The pillows on the bed were super comfortable. Felt like a cloud. The location was in a good spot, there were lots of nearby restaurants and plazas for shopping. It kind of sat back from the highway so traffic noise was not an issue. I also liked the fact that check out was at 12 pm. It gave me and my family time to sleep in and get dressed without rushing. And the shower water got extremely hot and shot out really hard which was a plus. When I first arrived to check in, the front desk associate Jessica was snobby. I’m not the type of person to really care much about attitudes unless it involves my money. For the amount of money I spent, Jessica acted like she didn’t want to be there. Her responses and tone more harsh than kind, were quick, and kind of snappified. If it wasn’t for my daughter watching me, I would have asked her what her problem was. Next, the free shuttle to Universal was cool at pickup. But when it was time to leave, the hotel got the time for pickup wrong. We waited almost 2 1/2 hours for a shuttle to come pick us up. Horrible! I called the hotel, they told us to ask associates at Universal. They were confused and the drivers of other shuttles kept telling us our hotel wasn’t in their route. And third, the stares were too much for me. I didn’t see many African Americans or Haitians at the time of our stay and I felt like my family and I were being stared at, every where we went on the property. Everybody was watching us and ppl were turning to stare as if they had never seen a black person before. Due to so many cultures in FL, this has never happened to us at a hotel before. This was a first, especially in FL, where heads were turning and staring.

The location was perfect — close to all the Orlando attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, while still feeling quiet and peaceful at night. The beds were super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. One of the things we appreciated most was how well-maintained and organized everything was. The customer service truly stood out and made our experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando!

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The hallways are clean and well lit and quiet. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, mattress just right firmness and the pillows comfy. The bathroom was big and updated and the bathtub clean and the shower water pressure amazing ! Only negative experience I had was at the check in. The gentleman was rude . But the next day there was someone lease at the desk and they were pleasant .

The room and property were very clean. The room was spacious and the sofa bed was even comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was limited, but very tasty. When booking thru Expedia, make a note that the breakfast is an additional charge.

We ate breakfast there and it was a great. The Hispanic lady that works the breakfast area in the morning does a great job. I wish I could remember her name. She provides great customer service. The pool area was clean and it had plenty of clean towels. It's located five minutes from the universal studios. Location and everything was great.

The rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the property is wonderful! We will definitely stay here again our next of many trips to Orlando.

I was in town to visit family and my husband did eventually fly in also. Upon check in the staff was very supportive and the room very clean. The cleaning staff was very accommodating. We did not need service every day but we were able to obtain any room items provided/needed. The breakfast buffet/area had a good amount of choices and the food was well prepared/prepped. We always look for a Hilton Garden to stay at when traveling and once again we were not disappointed. We would recommend a stay here!

Great hotel in Orlando located near Universal, volcano bay, etc. Staff is really kind and room was really clean. Breakfast isn’t included but it seemed to have good variety. The little convenience shop is self checkout and has good options too. Would stay here again.

The property is well located near Universal Studios and the premium outlet mall. It is old but well maintained and clean, I actually like that way as I felt nostalgic. Needs some enhancement to their AC system as better systems are available. Also they might link the Luandry machines for the wait time to the Home Screen in each suit.

This property was first rate. Check in was a breeze and the room was very nice. We went to the Rock the Universe event. It took us about 30 minutes to Walk to Universal from the hotel.

The staff here are the best part of the hotel. It’s what you would expect from a Garden Inn. My only complaint was that the breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was. I didn’t eat at it, but it did look fresh.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with 2 double beds. I also booked a room that included breakfast but was told it was not included and we would have to pay $16 per person. The tiki bar is loud at night on the weekends.

Not a good experience, my oakley sun glasses was stolen from the room i was staying. A 250$ sun glasses, i call first time i was very polite, they said i will return your call if we find it, never call back, I call ohh I’m sorry Is not here. The hotel and rooms were very clean and smelled great. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect. The beds felt like sleeping on the sidewalk. Incredibly uncomfortable. I didnt have a comfortable night sleep either nights that I stayed there.

I stayed here for just one night due to a special event in the area. I must say from the moment I walked in, the front desk staff member as amazing. He asked how was my trip (I have a Virginia license, but was staying in East Orlando for the week with my boyfriend). Every staff member I encountered were friendly and welcoming. The location was great!

The amenities and cleanliness of the hotel were outstanding, and the staff was truly amazing. The only issue for me was that the bed felt a bit too firm, though that may not be the case for everyone. Overall, this place is fantastic, and the tiki bar was absolutely epic.

Rooms are newly renovated, clean. Beds are comfortable but firm (I like a softer bed). Extra large pillows, large TV, and all the necessary equipment safe, microwave, mini fridge, single Kerig coffee. Plenty of closet space and the bathroom was spotless. Loved the lighting, well done. Outside fire pit and Tiki bar was the place to be. It's small still plenty of space and the lady bartender was just fabulous. Lots of little seating areas. Pool is large, plenty of lounge chairs, outdoor shower and spa. There's a self-serve towel area. Towels are on the cheap side but, there are plenty of them. Staff was friendly, attentive all good! Welcoming staff, complimentary morning coffee. It's the ONLY nice short stay hotel on this American Way horseshoe. I would NOT recommend the other hotels they are in dire need of renovations. SKIP the breakfast- overpriced and nothing great. Lobby area Bathrooms NEED to be addressed it's new, clean BUT the toilets are NOT automatic as indicated and unless you know where the SIDE BUTTON is to flush people just leave it -ABSOLUTELY GROSS- FIX IT NO restaurant- quick little snack shack- plenty of places around to eat Walls are thin - so YES, you can hear other guests and noise. Price was average considering it's a one night stay on a Friday in Orlando - and knowing what the other hotels looked like inside and out- I consider this a bargain! Would I stay again, yes.

