Human interaction will always be subjective. The hotel provides what you need and then some. Breakfast menu worked for me. Overall, I will stay again.

Most of the staff was rude and not helpful at all. Constantly had to wait at the front desk for an employee to show up. Room had damage and not cleaned properly. Worst Hampton I have ever stayed in.

We didn’t have a good experience. Upon arrival, the front desk was not helpful at all. Luan had 0 knowledge of customer service. I rented 2 rooms under the same reservation and one of the rooms was not clean. The blankets smelled like a field of rotten onions and I had to push to get another room. The second room had a roach crawling the bed and both AC’s were not working properly.

Bed felt like it was about to fall apart. Shower/tub didn’t drain well at all. Shower head was about to come off, I fixed it, best part was breakfast and the young ladies who worked above and beyond every morning non stop.

Staf was friendly, easy access to coffee and breakfast although super crowded. The heavy smell of fragrance when you enter the lobby is overwhelming. The towels that are face towels and hand towels in the room smelled bad like they had been hanging there for a very long time and not replaced with the regularly used towels. Outlets by the desk in room were not working.

The first couple of rooms I was assigned didn't work out so well. But the front desk was so helpful and kind in getting me into a room that was acceptable and then followed up to make sure all was well for me and my family.

En La recepción del hotel había un recepción bien grosera .y nada que un cliente se pueda sentir bien en una estancia. En mi habitación 807 no había champu .crema .tuve que salir a buscar un rollo de papel sanitario de mi habitación. También no dejo de reconocer que en la recepción trabaja un señor mayor muy amable y a igual la jefa de la recepción .

En general el hotel cuenta con muy buena ubicación, el desayuno es bastante aceptable, sin embargo lo que nos hace dejar una mala reseña es que en la habitación encontramos ropa sucia, probablemente del huésped anterior, situación que deja mucho que desear con respecto a la limpieza, cuando notificamos a recepción, no nos dijeron ni disculpa, solo hablaron sobre el tema entre ellas, pero nosotros como huéspedes no recibimos disculpas por el percance, las camas ya se sienten desgastadas con resortes y el baño también ya está bastante deteriorado, lo que salva el hotel es la ubicación y el Parqueo

Everything was very good, the older front desk gentleman at check in is a gem. So nice and caring. The breakfast attendant was also so friendly and helpful. We loved the hotel.

Shower and blankets needed a better wash and cleaning, the toilet wouldn’t flush many times and would fill up. The lobby smelled like smoke but overall our stay was okay. The room was spacious and very cold which was good.

Front desk staff was great. Cleaning staff, not so much. Computer system was down. And they would not assist the front desk staff in determining rooms that were available for our reservation. Had to wait over an hour to finally get checked in. Only because one of the front desk staff took it upon herself to physically check rooms that might be available. Based on the attitude and lack of cooler from the cleaning staff, including the supervisor, their ability to keep their jobs should be questioned. They completely forgot that they have jobs because guests stay at their hotel. And, the cleanliness of our room once we finally got one, was below par.

Breakfast was good, and they changed the options each day so you didn’t have to eat the same thing over and over. There was also plenty of parking onsite, so we didn’t have to worry about having a spot even if we got there late at night.

Overall hotel is outdated, breakfast was decent with typical buffet style food, pool seems to need cleaning (I did use), parking was good, always had a place to park at the end of the day, staff was excellent, always helping when needed. Main issue I had was that internet was on and off, tv worked, then it lost signal, room cards never worked, but had digital key and for whatever reason, sometimes didn't work.

Location to MCO and of course Dicks and Target on I-Drive Not the type of property you’d stay in for more than one night - I used it purely as I’d got off a late flight due to the usual delays getting through MCO.

Overall nice and would go back. Hot water for tea was only mildly warm in the evening. Strangely at 3 PM on a Saturday there was very little hot water. The towels were small. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good. Room was good.

Went for one night stay, super easy check in and check out. Continental breakfast was really really good! Only thing that was slightly disappointing was the water in the shower was not as hot as I would have preferred. Room was very clean and everything worked fine. Location is super convenient to everything! Will definitely stay again!

