    Upon arrival a lot of broken items. Ice machine on our floor was broken . Never did locate the pool area . Side doors unlocked 24/7 definitely get what you pay for unfortunately.

    Found what looked to be a mosquito in my bed under the pillow and the toilet paper was messed up (looked like someone pulled too much and rerolled it), the hook on the inside of the bathroom door was coming off - didn't see it originally when I put the towel on it and it started pulling from the door. Customer service was fine, didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Room itself was clean besides the things I mentioned at the beginning. Parking is $27 a night which I understand because of the limited space but I would have liked that mentioned somewhere (the actual price) Good location, quiet, and easily accessible. I got what I paid for which is fine with me

    My stay here was excellent. made a last min reservation and couldn't be more grateful for the helpful front desk clerk. if I had to criticize anything id say the shower water pressure could be a bit stronger, other then that my stay was amazing.

    We stayed less than 30 minutes before leaving. The room smelled bad and appeared dirty. We were also surprised by an extra parking charge. Despite leaving almost immediately, no refund was offered. Very disappointing experience and not what we expected from Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista/Orlando.

    Room was clean. I just didn’t expect to have to pay $27 a day for parking nor did I expect to pay $15 for continental breakfast buffet. This was the first hotel I have stayed at and they charged for breakfast. So of course we didn’t eat breakfast there.

    We arrived after midnight, tried to get into the room and the keys would not work, had to go back and were told we had to wait because they were doing an audit at 2 in the morning, after waiting another employee let us in with a master key. The room smelled like mildew

    I’ve stayed here before and that is why I came back but it seems the hotel has gone downhill. One elevator was out of order and the air wasn’t working on the working elevator or the floor I was staying on. There wasn’t a lot of light in the room, the pillows were lumpy, and the toilet seat seemed like it was about to fall off. I let the hotel know and the morning that I was checking out maintenance came to knock on the door while I had the do not disturb sign on, and I was in the bathroom and they tried to open the door. It was a remote point at that moment since I was checking out that day.

    They have reusable shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles on the wall, which I like, but didn’t have anything in the body wash bottles and didn’t leave a bar of soap for the shower. They also didn’t leave a laundry bag and wouldn’t give me one at the front desk.

    Check in Process OK was not immediately told I had to pay for parking. Once I scan the QR code for parking the site was finicky. Did not accept my tag could not process payment at first. I had to try a couple times. Not very user-friendly on whether I actually paid or not. Not a great experience when you’re tired and just want to lay your head down. I think price for the room was exorbitant for what I paid and the $27 parking fee per night was ridiculous! I wanted to stay an additional night but decided to check out and find another hotel. Found one at half the price with free parking and same quality. The room was great and had some upscale amenities however, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you have an abundance of money and time.

    The hotel was really clean. Great price. We like it for a one night getaway to Orlando. We’ve stayed here a couple of times and like how clean the rooms are and close it is to the theme parks. The only minor problem was the privacy lock or security latch to the hotel door was half hanging off the wall and didn’t work. The bathroom door was also scratched up and in bad shape. Other than that we love the place and plan on staying here again. Front desk employee was friendly and helpful. Staff was attentive. Beds were comfy.

    “I wanted to share feedback about my recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista. During my stay, I experienced several issues that negatively affected the experience. I had a problem with the microwave in the room and waited nearly two hours for maintenance assistance. Communication and response time were disappointing, over 15+ calls with no response whether it was from a cell phone or landline. Constantly walking down to the front desk with a bed leg since they never responded. Also the hotel elevator was down so some circumstances stuck waiting for a period of time, and one scenario I waited about 5 mins and a worker suggested I take the stairs instead, which was insane. and overall the stay did not meet the standard I expected from Hilton. I chose not to make a larger issue out of it while still at the property, but after checking out I felt it was important to report the experience and ask if anything could be done to make the situation right.”

    My sister and I only stayed one night and didnt use any of the ammenities, but our room was generally clean. There was a large red stain in the carpet by the door, suspicious spots on the ceiling in the bathroom, and multiple lights flickering, extremely dim, or just not working. The staff was very pleasant and helpful though, and the general areas felt clean and tidy. I would likely stay here again, despite the lighting issues.

