This has become my go to hotel for when family has to fly in or out or MCO. It’s 15 minutes from the airport, the location isn’t crowded, there’s a Wawa across the street, and the hotel is pretty clean and quiet.

My family loved the coffee, hot chocolate bar that is available 24 hours a day. They thought of everything, cup holders so you wouldn’t burn your hand holding the cup, and every type of sweetener you could prefer. I like raw sugar, and it was available. Most places put out just a few of those, but here they had a dish full of them just like all of the regular sugar. They provided good shampoo and conditioner products and the lotion was right there so you could put it on right away, to hold the moisture in your skin. At my age that’s important. We loved the location, in the center of the airport and amusement parks, so I only used $11 in gas in two days going from the airport to the parks and back to the hotel. The hotel was very central to all of the good restaurants, which saved us time. We looked at the pool and gym, which were very nice although we didn’t have time to use them. I want to thank the staff for being so helpful, and making sure our beds were made up and replacing the towels we used without having to ask. Thank you all for making our stay memorable. I am handicapped and there was plenty of spaces. Wonderful place to stay at a very reasonable price.

The hotel did not hold my reservation and did not have the room configuration we needed. Did not stay here.

Everything was really good, the fridge in our room did not work. I reported it to the staff and he apparently reported it to maintenance while I was there but maintenance never showed up and the food we had spoiled. Other than that we enjoyed our stay like we alway do.

The outlets (thru the lamps) next to the beds and on the desk were not working with my iPhone, so I had to use the outlets in the bathroom to charge my phone and watch. Other than this minor issue, everything is good.

It was challenging to use the microwave to make a cup of tea or heat up our cold coffee. Would like to have a desk with a computer and printer in the lobby to print off our boarding pass or just to be able to use the wifi to google maps and little things like that to help with our trip. I find that wifi was not so strong and secure. I had to shut off wifi on my phone due to lots of pop ups creating problems. Overall, I will definitely return to this location. Overall it was an affordable and great stay. Staff were amazing. Room was clean and well kept. My only issue was the pool wasn’t keep cleaned and small. But the proximity to Epic Universal was perfect. I’d stay again for the affordable price and breakfasts.

Water was off one night. Only one elevator car was working during the 4 days of our stay.

This property had no running (room 425)water for over two hours on the 04/04/2026. Even after explaining I came from the beach to shower and head to an event I paid for they were very unprofessional. Spent an hour by the front desk in communication with staff and Expedia customer service. I was not refunded. I will not be staying at any Hampton again. Expedia said they tried to contact the hotel, the hotel said they had no email or phone call from Expedia. No way for me to know.

We experienced a water outage for 2 hours while at this property. We couldn't shower or use the rest room. Each time we called we were told a different time for the outage to he fixed. The water was restored sometime during the night. Just really not acceptable.

I enjoy this property because it allows for digital key and check in through the app. There's always been a parking and it is close to the highway and where I need to get to.

My daughter and I travel quite a bit for her club sports. We look at the reviews before booking. I appreciate the people who put as accurate information as possible because we are going to check. Let's begin. Whoever put on the review that the beds are comfortable. It's always best to put a reference. So the next guests, can understand what you have at home to what you enjoyed most from the establishment. The beds are not comfortable. Our household has medium plush mattresses. This hotel has only firm. So if plywood with a bed sheet is your thing, they will welcome you with open arms. We had to use two pillows to equal one pillow in our home, just to make it through the night and we never a restful night. We both were tossing and turning while sleeping in our separate queen beds. The room is located next to the both elevators. I wish companies would make rooms like this one for the employees only not a guest room. Everytime someone summoned for an elevator, we heard it, including the noise inside. At the time, we had of booking, the hotel was sold out when we arrived. We initially felt blessed to find a hotel near the convention center but you learn what life throws at you as you go.

This property is a hidden gem, definitely staying there again on my next visit to Orlando.

Everything was going great until I tried to shower in the morning before my departure. The water to the room abruptly shut off and the shower stopped working. Only a small trickle came out of the faucet in the sink. I packed my things and went down to the front desk. I was offered no resolution but merely an “oh we are sorry!”. What an infuriating inconvenience. I had to attend a trade show without a shower for the day!

I had an excellent experience during my stay. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted very kindly; the person at the front desk was attentive and professional at all times. The room was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant and quiet, and the breakfast was very well varied, with hot options for both children and adults. The location is also excellent. I definitely recommend it.

Staff super friendly and room clean. Onky downfall is the doors slam, the elevator is extremely loud and can be heard from the rooms. Very shaky.

I am in a wheelchair. I called them no less than four times to guarantee. I had a connecting room. They assured me I did. When I got there, I did not and my caretaker was over six rooms away. I fell in the middle of the night and had to get myself over so I can get the door open so she could come and assist me. I am very disappointed in this hotel and will not be back.

The hotel overall was nice but the bed and pillows are by far the worst things I have ever slept on. The bed seemed to have hard spots that ran vertically down the bed that seemed like the mattress was just plain worn out. The pillows just flattened out like pancakes if I had arrived at a more normal time I would have definitely requested different pillows. However I arrived after midnight for check in due to a long flight. Check in is until 3am however which was very convenient and the ride from the airport was short and not too expensive. This room was a 2 bed room and my roommate slept just fine and didn’t have any complaints. Overall convenient and affordable.

The shower did not get hot. It was warm but not hot. I got out shivering. Maybe the water heater was turned down;; or it was just cold this past wkend. A shuttle to Epic would have been nice also, esp since it is so close.

I’m not sure how 9.2 stars came about. This is the first time I’m very disappointed in Hampton inn. I stayed here with my family from 12/23-12/29. First of all, tell me why all we ate for breakfast was pump waffle (1 flavor only), eggs, crappy oatmeal and pork sausages. Everyone is not a fan of pork; at least get creative. There’s potatoes in the grocery store for a reason. You can make pancakes sometimes, grits exist. Staying here for 6 days only to eat the same food everyday for breakfast is absurd. Plus, the fact that housekeeping does not do their job was a huge factor in why I will not be back here. Fine, your housekeeping services are every other day, but why would housekeeping lay one bed and leave the other unattended. This happened twice and both beds had nothing on it to start with, just sheets and pillows. I can post pictures too. I did not enjoy this stay at all.

It was a pleasant experience. Had trouble falling asleep since I was next to the elevator and the neighbor next to me had loud music for awhile. Nora’s close to the airport as I thought. Decent room for the price. Staff was friendly. No wifi till the morning. I could not log in and was to tired to complain.

Mattresses are WAY too firm for me. Seems to be a common thing for Hampton . I’m not a huge fan of powder eggs which is all you serve too.