Upon arrival the front desk assumed I was a prepaid customer because I used a third party site. I wasn’t accommodated for the first floor because first floor is for disabled guess and I don’t have a physical disability. I was giving a room on the second floor. We arrived to our room and the toilet was running none stop. It took a while to shut off then as soon as the toilet was flushed the annoying noise started again so I had to call maintenance. Then the bedspread look like housekeeping didn’t change the sheets from the previous guess because when I pulled the sheets back you could see hair and these black stuff for the second bed the blanket on top had a stain that resembled makeup. I let house keeping know and the sheets was changed. Those looked better but the blankets looked dirty not sanitized well. I also had issues getting hot water in the shower after about three days. I informed the hotel, nobody came to the room. The room smelled musky. The AC smelled fine but after running it after three days it seemed to not want to shut off even on auto. I then notice that the AC need to possible be service and cleaned snd the window also needed to be cleaned. I even had the light in the bathroom go out and the one in the foyer flashing until it went out. If you’re staying for more than two nights know everything will start not working like the Wi-Fi will run slowly and water in the shower only gets lukewarm. You’re not reimbursed for the inconvenience.

Our stay was fine for the money we paid, however when they cleaned our room they only did half the job. They gave us new towels, but they didn't make the beds or replenish our toilet paper

Front desk lady wasn’t helpful at all. Dining tables need to be replaced or repaired.

The attendant who checked us in during the evening was terrible and rude; however, the room was clean, and the breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety. The gentleman who handled our checkout was kind and apologized for the other employee who had assisted us the day before.

The breakfast was good and I appreciated the variety. One concern I did have, which I hope the hotel can improve, is that the front desk staff said my room number out loud during check-in. As a female solo traveler, this made me feel uncomfortable. For safety reasons, it would be better to simply point to the room number on the card sleeve instead of announcing it.

The staff is friendly and does a great job from the front desk to the room cleaning to the breakfast staff. I didn’t meet one unfriendly person there which is saying a lot. Parking is free. Breakfast is included. Rooms are in good condition. We travel to Orlando area from 2 hours away to see the parks and this will be a go to for us. Good price, good staff, clean facilities, free parking, and free breakfast. Only 6 minute drive to city walk. Best place we have stayed and to be honest I prefer it over the resorts.

This hotel was in an ideal location for the Universal travel. It's cheaper to Uber to the parks from this location. Parking and breakfast are free.

The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and gave us a room close to the elevator because of my husband’s difficulty with walking. The room was nice and we loved the extra sink outside of the bathroom!

We stayed on the highest floor (8th floor), but unfortunately kept hearing a loud banging noise coming from the ceiling throughout our stay. It was disruptive and hard to ignore. We reported the issue to the front desk staff, but it didn’t seem to be resolved. If you’re sensitive to noise or value a quiet stay, this may not be the right hotel for you—especially if you’re assigned to the 8th floor.

Beautiful hotel. Easy access, free parking and quiet area. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was great. Loved the large smart TV. Overall great experience. Would stay again for sure.

Check in experience was nice and quick, she was polite, professional, and welcoming. Nice variety of breakfast selection too. We were in town for a basketball tournament and was less than 4 miles from our spot, so very convenient. Beds were comfy and clean. Hot water in the shower was out quick.

We had a very positive experience at the Hampton. I enjoyed our accommodations and the breakfast was a plus as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was great as well.

My average rating is based on a number of factors. When we first checked in our room was so cold that we had to turn on the heat. Unfortunately, the heat didn't work. We were able to move to a different room which was much appreciated. The bigger issues were no hot water one night and some problems with our toilet. We were told that the problems could not be fixed until the next morning. Not having sufficient hot water and someone on staff to handle basic maintenance needs is unacceptable.

