The room was nice and spacious, clean and comfortable! The bathrooms were clean but did show wear and tear which could be addressed easily! The staff was friendly but just not helpful! Several times I went to the desk for help or a question and no one was there or anywhere in sight and never came to the desk! Breakfast was good and parking was good as well! All in all I’d probably find a different hotel next time!

Super clean very friendly employees and a great location. Breakfast was just ok would be nice to have biscuits and gravy, oatmeal was watered down too much, eggs no flavoring. Pool was great I brought my 2 dogs they had a small pet area in the back which was great. Beds very comfortable, plenty of pillows and covers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again.

The location is close to lots of thing but lost of drug addicts around and in the area Walked into the king suite room 215 and had an asthma attack due to the amount of Fabreeze or something that was put in the room. Thank God i had my inhaler. I mean like way way over board. My husband doesnt have any health issues and was coughing and ended up with a headache. We had to leave the door open for over an hour to try and get the smell out. I told staff and was told. "Im sorry I dont know why it smells like that" . Nothing else front desk literally didnt care at all . Didnt help move us or anything. Area is close to lots of things but drug addicts everywhere . Hotel parking had homeless people hanging out in a abandoned mini golf thing thats right there so cars are not safe in the hotel parking lot. We are honor members so i will definitely end our stays with them.

Breakfast was excellent every morning property was well keep but somewhat hard to find. It is just off international drive but you can tell if you turn right do to it being set back so far and there is an abandoned mini golf lot you have to drive through. I would stay there again even with the little trouble getting there

I was taken aback before I even walked inside the hotel. The hotel is located behind two abandoned buildings. This is not conducive for anyone who would like to take a walk to International Drive. As I entered there was a strong odor. I asked the receptionist and she explained that the floors were treated and the smell will go away (she was very nice by the way). I go to my room, prepare to take a shower, and the shower is not working. I attempt to call the front desk and the phone isn’t working either. I put on my clothes and head back to the front desk and informed them of the problem. A new receptionist immediately moved me to another room (she was very nice as well) with an upgrade. The next morning I go downstairs for the breakfast and it was disgusting. I always stay at the Hampton Inn when I visit Orlando (the Sea World location) so I am aware of what to expect. I asked if I could transfer my stay there and was informed that this location is independently owned and that transferring was not possible. Avoid this location at all costs.

It was a bit expensive, but worth it because of the great amenties, all toiletries needed, soundproof rooms, super comfortable beds, pretty clean (cleaned everyday) #1 the free breakfast, good coffee available even at night w/ dairy free options. Hands down to the chef super delicious breakfast & many options to choose from. Also, they have a small convenience store well stocked w/ Ramen, snacks, & drinks. In the morning usually you hear children running and laughing down the halls and doors being slammed and wake up, but not at this hotel. Even at night super quiet for a great sleep. Great location on International drive w/ everything a few minutes away even walking distance & next to Disney World. The only negative but not major is the entrance of the hotel is weird as you turn to an entrance of another parking lot in an abandoned place with construction left in progress from many years ago. Then you go futher in and get to the hotel thats built sideways and parking lot needs to be updated. Overall great stay!!!

Excellent location with a complementary ride tickets The room could have been a little cleaner. The carpet was not vacuumed as we found a black hair grip and a piece of glass on the carpet when we arrived. I left small shred of paper on the carpet and it remained there until we checked our 8 days later

The room is LARGE, lots of space. Beds were comfortable. Shower was adequate. Breakfast was OK. We were only there one night but plan to book this hotel again.

we found a bug in the room. The shower tub would not stop flowing even when we shut it off. The first day there were no cup for coffee in the room. Other than that, the experience was fine.

The continental breakfast was lackluster but we usually don’t expect much from a continental breakfast. The pool was very small and with a bunch of kids unsupervised we didn’t get a chance to use it. The gym is small but has the necessities needed. The location of the hotel is really great. Right off I Drive, with plenty of places within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again especially with the affordable pricing for Orlando.

The housekeeping staff was great! They were very kind, speedy, and took care of our space even placing my child's stuffy bears back on the bed so nicely. As well as collecting all of our carry out food trash out every day. Breakfast was always a hit.

The only concern I had was the breakfast. It is advertised as a continental breakfast, but the options were very limited and quite simple. Adding more variety would definitely improve the overall experience.

Out stay was nice. Room was clean and quiet.

Super comfortable bed. Great toiletries provided. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. We had a suite and had lots of space. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh waffles everyday, oatmeal and a variety of other hot food, pastries, cereals, juices and plentiful coffee. Limited fruit and yogurt too. Lots of parking. Small fitness room with cardio machines, a full selection of dumbells and a cable machine. Lots of great value food options right outside. Loved our stay, would definitely return.

This hotel is gym. It’s very loval to many things, such as entertainment, restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very very clean. My suite was very big. The staff was wonderful. They have a service where they text you to see if you need anything and on my first time, I had an issue with the AC, where I used the messaging service and they walked me through it instead of having to call or walk downstairs. The free breakfast was amazing! Everything was fresh and they have a great variety of selections. I will definitely use them again in June! Parking is free!