    1. The carpet was filthy!!! 2. The paint was peeling in various places! 3.There was corrosion around the bathroom door and around picture frames! 4. The bathroom faucet was defected and the water pressure was very low! 5. The plaster was falling by the door where the lock hinge was and the screws was loose out of the wall! 6. The door before you open the mini fridge was broken! 7. Everyday we had to request for fresh towels! 8. They never came to empty the garbage either! 9. The lobby seat cushions was dirty and soiled with stains! 10. Ice machine was broken too!

    Only one elevator was working and ir was very sketchy. The staff was helpful and the room was nice, but the shower faucet sprayed half out the shower head and half out the tub faucet. Also could not adjust the shower head, like it was rusted in place and wouldn't move. Good enough for a one or two night stay, but it didn't blow my socks off.

    I stayed here for 8 nights total, and I never had a hotel experience like this. The first night I arrived, our hotel room had someone else's luggage! The second room we were given, the door wasn't opening (we had hotel cards), so we had to go downstairs AGAIN and get another room. That's not even the worst part. When I left to go to a Disney park, I noticed I forgot my sunglasses in the room. When I came back, the room was serviced and the sunglasses were GONE!! I filed more than one complaint, but for what? They took the housekeepers side because "she's been there for years". The only good thing was free coffee and one nice hotel staff member who tried to help us during our stay. I would never come back though. To any Hilton hotel.

The front cover was just leaning next to it so I'm assuming someone was previously working on it. This made sleeping a nightmare (no pun intended because there was no sleeping). We had to shut it off completely. The A/C unit in the bedroom was almost as loud. Finally the room we were in was right next to the elevator, so of course, we heard all the drunk people coming and going at night. Finally when we came in the front desk guy wanted to charge me $165.00 MORE than what I paid online. Thankfully I save every email. So, this was a great start in the worst room in the hotel.

    my stay wasn’t the best. They gave us a room with a broken AC and once we realize that it was the time where I had to be gone for my birthday dinner so I ended up being late for my own birthday dinner because they had to switch our room while the staff was there at the moment Then they put us in a room where the door was not working properly so we had to continuously keep trying the key to open it . I was promised they would take care of my parking fee, which was not taken care of for the inconveniences and was still charged $57 just for one night. I will not be staying here again.

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay, which was booked through Hotels.com and took place at a Hilton Garden Inn property. During my six-day stay, I experienced multiple serious issues that significantly impacted my comfort and safety. I was required to change rooms three times due to unacceptable conditions. In the first room, there was blood and vomit on the floor. The second room had several maintenance issues, including a missing drain stopper in the bathroom sink and a non-functioning refrigerator. Most concerning, at approximately 3:30 a.m., I awoke to find the bathroom flooded due to water leaking from the ceiling. I recorded this incident and was subsequently moved to a third room. In addition to these issues, housekeeping services were extremely inadequate. Over the course of six days, my room was serviced only once. I repeatedly had to request basic necessities such as towels, coffee, cream, and sugar. In most cases, I had to either go to the front desk or call multiple times before receiving these items. This experience was far below the standards I expect and have previously received. I am requesting a full review of this matter and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, distress, and disruption caused during my stay. I have documentation, including video evidence, available upon request. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution. Sincerely

    I had a few problems with the room. The mini fridge did not work properly. I did call the front desk, but gave up after they assured me it was fine. The room smelled slightly moldy and it caused me to cough whenever I was in the room. And, there was no water for a few hours during my stay.

    The room could’ve been super nice, it was just very dirty. Stained floors, the chair was stained. The restroom toilet was def not cleaned on the bottom & behind- I check thoroughly LOL.     The front desk person in the night shift was not helpful. Was more worried about his phone than anything else. He did not answer questions properly about our reservation. The bed had a squeaky noise so did our Air conditioner unit. We barely had any body wash in our bedroom and only one small bar soap. The breakfast food was just okay, nothing out of this world (not a lot of choices).

    In addition, I was under the impression per website information on the hotel that breakfast was included. It was not. The first night of our stay we wanted to use the bathtub. No plug for the tub. Called the front desk. Not helpful at all, after two calls and no response we wound up using a k cup as a plug. Water does not get hot and the water pressure is not good. I definitely would not recommend this hotel and will book somewhere else next time.

