Great location close to the airport for our last nights stay in Florida! Beds were super comfortable, and room was well stocked and quiet.

The hotel smells musty and has stains on carpets. The wood floor in the room was buckling and the tub had a large chip. The only view out the window was an air conditioning unit that was walled in. When we asked if we could have a different room they said there were no other rooms left. So…we left and stayed at the Marriott instead. Would not recommend the Hilton Garden in but would recommend the Marriott Lakeside.

Our stay was limited to a single night. The staff provided exceptional service, and the hotel's proximity to the airport, coupled with the availability of a shuttle service, was highly convenient.

Staff very friendly, and attentive, just needs to pay a little more attention to details in customer service area. But overall my experience was excellent. Thank you!

Stayed there for the proximity to the airport and it was quite nice. The shuttle only takes a few minutes and was right on time.

I wish you had an arrangement with Hilton to allow Hilton Honors rewards points (maybe 1/2) be applied to the stay. In the future, I am more likely to book direct with Hilton because of the points I missed by booking with Expedia.

The staff was the best part. Very friendly and helpful. My room was large and clean. The pool was heated and they had a children’s splash pad. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

The staff was exceptional. Mr Diego was very helpful to our needs as weary red eye plane travelers. Very good cleanliness and maintenance of the property in general. Would stay again.

The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast buffet was 1550. It’d be nice to have another option such as just buying maybe a bagel and some fruit.

The property is very clean and the staff is amazing! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the stopper in our bathroom sink was broken. We had to hold it up for water to drain. Other than that, our stay was great!

The Hilton Garden is a good hotel if you are doing a layover at MCO. The shuttle service is reliable. The check in staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice little restaraunt and bars during certain hours. The room was huge. In particular, there is a lot of counter space for business travelers. The beds weren't that comfortable and the pillows are mushy. The property features a nice little pool area. There a Hooters a short walk out the back entrance. The rates are very reasonable. Here's an important hint about leaving for a morning flight. The traffic for drop off can be really bad. There can be long delays. The baggage drop can also have long lines. The shuttle driver skipped the traffic fpr departure s and dropped us off at baggage claim. We simply went upstairs to ticketing without delay. The message here is give yourself plenty of extra time.

The location was perfect, big rooms, hospitable staff. A variety of restaurants within walking distance. There was an unexpected charge when I checked in, the staff said it’s a “known charge among their clients” as a Sercurity deposit. The bedding looked aged and the duvet cover doesn’t cover the entire duvet, looked like it was not pressed or ironed. The breakfast leaves very little to be desired, a far cry from continental breakfast.

Kind, helpful staff with the restaurant being a pleasant surprise. The BBQ flatbread was outstanding. The shuttle was prompt and the bed comfortable. Very convenient to airport.

The hotel is well maintained- very clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. My one complaint… the faucet in the bathroom is positioned too far back from the sink… it’s very awkward trying to wash up. The design of the lobby is quite nice and conveys a comfortable feel. I was only there for 1 night but would definitely consider it in the future.

The location was probably the best thing about this stay. If you need a quick stay, don’t care much about amenities, this is for you. The front desk lady who checked us in was not the friendliest. The room was decent. The lobby had a musty smell, but it went away once you went into the hallways. Would I stay again? Probably not, will try another hotel with complimentary airport shuttle.

Location is convenient. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was the same very day and was ok. The staff did not clean up tables often after people ate. We stayed 4 nights on the first time having our room cleaned (only completed 2 times) there were no bath towels left in the room. Seems low on staff. As the morning person helping with food was the same person in the late afternoon delivering the towels. The tub clogged.

Great for airport travel. Comfy beds, free parking, and a convenient 24-hour shuttle. Only downside is the on-site restaurant is limited to breakfast and dinner, but there are plenty of walkable options nearby, including a Hooters right behind the hotel. Overall, easy and comfortable stay.

I have to say that Debbie at the front desk and Minerva who drove the shuttle LITERALLY saved my life. My heart medication got stolen from my bag at the airport and I thought I was going to have to cancel my trip. Minerva and Debbie sprang into action and found a local pharmacy that was able to fill my Rx right away and then still get me to the airport in time for my international flight to attend a friends wedding. Wow. WOW. Wow. So eternally grateful ❤️

Pool was awful. Tiny and dirty. Where is the hot tub? The mushroom that sprayed wayer out of it was a terrible set up. No one wanted to go in the pool. For a Hilton hotel, you should be ashamed. Shower had hairs in the tub. Needs an update for sure the shampoo and conditioner smelled awful, like axe cologne and that's for a man. Yuck! Elevator was ancient. I could go on amd on.

Everything was great. The room was clean. The breakfast was great, but the shuttle service definitely needs an upgrade. Had to wait an hour for my shuttle to arrive and the airport. The bus didn’t even have “Hilton” labeled on the bus which is very confusing. The next morning the shuttle was planned for 10:35am but it was still late. I believe the shuttle service needs to be revised. Overall a good experience.

I canceled this via Booking.com and was double charged (once by booking.com and another by Hilton). What a frustrating and confusing mess. I never went, tried to cancel, got double charged and then asked how I enjoyed my stay. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH BOOKING.COM AGAIN

Amazing staff! We arrived around 10 AM off a cruise, we were expecting just to have luggage storage until 3 PM check in, but the lady found us a room and allowed us in on the spot. Easy access to stores and restaurants, shuttle was on time and efficient. Facilities were well maintained, overall a great stay before a flight.