The rooms and hotel were ok. The breakfast included a number of hot offerings which was nice. However, this hotel is located between very busy roads and it is always noisy. We asked the front desk for a wake-up call but apparently they didn’t set it up.

Not a bad place to stay

Location was ok, room was big but not too clean. The breakfast unfortunately was awful. Stayed at a few Hamptoms and usually the breakast setup and coffee is great. This was a big miss, the eggs were absolutely horrible.

This is the second time we stayed at the property and everything was very good. Don't let the surrounding property sway your opinion (the mini golf in front is closed and run down) because the hotel itself is well kept. It's conveniently close to many things but not so close that you're paying resort prices. While it's 20+ minute drive to Disney Springs or the Disney parks, it's worth it to save some money. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff. My room on the 2nd floor was quiet and I couldn't hear the other guests. I've stayed at other hotels where I could hear doors slamming, people talking loudly in the hallways or other rooms, loud tvs, and toilets flushing. This one had slight sounds of cars from I4 that was easy to tune out and probably not a problem for rooms located further from the road. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Orlando. FYI it can be easy to pass by the turn for the hotel when using google maps, turn at the Dunkin Donuts and drive behind it to the back where the hotel is located.

Staff was very nice, room clean and stocked with the essentials. Breakfast got the job done and there was plenty of free parking. Very close to Universal attractions and 25 minutes to Disney. Only slight drawback is freeway noise at night if you’re a light sleeper. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The check-in and checkout process was quick. Our room was clean and tidy, and we were provided plenty towels and washcloths. Staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was pretty good. The only downside was being on the first floor and being able to hear I-4 traffic at times. However, that wouldn’t deter us from staying here again.

Beds were super comfy I was suppose to be on the same floor as the rest of my family that were in different rooms but at the time of check in my room wasn’t clean. Then when I came back later that day, they had my room given away and placed on a completely different floor. Room was not the cleanest upon arrival there was hair over the bathroom floor. Elevators sounded like they were going to give out any minute. Really noisy area for a hotel are it’s built right next to the freeway and the hotel isn’t very soundproof. They did however give you free ear plugs. I booked this hotel 4 months in advance on booking.com, and after I checked out I checked my credit card. And they had charged me for the room the second time. I had to call and argue to get it taken off.

Nice and Clean hotel but it was too noisy to sleep. It was close to a highway and we could hear vehicle noise all night. They provided one pair of earplugs but should have given more based on the number of people staying. Breakfast was great but it was too crowded, we had to wait to get a table. Staff at the BF area was helping and refilled items when we requested. Overall the hotel is good except for the road noise.

Check in was easy and staff was nice! Our room was the perfect place to rest after an unexpected long day at Universal. We chose this location due to proximity to the parks. There were restaurants and stores all around the property within walking distance.

Not enough tables for breakfast, elevators were very slow, toilet didn’t flush properly, hot water took ages to get up to the 5th floor for shower. First time a Hampton Inn let us down as we stay in many during our travels of the US

Very nice hotel which has been recently renovated. The rooms were big and clean. The bed was cozy. The staff was polite and courteous. The breakfast was sumptuous and rich. The location was great. Overall a great hotel at a great price. Will return for sure.

Great front desk staff

The staff was great! They were very nice and attentive. I had a late check in around midnight and on my last day I was able to accommodate a late check out due to my evening flight. The breakfast for eat day was good and they had something different each day. Only two things that were of some concerns was that the room had an initial smell from the Ac not being on to help circulate the air and the bottom of the bathroom door had spots of mold. Other than that our stay at the hotel was great! Also. It is very close to all of the attractions.

This hotel was great. Great location, good breakfast, clean room and responsive staff. There was a problem with the shower controls which was immediately fixed when brought to their attention. Would stay they're again.

The hotel itself was clean, well priced and the staff (particularly William at the front desk) were amazing. The area is funky though. It’s way back off international drive down a narrow alleyway. You have to pass an abandoned mini golf place and an abandoned restaurant to get to the hotel at the dead end of the alley. My car was fine in the open parking lot, but I’d be careful not to leave anything in it, also would not feel safe to be on the parking lot after dark.

I love this hotel because of its location, cleanliness, and excellent breakfast. Whenever we go to Orlando, we always stay here.

This was a good spot to overnight for many reasons. Staff was friendly, it was clean and the room comfortable. However, with it being right next to I-4 it was noisy until quite late at night with the traffic. It’s also weird in how it’s located behind a defunct dinosaur park. I also was bummed that there was no hot water for tea. Plenty of coffee selections for those that drink coffee. All in all for what I needed the hotel for it was sufficient and safe.

I loved everything. The staff was great the room was super clean and big. Special thanks to Natalie from the front desk, she recommended us some things to do around and was so nice also Vanessa that made our check in and check out so easy. Mrs. Janeth and Mr. Daniel from the breakfast everyday they greeted us and made us feel welcomed. And also to Josefina ! Would stay again when we return. Had no negative comments about anything .