    The microwave would not work, the blanket for the sleeper sofa was damaged, the air conditioners were broke, breakfast was not included, parking for 2 nights was $54 to self park with reservation, the shower water did not stay warm at all, and ny room was never serviced.     The check in took 30 minutes and there were only 2 or 3 people ahead of me. The ice machines were all out of ice. I have a shoulder injury so this was very inconvenient. They said the main dryer was broken so they couldn’t accommodate the room I picked ahead of time. The parking was $30 a night which is ridiculous. The hallways were so hot I think the ac was broken.     This is a property that I have stayed at many times and it is totally in need of a revamp. There was an awful water leak in the main hall that no one seemed to care about. It smelled awful throughout our entire stay. The floors were dirty everywhere. In the rooms, our toilet leaked, shower head barely had any pressure and we didn’t have any black out curtains. Not to mention the beds squeaked loudly if you barely moved. Overall a horrible experience at a property that I have enjoyed many times before.

    Convenience to Theme Parks, Shopping, Restaurants. No hot water in shower on 46 degree morning in Florida Called at 9am on the 17th and were at the park all day and came back to still cold-water and no pressure in bathroom. For nearly 2 hours tried to get maintenance to our room to no avail. They have told us for over an hour someone was in our room or on the way. Care line Marie said move to another room. Care line Mario said there were no rooms available in Orlando. Front lobby said no room to move too we would have to stay in our room for the night. ( I have that in writing). We live in Plant City. The easy answer was for me to drive home. We have stayed at this typically convenient hotel on about 4 other occasions for our weekend getaways and this was an awful experience. General or any Manager not available. Sink hot and cold are reversed Chair in corner closest to the entrance is broken Blinds do not roll up 1 washcloth in room for 2 people had to pick them up at front desk. Bedside light does not work on side closest to the bathroom.

    We did not have hot water for the entirety of our stay. I reported it to the front desk on two occasions and it was not addressed. There were two people on duty for the breakfast service. One employee was leaning the end of the bar the entire time and when any guest approach her for assistance, with take out, or of any kind she pointed to the other server who was running around doing all of the work. We are Hilton Honors and Hilton Grand Vacation Members and this is not the experience that we expect.

    The food was fine. Just overpriced. The real problem was the cleanliness. There was mold and other random gunk on the walls of the bathroom. The carpet in the hallways was dirty. Coffee maker was dirty. There was also an odd smell everywhere. The room door wouldn’t open unless the handle was placed just the right way. Multiple people’s room keys didn’t work when we checked in. Multiple things are outdated compared to other places in the area. I won’t return.

    I just recently stayed at your facility over the last two days and unfortunately it was less than impressive. Upon arrival to our room the housekeeping attendant opened the door for us went into the bath room and then left the room. It looked as though she was checking to make sure there were plenty of towels. The room was very humid and even after having mild weather and having the AC on many items including our bed always felt damp for our entire stay. We also noted there was only one washcloth and no soap by the sink as well as an empty bottle for the shower gel. I had to go to the front desk to retrieve these items myself. While there I requested an extra pillow that I was told would be delivered yet never came. Upon check out this morning be it very early there was no one at the front desk and two other parties noted they had been there for 30 mins. I understand possible issues or short staffing and gave your team the opportunity to make it right but no action was taken. I hope you will fix these issues moving forward to best meet the needs of paying customers.

    I usually don’t have any problems staying at any Hilton, however, this time around was different. After checking in on Friday, the water in the room was luke warm and stayed luke warm all of Friday and all of Saturday. Sunday morning, we had to take a cold shower because the water in the room was completely cold. We ended up being late to our concert because we waited over an hour just to get an iron. We called the front desk and explained that our iron wasn’t working, after 30 minutes went by I went downstairs to see what was the hold up. The young man at the desk said that he’d notified housekeeping after we called. He then called them again. I went upstairs and continued to wait. After another 30 minutes went by, my boyfriend went back downstairs to see why housekeeping still hadn’t come to our room. On his way back upstairs, he ended up finding someone in housekeeping and getting an iron from her. About 15 minutes after that, we get a knock on our door from a man bringing an iron. No apology or anything. I did explain these problems to the manager upon checking out. She was polite and apologetic.