I liked how nice the staff was. The ice machine was really noisy our entire stay and the rooms are conjoined…apparently all of them are so you can hear anything really. Also the rooms looked nothing like the photos. We had a sliding bathroom door that would slide open if someone went out the front door and the shower curtain was short and would leak on the floor plus everything was small and compact in the hotel. I’m 5’7” and I felt like I could touch the ceiling…

While the staff was courteous and helpful, we experienced a significant issue during our stay. On the first morning, the bathroom unexpectedly flooded. Everything had been functioning properly, and within minutes the bathroom became flooded, causing inconvenience and concern.

Breakfast was very good. Curtains for bathroom flooded the floor too short. Not enough toilet paper for 4 people or towels

We had room above the front door opening and the front door. Every time somebody came in it’s squeaked and made a noise which kept us awake all night, long because the door opened and shut. It told the guy at the front desk about it. We never did move or complain until the day we were leaving so 218. They need to fix the door entering into the hotel maybe put some WD-40 on it. The room smelled musty. Maybe you need new rugs or shampoo. Your carpeting bathroom was very clean. Sheets were clean, but the room just smelled lived in by many many people.

The room was okay. Other reviews alluded to the rooms being modern, but ours wasn’t. Sadly, when you book on Expedia, the worst room is often given to you. Breakfast was decent, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were great.

The shower curtain was too short for the tub. It didn't even meet the tub if you can imagine that. The beds were hard as a board. Not the standard I would expect from Hampton in.

Very bad, room was not clean , bedding was terrible difficult to sleep .. body wash and shampoo bottles in shower were empty .. they put so much room fresher to cover dirty uncleaned room that my husband got sever allergy and we had to early checkout. This was nit worth of this prize at all.. there bedding/linen was as super 8 motel category.

The staff was great. Super on top of things, friendly, and responsive. I understand that with bringing our small dogs we wont get the best accommodations because there is a chance they may cause damage, but the room was not up to standards. Overall it wasnt the cleanest, the bed was pretty worn, and the a/c left the room pretty humid.

The room was clean and had all the essentials. The AC worked very well, which was great because we like to sleep cool. The breakfast was fantastic, and some of the items rotated each day. We especially loved the churro waffles, biscuits and gravy, and smoked sausage. The hotel is just a quick walk over to the neighboring Endless Summer Resort, where we were able to go on check in night to pick up an easy meal from their dining area (you do not need to be a resort guest to use the onsite dining - it is open to the public and you pay for what you order). Our only complaints were that the pillows were horribly flat and there was no safe in the room, but all in all, we would stay here again.

Terrible customer service. Called in at 4pm during check-in time to inform the front desk that we are driving from Georgia and will be arriving after midnight. Requested for a baby crib and we were told the crib will be available upon arrival at front desk. During check-in, no cribs were available and the front desk person told us that you should have called in early and we would have delivered a crib to your room. The attendant was very unfriendly, unwelcoming and unpleasant to talk to. Would never be returning to this property for sure. They don’t hold up the brand value.

All the basics were good. But I have 2 major complaints. 1 - when the temperature control wasnt working on the wall i was told by the first person that many people complain about this and we cannot control the room temperature. However, when I brought it up to the next front desk associate he had someone there the next morning to change the batteries and surprise surprise it worked just fine. 2 - there is a sign on the wall at the breakfast set up stating if you have dietary restrictions to let them know so they can accomodate. Well i talked to 3 staff members and they all told me they didnt have any gluten free options, have never seen the sign, and

The hotel was clean and very convenient to Universal. The staff at breakfast was amazing. The two women working were vety attentive. The room stayed clean and the food was always well stocked.

The second room was much better, but the overall rooms feel outdated. The bed was very firm, though I surprisingly still slept comfortably. Breakfast was just okay—nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. I appreciate the helpful staff, but the overall experience left me a bit unimpressed.

Upon further inspection of the beds (two fulls), one of them was covered in lint and had several stains on the sheets. The water for the shower was comfortable but did not get very hot. Those are really my only two complaints though.

Everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn. Clean, comfortable hotel.

