Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld

I chose this hotel because it has a bar and restaurant however both were closed on Saturday and Sunday!

This was our second HGI on our FL tour and they were great. The check in was great, person was very friendly and courteous. Pls clean the leaves out of the pool, but other than that it was another amazing Hilton stay

I had a great view of Orlando and got to see the fireworks at Disney from my room on the 8th floor! My biggest complaint was they didn’t have any umbrellas at the pool! Orlando in June is very hot and sun is strong. Hilton Gardens if you are reading this: PLEASE GET SOME UMBRELLAS FOR THE POOL! A lot of people are sensitive to the sun And they want to enjoy lounging by the pool When they’re on vacation. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a hotel where they didn’t have at least 1 umbrella by the pool.

Comfortable beds, great location. It's fine for a quick stay. Accommodations were far from what was expected. Lounge/Bar never opened. Pool closed at 8 instead of 10. Luke warm jacuzzi. Dead gecko on my window sill. Asked for a lower level floor close to the elevator. I got a 6th floor room at the very end of the hall. The hotel was not even close to being booked, it was very slow.

The location was also very convenient, especially for visiting the nearby attractions. Everything felt fresh, organized, and family-friendly. I traveled with my family and felt comfortable and safe during our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando area. The cleanliness alone deserves five stars!

Our comforter had blood stains on it. Also the front desk clerk sounded and acted like a robot. Not so friendly… other than those things, it is normally a nice place to stay. I think the location of this hotel is why it is the way it is. Very touristy

After being here for 3 days, I requested for housekeeping to refresh my room to no avail. No bags, no cups and in other hotels I see there are water bottles in the room for coffee maker but not here. So we’re supposed to purchase our own water to make the coffee that they have in the room.

The location of this property is fairly good, convenient to most of the attractions and International Drive. That being said access FROM the property is poor. You can only go one way out of this location, and getting anywhere else requires you to make a U-turn into heavy traffic. My reception/check-in was good, and the gentleman who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, HOWEVER, the flaws with the room are numerous. Starting out with simple stuff that can almost be overlooked if you know about it ahead of time, such as a wall-mounted thermostat that does not work (you have to go to the window unit to adjust the temperature), and wall-mounted curtain controls that are supposed to adjust the draperies and the blackouts but don't (again, you have to go to the window to adjust these, not big but when you see controls you expect them to work!). The mattress was incredibly thin and poorly constructed, with springs everywhere, making sleep nearly impossible. Other things to know: guest parking is an additional $25, and breakfast is NOT included (even though it was supposed to be). It costs $20 per person for a continental breakfast, or you can order off the menu. The outdoor pool was nice and had a hot tub, but it is outside, and afternoon storms can ruin a good time. The property has a bar open from 5 to 10 pm. Not being a drinker, I am unsure of the prices. I WILL NOT stay at this property again. Best to you all.

We stayed here and took the 10 to 15 minute walk to sea world. It was perfect

Sad that the bar restaurant was not open due to low occupancy for my stay. Not a deal breaker but it was a factor in choosing this hotel. Other than that an excellent stay.

Refrigerator had a very bad smell on arrival, but a gentleman came and cleaned it resolving that issue. Everyone did a great job.

I stay at this hotel because it is super convenient when visiting SeaWorld. From the hotel parking lot to the park’s main entrance takes me no more than 15 minutes, and that’s with a very relaxed pace. The hotel itself is clean and the staff members are pretty friendly. If you are planning to visit SeaWorld, and you don’t want to spend an arm and a leg at the Renaissance, this hotel is the top choice.

Great location, we weren't there for the hotel's amenities so I can't speak to that but the staff was excellent, the property is well used but very clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay there again and recommend. Breakfast buffet is a bit pricey but of course optional.

Loved the location- super quick to get to the outlets, the parks, Chick Fil A and the outlet mall! Would stay here again!

Breakfast buffet was nice. They also had a menu if you wanted something else. The bed was super uncomfortable. Property was xlean and most staff was helpful. The waitress seemed overwhelmed alone. We walked across the street to seafood. Id stay here again

I had 2 rooms and one them the sheets were definitely not changed. However we asked in the front desk and the issue was solved rapidly and they were all really professional and kind.

Very basic hotel. No shuttles anywhere, not even airport or Disney. Same old drinking water in lobby with moldy lemons for days. Small pool in parking lot area out front. Overall very disappointing for a Hilton!