    Upon arrival we were checked into a room that was occupied and given keys that did not work. Once we got to a new room, we noticed a large red stain on the carpet and there was no hot water for the sink or shower. We told the front desk but they didn’t seem to care or say they’d fix it or offer any remedy at all. so we ended up not taking showers even though we had our 3 year old with us.     Secondly, unless you like taking cold showers that barely dribbles water on you, SKIP THIS PLACE. We called the front desk to inquire about hot water and were told, “We will have maintenance go check that the hot water heaters are working.” Followed by crickets and water going from cool to down right COLD. I’m talking taking your breath away trying to take a shower. This was both at night and late morning, no reason to not have hot water or water pressure. We considered taking a bath in the sink, but the faucet just spewed water all over the counter and floor when you turned it on. Thirdly, we tried to get help at the front desk twice and were met with a sign stating that the customer service person had, “…stepped away momentarily.” We waited, but finally gave up because they were wasting our time. In short, DO NOT STAY HERE unless it is your absolute last choice.

We needed to do laundry so we ordered some detergent from door dash. When it arrived, we went to do the laundry and found that they weren’t working. We again asked the front desk and he said those hadn’t worked in a long time either. The only reason I gave them a second star is because the property beautiful and the front desk staff were super nice. Except the girl, she was horrible. I would never stay here again.     There was a lot that went wrong with this stay. When we first got there there we had to wait 20-30 minutes just for someone to check us in since no one was at the front desk. Once they gave us our keys to our room the keys would not work. We had to walk downstairs more than 5 times to try to reactivate the keys. They still wouldn’t work. A maintenance guy had to use a master key to open the room for us. We asked what was going to happen he said he would try to fix it if he couldn’t then someone would come the next day to fix it if not we’d get another room. We left and came back later that evening and were told to call the front desk to have someone come open the door for us which we had to wait nearly 45 minutes before I still had to go downstairs and tell them we were still waiting. He said he gave the maintenance guy the wrong room number. When we got into the room we were going to lay down but the sheets were dirty so we called downstairs again to have new sheets brought to us which we had to wait 15 minutes before we had to go downstairs again since no one ever came up. Additionally, the bathroom sink was not draining and the mini fridge was not working either. I was so frustrated with them at this point I wanted a new room but they were booked for the night. Thankfully they put us in a new room the next day but by no surprise those sheets were dirty as well. Other things that are just crazy is you have to pay $27/night for parking and you have to pay for breakfast.

    Additionally, my elder son was unwell, and when I asked to take his breakfast to the room, I was denied without any reasonable explanation. This is the first time I have experienced such poor service at a Hilton property. The washroom sink was clogged, and despite reporting the issue, no one attended to it for repairs. Given the severity of these issues and the impact on my family, I am formally requesting a 70% refund for this stay. As a long-standing Expedia member, I expect Expedia to take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly.

    The bathroom was completely unacceptable—the shower had a large ball of hair hanging from the handicap bar, and several towels had dark stains on them. I called room service multiple times to have the towels replaced, but no one answered. I eventually had to go to the front desk myself just to get clean towels. To make matters worse, all of the ice machines were broken except for one on the second floor, while my room was on the fifth floor. I will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone.

    Every staff member I interacted with was amazing!!! The breakfast selection was also pretty great! The restaurant in the hotel was good and we are able go order head and take the food into our rooms (as there is no room service). However, I wish the menu had more options. The furniture in the room was pretty dated (my office chair was breaking apart), but its as expected with the price. The bed was comfortable though! Overall a wonderful stay. The best part is the staff though.

    I arrived to check in around 9 pm. There was NO one at the the front desk. After another guest and I waited almost 10 mins, I finally went to their bar area and asked the employee there is there was anyone working. He said yes and went into the back room to look for someone. He said they were somewhere and would probably be back soon. We waited another 5 mins and then the other guest left. FINALLY a lady came from down a hall, not the back room area and said " you checking in?" NO greeting, so sorry for the wait, NOTHING. THEN told me I had to scan a QR code and pay $27/day for parking!!! Absolutely ridiculous since this is NOT advertised or noted on the website when you book this property. I would have MOST definitely chosen a different property. I then got to my room and it smelled horrendous. Like dirty feet and pee!!! I went back down to the desk and the woman was nowhere to be found. I got a candle out of my car and took it back upstairs so I could tolerate it to go to sleep. The rom was gross!!! carpet felt "sticky" shower head corroded and mold on the ceilings. I left the next morning even though I had paid for a 2nd night! ABSOLUTELY will NEVER book with this hotel EVER again

