The restaurant was not prepared for service, the waiter had to hunt for mustard for a cheeseburger and found 1 pack, there no vegetables for the pasta dish that was offered, did not attempt to eat there again,,, did not feel comfortable with the room only be services every other day, when you have to bring your own food from the outside to eat, the room can get smelly,,,,, staff was extremely pleasant and helpful with directions

They charge for parking even though they have a full parking lot for parking. This is not a resort and the charge was never mentioned on the reservation.

Great place to stay. The only cons during my recent trip is that the TV was defective in that the picture quality was poor, brightness and contrast was bad. Everything was like watching black and white shows. Could not access the tv settings to adjust. Also the provided shampoo and conditioner were empty (glad I packed my own and finally the Ice Maker on the 4th floor has been out of order both this trip and the last time I stayed which was a month ago causing me to go to another floor to fill up ice. Other than that everything was fine. Will stay again.

This is a great venue to stay at and my family and I felt safe the entire time! The only thing I didnt agree with is that youre charged for parking in the hotel parking lot, even though you paid to stay there AND had to drive a vehicle to the venue. Other than that, the room smelled great and everything was spotless upon arrival! Regardless of the parking charges, I'd stay here again!

Yes all clean, Air was OK, uncomfortable paying 20 dollars for parking. Yep!

Only downsides are breakfast is not included and pool closes at dusk.

A couple of things stood out, though. There’s a charge for parking, which was frustrating, especially since the lot is large and doesn’t appear to have limited space. Also, while our room was well maintained, the hallways and elevator areas didn’t feel as clean. We stayed for the entire weekend and didn’t notice those spaces being refreshed.

Cute hotel, great decor and room was nice and clean. The blow dryer in our room started smoking when i tried to use it which was scary, but i called the front desk and they brought a new one up to me in minutes. I did receive a call while we were out asking to enter our room to install accessible blinds since we were in an Accessible room. When i said i wasn’t sure if i was comfortable with that as we left our things out, the AGM said this was basically the only day they were able to do it. I don’t know why we were booked for this room ((did not request an ADA Accessible room)) if they knew these installations were scheduled. He was very nice and apologetic but the situation could have been avoided. Overall good stay though!

Staff was super friendly, room was spacious and clean. My only issue was that our room was not serviced for 4 consecutive days out of our 7 day stay. We even asked the front desk on day 3 for service and came back to the room the same way we left it. Had to ask for towels numerous times for this reason, even on one occasion, not receiving towels after the front desk said they would be delivered to the room. Looks like a lack of communication, but everything else was good!

Was an absolutely amazing hotel.

Was planning on staying for only one night then woke up an hour before checkout and decided we wanted to stay again. All staff was extremely friendly and managed to get us a new room on the same floor in barely an hour! They accommodated us so well and it was very clean. The king suite was absolutely amazing and the normal king was great as well. Tons of fun stuff to do super close by and overall it was an amazing stay. Thank you Hilton!

Staff was great, everything was clean, but somethings didn't work right...the barn door to the bathroom was broken, causing myus to get stuck in the bathroom for 15 minutes while we called maintenance to unstick the door. Also, for the price, no breakfast.

Place was ok. I don’t recall advertisement for the parking rate of $14 per day. I also ran out of body soap. I only stayed 2 days so the housekeeping staff didn’t refill it. Also they don’t have bars of soap which made the liquid soap running out more annoying.

The room was clean and comfortable, but I wish I had known it would be $15 to park in the hotel parking lot. It’s awfully far from Downtown Orlando to charge for parking. The water lines on the property were being worked on, so we were advised not to drink the tap water. However, bottles of water on the room were still $3 each.

The location was great as well- close to amusement parks and entertainment, but tucked away in a quiet location. I was very pleased with the fees as well- you will pay a refundable $75 damage fee upon check in. Parking is $15 per day, non-refundable. We were both extremely happy with our stay and will be returning in the future!

We stayed 5 nights and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and beautifully modern. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent Location, super close to Millenia Mall and very convenient.

As you walk in you are mesmerized with art, very luxurious lobby, nice bar area. We had dinner and ordered chicken Cesar and flatbread. Bartender was very nice. We were there in New Year’s Eve. The room is clean, smelled fresh, loved the bed very comfortable.

Our overall stay was acceptable but it missed a few hotel fundamentals that you would expect a Florida hotel to have. Such as early check-in, gift shop, arcade & more. Especially it being a well known hotel name. Most of the staff that my family & I spoke with were friendly & professional. The room was spacious and their restaurant food was decent. Even so, sadly I don't think we'll be returning to this hotel in the future.

There was a bunch of things... stayed at alot of Hilton Hotels and this one did not meet expectaions.

The property is fairly well kept. The house keeping is supposed to be done every other day and was not done in my room so had to request it. The microwave had not been cleaned, it had a slice of pizza since the day I checked in. The personnel service in the lobby/restaurant was great, two employees in particular that were very nice to us. The hotel property is far from stores,shops and food.however close enough to Universal studios, about 10min Uber ride. This hotel does not offer shuttle.