The staff was great and polite. However, the hotel itself felt like a Hilton brand with a motel 6 vibe. The hotel looked and felt dated. The room wasn’t 100% clean because I found some hairs that did not belong to me. The shower never got hot and the tub was dirty with black stains. For the purposes that we needed it for to hit the theme parks, come back and sleep, and leave the next morning it was fine. I don’t think we will be staying there again.

Food downstairs smelled like old grease and the vibe was very blah. Could use some music or just decorate. Felt like a conference destination not a stay for the parks. 15 min walk to sea world. The hotel was conveniently located, the room was clean. Biggest complaint is the AC did not work very well resulting in a stuffy, humid room. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in being helpful and moving through the motions.

The desk clerk insulted me, having a nerve to ask me for $200 dollars cash, instead of stating that a credit card was needed to place a $100 hold per room for possible incidentals. Why would I give him my cash to hold instead of a card. When it’s just to place a hold which is not going to be charged to the card anyway.

Free hot coffee was enjoyed sitting by the pool in the sun every morning. There is pay breakfast. Staff were welcoming and hotel is clean comfortable and safe! Close to many destinations but far enough to be out of the chaos.

Location Room was good. Food left under chair on arrival. The hallways were not vacummed in three days. A dead roach was in the hallway for three days plus other food on floors.

We could not shower as the bath tub was not clean. There was body hair all over it. The hotel would benefit from a little update.

The room was clean but there were some repairs needed in the bathroom. The caulking needs replacing, hole in the wall and faulty faucets.

The rooms and all areas of the hotel were very clean. The floors smelled freshly mopped which added a good clean vibe to the hotel when you walked in/ out of the property.

They didn't give me the type of room I booked. They stuck me in a "Wheelchair Room"...no counterspace in bathroom (try and do your makeup with no counter), no place to hang my coat (all hangers very low), safety bars in bathroom worthless (too low), and Hilton's newest feature...poor lighting in the room. They said nothing about the change, just assigned me the room....like at 6pm on a Saturday an argument with the Front Desk would have changed anything! Just stuck me in the room and hoped I would go away!

Everything that we always like when we come here. The rooms are great, the staff is helpful, the facilities and location are fantastic There was an unfortunate incident where the power went off for appx 2 hours, but I understand that isn't the staff's fault.

The room was very clean, our only issue was the shower in the bathroom in the room. Very disapointing for a suite that should never be a issue, water coming out the shower all over tbe bathroom floor. We reported it at checkout.

The bar and restaurant were great! Room was clean and hvac worked great. I did not care for the air freshner scent bloeing through the lobby and bar area but other than that, great stay!

Breakfast was good Room bedding was horrible, after a long day, I finally went to bed and found a lot of hair and crust in the sheets, I did not make it a big deal, so the next morning I went to the front desk and explain what I had found and requested a change of sheets, they said they will take care of it, I was there for 3 days but never took care of it I never ever complain about anything, since they did not take care of I just dealt with it.

Excellent! There was a small group of pool and jaccuzzi patrons that were in the pool area with their own music and alcohol containers. I felt like part of the family having to push my way into use of the jaccuzzi. Otherwise, I got to use it and eventually they turned off their music and cleared out some of their containers.

This hotel does not have working laundry facilities. They’re closed and was told by staff go to another hotel. Terrible! If you care about your guest please get them fixed asap. This is crucial and they should be working and available at all times because it’s as important as running water!

Close to a Target, and not a bad drive to the airport. It looks like Sea World is across the street and there’s a shuttle.

The lifts were a bit old and the buttons didn't light up alll the time. Breakfast was good but nothing great. The hot food was a bit unhealthy like sausages were extremely salty, other ones were a bit mediocre quality Parking isn't free either. Location is excellent for sea world, aquatica, KSC day trips. Even for paid breakfasts, it was a bit tricky to fill out the slips were provided to fill up Room number and also gratuity each time. That needs to go for already paid breakfast guests.

A general point of concern for all hotels of this type is the switch to Keurig-type machines: without tea pods, these hegemonically favour coffee drinkers. Please include tea pods and real milk or switch back to an option that enables making hot water and provide tea bags and milk.

Quiet, Breakfast for $18.00 was too expensive, along with the beer. Easier to go across the street to 7-11, pick up a 6-pack.