    Front desk staff lacks proper knowledge of the property. She made sure to tell me the hot tub was broken, and the promptly pay the parking fee. Didn't tell me about the shuttle or breakfast or WiFi. Give us 1 keep for two guests? Onto the room, dated. I'm talking early 2000's dated. Two towels for my husband, child and I. Good thing I didn't wash my hair. When I called the front desk to ask for more towels "were out of towels". What? There was no room cleaning until we got a knock on the door on day 3 asking if we needed anything. Uh, yes, TOWELS. Plus our garbage picked up, etc. They cleaned, and again left only 2 towels, and 1 hand towel. No wash towel(s) or additional hand towels. The sheets smelled awful. Another issue we had is with the design of the fire alarm. Why is there a fire alarm directly above the door to the bathroom? The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, so the only way to let the steam out is to open the door, you can't do that because the fire alarm goes off because it's directly above the door outside of the bathroom. Whose idea was this? The location is great but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, and the fee for parking is outrageous. I would avoid at all costs, I'm sure the motels on International Drive have better amenities and service.

    We were on our honeymoon and decided to stay in Orlando for another couple of days. The bathroom has rust around the door frame and when I turned in the faucet in the sink, after getting dressed, it came out so fast that my clothes got soaked and I had to change. Left the hotel for about 5 hours, it is now 3:00 pm, and the room was not cleaned and the bed was not made. And no housekeeping in sight. Not to mention non of the ice machines are working except for the one on floor #2, and we were on the 7th floor. When picking up my order from the restaurant, last night, I asked the front desk for 2 additional pillows, being that I had back surgery and my wife is recovering from stage 3 Lymphoma cancer, after calling the front desk numerous times without an answer, they finally answered but it was at least 3 hours later, and we finally got our pillows. The 2nd day of our stay we ran out of toilet paper and had no clean towels to shower with. Again called the front desk and still no answer. I spoke with the manager when checking out and he offered me points andni advised him that I did not want the points that i would prefer my money being that i dont see me and my wife staying in any more Hilton Hotels no there will be no need for points. Being a Hilton Honors Member I am extremely dissatisfied. Please refund my stay to the card on file. Sincerely, Mr. Cunningham

    The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. The outdoor, pool area was a very nice space to sit and relax. The rooms were spacious and clean. I was disappointed that they advertise a free shuttle to the parks but neglect to tell you it does one drop off around 9:30am and one pick up at 9pm. That's it. The carpets in the hallway are plush, which is not great when trying to wheel luggage and the plumbing in our room was a mess - toilet ran, sink faucet and shower faucet were so loose we thought they were going to break. The door to our room also did not close or open without a good hip check. We stayed two nights and didn't get any kind of housekeeping. We opted not to eat at the hotel restaurant as the menu was pretty limited. They offer a breakfast buffet that is not included. We also did not partake in that so I can't speak to any of the food. Next time, I would continue to research properties before booking.

    Check in was good. The room was OK. The beds was clean, but it was an older in there housekeeping did not check the refrigerator. It had old food in it. The bathrooms was decent. The walls are really thin. We kept hearing a child running in the room from the fourth floor at 1-2 in the morning our phone just kept ringing. I had to unplug it so the question is is it a decent place to stay? I will say it’s OK.

    This has to be the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Came back to my room at night and the door mechanism batteries apparently died and the front desk told me that there was nothing for them to do because the mechanic guy went home for the day. So I was left without any of my hygiene and belongings for the whole night. When I asked for how will I be compensated for this inconvenience, I was promised by the night staff that I will be discounted that night. But of course the morning shift staff had no clue about my inconvenience and told me she can not handle that process and I would have to talk to the manager. I’ve been trying to get in contact with a manager for 4 days now and counting because apparently this is the busiest manager in the world. This is a huge headache dealing with this hotel.