Staff was super friendly and helpful

We booked a room in Orlando for fright nights. We then needed a second room because our son was bringing a friend. The price went up and that is to be expected, but they also required a two nights stay. As a platinum member hotels are usually very good at working with us Either offering a refund or accommodating us through hotels.com. I understand the policy, but it is the ability to find a workaround solution that makes people want to work with certain companies. They were unwilling and we had to get another hotel that had two rooms for one night, without a two night minimum and so, I lost my money. This is what happens when companies stick to a policy without trying to accommodate a platinum member.

The air conditioner is broken, But fortunately, is it very hot.

The hotel was nice, clean, great location to parks and shops. My family and I enjoyed the stay. Easy checkin, friendly staff. Adding gloves for serving spoons during breakfast would have been great. Also, having flavored creamer choices for coffee would have made it more tasteful. Ofher than this we enjoyed it

Toilet got clogged, overflowed and whole bathroom was flooded. No one answered the phone when I called for help. Went downstairs to lobby and the receptionist wasn’t there. 15 minutes later she came out and said there was no housekeeping and not maintenance available. She gave extra towels so I can clean the mess. Would not recommend

Earl was fantastic and provided us with lots of information about getting around. He was such a friendly face to see each day. FREE breakfast was a great! Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, hot oatmeal, fruit, etc. There's a 7-11 on the corner if you need anything else though. Easy walk over to Dockside buses thru the employee parking area of the resort which was perfectly safe and well lit. They clean every other day or you can ask for a restock of anything at anytime.

Great location if you go to Universal or EPIC, restaurants very close to the hotel, also International premium outlets very close, the only thing that can improve is in breakfast not many options. But in general was very good.

The room was alright, the faucet was not working so I couldn’t take a shower but took and hot baths.

Clean facility and rooms. Decent breakfast. Treadmill needs updating.

Between both Epic Universe & Universal Studios' three theme parks. Clean and quiet.

Room neat, clean and well stocked, hotel upon entry & throughout smells clean. I love the ice machines on each floor. Staff was always friendly & willing to help & quickly solve any problems. Great restaurants & entertainment in walking distance. Breakfast was great every morning. But I wish they would serve some real bacon sometimes.

Perfect place to stay

It says there is a free shuttle to the Universal parks. I asked when I stayed there if they had a free shuttle and they replied NO.

Room was average and smelled funny… the hotel staff never came to clean the room at all every day we left the and came back the room was the same after we told them to clean the room as we were leaving… on the last night we found roaches crawling in the bathroom on the walls the shower and the sink area had we seen this the first night no way we stayed here … the hotel can use renovations the decor is out of date … the breakfast was horrible…

Property great location, 5 minutes from Universal Studios and Interstate nearby. Property itself clean and staff very courteous. Breakfast was simple but good. Only negative was construction in property next door.

Great hotel for visiting Universal. Good area close to many stores and dining options. Great breakfast included and coffee all day as well. Would definitely return.

The part that ruined my stay was the in room cleaning. They only came every other day. I don’t want to come home to unmade beds and overflowing trash cans. Also, I use clean towels at home every day. I should not have to ask for clean towels. People do not want to clean when on vacation.

I didn’t like that even though the washers and dryers are located inside of the hotel on every even floor we still had to go and fish for quarters to use the machine, also one of the machines that we used said it was working come to find out the whole cycle had completed but yet the clothes were soaked as if we just came out of the pool , then to go front desk and for them to say to us we must in turn contact the persons that has the washing machines in THEIR hotel.

Very clean place to stay, nice staffs, free breakfast, free parking. Love it. Definitely will come back.