The hot water was nice touch loved the whole day throughout the whole end of our time there would definitely come back again.

Customer service in the lobby was atrocious. The lady in the morning when we asked about service charges that were never disclosed to us, couldn’t even look up from her iphone to talk to us. I’ve never encountered anyone more rude in my entire life and I’ve been traveling as an adult for 35 years.

Okay for one night after a day at the parks. This was our first time at this particular Hilton. We are Hilton members and I typically like this brand however this did not meet my expectations. The blackout curtain in our room would not close so the parking lot lights shone in our room all night, and there was no conditioner or body wash in our shower. Of course I didn’t realize it until I was already in the shower…the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure descent but it’s the little things that keep people coming back and I think the mark was missed this trip.

This hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, great staff. Very close to Universal, about a $6 Lyft ride if you don't want to pay $32 for parking. The hotel also offers a shuttle. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

The kitchen staff was wonderful—especially Mayru, who made our experience truly memorable. She greeted us warmly each morning, remembered us, and went out of her way to engage in kind conversation. She was attentive not only to us but also to her colleagues and other guests, which really stood out and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, our last day ended on a sour note. We stored our luggage with the front desk after checkout since our flight was later in the evening. When I misplaced the claim ticket, I explained the situation to Missy at the front desk. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, she began raising her voice at me in the lobby, which was embarrassing and uncomfortable in front of my friend and other guests. I offered to describe my bag and asked if I could accompany her to the storage room, which eventually resolved the issue, but only after I gave her a tip did her demeanor change. The interaction left a negative impression on both my friend and I. Overall, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. However, because of the disappointing experience with the front desk, we likely won’t be returning and will opt for other hotels in the area.

The staff was great. Loved the pool with the tiki bar. Close to all the parks. A lot of parking spaces. 24/7 front desk and amenities. Breakfast was wonderful (you do have to pay for it)

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Upon checking in, the lady at the front desk was so kind and pleasant. Check-in process was very smooth despite it being after 12 AM when we were able to check in. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet as was our room. I would 100% come back to this hotel and stay. For the price, you can’t beat it. It is also a 7 minute drive from the Universal parks/City Walk and only about 25-30 minute drive from Disney parks!

The bed was so comfortable and so was the pillow. The room was clean. Would stay here again!

There was an iron, a good amount of hangers and storage space, as well as a safety deposit box. So glad I chose this hotel

1 elevator not working, so it was taking forever to go anywhere with several parge parties staying on property at the same time.

Dehumidifier must be working overtime. Hotel was clean and dry throughout. Air conditioner worked quickly and perfectly. Relatively quiet and no rattling. Could be turned to heat or off settings as well. Minor issue in that my shower was very hot at full pressure. So I had to back it off slightly to try to even it out. So enjoyed less pressure there, not a big deal. Hand pump, quality soap and lotion in sink and shower area. Small microwave and well-chilled refrigerator in room. All around surprised. It felt reliable and quality and not a discount. I stayed here instead of the Aventura where my event was. I stayed there last year. A few more amenities and flare, but it was twice the price. Uber was cheap to get back and forth. Plus I could walk to Walgreens or food from Hilton Garden Inn. Lastly, I tested WiFi Internet at around 70Mbps down, and 30Mbps up. I can’t speak to its consistency if you stream video uploads or files, though.

Good location for universal, nice clean hotel. Good for families with the pool and hot tub, and tiki bar right out there. The beds are horrible and only one elevator so it was super slow, but if you’re able to take the stairs it wasn’t that bad.

It was good, though the walls were thin, I could hear the neighbors. It needs upgrading, the water didn’t get hot, and the pressure was low.

The hotel was nice and clean.Modern lobby, staff were friendly and helpful.They had a nice pool and a ticky bar and a hot tub. The only thing is that I wish they offered free breakfast like other hotels in that area. For a large family eating breakfast out every day would be very expensive.

Great! Definitely clean, comfortable, tiki bar is great, available tv channels and apps (Netflix and Disney with Sub.) a very convenient area close to many food and stores. The only thing is that the bed was alittle on the hard side for my liking.

Perfect for our weekend gateway! The hotel was clean, quiet, easy to get to, and in perfect distance of both the Universal parks and the Highway to get to other areas. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I love this day. It’s near everything. The one thing I didn’t like is the pool had no clean towels. And when they did bring the clean towels up to the pool area it was like five or six and then for another hour there weren’t more. And quite honestly, this doesn’t usually bother me, but the towels were very very rough. But really everything else was wonderful.

I loved the hotel. However, we were not informed at the desk that the continental breakfast was not included. It was very misleading and not represented properly with a small sign out of view saying it cost $16 per person which we would not have opted for had we known. If you’re going to offer food in the lobby, make sure your price and signage is in plain view by the plates so the people staying at your hotel can make a decision.

Nice quiet hotel with large pool and outdoor bar. Hotel restaurant food options were simple and tasted great. 24 quick stop for drinks and snacks available in hotel. Less than 5 minute drive to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Citywalk and Volcano Bay parking. Around a 12 minute drive to Epic Universe parking. Shuttles are available as well. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the Universal Orlando Resort.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is within a prime location. It was VERY clean. Housekeeping came regularly throughout our stay and all of the staff was kind and attentive. The pool area was also enjoyable and the tiki bar was a nice touch! It was very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!