    First they lost my reservation from you. Had no idea until much later on the first day that they charge $27 extra per day to park at the hotel. You do not get your room refreshed or made up every day and the front desk staff was indignant that I asked me. A lot of hidden things that they don't tell you about until last minute. Will never stay there again and doubtful I will ever use your service again. Nothing was worth it. No free breakfast and no amenities to speak of.     It was our first time staying here and probably the last. Upon checking in, a young lady was assisting me and then a young man came out from the back and started flirting with her as she was still trying to check me in. Very unprofessional on his part. And then, upon entering our room, the toilet was running and it was not flushing. We kept calling the front desk and no answer. Finally, I went downstairs, told the young man from earlier our situation and he was non-chalant about our problems. Mind you, it’s almost 11pm. I went upstairs and waited for the maintenance guy to come. 15 mins went by and he never came. I called the front desk again and spoke to the same young man, he stated he told the maintenance guy the wrong room number. So it took another 10 mins for the maintenance guy to fix our toilet. Overall, not pleasant, definitely could have been a better stay. And you need more parking spaces, especially since you’re making me pay $30 a night to park.

Now, parking was absolutely ridiculous!!! $30 per night and barely any parking left. If your guests are paying for a ridiculous amount of money per night, parking shouldn’t be that expensive. It’s literally highway robbery. I hope you consider parking for your future guests.

    The carpets in the rooms need to be removed and replaced. The room smelled musty and dirty 1000 percent due to the carpet. The AC unit in room is loud and did not do a great job cooling the room.     We checked in a hour early and took a different room, We didn't have the 55' TV not did we have a free hot breakfast. We were told we would have to pay for it. Parking was terrible hardly any spots available but at the very back of the building. We bought snacks from the little store by front desk and for a tea we were charged $8.00. Our room view was good but the ice machine didn't work on our floor, and the cabinet for our fridge was broken. Our phone in our room was even broke. We extended our stay a extra night and had a hard time booking it and was told to go back threw Expedia which we ended up paying more. Overall, we would never consider this hotel again.

    Appeared clean and it was quiet, always place to park. There was a baby snake inside building before customer service desk, but employee was notified. There was a small lizard in dinning area. Toilet made a loud noise everytime it was flushed but it worked.

    When we arrived at 4:45pm our room was not ready. We came back got the keys to our room and we immediately noticed that the carpet was damped and the bedding was not clean. We called down to the front desk and was told maintenance would come, they did not. The front office manager sent a message asking about our stay and informed him of the issues. He asked if we’d like to change rooms and we did. While the new room was clean, the shower water trickled down. There was more water pressure in the sink than the shower! I wrote front desk manager and received no response. My Fiancé and i felt unclean. What was supposed to be a getaway felt like a joke. This was THE worst Hilton Garden Inn ive ever stayed at. Never again

    The issues first started at check in. The staff was extremely rude and unwilling to have any type of conversation with me, mostly, I believe, because I did not speak Spanish. The lobby was very clean and well maintained, however the elevator smelled of smoke and bad perfume, giving my family and I an instant headache. Not to mention that the elevator testing certification was expired since 8/1/2023. The bathroom in our room had cracks in the sink and I woke up this morning to bites on my left arm and thigh from what I can only imagine are bed bugs. I have been asleep all day due to taking a Benedryl for the bites and inflamation. I used to stay at this property a lot ten years ago. After this trip, I will never stay here again.

    this was the perfect hotel to stay at for our universal trip. It was a 15 minute drive to the parks. We saved a ton of money by staying off property. The staff was very accommodating. And the breakfast options were delicious. I’ve never seen pancakes so fluffy before!

    First of all, the website information was incorrect on the shuttle times. It promotes shuttles on the hour to and from Disney Parks; however, I decided to call and check. When I called the front desk, they told me there is only one bus to the park and one bus back to the hotel each day. She even stated people make the mistake all the time of trusting the website... WHY NOT UPDATE IT? Also, during the phone call, I inquired about FREE continental breakfast and was told it was included. Upon heading to breakfast, it was $15.99 for the continental breakfast (nothing special at all). Our room also didn't come without issues. The shower curtain didn't reach the floor, and the curtain rod itself was broken, causing water to be all over the bathroom, and us having to use all the extra towels just to walk. We checked into the hotel, threw our bags, and went to Disney. Upon returning to the room and actually walking around, we noticed that half of the floor was soaking wet, and the room smelled like mildew and mold. We will be staying away from this hotel from here on out and will be taking a break from Hiltons.