The lady on the front desk was awesome. She was so helpful. The hotel was full so there was no where to sit to eat breakfast. We had to go elsewhere

The stay and staff was really good, it was just a for a day. Unfortunately the food was not good. I found a hair in the gravy. I pointed it out to one of the staff and it was addressed very clearly. It only had one selection of yogurt and one selection of bagel and no bacon and the sausage wasn't that great nor the eggs. But I will definitely stay there again I was on the 5th floor.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of options. The room was not great. The outlets not working, bath tub water not draining down while showering. Rooms were outdated

When I check in and went to my room it smell pet really bad especially my bed sheets I requested to be remove they put the service in and they never did so I saw the cleaning lady and ask her are you cleaning my room she said let me see if it’s on my list then she said I was on her list but she was skipping my room I said why she said oh my mistake I’ll go clean I’ll I had to chance her to do it that was crazy this was my first time and it will be my last for sure

I have stayed several times at Hampton Inn before because it’s similar to Embassy Suites breakfast option. However, this time the breakfast items were limited at this location. Seemed more like a continental breakfast.

i was given a room where the Air conditioner did not work. I told management, it took 1 day to get someone to check then i asked to move rooms and had to wait 4 days to get a new room with working air conditioner.

So tbh, first night we had many bugs crawling on the walls… the staff was very quick to respond and change our room… from that day forward we were uneasy but the staff was amazing and friendly. The breakfast was awesome everyday and changed daily. The area around the hotel was awful… dilapidated unoccupied hotel next store to the Hampton Inn, there were no close restaurants so we needed to order Door Dash if hungry… in summary this hotel wasn’t horrible but we would definitely not stay again …

The only complaint I had was that there was a stain on my sheets that I did have some cleaner in my bag because I travel with a pet to clean myself, but it made me feel very uncomfortable and I did take a lot of cough medicine and an antihistamine before I left because it was just weird. I only got the room so that I wouldn’t have to drive an hour from Daytona Beach to drop off my rental car so I didn’t make a big fuss about it, but I probably won’t stay here again.

The Latin gal forgot her name I think something with a f? Anyway she is awesome she helped me so much after I had to call 911 for my husband. She went above and beyond for anything I needed! Give that girl a raise! Danny I met out by pool another awesome employee. Always fresh coffee 24/7 clean pool very clean room breakfast was ok but something was better than nothing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Great location and lots of shopping and food options

The staff at the property were super nice. The hotel is located really close to universal but there is no shuttle service from the property to the parks. The room AC unit was so loud and hummed and rattled off and on all night. My family slept awful due to the noise. The bedding had stains on it that looked like blood as well as the shower curtain. The shower head barely had any water pressure so I wasn’t able to wash my hair during the two night stay. I thought the price was pretty decent when I booked my stay but after looking at my universal passholder benefits, I was able to stay at a universal property for cheaper and have park shuttle service.

We went to check in at 3:00, the time it said to check in by, but they had no rooms even ready (cleaned nor prepared) until 4:00. I thought having a reservation meant a room would be ready. We booked this hotel since we had a concert later that night, but had our plans were thrown off completely due to the lack of a room for us. It was honestly really annoying.

Property was in a great location. My only issue was the cleanliness of our room. the bedding had stains on it and we found hair on the pillows and there was a rather large hairball on the carpet beside the bed. Otherwise the staff was amazing and the breakfast options were great.

The AC froze and turned off in the middle of the night, and the room was very hot.

A very convenient hotel located close to lots of action in the Orlando theme park district. Although the room I stayed in was clean, the toilet kept leaking water. The hotel clerk came up to check and it seemed to have stopped. But then it went on randomly all night. This hotel needs updating. Some sprinklers are rusting and carpets looked worn out.

Location was great hotel was average- our first room after making sure everything was clean someone left dirty clothes in the sheets so we had to be swapped into another room. Lots of molding/stains in some places (window seals, bathroom) offered good hot breakfast and staff was wonderfully however.

First: I asked for a room with a king size bed and, when I checked in, the receptionist put me in a room with a king size bed, but for people with disabilities. I asked to change the room and, even though there were 7 more rooms available, they told me this when I asked, but they didn't do it because they blamed the Expedia app for the wrong reservation. Second: they explained that room service doesn't work every day, one day yes and the other no, but, to my surprise, even on the day they were supposed to clean my room, they didn't do it. Third: the bathroom was completely dirty, with a lot of hair in the drains and water leaking all over the floor, completely dirty and looking bad (pictures attached).
