat, and swelling in my eyes. I couldn't sleep for the entire stay. This was the worse experience ever. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! My family stayed here as well and they experienced the same issue with the smell, they also had to be moved to another room that smelled equally awful. This situation could be extremely dangerous health wise to a immuno-compromised person.

Fabulous location, staff friendly. Great pool, coffee and water a nice touch. Great sized room for a family of 4, decor maybe a little tired but it’s clean and of a good size. We got an $8 uber to discovery cove but walked home it was so close.

Pools and property are exceptional very well-maintained and staff was awesome. Lunch at the pool bar was absolutely delicious try the crab cake burger....

The staff are great. It is an older property that has some wear but it’s overall maintained well. Lot’s of activities and stuff plenty of pools. The suites are spacious and comfortable. I would not recommend eating on site as the food wasn’t that great and expensive but it is so conveniently located that there are plenty of close options.

Always perfect because of the space for our family of 5. Also, love the location.

The property is just phenomenal, the staff are all just out standing when I needed anything they were quick to help and execute me and my family will most definitely be back here one thing that stood out to me most was the lady name Tasha she was just a wonderful and honest person I ask a few questions and she was so honest with me and that goes along way in my book she was always so pleasant. We enjoyed our stay thank you guys for making that possible for us

We always have a good experience at Hilton Grand Vacation Club SeaWorld. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the amenities are good.

We really enjoy this resort but found the room needing a better cleaning and dishwasher was broken our full stay.

Although I coukd hear banging from the room above the overall experience was good. Love that it came.with dishes