    The beds weren’t comfortable sound like it was going to break,The Carpet in the room look dirty. Why have lights everywhere if there not going to work , The Toilet in the restroom once you flush it it continues to run ,The cold water in the hand sink doesn’t work . Once you walk in the room it has a smell . And good luck sleep through out the night you can hear everything and the Pillows are horrible bring your Own. I feel like it’s crazy how they charge for parking and a deposit considering the rooms are like this also don’t use side door because the sign said you can access it through your room key that’s a Lie so just walk all the way around . Me and my Family will never stay here again

    Whatever you do do not stay in this hotel! I was in three different rooms due to the broken down state of each of them and every room had black mold growing in the bathroom and possibly in the carpet. My daughter has not stopped sneezing since we left. To mold in the bathrooms, one of the rooms had a leak, and there was an inch of standing water underneath the vanity, as well as on the toilet cover. Management was made aware, but did not seem too concerned. Complained to management as well as Hilton and hotels.com and I am awaiting a resolution. You would be better sleeping in your car next to a highway then staying in this hotel

    There was only one employee working the front desk with multiple people checking in so we had a good wait trying to get our room. It's Friday so no big deal but we get our room key, lug our stuff up to the 6th floor and the key doesn't work. Have to go back downstairs and get no keys, and they didn't work either. It acted like the door didn't even work. We were told they had no other rooms and maintenance could let us into the room if we wanted, which means if we wanted to leave the room, we would have to be let back in. I had already paid through Expedia and was exhausted so asked to be let into the room. 20 minutes later, maintenance comes and opens the door to find the room inside destroyed. Thermostat ripped out of the wall, furniture everywhere and black mold all over the walls of the bathroom and a smell that was horrid. A paper notice was found showing the utilities had been shut off to the room back in August. After going downstairs and having to wait for a manager from a different property to come, they "magically" found two other rooms available and after 2 hours, we were able to get into a room for the night. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and is definitely not something Hilton should have their brand on.

    The staff was very friendly and promptly took care of any issues I had. The main issue I had was that the first room I was assigned for, had a clogged toilet. The cleaning staff should have taken care of this before assigning the room to any customer. They gave me another room as soon as I mentioned the problem.

    It took 40 minutes to check in. While checking in a customer complained his room key did not work for the 3rd time and wanted a different room which had me concerned. My room was muggy, smelly and humid and the thermostat was on 61 degrees. I was unable to adjust the room temperature. The buttons just did not work. So the room was mot cool at all each night of our stay. That same night, the customer next door to us children cried majority of the night. In which the customer apologized the next morning about his children crying last night while we were waiting on the elevator. He stated their (different from guy complaining his room key did.not work at front desk earlier) room key did work and had to pile 2 adults and 4 kids onto a king size bedroom cramped all night. We did not get any sleep because of the smell, humidity and muggy of the room plus the customer next door children crying all night!! Because the hotel staff was not able to accommodate neither parties and the room conditions made our stay a terrible experience!!

    We stayed for one night - we checked in around 10:30pm. Check in was fast but parking was not explained well. Room was ok - mold in the shower on the ceiling. All the amenities in the shower were out so we had to go down to the desk at 11pm to ask for shampoo conditioned and soap. We did get an apology but no conditioner. Next morning - ice machine was out. Elevator was not working. Could not get a receipt at checkout - asked again about parking and got a vague answer but that it was charged to the room. Check out clerk was nice but was fast to get rid of us to check his cell phone. Overall - would not stay again.

    Me and my bf stayed there and came back to our room being locked and we sat on the flier for about two hours not knowing how we’d be able to get into our room. We just had a long day at Disney and it was just really frustrating. We eventually got another room and that key didn’t work as we had to move all of our stuf over two hours later to another room on the same floor. The guy was apologetic but we had plans later that evening that were ruined by ys sitting and waiting a very long time. Also hot tub and ice machine weren’t working either

    We stayed here for 2 nights and first thing I noticed were ants all over the room. I mean the room was infested with ants from the ceilings, to the night stands to the beds!!!!!! Like come on now! Out white bed sheets were stained with blood too ( how gross ). Additionally they do charge for overnight parking so just be prepared to pay if you stay here but I would never be coming back here again.

    Upon entering this Hilton Garden we were greeted by Mr. Oscar with a smile. He was very kind and helpful. Each time we left and came back we were greeted with smiles and “welcome back”. The area around the hotel felt very safe. There are plenty of restaurants within 5 minute drive. And every Disney park is 15-18 minute drive. They sadly, only offer one shuttle to a Disney park, and that is Epcot. This was a bummer. Our room was clean, some spots on carpet. The bathroom was clean. The fridge took forever to get cold, but did work. We would stay here again.