I was given a room on the second floor. I immediately set my stuff down but an hour later I woke up frightened because I taught someone had broken in. But no … there was construction right next door!!!!! I immediately called the front desk & a gentleman did accommodate me to the 6th floor & for that I was thankful. But on my third night of my stay I noticed that down the hall of my 6th floor room there was construction going on several rooms down. What freaked me out is that I had ordered take out & when I went to open the door to see if my food had arrived, the same construction worker that had seen me earlier entering my room alone was now sitting by my door!!!!!! I immediately said, “WHAT?” , closed the door, & called the front desk!!!! The front desk gentleman said he would walk the floor & eventually the construction worked moved. Never staying here again unfortunately.

I walked in and the lobby was under construction. When I booked my hotel the pictures showed a hotel with vibrant colors and all amenities functional. When I arrived the lobby, restaurant and bar was under construction I didn’t know if I was in the right place. The whole stay I could not use the amenities that attracted me to the hotel. I wish I was informed prior to check in because my stay was not what I expected and when I checked out Friday the lobby was finally clean enough to actual sit down and have a cup of tea/coffee. The only thing that was enjoyable was the size of my room. The gym was also under construction and was not available to any guest. It was a real safety hazard, yes there were paper signs to use the back door but the construction woke me up every morning so I couldn’t sleep in if I wanted to.

We had not been notified that the hotel lobby Wouk’s be under construction so there was no breakfast or othe food service and then no lobby for sitting without fellow travelers. In addition the hotel had a unique way of turning off the room hall light but there was no posted notice of such and we only found some to explain it on day 2.

No bar, restaurant or anything besides dust, carps, cold coffee and a brown bag with a bottle of water, a fruit and a pastry. Who designed this micro drawers?

The hotel was under construction, so the fire alarm went off every day around the same time.

Nuestra estadia fue de 7 dias, asi que los primeros dias todo fue bien, pero ya luego cuando limpiaron el cuarto no dejaron suficientes toallas, ni vasos para el cafe ni coffee pods. Cuando fui al counter a decirle a la muchacha, me dijo con actitud que no habia cafe y que no lo habian ordenado. Tuve que ir al otro dia por la mañana al restaurante a buscar cafe. Nada grave.

Alberto was excellent. From the time we arrived…and even when we ran into an issue…he delivered top-notch service. The property is one of the most beautiful Hilton Garden Inn properties I’ve seen.

The hotel was very nice in general. It was very disappointing. That room service was every other day, they charge for parking even though they have their own parking lot, and they don’t have regular coffee. It is a coffee with tea. Mix mixture for the Keurig in the rooms. There is also no coffee available throughout the day in the lobby.

All in all the experience was very well for the time that we spent in the hotel. The only thing I would say is the front view of the place. There is a lot in front of it for the grass is pretty over my own. It’s not much of a view, but I know it’s not part of the hotel‘s property.

My door stuck and was very difficult to open. Once opened and ready to shut, you had to either pull it hard from outside to shut or if inside then you had to push shut. If you did not do either of the door wouldn’t open or shut. I let the front desk know immediately. The lady came up with me and just said this is how it is because they are brand new doors. So that was challenging. Then I opened the black out shade and it immediately came crashing down. I just don’t think it was hung properly. I let front desk know upon check out. The hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly in hallway. I wasn’t impressed with front desk staff or bar area at all.

The room and the hotel overall were very clean. The lobby had a very modern aesthetic, which was nice. Plenty of places to sit. The hotel was very quiet. The staff texted us shortly after check-in and we were able to use that text stream to get our questions answered which I appreciated. I did feel that the breakfast was a little pricey.

The hotel was in a remote location which is perfect for avoiding the hustle of downtown or as busy as international drive. The hotel is clean and colorful with an art deco vibe. The staff is incredible, both cheerful and helpful!

The two days the housekeepers were in my room to clean, they went through my belongings, they forgot to close the drawers, that's how I knew they did it. I tried calling for room service, no one answered, I finally have up and got Door Dash. I'm very disappointed overall, especially for this being a Hilton.

The staff were very friendly especially the guy with “ dreadlocks” working at the bar in the morning. I enjoyed my stay

My husband and I had a great experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn! We had a late checkin and the staff was there to greet us with a smile and awesome service! The room was spacious, clean and designed nicely. The restaurants and mall were very close by which was convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!

There was a wedding at the hotel. It’s a different culture. I understand they have their traditions however, the wedding was early in the morning or at least it started at that time and at 7 o’clock in the morning there was people at the entrance of the hotel banging on drums and doing whatever ritual they do for weddings, and although I respect that, they also need to respect that there is other guests there that come from theme parks, and business trips from the day before And woke up everybody I think that that was very inconsiderate. Furthermore, the hotel should’ve advised us as guest and told us hey this is gonna be taking place and then we can decide if we wanted to stay there or not.

This is a great location to shopping, dining, and a and short drive to Universal. The room was very nice and clean. I just wish the shower water got a bit hotter and warmed up quicker. Outside of that it was a great stay.

We had a great stay in the 1 bedroom suite. It fit our family of 4 well. Located near Universal and tons of shopping. We would definitely recommend the stay.

beautiful mall. Convenient to freeways. Staff was nice. Kitchen closes, so note the times if you want to eat on site. There are very good restaurant options a short drive away. I would come back if I needed to be in the area.