It was amazing The only thing I didn’t like is that I was advice on the email confirmation that the check-in was going to be contact less, but when we arrive, there was a person doing our check-in. not that I mine is just that I wasn’t expecting to be checked in by a person.

We didn’t know there was a breakfast as we were not told about that. I’m very disappointed in the woman who was working the pm shift on 1/18 At check in there was a sign high on a shelf that said free waters so I told our group they all grabbed a smart water which was up front 3 of them opened and started drinking and she got on us very rudley that those were NOT the free waters but the ones slid way to the back on a counter were the free waters and continued to charge us 18 for 3 opened waters which is a ridiculous prove for water to begin with. She was very rude when I told her she should put the sign closer to the free water but they got us having the smart waters out front. Just very ooor customer service in her part. The guy working was great and had great check in with him. I feel they should reimburse the waters and move the sign!!!

The noise outside our hotel room was loud all night long making it difficult to sleep, snd worse yet, the shuttle driver gave one of our suitcases to another passenger causing us strife and unnecessary stress, and we almost missed our flight. It has been a week and we are still waiting for our suitcase to be delivered even though it was found by the hotel shuttle manager by the time we were boarding our plane. I would have preferred it be sent overnight as it had needed medication in it. Thankfully we had extra at home. We will not ne staying at this hotel again.

We are very thankful that the Hilton had a room for us as we were left without a way home due to a train derailment. Everything was good other than the bed.

We stayed here on our way to our cruise and on the way back. It is a beautiful hotel, very clean and the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the shower heads are terrible, it takes 1/2 hour to wash your hair because it has no pressure. Other than that it was a safe, quiet place to unwind before and after a busy week. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Room had a faint musty smell to it. Heat was on, set at 73. Arrived in end of april, its 75 and humid. The entranceway light in the room didnt turn on. Staff did offer to change the room.

Have stayed here in the past but had been a few years. Nice remodel and everything was excellent.

I wished the Breakfast was complementary like other hotels do and not having to pay $12.95 a person.

I would have rated this stay a 5 but the beds were terrible. So very uncomfortable to sleep on. Staff and accommodations were great though!

Both sun screens in room 323 need to be replaced — unusable. WiFi is weak and should be upgraded. Key cards machine needs to be fixed. Diego should be commended for his hard work trying to make things right on 24-25 March.

The staff was very accommodating to make sure I got to the airport on time at 6 AM pick up. They have a little snack area with honor system to scan and a microwave. The restaurant was your average stuff, but there’s so many wonderful choices nearby. I don’t want to get to give them a plug, but there is an interesting place. We don’t have The restaurant was your average stuff, but there’s so many wonderful choices nearby. I don’t want to get to give them a plug, but there is a interesting place. We don’t have in the northeast that I would highly recommend. Overall, I would stay there again. The pool was very nice and a fun splash pad area for the little ones. Very close to the airport you do hear the planes, but you get to the airport very quickly.

It’s convenient area to where I need to go. I like they offer free shuttle to the airport

Food quality was not great

The pool was the warmest I've ever swam in, the decor was beautiful, the room was very spacious well put together, I would have gave a 5 star if they had a hot tub, but I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location and property for our one night stay

Nice airport hotel. Food and drinks were ok but not great, and nearly all the local restaurants are across the highway - not safely walkable. Also disappointed with the $17/day parking fee that was not disclosed on Expedia when I booked my stay. It is clearly disclosed on the hotel web site. So that's on Expedia, in my opinion. Also my bad for not checking the hotel web site, I guess. Other hotels (across the highway) are just as nice or better and did not charge for parking last time I stayed there.

Convenient shuttle from the airport. Room was very clean and quiet.

Staff were friendly and very nice, from the check in to the shuttle driver. BBQ sliders were amazing!

Only draw back is it was very loud and our room was an adjoining room and the guests in the other room were very very loud and blasting the tv until 1am and we had to wake up at 3am so we did not sleep. Walls are very thin and sound carries.

The lady at the desk was very helpful, my suitcase broke, and I needed a new one. She told me where to go to get one just down the street.

Nice, close to AirPort.Customer service cordially. Did not like: room was not made, no room service. Restaurant service hours very limited. Had to switch room at 11:00. Coffee maker never worked.

Everything was pleasant but two areas of concern. We couldn’t make any adjustments on the A/C unit. We couldn’t even turn it off. Shower had low water pressure, it became annoying.

Room is spacious and clean. Shuttle bus is very convenient.

Airport pick up was a hassle .. took over a hour to get picked up . They said 15 min when I called. Check in was easy and room was clean

Stayed for a few days with family. Convenience to airport was main reason we chose the hotel, but everything was awesome. Nice staff, clean rooms free shuttle not only to the airport but also to some local restaurants.

I was able to take a shuttle, with RJ’s help. He took me to a restaurant. I walk to Home Goods and Michael’s, had a Starbucks, then another gentleman picked me up at Starbucks and brought me back to the hotel. I took the shuttle to the airport the next morning at 6:30 am…I will stay will Expedia.

there are a bunch of restaurants that are walking distance. the hotel room was very clean. we would definitely stay again should we come back to orlando.

I had a slight issue with something in my room upon checking in , the front desk supervisor took care of it immediately.

waited until 5PM until we were given a dedicated room. they said no room available or because of to late checkouts and shortage of cleaners. I was able to reserve a room 3 weeks ahead. Upon checked-in the toilet is not flushable