The pool area was lovely, catching the morning and early afternoon sun, with loungers, towels, and tables available. The hotel felt modern, bright, and safe, with free parking and earplugs provided for light sleepers. Breakfast was a daily highlight — fresh waffles, eggs, sausages, cereals, bagels, fruit, and pastries, plus coffee, tea, and juice. Complimentary hot drinks were also available in the lobby all day. The location was perfect — peaceful yet just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions along International Drive. ICON Park, mini golf, and the I-Ride Trolley are nearby, and Universal, SeaWorld, and Disney are only a short Uber ride away. We had no issues and always felt safe. A fantastic stay — highly recommended! Every member of our family agreed this hotel felt like a true home away from home. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Orlando — thank you to everyone at The Hampton for making our holiday extra special!

Very clean, plenty of parking, walking distance to restaurants and activities. Their free breakfast is simple but tasty. Make your own waffles is what I love. They have fresh fruits, hot coffee, hot chocolate, juices is also available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They also told us to call them if we need anything.

The first room we were put in was dirty, but we let the staff know and they upgraded us to a king studio suite and it was incredible! The staff was amazing! They were very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend staying here!

Staff is fantastic!

We needed room to change for a concert and catch a few hours of sleep b4 getting on the road. So we didn’t get to use any of the amenities.

Great room for a good price. The room could’ve been cleaner, but nothing to really complain about. Great stay overall. The breakfast and all staff were amazing.

This hotel is a scam. Be careful before you stay to check everything. My family and I went to the parks and only slept there for one night and they claimed we broke a tv. We never even turned on the television and even checked out before our time since we only stay there to sleep. Completely unacceptable, the television could've been broken before we came since we never checked if it turned on.

This property was awesome. The rooms were clean. Thus staff was welcoming and helpful. The bed was so good i slept all night. Only issue is the tiny entrance sign. If you bliknk you will miss the entrance.

I picked this hotel due to the reviews that said it was clean and you didn’t have to pay per night on parking. The room wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed in but it definitely wasn’t clean. The tile at the front, in both rooms I stayed in, was sticky. Indicating it actually needs a good scrubbing. In the second room the fabric part of the bed was filthy and honestly pretty gross. For the price though it could be worth it. I stayed twice so it wasn’t horrible but definitely not clean as others stated.

It was very clean. The breakfast was definitely better than many we’ve experienced at other hotels.

-The breakfast was delicious -The staff was very friendly and helpful -The studio suite was very comfortable and spacious -The beds were cozy Cons: -I was with a person with disability but the bathroom was not fully accessible, the bathtub only had one grab bar, and it was on the opposite side of the showerhead, which was not helpful

The service at this hotel is what made it excellent! Staff at the front desk was awesome. The breakfast was very well kept and the person who was running it did an amazing job.! I would just say that the sofa bed was not comfortable and very noisy when you turn over. They could’ve had more blankets since it sleeps six. But it was very clean.

From check in to check out everything was great. Vanessa at the feont desk was awesome, she was attentive and pleasant to deal with. The cleaning staff went above and beyond when cleaning the room while we were out for the afternoon. If were ever in Orlando again, this is where we will definitel5 stay!

The location is good and it is clean. The bathroom light was very dim and the toilet clogged multiple times. The breakfast was typical but leaned towards “as cheap ad they could supply”. The food was not as good as many other Hampton Inns. Temperature fine, but just not quality stuff.

Great hospitality from staff. Housekeeping staff was kind respectful and responsive when needed. Overall, this property is excellent option in your visiting Orlando, Disney’s Parks, SeaWorld, and vicinity.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The first time it was great. However, this time it wasn't the same: The bathtub had a lot of hair left which appeared not to have been cleaned before we checked in; breakfast was a hit or miss; we didn't leave enough bath towels for each member of my family on a daily basis and had to go to the front desk to request it. For whatever reason, the housekeeper didn't leave an additional toilet paper and we often ran out of that during the day. These issues were brought out immediately after the first day of our stay but they continue to have this issues. A day before we checked out, the administrator sent a note apologizing for not meeting our expectations and left a bag with goodies. I think if they correct the service problem they should be good again.

Really convenient when you’re in Orlando visiting parks like universal or sea world- super clean! Breakfast is really good! We enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

Didn’t really enjoy my stay. The carpet in my room and hallway of level 4 is past due for a vacuum and shampoo. My bathroom sink drain and shower head was not properly clean. Linens and towels were ok but I didn’t like that the duvet cover looks worn and mattress had a stain. And the breakfast was not very appetizing on some days. Coffee was good. And pool was fun. This hotel has a hardworking team but some areas are being neglected.

This hotel wasn’t my favorite. The room looked like they may have rushed the cleaning. I found hair on the floor an in the bathtub. Bathtub did not look like it was cleaned maybe just rinsed out. The breakfast was decent and the woman managing the breakfast area was doing a good job. One guest touched multiple slices of bread near the toast station which was gross. This is a budget hotel. I only chose it because it was near Universal and we had plans to visit at the time of booking. Room was spacious.