We were by the elevator and we could hear it at night so we didn’t sleep well the first couple nights, but the hotel moved that last night. The staff was OK not super Duper friendly towards kids which I thought was weird since we’re around the world all discovery cove. Good enough.

The blind in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t sleep and did report to front desk but it never got fixed , elevator full of spilled liquid my husband almost fell reported it did not get cleaned up promptly, this was not a good experience!

Over charging for breakfast $18 per adult daily plus $15 daily parking. Most hotels these are complimentary amenities and services. Room wasn't serviced daily not even a knock on the door to see if i needed towels.

Hotel needs updating the rooms were a bit outdated and bathroom really needs some work. Tub and toilet seat had stains.

Beds were to hard, pillows were to soft and basically felt like our heads just went right through the pillows. Our first rooms shower was broken and the tub filled as water came out of the faucet and shower head at the same time. Water smelled weird and we had to ask to change rooms.

Perfecto hotel para corta estadía, todo limpio, todo el personal del hotel con magnífica atención, buen desayuno y atención divina por parte de Juan..el señor que estuvo atendiendo en las mañanas del 23/24/25 de septiembre en el desayuno, yo recomendaría ese hotel 💯, muy conveniente con gasolina al cruzar la calle y muy cerca de los parques.

The hotel was clean but the shuttle to SeaWorld and aquatica is very limited. The last shuttle out is at 11:20 and the first shuttle back isn’t until 4:20. Makes it hard with preschoolers who need to go back to the hotel to nap midday. The pool area was lacking service. There were no towels and the restaurant and pool bar were closed on a Saturday night. The breakfast buffet was not worth $15. I booked the hotel with the convenience of having a shuttle to the parks and to be able to have dinner on site.

We were in the hotel for two days. The first night was okay but the second day was terrible. There was a guy working in the electric room making a very loud annoying consistent noise from 3pm to 7:30pm . Very inconvenient for customers staying on that floor . You can even hear the noise all way down to the customer service. It’s understandable if it’s for an hour or two but he just keep doing for at least 4 hours giving people a headache.

Electricity ran out of the property for several days, transfer us to a worst hotel for the rest of the stay

This was a very nice hotel. The beds were not comfortable at all for me, but my husband thought they were fine, so it is personal preference. The hotel was clean and nice area to walk in. Very close to Seaworld attractions. Wish the shuttle company kept the hotel informed of pick up and drop off times. We were picked up from hotel, but when we asked the driver when it would do pickups, he had no idea. We had to walk back as the shuttle did not show. Wasn't that bad (1 mile), but it was hot. Did not experience breakfast as we went somewhere else for that. We did not have the chance to experience the bar as it was low occupancy and so it was not open. The area was nice and hotel and room were clean. The workout room looked nice as well., Staff was friendly.

For hours, there was obnoxiously loud construction going on until 8pm on a Sunday, like jack hammering. Front desk explained repair work on 8th floor. I was on 2nd and it was QUITE disturbing. Coffee maker wasnt working, but they did correct it. Staff-great. Facility-clean.

We had a fire in the building and power was gone for an extended time. They asked is to leave and didn’t help with booking any other accommodation. Staff were cold and rude.

The property is in a great location, Lots of Stores and restaurants as well. The only two things i didn't like was Poor air conditioning and the Pool was slightly dirty. But Overall I would give it another try!

Nice hotel. Close to Disney, Universal & SeaWorld.

I had reserved a 1 King bed room and they gave me a 2 queen bed room that was part of a connecting room on the first night. I did not appreciate that after arriving from a late flight.

Upon arriving the front desk attendant was very rude and wasn’t helpful at all. I was also irritated because I had to pay a parking pass even though I paid to stay at the hotel.

Very good location, excellent room but the sound of air-conditioning drives you crazy, especially at night.

There was minimal staff working which was evident by the fact that the pool wasn’t cleaned every few hours, the sheets replaced in the room were dirty and the bathroom wasn’t to the highest standard. Also only providing breakfast wasn’t enough, there needed to be at least some type of lunch and dinner as well.

Issues with the bathtub when standing in the middle shifts. Elevator was squeeking and making noises. Elevator door needs to be cleaned was dirty.