    The hotel DID not provide transportation from the airport. This a Hilton. The room key worked each time after six or more attempts. Very frustrating. Desk clerk came up, same result. The door lock shoed damage. Room AC ran all night, never shut off. Faucet handle in bathroom turned in 360 not shutting off. Toilet ran all the time. Overall very poor maintenance. This Hilton NEEDS major overall.

    Overall the staff was extremely friendly. However, a few things caught us off guard on our anniversary trip. To begin with, the chair in the room had a broken back and I sat in it unknowingly and almost fell. Additionally, several sockets in the room did not generate any electricity and as a result limited our charging capabilities. One of the night lights adjacent to the bed also did not work. Behind the television had an enormous amount of dust. Inside the restroom, we did notice mold developing in the ceiling and one of the stands where the soap is placed. It looks as if the roof was freshly painted but the mold was evident. The room also had a weird odor not sure why as well as the hallway by the laundry room. We also had to pay $27 daily for parking which is something we did not prepare for. Additionally, breakfast is not free atleast for us and required purchase. Overall, we did not enjoy our anniversary due to these highlighted issues and many other things. We also noticed some kind of elevator operational permit that showed a 2023 expiration, not sure entirely what goes into that but hopefully management can double check that to be certain things are up to date. On checkout day, despite having a 11am check out time, the housekeeper opened our room door around 10:12amand started entering. We had to yell that the room was occupied and she just closed back the door. At 10:58am again she started banging on the door intensively. I could go on but wouldn’t recommend.

    The manager of the hotel is waiting to hear from you. He said he would refund out entire stay at his hotel. When we got there, there was water on the floor in the bathroom. We left and when we came back, the manager said he would send up maintenance. 45 minutes later, I called down to the front desk and asked when maintenance was coming up. 10 minutes later, he came up, took 2 pictures and said he'd be back. He never came back. I went down to the front desk and he told us that they would have to move us to another room, in the morning. He said he would refund us the entire amount if we didn't want to stay there another nite. We switched to the Doubletree, and had a great stay. When I made this reservation and asked them if this was where the Star Trek convention was and I was told it was. When we got there, we were no where near the convention, it was at the Doubletree. When I made the reservation, I had ordered the convention tickets, but not printed them, so I did not know which hotel it was at. That is why I asked when I made the reservation and was lied to. I was not happy with the whole situation at the Garden Inn. After driving 8 hours, having a leak in the bathroom, waiting for maintenance, being told they couldn't move us until the next day, was alot of inconvenience. When you contact them, I sure hope they give us a full refund, like they said they would.

    Overall the hotel is good! The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We asked for extra blankets and the staff was very nice to help. This hotel provides the shuttle service to major theme parks. It’s once a day, so if you plan to use it, you can ask the front desk for the shuttle bus schedule. The only downside personally was that the A/C was loud.

    First off we got there and checked in and were told that we had to pay $27 a day for parking. I have never had to pay to park at a hotel. Then we walk to the room that was dirty, carpets throughout is very dirty and dingy. It advertises that breakfast is “free”. We went to the breakfast and staff has to help you get out the food you cannot do it yourself and get little portion sizes. When we were going to leave the woman told me that she was bringing me the bill. I asked what bill it says it’s free. She says nothing is free. She was beyond rude and condescending. I had to go to the front desk and pull up the website showing them it says free breakfast. They told me they would look into it. I told them and I still mean it that I’m never returning here. This whole experience was stressful. Eventually as I was packing up she called letting me know she would take the breakfast bill off. Just know they are lying to you and you have to fight to get your free pathetic portion size breakfast that is advertised. 0 stars and will never return.

    I reserved one room with two queen beds and when I got there very tired after a 4 hours flight around 1:00 am the guy asked me for my information and then he asked me to wait, he left for about 15 minutes and when he came back he told me they didn’t have any rooms with two beds , the only room he could gave me had 1 king bed and a sofa I told him I didn’t want that because I wasn’t going to sleep uncomfortable just because they didn’t organize well and then he left again and I had to wait like one hour, when he came back he said they had one room available with two bed. So I don’t understand what he was trying to do.

    Called and verified that i will be landing late due to delay in flight. Told company i will be ther after 2am due to our flight.