The staff was very kind, the property was clean and while the pool is not huge it is very nice and the hot tub was relaxing. If you are staying at Sea World, I highly reccommend

Well other than being woken by random fire alarm at 630am, then for fire alarm to be repeated 3 times, with the staff going about their business, selling breakfast and no one seemingly taking the alarm or checking guests are OK, little worryingly

I was happy with walking in the hotel! Customer service not good. No smile no joy. The water with the oranges and the lobby were good. The fire alarms went off at 6:00 in the morning. I can understand if it was an emergency nobody knew what was going on. To me, I do apologize if that's incompetent. They need to train their maintenance same way better than what I saw.

I wanted to spend 2 days at SeaWorld Orlando and the hotel is right across the steeet! It made it super convenient and I was able to walk to the park entrance in less than 20 minutes.

The property was clean & the staff are polite. I didn't like that rooms are not cleaned daily by housekeeping. There was no bathroom fan & i was charged $15 per day for parking. There is also an extra chage for breakfast. These things should be complimentary.

The fire alarm went off at 5am one morning. Room service took off my bed sheets a day early and didn't provide me with the proper sheets that evening. Hilton did not provide any compensation for the inconvenience. I will pick a different hotel to stay in next time I visit Orlando

Everything bout the property was excellent, just the fire alarm went off to early Saturday morning.

Checked in on Friday. Was awaken by the fire alarm at 6:45a. This occurred 4 times. Until 11am. No danger, but an inconvenience for those with disabilities and wheelchair assistance.

I hardly ever leave reviews. However, my families experience was terrible. We arrived after traveling for 18 hours. I was extremely ill and just needed to rest. After sleeping for maybe 3/4 hours my children and I were jarred from our sleep to the deafening sound of fur alarms throughout the entire hotel. Scared there was an emergency my children and I ran out of the hotel with other guest. Just to be told it was a false alarm. We returned to our room just to have another alarm go off 15 minutes later. Rushing out of the room again. We returned to have another go off and then another and then another over 5 fire alarms and no fire. They have faulty wiring and the management was nonchalant about the entire ordeal. They haven’t responded to messages even after staff promised us a refund and a free stay at the Hilton in the future due to this inconvenience. My kids and I had to sleep in the car just to get rest last night. I would not recommend this hotel to any family. Highly disappointed in the Hilton brand for this experience

After checking in and getting ready for bed we noticed the sheets in our 1 bed were used and not changed and actually had blood stains on sheets and pillow cases. We were offered another room 5 rooms down same floor . Upon entry of the second room we noticed under side table a pair white dirty socks.

Great place breakfast its the best alot diferrence stuff love it, first the have a issue with the system down and i cound’t access to room but the resolve the issue after 10 to 15 minute but the experience was great

They charge you to park your rental car in the lot. Seemed odd. Won't stay there again

Lovely property and beautiful rooms however, the beds are very hard and the pillows are quite small. The male staff in particular are not very enthusiastic about their job near the front desk.. the ladies who helped us check in and out were wonderful. Overall, I would not stay again only because the beds hurt my back. Other than that, it’s a convenient hotel to stay at, safe, and is only 10 minutes away from Epic Universe!

It said that 10 minutes walk to SeaWorld but it in reality, there was not easy to walk there. However there was third party shuttle buses at limited time. No restaurant and shopping around the this hotel. Overall, it’s worth it for a short stay as long as the price is right.

Stay was great. Nice Big spacious room. Convenient to Seaward. Only down size was the charge for parking. Upon arrival, we were told it was $15/day to park. Not advertised and a bit shocking since they have a huge parking lot. Also breakfast is an upcharge per person.

The refrigerator was empty not even water to drink. The coffee machine had no water holder to make coffee.

The beds was hard the room that they gave us the blinds wasn't in great shape hard to come down. The worker meaning the house keeper was great. But your front desk people need to learn cousmer service sometimes they were rude at times. Never will stay again.

The staff is very kind. The room was cleaned, very well prepared for us. We definitely will come back.

The location, just awesome. At check-in Pamela was sweet and patient and got us in the same room as last time. But the house keeping was terrible. No room service despite we reported twice and no hand soap. We were using the one in the shower I had to call 3 times and took over two hours to get a liquid soap bottle, a good solution, almost at 11:00 pm. When I first made my request around 9:00 pm. We like the hotel and Pam was wonderful. It is disappointing that house keeping undermined her great performance.

My experience overall was positive. I dtayed 2 nights. The hotel was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My only issue was the $15/day parking fee. I had high expectations from the Hilton brand. I wouldn’t expect those additional fees.

Overall it was a pleasant experience

It was not the top notch property that we thought it would be.
